Me and my husband were doing great he just got a new job and i was almost finished school. Well i still waiting to finish school and my husband lost his job and we are about to be on the street and neither one of us have ever lived on the street. we have asked my family but no one will help us. i have been trying to find a night shift job. but we are now down to the wire we cant pay our rent our car payment or insurance and we are about to be on the street. I posted a beg online because I need help and so far all i have gotten is two guys offering help(Scams). One wanted my name, address, phone number and wanted to send me checks so i could take out some money for myself and and send the rest to orphanage in Canada. The other took me through a long process of how he could know for sure I needed help. He made me believe he was sincere and genuinely willing to help. at the end of the day all he wanted was my bank account info. He said the only way he helps people is thru chase bank wire transfers and credit cards. When I told him I couldn't get a chase bank account he never contacted me again. If somebody is willing to help you they will donate via PayPal. I have not received any help yet but I hate scammers. We've cut out all the extras a long time ago but even with that we need to come up with at least $4,500 dollars this week. After this the eviction notice, car repossession and just about everything else we have left will be gone. Any help that could be offered would be greatly appreciated. Didn't know what else to do. I really, really, need help to save my home. I am a widow and was left with a lot of debt and I do not know which way to turn. I'm begging for someone to help me with all this debt. I'm working on constructing a home using earthbag techniques and I'm short on materials. I found this ad on ebay for an adorable home near me. I checked out that it really was a house, and for sale. Thinking I had done my due dillagence, I wire transferred the money. Then, I found out that it had to be torn down, as there was apparently extensive interior damage that wasn't listed on the ad. Ebay does NOT cover real estate transactions...so I found out that my 2nd safeguard wasn't real. I found a new house through a realtor, (I'm currently staying with my parents, I have a college degree but it's not helping in this economy)and I need the money I originally wire transferred for the payment. I hope you can help, in Nov. of '07 I got injured in an accident and had to quit working for a while, and then in May of '09 my wife was diagnosed with melanoma/lymphoma cancer and had to have three surgeries. she then became disabled and we were able to get a little relief from SSI.
Even with that it was not enough but we were just barely getting by paying the electric and water bills, but not the rent, so I found a part time job (I am still looking for full time work)that helped a little, but still not enough.
Then in Oct of '10 we were told that she had about six months to live and things became really dismal for us as the bills kept piling up and her health was declining rapidly. We stopped trying to pay the medical bills and concentrated on just paying for her drugs for pain and suffering.
Then on Feb. 13th this year she passed away at the age of 49, a week and a day short of her birthday. That makes my situation even worse, by her passing, the cost of the cremation was close to $1200.00 and the SSI that we were getting stopped, leaving me with a mountain of unpaid bills and no full time work available in the area.
I have sold just about everything of any value to try and keep the water turned on, but I haven't had electricity since the first week of March. With my part time job and the odd jobs I do for my neighbors, when I can get them, I am able to keep some food in the house and some gas in the car, but with gas prices at almost $4.00 a gallon, I can't even get enough ahead to pay the deposit that the electric co. wants to turn the lights on.
So here I am, this is my situation, I am seriously in debt to the tune of about $85,000.00 in medical bills and back rent, my car is a P.O.S. but at least I can keep it running with a little bailing wire and bubblegum, the landlord is chomping at my heels for money that I don't have, cold showers really suck because the water heater is electric, and I am just about to my wits end, and I think I am too chicken to commit suicide to end my short term troubles with a long term solution. Here's my story:

In November of 2010 my whole world feel apart thanks in part to my ex fiance who decided to inform my boss at the time that I had been embezzling from his company for years. He did this because he cannot get custody of my 3 year old daughter after I threw him out, due to his addictions and the fact that he is homeless and unemployed.

Yes I did take things to sell from the store I worked at, but I only did it because my ex refused to work. I should have known better to believe in a man who was an alcoholic, pot-head, but I was guilty of the “love is blind” syndrome that so many of us fall into. I just didn't see how messed up things were until I threw this man out after he professed to having been “just hanging around” for the last year of our relationship. He had the audacity to sit there in the house that I was paying ALL the bills for and expect me to let him stay until he could leave on his own terms I guess.

I admitted guilt to my former employer, what I did I know was wrong and if I could I would pay back every penny right now.

My former boss is in his late thirties, still lives at home with his parents, never had his own place, never had to pay any bills before he got his company in 2007, comes from a family of money, has no kids or wife to speak of, and is the biggest chauvinistic pig I ever met.
I have told him about my situation and why it is that I felt compelled to steal to provide for my family but he just doesn't care. He wants all of his money and he wants it right now!

I asked all of my relatives to help me so that I won't go to jail but I come from poor people, good – but poor people.

If love was worth its weight in gold my family would be richer than God.

But we all know how much the all mighty dollar takes precedence over everything else in our corrupt world don't we?

My boss is demanding that I pay him back $30000 or else he will turn me in to the police and have me arrested. He has real evidence of my theft thanks to my ex fiance, and he has given me until the end of January 2011 to come up with $15,000. I have $7000 in my income taxes that am going to give him but I need some help coming up with the other $8000. Then I will have to try to come up with the other $15000 next year as that is when he has given me to do it.

I am a single mom who is currently unemployed since November because my former employer won't give me a good reference due to the nature of what transpired. I can't say that I blame him but I don't think that he realizes how hard it is to be poor and struggling to take care of your family. I am three months behind in my rent and am making plans to move in with my daughter so that I can get back on my feet.



It is coming down to the wire on what time is remaining...

I am hoping that if I can get $15,000 together before January 31, 2011 I may be able to make my former employer settle for this amount, or at least get him to give me a few more weeks or months to try to get the money he is demanding together.

I am afraid that if I go to jail I will lose custody of my little daughter to her messed up father and I just cannot let that happen that is why I am resorting to begging strangers for money to help me out.

If anyone out there is willing to help me out I would much appreciate anything you can send...

I need some remodeling work done. Been wholes around windows for over 11 years. Some windows cracked some not here any more. The windows that are not cracked are just single very thin and ice up in winter. My husband keeps saying going to fix. I give up on him. Any money I get he will not have access to. I just would like to live comfortable. Not fancy. Be nice to be warm. Not shivering and shaking all winter. I just do not know what to do any more. Had fire in Feb so more work needs done to house than original. Electrical fire. Need to wire house. I have an extenion cord ran over from garage for computer so I can work. Still owe fire department 2000.00 for putting fire out. I would go live almost anywhere if just me. I have dogs. Most people say to get rid of them. I love my dogs they are like my kids. I just want to have more bearable situation to live in. I don't clean the house and do what I should any more. I just need to get motivated. I do work from home and the company routes calls to me. I don't make as much as husband but I also an not spending money on gas or even makeup or clothes that would need if in the office. I don't even care to leave house any more but if an emergcy I would like my truck to run and have dl. Thanks

(Husband promised repeatly to fix, last few years he says cost to much he has no intention of ever fixing.) It needs transmission kit. After sitting for this long needs a couple of hoses, belt, filters, oil change and some tires. After truck fixed I need to get DL renewed. I would go live almost anywhere if just me. I have dogs. Most people say to get rid of them. I love my dogs they are like my kids. I would like better house for dogs also. Be nice to fix up fence a little better. I need a few fillings. A couple teeth hurt. I don't mind trying to save and do without but a toothache is hard to handle very long. Since I have been married I have lost 4 teeth. I have to wait so long between visits and I think alot has to do with stress. I would love to get some implants but that is last on the list. My husband had a heart attack a couple of months ago and I have not even open the bill yet. Scared to. His medicine if around 300.00 that is after what insurance pays. I am just so sad any more. I am 36 years old Deaf mom of 3 preteens 11, 10, 10. Two of my kids have adhd.I work with my kids on daily basis to help them improve themselves and learn to handle their adhd issues, it can get very tiring after kids don't listen or get in trouble when it is easy not to get in trouble in first place. I had decided to install fake dummy cam to fool the kids to stop kids sneaking around or go in kitchen in middle of night to snack or drink. It worked great til my son decided to cut the wire which he thought was connected to dummy cam which happened to be wireless, he cut two wires up on the roof on a/c and heating unit. That caused my electricity bill to hit the roof at almost 500 a month, and now heating don't work due to the cut wire. I live in rental house. Wish could buy my own home but that has to wait, the landlord has not fixed anything in this house which made it more diffcult. I bought three heating oscialating fan for my kids so their bedroom stay warm during cold nights. this month, I couldn't pay electricity when one of my kid stole around 200 dollars beginning of month. I pay for food as my kids are growing into teens, they needed lot of food so i had to make a choice. it would be awesome if able help out. I wanted to go back to college to do medical billing/coding but that cost $2500 to get certifcate and to be able get the job, pell grants and education loans denied due to my one education loan which i did graduate in 2006 in pyschology but wasn't able to get job in that field as most companies changed policy now requiring Masters. the job i got laid off was techinal support for communication equipments and I was also a computer hardware tech which i did build custom made computers and i do clean up and fix computer (virus removal and such).

I listed my house for sale, the Real Estate agents strongly suggested I complete a few rennovations. I completed the rennovations, it will be 3 years in Sept and the house still has not sold. I am now 9,588 in debt. I have also taken the Agent's suggestion and reduced the asking price of the home to the bare wire, leaving me no room for neogation. Whew I thought I could pay this off after the sale of the house, but here it sits. I can only pay the mim amount due on the card and the interest rate just went up The credit card company will not decrease the rate.
