NOW, as home prices are finally in reach, we find that we can no longer qualify for the loan that would get us, and our five sons into a new home. With home costs once nearing and surpassing $200K, we can now buy the perfect home for $50K. That's what we're asking for now: $50K!! Banks, once far too anxious to give loans for over-priced homes to people who could not afford them, now turn us away for a much more reasonable loan that would actually lower our monthly expenses by almost 1/2. We now watch as wealthy investors snatch up the homes once financed by real families and foreclosed on. But in the time it takes to rebuild the credit we need to get financed, these moguls will have all of the properties and be renting them out to all of us who could not hope to own under these terms.

This about sums it up. We did great for years and have been kicked in the face repeatedly by life. I'm about to get it back together with a new job and 50,000 shares of a new tech company about to be publicly traded on pink sheets.

Unfortunately, that's not soon enough for our landlords and we have received a notice to pay or leave in 3 days (Wednesday, May 17 would be the date).

The video sums it up, as I said. We put love and light into the world. We don't sit around and soak up resources. This is really bad. We could lose everything we have, which isn't very damn much. We'd still have each other, but just a world of heartbreak.

We seriously need some help, our electricity will be turned off May 2nd, our rent is due May first and the late fees are $25 per day after the first with no max. Our house is total electric so no heat, air, refrigeration, hot water, or ability to cook once the electric is off. Our credit isn't good enough for anything and the only option is payday loans. While away we learned that my wife's stepmother is dying from cancer. She has stage 4 lung cancer and isn't expected to make it past the end of the year. We need extra funds for my wife to be able to make the 1800 mile trek to her hometown in NY so she can have the opportunity to say her last goodbyes. To top it all off we purchased a car last year through a company known as JD Byrider, a buy here pay here bad credit dealer with an extra perk, for all the extra money you spend on their vehicles they offer a warranty during the term of the loan. Our JDB car blew a head gasket, this should be covered under terms of the warranty. We had the car towed to the dealer for them to make the necessary repairs. The shop said there was nothing wrong with the car, it just needed an oil change, and it was running fine. I promise you a car that won't do over 60 mph floored on a straight stretch of highway ISN'T fine. So we were forced to trade it in, which cost us an extra $5000, making us negative in our bank. Along with all of this is the need to take care of our three children at home, and constantly having to buy diapers for our grand daughter because her parents can't find work and welfare doesn't give enough cash assistance to keep diapers all month long. We are selling everything we can afford to in order to get out of our current situation, but it won't be enough. Right now we need $725 to make rent and $206 for the electric bill. I can spread other bills out over the course of the month, but these two are critical. We have enough food and just enough money to cover gas for the next two weeks. In 2009, I was made homeless by Hurricane Ida in Virginia. That same year, I became disabled with COPD, sciatica and fibromyalgia. It has been a long, slow process of recovery,pain, poverty,and the accompanying humiliation. I have had to give up my car, my cottage, and my job.

However, thanks to the efforts of very dear friends and some self-made luck I finally have a stable living situation, and the strength to embark on a new career as a writer and self-publisher of Spiritual and New Age materials.
Writing is where I find my greatest joy, (followed closely by my painting) and my experiences have given me rewards of perspective that makes the challenges I still contend with somehow worth it. I'm looking to help others find the inner strength and hope that I found through my own crisis.

I've learned and done all I can to keep it running this long, but now I need a new one if I am going to be able to do the kind of heavy-duty publishing and posting to make it in this field and become self-sufficient.

I had some unfortunate luck during my last few terms there. I found out I suffer from PTSD, my son was badly burned, I broke a rib due to pneumonia, and I began to suffer deep depression. Due to all of this I could not complete a few terms.

I looked to see if I had received my financial aid for the term and because of a glitch the computer said I had, so I paid for my books and classes. I then received a call saying I had not been awarded the money, and that I would have to pay every dime back even though it was their mistake for not telling me I was on academic probation.

This website is my last resort. I have dreams of graduating valedictorian, going on to graduate school, and of changing the world. I need a break. If anyone could help it would be a miracle. After 19+ years of marriage, I divorced just over 1 year ago. My ex-husband & I have 2 children; a high school senior & a college sophomore. My husband and I finally realized our dream of owning our own home in august of last year. We were budgeting and doing good, living within our means. Then I found out I was pregnant again after suffering from 3 losses. It was unexpected as we were finally at terms with only having two kids, it took us a long time to feel ok with it. women feel that losing their hair is almost
as devastating as being diagnosed with cancer.
Most ladies have famalies and small children
that don't understand the changes taking place
to their mother. That is way it is important
for Mom to look as normal as possible.

I carry name brand wigs that look so real
and natural for work or home. The smiles and thanks I receive are heart warming, it just makes you wonder how they will overcome the
hand they were dealt. I already discount the wigs as low as I can but still the really nice wigs are expensive (lace-front,mono-top).

Please help me help others - I would appreciate donations to purchase more wigs and headwear and give them to families that can not afford this necessity while going
through chemotherapy.
