My mechanic tells me I need a newer car right away but I don't have any money for one. It's so rusty the frame has cracked. It's literally being held together with a wire and chain so the frame doesn't rub on a back tire and give me a flat. And I need this to drive 12 miles and back to work every day to keep my paychecks coming in and for my ministry activities. And now the transmission is starting to go too. Recently my husband and I gained custody of 3 severely abused children ages 6,7, & 10. Money was so tight before we recieved these angels, but now with supporting them we cant afford even utilities, we have shut off notices and a car thats about to blow its transmission. These children have suffered enough, all we want is to be able to provide happy ,lives for them. The brakes went and I was able to get my brother to help me pay for parts and he did the labor for me for free. But the brakes didn't get better, they got worse. After some further investigation, it was discovered that someone had actually put transmission fluid in my brake fluid reservoir! The transmission fluid has eaten through my entire brake system completely and everything needs to be replaced right down to each individual valve and everything, including the new parts I had put on last week! The only thing I can save are the actual metal brake lines- but at least it's something. Just the parts alone is going to be over $1000 even with my brother doing the labor where he works. I just can't come up with the money for the parts and now I can't get to either one of my jobs and I'm really stressing out.
Please consider helping me in any way you can. I understand life isn't easy for anyone and maybe someone else needs the help more than I do right now. But I do need help. My trucks engine overheated and doesn't work anymore does anyone have a 3.0L V-6. I'm a 40 year old married father of 2. Since the factory I worked at closed down 2 years ago the only work I've found is as a independent contractor for a delivery company. I don't make a lot of money at it and haven't been able to save any money keeping the bills paid. I have to provide my own van and fuel. Well that van has broken down. Transmission failed. My wife has taken a job in a gas station making minimal wage. I'm afraid that's not enough to pay the rent each month. I have no other options but to ask for help. I just need enough to get my van fixed or find a replacement soon. A bank loan is out of the question right now as we don't need anymore payments at the moment. I'm not asking for someone to just give us money without ever seeing it again. I intend on making some type of paypal payment back to whoever helps us out of this hard spot we are in. My 1990 F-150 is the only transportation I have and her transmission lost top gear. I understand that the rest of the gears are very close behind, but I don't have the money to fix it, nor can I just park it since it's all I have. The transmission shop tells me it will take $1500-$2000 to rebuild it. So far I've got $50 I can put towards that. Please help!

I'm a 33 year old mother of three boys. I grew up in an abusive home and proceeded on to an abusive marriage that lasted 13 years. From that marriage I have 2 sons, ages 13 and 11. My 13 year old was diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome at age 9; my 11 year old has conduct disorder and has a tentative diagnosis of bipolar disorder. About 4 years ago, I finally had the courage to walk out of my abusive marriage and try to build a safe and normal life for my sons. Fast forward a year, and I found the love of my life and soulmate and remarried.I moved 5 hours away from my ex husband, thinking we would be safer. My ex husband remarried as well. Unfortunately, he married an attorney. Over the course of the last 3 years, we have been kept in court with custody battles and such, while my ex used his new wife's knowledge of the law to find every possible way to avoid paying child support. WE had to pay for an attorney, while his wife represented him for free. Not to mention, the court where we had to go for these cases was less than a mile from his home, while we had to travel 5 hours each way. My current husband and I have a son together now who is almost 2 years old. For 6 months of the last year my ex had finally been paying child support. My husband works to provide for us, while also having to support his son from a previous marriage. That's supporting 6 people on one income! So, having the child support really helped. (I am currently unemployed as we have no means of transportation and live in a rural area with no public transportation, and also have 2 children who are too old for daycare, yet cannot be left unattended due to their disorders.) We werent wealthy by any means, but we managed to make it from week to week and keep our bills paid. However, in October, my husband's employer went out of business with no notice. In the same week, my ex ceased making child support payments and the transmission went out in our vehicle. My husband, out of desperation, found a friend two towns away who would allow him to stay with him so my husband would be in an area with public transportation so he could look for work ( the friend has a one bedroom home that would not house us all, so the kids and I stayed here). All he has managed to find so far is a part time fast food job that barely covers his child support payments. This morning I was delivered the court eviction papers that will render my children and I homeless. If this happens, I have no doubt that my abusive ex will do everything he can to take my children away from me. At this point, I do not even have a way to get to the grocery store, let alone to another state to fight for custody of my children, and I certainly cannot afford legal representation. Our current situation is this: my husband and I must live in two different towns because of lack of transportation and income; I am stranded in the middle of nowhere with two special needs children and a toddler; we are on the verge of eviction with no place to go (neither my husband nor I have any family who can help); all of our utilities will be turned off within a week (no water or heat, we already do not have a phone); and my vindictive, abusive ex husband who does not even bother to financially support his children could potentially regain custody if we find ourselves homeless. I am living in a nightmare right now, and am at the end of my rope! I have no other place to turn and I am really praying that this option can help me find a light at the end of this long, dark tunnel. My h usband and I are both abuse survivors who have children with special needs. We are currently full time college students, studying psychology and social work (3.88 GPA's for both of us) because we have been through just about everything imaginable and want to use our past negative experiences to help others who are suffering or surviving and trying to cope. Our only goals in life are to give our children a decent life and help others who need it when we are able. All we need is a little help getting to the point where we are able.

We recently have run across a great deal of bad luck. We have been asking for help on the street. Most of instruments were stolen and we lost our apartment. Now we will have to sell our truck because the transmission is broken. Anything at all would be a blessing!

I planned to create an event to pass a strong message that people can party
with no need to take any drugs.

I have contact some major associations and give me go ahead. I have
approached a major club brand from Spain to bring it here in London to
start.

The cost of their package ( Use of the trademark of the club, their DJ's,
full club decorations and productions, Media as transmission on TV) will
cost exactly £7,000 and the venue hire ( venue capacity 2,500 people)

I am seeking for money to start to pay the 50% in advance of the package so
I can start the event, and all the money raised at the door on the night
goes as follow 60% will go towards that charity and 40% to my event company
to keep carry on to do charity events every 4 months.

But I need to get started and for this I need a capital. I do not mind to
give back the money after the event as really I am just looking for the
money to pay the package and start promoting the event.

I know that the event will be a success as the Club coming from Spain is
very well known, and I want to make a difference to give a good cheque to
the Charity I have chosen and of course for my event company to keep carry
on doing Charity Events.

I hope someone out there can help me realize my dreams which is to help
youngsters to go back to the right tracks, and I believe with the right
Charity and the right event I can make it.

Our story began 2 years ago when my unmarried partner of 13 years has a nervous breakdown forcing my son and I (a stay-at-home mom) to move from Indiana down to Florida to live with my parents. We had little money, no job, no home and a 10 year old car in need of a transmission. It was a truly devastating time in our lives.

Flash forward two years later. I am now gainfully employed and we have a small 2 bedroom apartment. Sadly, however, it took 9 months to find a job. In the meantime, we used my credit cards to pay our bills and living expenses resulting in high debt and not much extra to cover these now.

I am now faced with the fact that I will need to file bankruptcy unless I can pay down these debts. I've always paid my bills. I want to honor my debt and repay it. Please help us to pay down our debt. Any little bit will help... and will be MUCH appreciated.

I wouldn't ask for help if I didn't feel it absolutely necessary, however I feel that I must humble myself in order to do the right thing for my son and I.

I know times are tough for many of us. I feel blessed to have had the help I needed two years ago. It is my wish to get out of debt so that I, too, can turn around and help others in need.

About 2 years ago I started getting ill after moving into a apartment. I am a asthmatic and the 1st year after moving in to my apartment I got bronchitis 7 times, Pneumonia 2 times, 2 colds, 1 flu and mono. I quickly used up all my sick time and had also used up all my FLMA time. One day I had to go to the hospital from work and my employer fired me for it.
I filed for unemployment and won but my Pulmonologist
recommended that I find some other work then call center work due to my respiratory problems. I have a anxiety disorder and recently found out why. I was diagnosed with a hyperactive thyroid and I have a small cyst or growth on my thyroid gland. I started experiencing uncontrolled anxiety and fatigue. I went to counseling for the anxiety but it didn’t help much.
I recently moved out of the apartment that was possibly the cause of some of my respiratory problems because we found mold in the hallway outside of our apartment and believed it was in the building too. I have continued to become frequently ill and my fatigue, anxiety, and asthma are making it impossible for me to find a job. I can’t get disability for my asthma because my O2 levels are not low enough.
We moved into a doublewide manufactured home we bought this with a small settlement I received after a truck ran off the road and hit me when I was putting my then 2 year old into her car seat. I was injured but she luckily was ok. The other driver took off on foot. This happened this winter and even after that I have suffered extreme fatigue. Our old car was totaled out and the car we replaced it with turned out to be a lemon. In less than 3,000 miles it blew the transmission and the rear axel broke. It over heated, and we also replaced the battery, 2 pulleys, and the AC went out.

We spent over $4000 in the different repairs on the car and used all of the money from what we had left from the settlement we were going to use to replace the original roof of our house from 1988. Our roof has already had leaks and needs to be replaced

My wife is trying to find work but she has seizures and can’t drive. My wife has only had 2 jobs her whole life and is having a hard time finding work. Now we are in trouble because we have no income and bills keep coming. My parent’s just filed for bankruptcy and cant help us and my wife’s parents are unemployed.

We need help with our bills and to pay for our basic need’s
Our bills are as followed.
Lot Rent 410.00 per month
Water/trash/sewer $100.00 approximately per month.
Phone and internet for two cell phones $150.00 (my wife and 3 year old have seizures and need a cell phone).
Car and home owner insurance $154.00 per month.
Power bill between $100-$300 per month (I live in phoenix, AZ and it gets hot).
We also are paying $100.00 per month to pay the fee for breaking the lease at the apartment that was causing me to get sick so often. We still owe $1,100.00
