I have graduated in April 2008 with a Bachelor Degree in Human Biology. I worked in the Healthcare Industry for several years. I am currently unemployed sine my company went bankrupt and can not find a job that pays decent so I can make my student loan payments that are $670 per month and support my family. I have $58,000 in student loan debt the original balance was around 40,000 but I had to stop making payments until last year because I could not make a living at all with a $12/hr job to pay for mortgage and other living expenses. Sallie Mae is just saying that they can not do anything about it the only thing I can do is pay interest only and reduce my payment by like $200 and that is for 30 years. Please help me get out of this burden sometimes I ask myself why I ever went to school and if it was really worth it all because some of my friends that have no school are doing better than I am. I guess that is they way you live the American Dream!! This is just crazy that there is no law that protects students when they are in situations like this especially in a economic crisis. Please, I really want to be able to save my marriage, house and be able to provide for my daugther. If anyone is reading this and is willing to donate I would really appreciate anything you give. Also I understand that there are much worse situations out there and people in a greater need of help that is also understandable however I will end up on the street and my loan will go int default if I can not make the payment and I dont think it can get worse than that as far as student loans are concerned and Financial problems. I am a 21 year old who has lost his job and now I am facing many more problems than I have anticipated. I no longer have any money to pay my rent for my apartment, my car payment, or my utilities. I lost my job in March and I have depleted all my savings paying off everything that I can. I am searching for a job but have had no luck yet. Blessings to all! I am a Christian wife and Mother of 4 beautiful children and one grandson. My husband of almost 23 years is on a fixed income of $1251.00 per month and the bills are piling up since losing my job December 16, 2012. I was blessed with an interview next week. So keep me in your prayers that I get the job. I have already claimed it. Unfortunately, I don't have enough funds for the bills until I get a paycheck. I am doing some babysitting for a pastor to help ends meet, but it is not often enough to completely sofice.

Speaking of a job, we live out in the country 30miles from the nearest town, either way we go; therefore, the importance of the Internet ranks very high. Infact, it is how I do my job hunting (3-4hrs per day/4days per week). Should our phone get cut-off, the Internet is gone. Also, the possible gig I've got going for next week will only respond via email. Also, not too long after I lost my job, we took out some payday loans (2 infact) and were paying on them until we had some repairs and insurance hit us all at once. Either I have to pay the settlement for the loans or go to court by June 11, 2012. We have about $16.00 cash at this moment and the checking account is in the negative. I donot want them to close our account. If so, we cannot get his social security. At this point, I will note:

phone bill=$220.00 due via tomorrow by 5PM. 4pm so I can get it their in time.

loan settlement=$300.00

cash needed until the 3rd of June: $80.00

I would like to add that this is just a hard time. I am college educated, but got laid off from my job. I never thought we would hit hard times this bad and this fast.

I had a very large thymoma removed in 11/21. It was to be a 1 week hospital and 1 month home. it became a month hospital and 3+ months at home. I lost the use of 1 lung and am on oxygen. I have now returned to work. The problem is I can currently only work a max of 24 hours/week and I am out of leave. So my last 2 checks have not covered my bills. I have a $766 mortgage payment, $200 student loan,$250 monthly utilities bill, and of course $1000s in medical bills.

My request is help with these bills, which I will happily provide evidence for, so you know I am truthful. Another solution, which is preferable, is a job for my husband, this would allow us to help our selves and others.

I would love to promise to pay it all back, but I am not sure I will be able to do this, I was barely making it prior to going in the hospital. What I do promise is to pay it forward, once I am back up. I am willing to try to work something out if that would allow you to help me.

I try to work, but no jobs. Those jobs I find, I cant get to because of the local bus schedules.

All I need is 580.00 to pay rent this month, but I do not think anyone will help. Probably nobody will see this post, so I guess I am wasting my time.

I have tried this site in the past and it never works. I guess I;ll stop worrying about anything from now on, what's the use.

I cant even get a bank account, so PayPal is not going to work even if those that read this wanted to help in the first place.

I am 4 months behind on my mortgage, and will lose my home soon if I can't pay at least 2 months worth. I am working, but it is for a lot less than what I used to make. My husband is a disabled, retired Army veteran. About 10 years ago he purchased a camp in Maine that he planned to fix up and move into for his retirement. Unfortunately he has suffered flood damage twice, once he had flood insurance, or thought he did, but the insurance company refused to pay saying they hadn't processed the payment on the day he opened the policy and the flooding occured over the weekend so he was not covered! The second flooding FEMA came in and didn't bother going under the house so they only gave him $800! Both times the flooding destroyed all the insulation and a great deal of work. He now has to jack up the house, have a foundation put in, then level everything in the house. He cannot live there. He applied for an equity loan from the bank as the property is valued at $139K and there is no mortgage. But we have moved to Nevada as I was offered a job here that paid better than back east. We want nothing more than to get this house fixed up in Maine so we can either sell it or possibly retire there. Right now if someone was willing to give an equity loan of $40,000, we would take that instead of begging. Please consider helping us before this Maine house gets flooded again and we lose everything there. If each person who reads this can only give $1, it wouldn't take long to reach our goal and then we could give back in the future!

HI, my name is Michael. For the longest time I've been wanting to do something about my teeth. I can't remember the last time I smiled in a picture or go out for a meal without worrying about what I can or can't eat or chew. I would like to feel normal again one day. But at the moment that's the least of my problems with eviction about a month away we are stuck with two small children (2 & 5) and no money thanks to mounting bills and benefit cuts. Our problems began in 2010. My husband was injured on the job that he was doing although he has severe health issues. After getting injured he was later fired. At this time he is pursuing disability and we have workers comp suit in place. In the mean time we are currently living day by day. I work part time and have been trying so hard to get a full time position. My daughter in a freshman in college and my son a freshman in high school. My daughter made an adult decision and got pregnant. She is an awesome girl and abortion isn't an option for her. We are doing everything we can to add room to our home. We had an unfinished bonus room that we would like to complete for the baby since her room is only a 10 by 10. We are very simple people with a real need. We just want to get caught up or ahead somewhat on our bills. What makes this different is we would like to pay it back to anyone who is willing to give us a break. The disability takes time as does the workers comp suit. We are hard working people who only want what is best for our family. We are looking at around 3 to $5,000. Hello, My names Kaylee and I am in need of a little help if possible. My parents divorced this year and it ended with me, my mum and my brother moving to a 2 bedroom repossessed property that is in dire need of repair. My mum works, but her wages only cover our necessities and there’s no room to save for the house to be repaired. Me and my brother help where we can but we are on little wages ourselves. We currently have no ceiling or flooring in the lounge and kitchen and every wall in the house needs repairing and painting. We also need a sofa and other bits of furniture as we currently have plastic garden chairs. I have a friend who is a builder and is willing to do all the repairs for us, it's just the part of raising the money for materials that’s an issue.
I would be most grateful for any donation that could help towards my cause and I know it’s not life threatening and in some people’s eyes not a lot of money but for us it could make a huge difference to our lives. I really need help, I couldn't sleep tonight. I actually googled , "I am about to get evicted and I need help paying rent" and this website came up so here I am. If this site really works and there is anyone out there willing or able to help I sincerely need you now! My rent including late fee is $725 and as of today I m 21 days late and only have $80. The reason for this is that I work part time and get paid every 2 weeks. I have been hesitant to write this post but I am really desperate. I am a psychology pre-med student with a 3.9 GPA in my final year of college. I also volunteer at a local hospital 20 hrs a week and at a counselling center. I work as a tutor and have been able to raise money for one semester, however I simply cant afford my last semester which is 2500. I would love to work more hours but i am an international student, therefore I can only work 20 hours a week.

I am begging anyone willing to help me, to help in anyway. I ahve come so close and worked so hard, I cant imagine quiting at this point.

I don't like the word beg but I guess that is what it is. My pride is high and I hate asking for help but I don't know what else to do. I saw something on TV and decided to try this. Here goes!
I am a 39 year old with 3 children and a disabled husband. I have a lot of issues right now that I am trying to deal with and keep my family off the streets. I don't mind sharing my story if need be because honesty is the best policy. My husbands SSI is very low, as if he has not really worked and he is over 50. I have been trying to keep my head up and keep my bills paid. I work but my job is a PRN position because it was all I could get. I was making a fairly good pay until they decided our department needed cut backs and cut our hourly pay almost three dollars. I am trying so hard to finish school to be a LPN and then a RN. I have been trying to finish school since 1992. I know that if I can get my degree, I can provide for my family. So, I have bills up my butt and school is hard. Now, I am dealing with losing my financial aid because though I have a high enough GPA, my other cumulative average is below standard. I knew nothing about that. I was focusing on making sure my grades were good enough. My 14 year old daughter is pregnant and I can't even afford to begin buying baby things or think of how to save for it. My husband is so content with his little check until nothing else matters. My oldest daughter is in college with me trying to get her LPN but her hearts desire is to be an OB/GYN but they changed the required score level for the SAT and ACT and she registered one quarter to late to get in. Had she registered earlier, she could have gotten in the school she wants to attend but now she has to go to a local college and earn credits and then transfer, IF her grades are good enough. ON top of all that, my husband was just hit in the rear by another driver and our car was totaled and he was hurt. So, my only car, of which I was paying on still, is gone and I owe to much on it for the insurance to pay it off.
I feel overwhelmed, depressed and like I will never make it. I am working, attending school, and trying to write a book and do a gospel CD. Anything to try and bring in money to support my family. I really don't know what else to do.
I don't know if this works or not, but I am willing to try. I have felt so bad until at times I wanted to just end it all but I know that is not the example I want for my children. I want to see my grand daughter born and I want my children to finish school and do better than me, but also see me come out of my struggle. I keep telling them I am going to buy the house we live in, they keep laughing and even with that, the land lord is talking about putting it on the market because I can't come up with what I need to even start buying. I pray that God blesses my household and family. If someone does decide that my issues are worth helping, then I pray God bless you with an overflow for your blessing me. I don't know what else to say but thank you in advance. As embarrassed as I am, I can only pray this is real. If not, at least I got to vent and get it all of my chest.
