I been thinking back on how I got so alone in this world. I was in a couple of abusive relationships where what few friends I had drifted away. I have always been shy so making friends hasn't always been easy for me. I had a couple close friends but they are long gone from my life now. The last couple of relationships, my boyfriend was my best friend but they weren't much of a friend or boyfriend but I stayed in both way too long because it was all I had. Both were so abusive I have no self esteem left. Then to top it off, for the past couple of years depression has caused me to eat way too much. I work part time so very little money, eat on the cheap, and without a car, I just haven't gone anywhere. I just sit at home. To tell you the truth, I am really ashamed of the way I look and people can be SO mean when you are big. About a month ago, I stepped on a scale at Publix and found I weigh 293 lbs. For the past month I have been reaccessing my life and I have already lost 23lbs. Out walking more and beginning to thaw my heart out a bit. Unfortunately with this thaw, I am finding there is so much pain, sadness, shame, and loneliness. I guess the food was covering all of that up. Today I was actually on links about depression then on to crisis and it led me to this site. I was just thinking about picking up and moving to a new area, anything to get me out of this rut. Unfortunately the weight and loneliness I will take with me anywhere I go. So I thought I would give this a try. Honesty, I am not a downer. I was always known to have a great sense of humor, was trying to learn German, and took off on adventures at the drop of a hat. I love to picnic so much, I actually spread a blanket out on the livingroom floor and have floor picnics. I loved to walk in the rain. I usta love hiking and being outside. I was a good friend too. I lost her somehow but am trying to get her back :) I know there are chat things but I am older (49) and I never chatted. I don't know much about twitter but I do get texts from Blake Shelton on twitter because I love his sense of humor (warped and a little naughty like mine)Anyway, I didn't mean for this to be a book, just reaching out to see if anyone is there...

Hi I am a father that is currently unemployed and have been struggling to stay afloat for the last few months. Im in need of some help here's my story so far, I started my business in aug 2010 and I'm trying to invest more money into it I have been going for over a year with myself and my brother as business partners and have not taking a wage since it started. It's been very hard for us we sold both our cars he had a golf v6 4 motion and I had my supra to start it up also we had 2 thousand each savings from previous employment.
We are working hard in making our business bigger we are trying to advertise in our local paper and getting more machines but it's very expensive,we are handing out flyers every day but it's not doing to good as most people don't even look at them just bin them "like I do" thinking its just junk mail.
We are putting this on our facebooks and twitter to try and raise some money to get the business off the ground and give it the best chance for surviving. I have the ad from our local news paper where our work is and the business writer has put in a story on how we are trying to help the elderly on what we do. He is a very nice man mr kelly.

Just a little about the business, there was a community laundry which was Owned and run by the south Tyne side council and it shut in just under 2 years ago there was over 1000 customers on their books and were either very old,disabled or had children that were disabled. And have been left with no service since it closed that where we stepped in as my brother used to be a driver for them. The people the community laundry employed were people with learning difficulties and have since found no work we have made it our target to keep in touch with them as we have been doing for a year now and to give them back their jobs. Wall Street and the big banks were bailed out of debt. What happened to us on mainstreet? I posted a plea the other day explaining my situation, but am changing it to read like this.
I owe close to $1000.00 in property and mobile home taxes. Two are considered deliquent. The other two are due the end of Novermber. The longer I can't pay, the more interest is added. My property taxes keep rising every six months. The value of my property has dropped because of the housing bust. Most non-profit charities will not help with property taxes. I work part-time cleaning private houses. It is the only job I can find in my area.It barely-I mean barely- covers my utilities, car insurance, etc. The state can legally take my home just like a mortgage lender if I cannot pay my taxes. I have an old computer with dialup so I cannot join Facebook or twitter due to outdated technology.

Therefore, I am challenging a rich Wall Street banker or other rich banker or anybody with money to burn to help bail me (Jane Q. Public) out of the tank. I cannot pay you back, but I will thank you personally if given the opportunity. I also have other outstanding bills. A doctor bill for $118.00. And I also need the basic necessities of life. Hygiene products, toilet paper, dog food. $25.00 for a flu shot. You name, I can use it. I am in survival mode and have been for the last couple of years.

So, if anyone would like to tweet, facebook me, or whatever to get the attention of a rich, wealthy person I would be eternally gratefully.

Yes, I am angry like millions of other people in our country. We need help and we need jobs to support ourselves properly. I hate having to beg for help. But what else can I do?

Please help me, I was diagnosed with endometriosis early this year and had my first surgery. The endo is now recurring and I simply cannot afford it. I am unemployed and do not have Health insurance.

Endometriosis is a conditon where a type of tissue that lines your uterus is also growing outside your uterus. This causes chronic pain and infertility.

I am humbly asking for your assistance so that I under go surgery for me to have a chance at having a family with my partner who has been very supportive the past year.

We ideally planned on having a family in two years time to give us time to prepare but due to my condition and the stage of my Endo we have had to make very tough decisions.

For those who have Endo and infertility problems will know how hard this is and how painful both physically and emotionaly.

Cloudsourced Caring

Hello, my name is Matt, and I am in a financial bind that I do not wish to continue to be in. Rather than just post requests asking for personal help, I have created Cloudsourced Caring to use the power of the web to help others, while others help me.

Seventy Five cents of every dollar given to Cloudsourced Caring will be given at the end of each month to a charity or needy family suggested in emails from donors. The remaining 25 cents will go to me and my family to help address our financial situation. Once my financial situation is addressed 100% of the donations will be given to charities and needy families.

I have chosen the name Cloudsourced Caring, because cloudsourcing is a way of getting information from a large group of people on the web. I believe that this same group, by using the power of the web, can turn a little help from a lot of people, into a lot of help for people desperately in need.

Now that I have explained my plans for Cloudsourced Caring, I will tell you about the necessity that is the mother of this invention. As I mentioned before my name is Matt. I am 36 years old and married to a beautiful woman and have two wonderful sons.

These facts are the happy side of my life. The unhappy side of my life comes from the burdensome debt load I have become buried under. I have approximately $50,000 in personal debt to family members, approximately the same amount to creditors other than my mortgage, and close to $5,000 in past due medical bills. Due to this, I am behind on most of my bills including my mortgage and utilities. Circumstances beyond my control as well as quite a few unwise decisions over the last 15 years have put me in this position.

In addition to all this my family is sacrificing to make ourselves better by working to get my currently unemployed wife a long overdue college degree.

As I have a roof over my head and am not as destitute as others out there, I could not ethically go out and just beg for assistance, and have chosen to assist others in the process of solving my problems.

So with all that I have said considered, I thank you in advance for your donation to Cloudsourced Caring. And remember if you send us an email as well as a donation, you will see how much of your money has helped my family each month, and how much has been donated to a charity that helps others in need.

I believe that when the world has been kind enough to help you, you must do everything you can to help it. So in addition to asking for your assistance, I am going to put a challenge to the web as a whole. Send in your $1, $5, $10, $50, and so on donations as quickly as possible. I think we can see $500,000 in donations by the end of 2010, which would erase my family’s previously mentioned problems as well provide $375,000 to help others in need. And in addition, I think we can see $1 million in donations by next August. Picture how much that can help the needy families out there. If celebrities can have of a million followers on twitter, we can have a million one dollar donations in a year.
