Help me fly my girlfriend to Florida (to live)

Posted by Jedi on 2012-05-04 07:58:01

I'm from Mississippi, went to Oklahoma last year to see my mum, sistera, uncle.. started helping out an old friend/employer & one evening while fixing the boss' dad's computer for free, met a girl, love at first sight. Then, my parents got me to come back to MS to try out a job. I got the job, very enjoyable, $10/hr, but couldn't forget the girl, she was going crazy thinking I was ignoring her online, I was working & didn't check my messages frequently enough. So I missed her, she missed me.. I came back to OK the day after my birthday & we started our relationship. Everything was perfect. Then, she started losing it, getting stressed for no apparent reason. It turned out the boss had been feeding her meth.(this was oklahoma, after all) so we move out to be happy together, all december we just spent the money I had accumulated working in MS, then stayed in bed together until about New Years, when the boss came around.. we went to casino with her and started working for the ol' boss again, because my job search attempts during December had been fruitless without a vehicle or $ for transportation. So, living with the boss again, problems/drama came back around, my girlfriend would occasionally disappear for 3 days with no communication. I would worry about her, couldn't sleep, worrying/wondering.. we took off to Kansas to get away from the meth-heads. left everything behind, just took a few clothes & ewch other. Everything was perfect.. then my girlfriends aunt started feeding her lies and meth. Effin' meth. girls really get hooked on the stuff. so my first Valentines day was ruined because my girlfriends aunt fed her drugs and lies (i must be a cop because i wont smoke meth with them) and made her think she hates me. She also broke my phone in half and physically assaulted me, but I don't hit females, no matter how obnoxious.. I went back to Oklahoma to work with the boss. this was okay for awhile, but being depressed and lonely, having nothing else to livs for, i stuck with it, no matter how stressful. I was working(for weak pay, but i had free use of vehicles and a place to stay, this was Meth City, Oklahoma, after all - I was the only licensed, insured driver & trustworthy worker they had. I was hoping to accumulate enough funds to take a trip to KS and rescue her from corruption, or at least get her an android to keep in touch, but that never happens when the boss pays you then borrows it back. eventually, the boss' husband went crazy, thought everybody was supplying his wife drugs, or having sex with her, neither of which was I doing, but he kicked everyone out except his nephew, which turned out to be who the one who had sexted his wife from my phone. They were having a relationship, aunt & nephew, which disgusts me.. Anyway, I w(as kicked out as well, my grandparents wanted me to come to Florida to help, meanwhile, my ex comes back from KS with a boyfriend, i get a greyhound ticket to FL.. then the ex kicks her new bf back to KS, comes over needing a place to sleep & get away from meth. I give her uninterrupted sleep, feed her, etc.. and pretty soon we are together again. Nobody helps me get her a ticket to FL for what happened in KS, and before long, matching tickets are sold out. After a hellish, lonely journey in Greyhound, I end up in what seems like paradise, lonely, depressed. My girlfriend wants to get out of Meth City, and I've been trying to make the money with no luck. its been about a week now. My GF texted me how she is heartbroken and wants me to get her out of there. I need to fly her to Jacksonville airport, get her a ride to the nearest airport, and feed her, and I think it can all be accomplished for about $400. I do have intentions of repaying anyone that helps, once I start making money out here. All i need is about $400 to get her out of that drug infested town and out here to the country where she will be away from it all, distracted by lizards, squirrels, bunnies, etc. This girl means the world to me, she's had a rough life, and I want to make her life better like it should be. $400 will get her here to FL with me and I can take over from there, and when I repay, it will be more than was originally contributed, as it should be. this is "begslist" so: Pleeeeeeeease?

Extended Family In Need

Posted by Gladys on 2012-05-02 02:58:37

What do you say when you are entreating an entire world of strangers to come to your aid? How do you sound deserving of their help? How do you express, without writing a novel, why you are in need, how you came to be there, how you came to choose this way of seeking help, and how very afraid you feel.
First, the reason I chose this method. I was feeling frustrated one night after being asked to work another fund raiser. While there is no doubt that the family is very much in need their financial security was markedly better than my own. I was wondering why it seemed that it was always people who already had some means at their disposal who got that kind of sympathy and help. Obviously I was feeling self centered but still the thought remained, what kind of resources were there out there for people like me, people barely above poverty level and struggling to keep from going under. So...I started searching the internet and came across references to "begging" online. I was shocked, I was appalled...I was hopeful. The anonymity of it was a big plus.
Feeling so hopeless, and out of control is very frightening for me. I work with the public. The street people call me Smiley because I try to always stay upbeat while at work and they know that if I can I will always help them with a dollar or two when they need it. There are many people ( even those who are only a few years younger than my 55) who call me Mom and have come to me for assistance both emotionally and financially. I have two adult children of my own and many more that have come through my household and are a part of my family even though they are not related biologically. I send my own Mother money a couple times a month. She lives on a fixed income that doesn't even cover here cost of living. I can no longer afford these things but I don't know how to cut off the aid to others even though I, myself, am in need of aid.
My husband and I come from poor families and were determined to make a better life for our own children. Since we both only had high school educations neither one of us are in well paying jobs but we have always managed to survive and our children never had to worry about whether Mom and Dad were going to be able to feed and clothe them. But things have gotten progressively worse this year.
I tried to start a small business in order to provide my oldest grandchildren and one of my children with a secure job and something meaningful to do. Trying to keep them out of the "system" and teach them to have self respect, and trying to provide a means for them to have financial security. But the business never picked up and we were funneling money into it...my daughter lost her husband and we were also supporting her household. The financial strain has put us in debt that we cannot pay. Our cars have broken down, there are three running vehicles for six drivers to use getting to work and looking for work but no money to repair or replace them. My daughter and her children are living in my home, having lost theirs, and my husband and I are staying with my youngest and her family. Her husband was recently laid off and she is expecting her second child. My husband had to have surgery and that put him off work for six weeks, and now in order to keep his job we have to somehow pay for hearing aids ($3000 for the least expensive ones). Although it is hard we have stuck together and are helping each other as best we can.
The problem is that I see no end in sight. Just the electric bill is $6oo a month thru the winter months. Fuel is outrageous. Food for this many people (5 adults, 3 late teens, and 3 small children) is very expensive in this state. Mortgage payments, gas for cars, and phones...these are things everyone has to pay. I know there are many who are far worse off than I, at least we still have roofs over our heads. But the output is so much higher than the income and each month, each WEEK, sees me feeling a little more desperate. How will I, will we, end up? Will we all be living on the street next year? The interior of Alaska is no climate for the homeless. I don't know what it will take to make this better, to make my family secure but I hope there is help out there for us.

Huge Credit Card/Student Loan Debts

Posted by sportsvine on 2012-05-01 16:58:48

Hello there! I am husband and father in a household of 3. My baby boy is going to turn 1 year old on June 23rd, 2012. I have a job as a 4th grade teacher on an Indian Reservation in South Dakota. I have been married for 6 years now. I believe I make good financial choices. We do not use tobacco or drink. We have never been criminally fined. I do not own a shiny brand new car (our vehicles are 2001 Olds Alero and 1996 Dodge Dakota), or a huge house (we are renting a 3 bedroom house) I consider myself very hard working.

Yet, we are spiraling into more and more into debt with each passing month. Despite our modest living and good choices, we are on a path to bankruptcy. I will be forever grateful for any help my family may receive through this website. We have about $30,000 in credit card debt, $15,000 in student loans, and $3,000 in medical bills. If people become extremely generous to our situation, we will not accept more help than these debts. I also look forward to updating everyone about my (hopefully) dwindling debts through a facebook page I created specifically for this plea for help!

My facebook page created for updates of my financial situation is Chris Vhelp. I will accept friend requests so I can update everyone who is interested in how much I am being helped.

Thanks to everyone in advance!!!

The main reason I joined the police department is to help others. Unfortunately, due to the economic downfall, I have not had a raise in five years and opportunities for overtime are slim. I am making under basic officer pay, which is not that much. In addition, cost of leaving, healthcare, lawyer fees and pension contributions have skyrocketed. Many of my brother’s in blue have lost their homes and even had their vehicles repossessed (yes at the police station). I have been lucky to keep my job and am very thankful for that. My wife and kid both had inpatient surgery costing me thousands out of pocket. Due to my wife having complications with childbirth, an unknown blood disorder, and debilitating lower back/hip pain, I will continue looking for a cure for her no matter what the cost. I love my family and will do anything for them. With that said, I have $32,000 in student loans that I am unable to pay at this time and I am at risk of defaulting which will devastate my chances of applying for a much needed car loan. I am asking for any financial assistance to help me pay off my student loan and medical expenses. It is my greatest joy to help those that are in need and yes even die trying. I am in desperate need of your assistance. Thank you.

I feel like I'm drowning!

We seriously need some help, our electricity will be turned off May 2nd, our rent is due May first and the late fees are $25 per day after the first with no max. Our house is total electric so no heat, air, refrigeration, hot water, or ability to cook once the electric is off. Our credit isn't good enough for anything and the only option is payday loans. We keep having garage sales, however it only provides enough money to get staples (bread, milk, butter, a little gas to get back and forth to work). Like many others I have a job, but it keeps us just over broke. Not enough to deal with a crisis. In one week we learned my mother and father were trying to live off $35 a week. My mother eats a bowl of cereal in the morning and a $1 banquet meal for dinner. She takes care of my ailing father 24/7 who has Alzheimer's. So we decided to make a 10 hour ride one way to go see what we could do to help. We gave them what little extra money we had to fill a deep freezer and pay off a loan with crushing interest! While away we learned that my wife's stepmother is dying from cancer. She has stage 4 lung cancer and isn't expected to make it past the end of the year. We need extra funds for my wife to be able to make the 1800 mile trek to her hometown in NY so she can have the opportunity to say her last goodbyes. To top it all off we purchased a car last year through a company known as JD Byrider, a buy here pay here bad credit dealer with an extra perk, for all the extra money you spend on their vehicles they offer a warranty during the term of the loan. Our JDB car blew a head gasket, this should be covered under terms of the warranty. We had the car towed to the dealer for them to make the necessary repairs. The shop said there was nothing wrong with the car, it just needed an oil change, and it was running fine. I promise you a car that won't do over 60 mph floored on a straight stretch of highway ISN'T fine. So we were forced to trade it in, which cost us an extra $5000, making us negative in our bank. Along with all of this is the need to take care of our three children at home, and constantly having to buy diapers for our grand daughter because her parents can't find work and welfare doesn't give enough cash assistance to keep diapers all month long. We are selling everything we can afford to in order to get out of our current situation, but it won't be enough. Right now we need $725 to make rent and $206 for the electric bill. I can spread other bills out over the course of the month, but these two are critical. We have enough food and just enough money to cover gas for the next two weeks. I am willing to provide services for any donation made. I have very good editing skills, and have helped students go from a D paper to a B+/A- paper without changing the content, merely correcting spelling, punctuation and structure. Any help provided will be greatly appreciated.

I can't write this myself so I'm dictating. Last week I saved my friend and his house from a fire he had started foolishly. I managed to put the fire out but received second degree burns covering most of my arms and hands. Normally I work on vehicles and haven't been able to because of this. All my savings are gone now. Had to sell my car for bills. Anything would help. Thank you guys so much.

We have lived on the Shanandoah mountain for about two years. We found a house cheaper than our three bedroom condo we did have in manassas. Which was a little over a thousand a month. Our three bedroom house now on the mountain is exactly a thousand a mth. Our ultilities aren't rediculous. In febuary my husband lost his job. He made good money. I was just finishing up suceeding CDL endorsment classes. Etc. To become a school bus driver. Which has been the only job for me that's come my way in a year. We absolutely love the schools here. Which my three children are in each this year. Thankfully my husband has qualified for unemployment. The state is helping us with food and medical insurance. We allready surrendered our economical car. Then our only vehicle motor blew up two weeks ago. My husband is great at fixing vehicles. We just don't have the money to do so. He wants to go to an auction because he's not for sure about putting a lot of money into our vehicle. Allthough at the same time. We are behind on our rent. Thankfully we are truely blessed with a patient and very understanding landlord. My husband has been fixing up things that have been going wrong with the house since he's been out of work. He and I both have a good chance at jobs. We just don't have a way to them now. Its mind boggling for the both of us. We only have our cell phones for internet. Fortunately our close friend is letting us use his truck that my husband fixed for him recently to use to get our kids to and from busstop morning and afternoon. This truck though isn't legal. Please send your prayers for us at most. Help

I need work.

My name is Chis, I am 19 years old, and will be twenty on may eighteenth, and live in the town of Sharon Wisconsin. Within the last three years, I have filled out more than two hundred job applications. After all of that, I have only had success (extremely limited) with temp agencies. I have until June first to be steadily employed, or I will lose my home, my vehicles, and any possessions I don't walk out of the apartment with. I'm not looking for a handout, I'm looking for an opportunity. I will do any work for any pay.

Ex-wifes repo'ed car

Posted by johntlee1983 on 2012-03-13 11:58:42

My ex wife was awarded one of the vehicles during our divorce. The courts say that she needed to have the car refinanced into her name and have me taken off of it within 90 days. Well she did not have a job and still does not have a job. She stopped paying on it and the bank repo'ed it. I have been in close contact with the bank about this manner. I have absolutely no legal say over this vehicle or account due to the courts granting the ex the car. But since she did not get my name off of the vehicle it goes against m credit. Which she has destroyed. She refuses to pay on this vehicle and thinks its a joke. We have 2 children together in whom I have full custody over. The bank sold the car and the balance on the car is $3500. I am on a strict budget now since the divorce, with lawyer fees, new childcare fees etc.. I am in desperate need of assistance with this vehicle. I would go back to court over this but I still owe my lawyer $1000 and she won't even talk to me until she is paid off. I had to pay my ex wife's lawyer fees as well. Those have been paid in full. I am not someone to beg or ask for money. I work full time and like to do things myself. I am just at a bad point financially right now and need any help I can get.

Need money for clothes and vehicle repairs

Greetings,

Desperate for help!

Posted by deslxi on 2012-01-23 10:58:27

Wow, I can't even believe I have come to begging for help, but I am at the end of my rope. My husband has medical bills totaling near $5000, due to kidney failure and being robbed and beaten. Not to mention, I am two months from having another baby. So, this will add to the medical bills even more...I do have medical insurance through my employer (NOT medicaid) , but as we all know, this does not cover everything.

First, let me say that I have a good job, I work at a law firm and have been there for 10 years. I only have one child (and one on the way) so I am not sitting at home, doing nothing. My husband works where he can, when he can, but it's not been enough to get us out of the water enough to even breathe!

We are able to pay the monthly mortgage, lights, water and insurances on my child and vehicles, but other than that, we cant seem to pay anything. I currently have $16.00 in my bank account and cant even buy groceries...I am desperate for help...$10, $15, anything would help. I can make a meal for my entire family for $10 a night. Bankruptcy is mt next option and I am desperately trying not to go there.

I'm drowning and need help.

Greetings.
My name is Ryan. I am a married father of 2. They are 2 1/2 and 9 months old. The only income that we have coming into our household is mine. My wife does not work due to an injury to her foot. Plus with day care costs, her income would be paying for that. With in the last 3 months we have went through some rough changes to our life. About four months ago, I was demoted from the Store Manager of the wireless store I work for back to just a sales rep. The demotion cut my pay by $1,500..literally in half. Then 2 months ago, we were forced to move from the house we were renting b/c the landlord would not fix some issues with the place. The bathtub was painted and would chip and crack into the water every 3 months. It would take 12 hours to drain the water after a shower. It's not very sanitary for having little ones. Due to the move, it pushed out bills back even farther to where I'm scared about disconnections and repossession of our vehicles. I'm on here today asking for a miracle to assist with our bills to finally get back on track. My e-mail is mrb20092011@gmail.com. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you and god bless.

I'm a 40 year old father of two. My oldest son was oxegen deprived at birth and has seizures and developmental problems. I'm working full time as an apprentice automotive technician. My 2 bedroom hous was build in 1950 and is in disrepair. Although I have been paying on it for 16 years I cannot refinance as my credit is in shambles after my wife of 20 years left me and the kids. She occasionally sends child support but it isn't enough to cover the daycare, medical and other expenses. My drafty house needs work and the roof is in bad shape. My two vehicles are both from the 80s and in constant need of repair. Thankfully I can do repairs myself but cost of parts is sometimes an issue.

Family of 6 in Need of Car Repairs

Posted by Feel on 2011-12-12 21:58:05

Winter is starting and our vehicle has a problem with the 4 wheel drive. It was working all summer but now that we need it for snow and ice the 4 wheel drive is out.

Its hard to make due with only one vehicle when the four kids have to go to doctors appointments and such. My wife works 1 hour commute away and I have to drive her with the kids back and forth if there is an appointment. This spends the whole day and lots of gas just for one appointment.

We have a second vehicle with good 4 wheel drive but the front end needs work at least $1000.00 in work. It was my wife’s commute vehicle until we got screwed by a tow truck company. Only the rich can afford lawyers to get our money back.

So we are looking at two older vehicles that need work. One out of commission the other getting us by, but for how long.

Because of this I am house bound with all four kids most days. Life is starting to drive me crazy without wheels to at least take the kids some place and have some adult conversation.

I find myself going stir crazy being house bound. Even to go to the food pantry my wife had to take time off work so we had wheels and then make up the time later in the week.

I feel better just talking about it. Just knowing someone is listing makes me feel at ease. Thank you for your time.

Working Parents Needing assistance

Posted by FamilyMan on 2011-10-14 17:58:52

Where do I start? I have never done anything like this before but I have reached the bottom I believe, My wife and I both have full time jobs and yet the bills outnumber our income, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 3 years ago and miss alot of work during the winter months. I injured both my knees at work and Workmens Comp insurance is fighting paying for my right knee to be repaired, I have medical bills from all the surgerys on my knees. Our vehicles both have over 230,000 miles on them and when they break down we have to pay the mechanic and not pay our medical bills. It's very frustrating to say the least. )=
I am praying and hoping beyond hope that someone who has been blessed with extra wealth will find it in their heart to help a working family stay ahead of the bill collectors, Put food on the table for our children and keep our vehicles in safe repair.
My humble thanks and gratitude.

Tony

PLEASE Help Family of 4 Keep Our Home!

Hello, my name is Megan, my husband and I have two daughters, aged 3 yrs and 10 months. We were married and purchased our first home 4 years ago and since then have seemed to been hit with every curve life can throw! We were both laid off from our jobs within the same year while I was pregnant with our first child. And since have been struggling to find jobs earring enough to sustain our family, home and expenses. Through mulltiple car repairs on both of our vehicles, my husband suffering an accidental gun shot wound that prevented him from working for several months, and welcoming our second child to our family, we have fallen behind on our mortgage payments. My husband is now back at his job and I am starting my new job withing the next few weeks, the end is in sight! But we need a little help getting caught up on our house payments before we loose it! Please consider any amount to help catch us up and then we will have it from there! We will not be able to catch up with only our paychecks quickly enough! Please help us save our home!

Car repair for single mother of one and starting job training

Posted by monaemo on 2011-09-09 10:58:45

Hello, I am a single mother of one daughter and will start job training soon. I have to take my child to daycare and off to my training and unfortunately the locations are far in distance from each other. Also, my vehicle might have to get junked if I can't fix it since I live in an apartment that don't want broke down vehicles on the lot. I have no where to park my vehicle until getting funds to repair which could take six months to a year. Any donation would help repair my grand am. Thanks in advance.
