Well to start this off I'm a 19 year male living in socal with my family.I grew up poor and we still struggle to make ends meet.My mother is a single parent.As a kid i grew up with an abusing father and two older brothers who would constantly hit me,my mother and sister.They were alcholics and drug addicts.With all this happening at home i began to form a deep depression that made it hard for me to make and keep friends.I also began to have problems with school,I began to fail classes and miss school on a daily baises.Where was I? Home sleeping my life away,wishing I had no exsistance.When finally i dropped out of high school.Things got worse.I became suicidal and began to cut myself to outdue the pain and lonliness i felt in my heart.I kept looking for somthing tho,something that can make things better,anything.Mabe a passion and thats when i met a guy.He was 18 and i was 15.we spent nights together and after 5 months i realized i was in love.He was the only person who cared for me,took care of me and understood what i was going through without judging me unlike all those fake "best" friends.With a little of support i got into counseling.With a counsler i tryed several times to get back into hs but i kept giving up.and now today im still struggling to live my life.This is basically whats going on.Im still depressed and have really low self esteem.Yes im with my boyfriend(3 years :D) i want so badly to get my ged and start college and get a job.But i have a little problem.it sounds silly but,my acne scars prevent me from living my life!!! they make me feel so self consious.and with low self esteem you get where this is going...i have BDD.(Body Dismorphic Disorder) make face in my eyes looks so gross that i never want to go out and do anything productive or fun :( Im scared ill lose my boyfriend soon because we never go out and do anything fun and exciting.he basically has to force me to go out! And i truely just want to get back to school.ugh my story is to long to keep this going so here it is.I grew up in an abusive home.I was malested.I was bullied in school.I was suicidal.And now i just want to be happy.im tired of always being sad everyday.I have low self esteem and i want to do a procedure to get rid of my acne(i have tryed everything even proactive lol) So if anybody can help me raise money to get laser acne removal.i will truely from the bottom of my heart aprciate it.No this is not a scam.I just want to be happy.Please and Thank you.:) Sincerly Fernando V. Well, "escaped" would probably be a better term for it - my mom is very emotionally, psychologically, and verbally abusive, and she used a lot of things of that nature against me to keep me from leaving her. For the longest time, I thought my life was normal, but when I became 20, I realized that things in my life were far from that. I have been planning this jump for years, and I finally managed to do it. I literally had to wait until she was at work before I could get my things and move in with my friend. As of now, I am seeking employment of my own (I worked with my mother before, which is obviously out of the question now), and I am struggling with a lot of different financial situations. My vehicle is very old and the license plates are expired, and I have no money to update or repair them. I have two traffic tickets due for them by the end of April, and I am very worried about it. I am also wishing to go to school, but I seriously doubt that is going to happen at any point soon because of my situation. Things just seem to be getting worse and worse the more that I think about them, but anything is better than being under my mom. Hi, I am in dire need with my light bill, after 18 months of being unemployed I was blessed with a part time job. It's still tough to catch up with all my bills. Well it seems like everybody else is doing it so why not? the worlds already fucked up so lets just add to all the bullshit and drama of life and see just how bad we can make it for others, after all wont we then realize just how good we've got it? even when you think you have nothing at all, if you think about children that are kidnapped, taken to a place their not familiar with, repeatedly raped by ass holes who would rather pay somebody to fuck a kid than find a real woman, beaten, held down and forced to develop an awful drug addiction that will keep them in a lifestyle of tragedy for the rest of their lives. Do we really have it bad? I want to kick myself in the ass sometimes for pitying myself and wishing i had it better. but then again is it really so bad to want the finer things in life? i mean it seems hope is what drives most people in life, without it where would we be? if we didnt have any hope at all why get out of bed in the morning? we do it for various reasons but mainly because we hope to achieve some kind of goal whether it be to see whats going on in the world around us, complain about it, to suppress that feeling of hunger, to use the bathroom instead of shitting or pissing on yourself, go to work or whatever. im tired of hearing about people being depressed because there is no hope in their life. the only people that really have no hope at all are already dead. Show yourself no mercy, make life what you want it to be, after all life really is whatever you make it. You can have nothing at all and not have eaten in days and still be a happy fucking go lucky numb skull without a care in the world if you pity not yourself but everyone else. I served a few months in jail this past year and found that i was really fucking HAPPY! I know what your thinking, what kind of brain dead fucking idiot could be happy to be in jail? i was not happy to be in jail but happy that i had a roof over my head, a mat to sleep on, a blanket to stay warm, 2 meals a day i mean what else could you ask for? all of your basic needs are met. Do you really deserve to have anything more than anybody else? when there are people out there that die all the time because they CANT get those basic needs fulfilled why in the hell are we driving brand new cars or even cars at all, living in homes made of enough aluminum, brick, wood and other materials to feed someone enough to keep them alive for a good part of their life. Doesnt it seem to you that if people really gave a shit about themselves or anybody else they would be more than grateful to be able to give up material possessions to give someone else a chance to live a life at all? The truth is we are all stuck up pricks that dont give a shit about anything but satisfying our own lust of pleasure. I will say there are a "few" good people out there but if your sitting there reading this on a computer and you think youve got it bad, your a stuck up peice of shit too. After all you can afford to spend money on electricity but you cant afford to feed someone, even if you do donate to charities are you really doing enough? No because your still on the computer wasting money that you could be using to feed a kid somewhere out there that otherwise will starve to death. Thats just the way it is and we've been doing it our whole lives. If you dont like the thought of being a selfish peice of shit, youve got 2 choices. Either get over it and accept the fact that your just as bad as the shit heads that flew their planes into the twin towers and killed all those people, or give up everything you have and help somebody out, stop wanting, start giving. Dear friends, today I am in desperate need of help. I have no other options and am really hoping that someone will give a look at my story and will consider helping in any way they can.

I am currently deployed, before deployment I ran into a few problems with backed up loans and credit card debts. A couple of these organizations notified my Commander; now the military is taking a good amount of my paycheck and forcing me to pay off these debts. This leaves me with net pay of around $500.00 per month. With this my wife cannot pay all the bills or take our kids out for nice times. Lucky housing is free but we had to disconnect phone and internet. This is my first deployment and I’m so stressed not knowing what the future brings.

I’ve tried getting help from the military but they need to stick strictly to their regulations. I have had classes on how to live with less but right now I cannot live at all until I know my family will be ok. I’m so depressed wishing I could go home to give a hug and let them know all will be ok.

as i read through these stories, i am wishing i were on the other side of this situation. it is sad to see so much poverty and injustice in America.I thankGod have no small children, but i do have a very sick husband who is unable to work at this time, and my two grown sons live with us and can only find part time work. I was all set up to go to nursing school, until i found out that we are being evicted, because we are unable to afford the rent of our apt. I am a 46 yo woman, and im in good shape, hardworking and intelligent. I have tried everything i can and im at the end of my rope. I am trying not to stress my husband in any way, because he has stress induced seizures so im running myself ragged trying to take care of all this, without any transportation. I have our future all set, and im not without hope. all we need is a temporary hand up. I am very honest, and would appreciate honest replys to my plea. I can be reached by email, and then if need be by phone. I dont know how long we will be in this apt. God has provided us plenty, we do eat everyday, and have managed by the grace of God to keep utilities, but i want to get our life going, and my days are spent trying to get some help. any thing will help.

I am horrified to have to do this, but truly have no where else to turn. I lost my job after close to 20 years, then had a bad injury shortly there after. I have fallen deeper and deeper in to a hole that I can't see any way out of, and am at my wit's end.

I need to raise $8,000 as quickly as possible as I have fallen behind now on rent and all bills. If there is anyone out there who can help in any way, you have no idea what a huge blessing you would be in my life.
