Hello to all and thanks for taking time to view my donation page. I'm 24 years old and I just saved up my last and moved to Nashville TN. I have a very promising future ahead with my music career in Audio Production. I'm in a very tight situation because I needed to get away from everybody slowing me down back home in Cleveland Ohio that does not want to see me succeed (including family, my 2 kids mothers, and people I thought were friends.) I've had opportunities at one point to make theme music for up and coming Disney, HGTV, ESPN and other shows just to name a few. Nobody really wanted to see me make it and help fund a Engineer so my dreams could become a reality. With the last of the money I was able to raise, I kissed my kids goodbye and moved to Nashville with a close friend from high school.
I figured that everything happens for a reason and prior to me moving, I found out that she has been out here in TN for almost a year with no furniture (bed, couch, dining-kitchen table) Its just her and her cat in a empty Apt. She has a job doing what she went to school for in the animal vet field but she's only recieving small pay. I know anything beats nothing but what is that for someone who graduated from WVU with a bachelors of science? She has Student loans to pay back to a actual bank, a car note, rent and utilities to pay for all on her own and her family is In Cleveland as well. They aren't fortunate to help the situation and anybody from Cleveland could understand why considering how the economy is.
Being a good friend(especially considering that im allergic to cats and there is no vaccume), I saved my last and moved down here because I figured I could help her as well as help myself. If we are going to struggle, we can struggle together. That's what true friends are for right? I have been here since Easter and it's still hard to adjust. She has a leased vehicle so im not really in the predicament to double up her mileage looking for jobs and going to school in it. Everything is so far apart here.I had intentions on going to school in the fall for Audio Production but one day i called a local school from one of the commercials and I ended up taking a tour the same day. I was so Excited to see the Music Studio that I wanted to start immediately!!! I then found out that I started school the very next month (May 7th to be exact.)
Now I have to find a job to go around my school schedule which is only 3 days a week but Im having trouble figuring out how I will even get to school. The bus system is different than back in Cleveland. In Cleveland, schools give students bus passes and they even get discounted prices for being students. Here is definitely not like that. I'm not complaining because I'm blessed to at least be away from all of the distraction and I'm enrolled into school. Now I'm just worried as to what it will take for us to be comfortable for a change.
I eat ramen noodles and Vienna sausages just about everyday to make food here last. I'm not complaining at all but I'm sure that after while i will start to get sick from this. The noodles have high sodium as well. Just barely making it is an experience that isn't fun and I wish this upon nobody. This is why I'm turning to a donation community.

Things all donations will go towards:

Food for home, Bus passes for my schooling, Furniture for our apartment (I'm seeing alot we can get for less locally on Craigslist), Internet so I can stay active with my production, More Music Equipment (the equipment is so expensive but im in the right state to get it used) and eventually a vehicle so I could get us around and not worry about my roommate going over her mileage.

Seems like I'm asking for a lot but I grew up knowing that everything happens for a reason and that prayer goes a long way. Somebody I met in passing recommended this site hearing me talk about my situation to a relative. Thanks in advance and even 1 dollar is appreciated.

East TN Spay & Neuter. They are a non-profit corporation, with the sole purpose to end the use of euthanasia as population control for companion animals. They're a small, all-volunteer group that provides transport to a regional low-cost spay-neuter clinic and education about proper pet care. They also assist low-income families in finding financial aid for surgery and related costs.
They have a few projects going on that need support.

My name is Jennifer and I live in Elizabethton TN. I am not sure why, but I didn't receive my electric bill last month or this month. I went down there and found I have a bill of $223 and I am due to be shut off any day. I am trying to get my disability, and have a court date next month. My fiance just started a job, but he is only making commission so far, and hasn't sold anything yet. My daughter will be 7 on Jan 24, and I am afraid I won't have the power on to even bake her a cake. I couldn't even get her anything for her birthday because everything we had went for rent. I don't like to beg for help, but I have no choice at this point.
Anyone that wants to help, I can give you proof of the bill. Also, if you are afraid that I will buy drugs with any money sent, then I can give you my account number and you can send any payment directly to my electric company.( which I don't do drugs anyway)In fact, I would prefer that any funds be made directly to the company. Hello and God Bless You for taking the time to read my story. I am an Industrial Electrician awaiting a new job assignment, as I have been for a while now. I work for a Temp. Staffing agency based out of Ohio. With the holidays coming up the jobs are few and far between right now. I have been looking into other employment options every day, but with our economy its horrible. This really kills me to ask for help but my children have not grew up like I did, poor and without. They have always been very blessed, although this year is looking terrible. I sat and cried for hours the other night because my son asked "Why isn't the tree up yet Daddy" My Christmas Tree is always up at Halloween and filled with presents by then as well. This has been an extremely tough year for us we have had to move twice this year already and that is not us. Its breaking my heart, I call my company daily and harrass them to get me out on a job, just nothings available right now. Im getting unemployment right now but in Tn thats a whole 270 a week, once we get grocerys and pay bills im going backwards. I could really use some help right now to obtain a descent Christmas for my children like they deserve. I have been unemployed in Ohio for a year and a half and cant find employment to support my wife and daughter and my wifes job does not pay enough to cover all the bills. I have secured a job in Chattanooga and had bought a cheap used car to get there. The car had a clear carfax report and 2 days after I got it I started having issues. First off I noticed that the muffler got really loud so I took it to a mechanic, he informed me that the front and back brakes and rotors were rusted and rotten as well as a lot of hardware under the car, the shifter is also about to break due to rust. Apparently this car must have sat out for who knows how long and everything started to rust with the exception of the body. The total not including the muffler is $750.
Please help, the three of us are at the end of the line and cant pay any bills or our mortgage. I need this car to get to TN. where there is a job waiting for me.

I found a great deal online and was able to talk the seller down to what I could afford at the time. I paid 6,000 cash and didn't have to worry about any notes.

One year later and it was gone, A flood came into TN and damaged more than we could handle. I'd only had the car one year. The insurance I had did not cover it and fema only gave us 7,000 for everything.

I'm still trying to bounce back, I had to put school on hold, and even now jobs are hard to come buy and me and my family are living pay check to paycheck. The only jobs that seem to call back are at the least an hour away and not on a bus route. So I searched online and found this site. I am asking that you please lend a helping hand to me to buy another car so I am able to go further away to look for employment and hopefully find something to help my family.

My name is Jeff. I am 41 and currently living in Nashville, TN. I made this page in extreme desperation asking for financial help with my right leg. There is a picture of the ulcer on my right ankle, which is also painfully swollen, as well as pictures of the varicose veins on my blog. I never ask for anyone’s help, ever, but I am now humbled to ask for your help, it’s probably my last bit of hope.

I have varicose veins very badly in my right leg, and its been a 25 year-old problem which has been getting slowly worse over time. I also got a venous stasis ulcer on my right ankle last year from the vein problems. This was a nightmare for me as it took almost a year to heal over leaving a very bad scar.

I need to have Endovenous Laser Treatment (ELT) surgery on my leg very soon or I will probably lose my leg I’m told. I also need to have cosmetic surgery for the horrible scar on my ankle.

I need $7,500 for ELT surgery very soon and I do not have medical insurance. The cost of cosmetic surgery varies but it is estimated to be $5,000 to $10,000. The grand total I am trying to raise is $20,000 to be certain I have enough money to recover from all this and as I may miss some time from work.

I do work FT right now but I simply cannot afford health coverage, I am living by the skin of my teeth currently just barely making rent. Also the state of TN will not let me have TennCare, I’ve tried many times and got told even some people with cancer cannot get TennCare – just crazy.

So I am asking you today if you could find it in your heart to donate even a few dollars (or a significant amount) to my cause I would be so very grateful to you!

The only problem is they want full production demos, and I am only equipped to do acoustic. I need someone who can help me purchase the equipment to give them just that. I can also use the studio to record other acts. I am not an amature, but with a family (wife and 4 children) I have to use what I have to support them. I will pay back any money lent with future royalties and money earned by recording the other acts. The payback amount can be discussed in full. Reciepts for all equipment purchased will be shown as proof. I have looked into different places to purchase what I need and the amount I am looking for is $5000. This will also help with small equipment that I may need as well as copyrights. This isn't just about me making money, we have plans in place to help others ( foodbanks, families in need, ASPCA, etc. ) once this gets off the ground.
