I am in much financial bondage right now as my rent is very late, and ALL of my bills are late. My utilities are going to be shut off shortly, etc. I was just hired by 3 different agencies but I don't begin working until Mid-June. I only have a couple dollars to my name, which i'm trying to stretch for gas to get to interviews.

My bank account is in the red, so I have a large hole to climb out of before I can even pay my bills. I desperately need assistance to survive until I receive my first paychecks. Thank you so much!

My job does not offer short term disability insurance and I already used my sick/vacation time up on the last surgery. I currently cant work more than 2 hours at a time so I really need to get this surgery ASAP. Im looking for any donations that I can get to help with every day expenses. I do have health insurance that will pay most of the surgery but im worried about how my family will survive when Im off 6 to 8 weeks or longer. Really starting to stress out over it. My puppy is 6 months old (today actually) and he has just contracted Parvo. His name is Chopper, he is a Lab/Pit mix. He weighs 42 lbs and lives here with my husband and I. We also have his brother, Sheik, another pup from his litter. In the past 24 hours, Chopper has been vomiting very often and wouldn't have anything to eat or drink. He also started having bloody diarrhea. I took him to the Vet where they tested him positive for the Parvo Virus and he must stay there and be hospitalized to have the best chance to survive and come through. However, the vet I took him to is the cheapest around and they still say it will cost anywhere from $600-$900 for his complete treatment. All the money my husband and I could come up with was $400, and even that $400 puts us behind on bills and groceries and many things, but it was enough for them to take Chopper and start his treatment. Please help us in the fight to save our puppy! We would be forever grateful for anything and everything donated to us. God bless.

Hi I am a single mother going through a tough divorce, a victim of domestic violence. I have had to start my life over after losing everything. The last 2 years have been really tough and it's very hard to recover in this economy and tough job market. I really need some help to pay my back rent upcoming rent as well as some traffic/court tickets so that I might have some breathing room. Im searching for anyone who can help my disabled brother Doug Ramos who has been homeless for a year now. He's sold about everything he owned except for his van that he lives in, so he has nothing else to work with to get money to help himself. Im very saddened & stressed out over his situation & I can only do so much because I dont have any income, since Im disabled myself & am waiting on an approval for my SSI & Disability case. So I just came across this website & posted this to hopefully get him some help with money or shelter. My family has done all we can and unfortunetely my dad is still having to work 7 days a week because he cant afford to retire and he doesnt even have enough $ to pay all his bills, so he cant help Doug except for paying for his cell phone & my mom is totally crazy & Doug just finally broke all ties with her which is a blessing. If & when I get my SSI & Disability then I can help my brother more but in the mean time he needs all the help he can get. He bounced out of the back of a moving truck going 85 mph and he received a settlement, since he was badly injured mentally & physically. However, sadly it was stolen from him. He has been struggling to survive and is waiting to get disability as well. He's now staying in his van in Manteca, Calif, so if anyone nearby can help him with a place to stay or feed him that would be awesome & we would appreciate it immensely!!! Doug is a very decent & honest Christian man who has never been on drugs & doesnt even drink alcohol, which Im very proud of!!! I am retired and barely existing on social security income and took out a payday loan to keep my lights on several months ago ($500) and now every month I have to pay it off and take it out again just to survive. I am disabled and this is driving me nuts! Help!

Here I am, 42, single with 2 children, ages 10 and 12, and struggling. I got my first eviction notice in my entire life in 2/2012. I pray it is my last.
I have narcolepsy and HBP hovering between 180/110 to 211/127. I lost my health insurance at the end of April 2012. I have about 2 weeks of medications remaining.

What am I doing? I do contract work when I can find it. I baby sit and take a friend's child to school for a little money when I can. I get $500 in food stamps and $600 in child support. I have been working on my graduate degree part-time for 4 years. Now, working on the required 600 clinical hour requirement for my degree. It is sooo hard to find work, have child care and do 25 hours of unpaid clinical work, especially when you need affordable or free child care.

I need help to pay rent and buy medication. Right now, I have no employment income at all. Wow. It hurts to see it in print. How much? $6000 would sustain us until my December graduation. However, my narcolepsy medication costs $250 a month and today, gas is $3.80 a gallon. I live as cheaply as a can. I am not in any position to choose when all I have are needs.

I dont want to be this close to completing my degree, only to drop out so we can survive. Please help us. Please. If I can get through these 600 hours, and we have somewhere to live, a car to drive so I can work and we eat, I will be so grateful.

My name is Rocky, I'm a 20 year old full-time college student living alone with a kitten, enrolled at North Lake College in Irving, Texas.

I'm relying solely on Financial Aid to survive right now, as I cannot find a job anywhere that is willing to hire a full-time student.

Out of the four classes I took this semester, I failed one. I spent a lot of time just looking for a job, as a result, that cut heavily into my study time.
