If I don`t get some help with some money for food , bills and just daily living to help me get back up on my feet I`m so scared for my family and I & everything I fought for for years will be for nothing . I am down to some days choosing breakfast lunch or dinner or a roll of toilet paper or gas in my car to get my children to school and am I going to have enough to get them back home . Things have got that bad . Look , I have tried my very best all I have ever wanted was a home . I and had my first child at 16 . I am still married to the same man today. We went on to have 4 children . My last two are still at home they both were born with disability`s . We always loved them and taken care of them . My husband always worked was a great worker and provider until 12 years ago when he was in a near fatal wreck and ran off a mountain in Georgia . He tried to go back but , couldn`t After years of many , many hospital stays and therapy 7 years ago he was well enough to stay with the 2 children for me to go to work full time only 3 years ago Surprise . I had to have emergency open heart surgery with another surgery 1 month later then a lung collapse soon after that . I did go back to work but , everything went down hill after that . I kept fighting and struggling until I had to give up in Jan 2012 . I `m waiting to see if I can get approved for my long term disability that I have paid in these 7 years but they say it may be July IF they carry me . So right now I`m in dire straights . I have done all this on my own . I DON`T KNOW THAT THINGS CAN GET WORSE . But , I never know anything from day to day . I never in a million years thought I would have to ask anyone for help much less online . I`m a private person and I feel embarrassed to have to do this but , a lot of times in your life you have to humble yourself . I thought about it and I saw and read about George Zimmerman we all know who that is he gets to kill someone a kid shoot them in the back not get arrested then set up a sight and get over 200,000 and when they do arrest him claim he has zero money . You know something is wrong with this picture . The parents of the child should get that but , that's not my call. because I need to understand just like me people did open their hearts and even thought people like him needed help .I`m not the one to judge . I just need to get out of a hole . I just need some compassion . I need to be able to get ahead and really be able to go and buy shampoo , soap , soap powders , food , gas , and pay some bills and get what is necessary to be able to continue to live a regular just a simple life and my children or husband won`t have to suffer or worry until I can get my long term disability started .

I was married for 8 years. To a man who treated me ok but didn't love me. I got pregnant before we got married so I felt "trapped" in the marriage. 5 years after the birth of our first, I got pregnant again. Hoping another child would fix what was wrong in our marriage. My husband and I graduated from our local university in May of 2010. We set out to find jobs but every place we applied was not hiring and after 6 months of this we decided to start our own business while applying for jobs as we were getting things started. Still nothing on the job front, and in February of 2011 after much planning we finally opened our own computer repair business. Business is slow going as we have only been at it for just under a year now. And we are not able to pay ourselves at all yet.

And just before Christmas of 2010 we found out we were going to have a baby. This was a big surprise as my husband has been fixed for 12 years and we have been together for 10 years with out anything happening. After getting him checked out, we verified that he is in fact able to have children and the doc didn't seem to know just how after 12 years of being fixed, that it could reverse itself.

All of these situations have come about and made it hard to pay bills, afford basic stuff like diapers for our little girl, and we are even to the point where we need another vehicle and we cannot afford to get one even though it is greatly needed so that I can get my baby to doctors appointments and WIC appointments. Also, so that my husband can still have a car to got to work and travel to customer sites.

I am looking for any donations big or small. Anything helps! I will be using the money to meet our basic needs and possibly save for another reliable car for myself and my baby.

I am a single mom, with a disabled child. I was hit with a double surprise last month in the loss of 2 of our social security checks. I had intended to pay the past due water bill last month, but this situation threw a monkey wrench into an already precarious situation. According to social security, we lost the checks because my son turned 16. These agencies never pre-warn you, and if they even attempt to notify you, they send multiple conflicting information, which is not clear on what they are doing.
Because the water has been turned off, and the bill finalized, I now have to pay a total of 343 in order to have the service restored. The utilities company contacted my landlord, who has issued a 7 day notice to me because the lease says that I cannot have the utilities turned off for any reason.
I trust God, and I know He will come through for me somehow, because He's never failed me, but I am getting a bit concerned, as I have exhausted all options. God usually moves very strongly when that happens, so when I saw this site, I figured I'd try it, because you never know what direction He will move from.
The local assistance agency says they can see the loss of income that created this emergency, but want me to provide proof of income replacement in order to get the assistance; which I cannot yet do as I am still unemployed and seeking work.
It's amazing to me; the timing of this. After being forced to wait almost an entire year, due to lack of finances; to take my licensing exam and pay for my license to work, I chose to sacrifice a bit on the bill in order to do this, because I cannot work without the license. I did the right thing, and did not break the law in violating that rule, but waited until I could get my license to practice massage therapy. Now, I am facing the loss of our home. Even if I attempt to set up advertising, the arrangement will take more than 7 days to set up the deals and get the clientele in, and I won't get paid until the clientele have redeemed their deals. My license just arrived, and the doctor that was going to hire me, has "changed the direction of his business." I'm a 31 year old male, oh and my 4 year old kitty. Life has not been easy but I always did my best to keep moving forward. From dealing with childhood abuse to climbing the corporate/social latter and falling.. I've always tried to "handle it" and do everything the right way, all on my own and helping everyone I could in anyway I could along the way.

I've worked very hard and instead of being out there in the world stealing or making babies I can't afford I got a good job, car, and bought my first home at age 20. I'm the kinda friend you know has his own issues and he don't wanna bum you out with them but you can say "Hey James, I can't make my rent, can I borrow this.." or "James my house burned down can I come live wit you?" or "my boyfriend is about to be deported can you buy his old car so we can afford the lawyers?" and my answers are as follows; How much you need?, how long Can you stay + here's $2000 come buy a co-op in my building I'll put in a good word for you, and will it pass inspection?? All this before I was even 25 and these people were older than me! Grown men coming up to my desk at work tell me "I'm hungry" or even just a simple "Feed me" while perched atop my cubicle like a starving pigeon and we'd laugh and joke and sure enough I would buy or bring in something good to eat. I'm the kind of friend that for your birthday from me your most likely to get something we saw in a store window months ago, just to surprise you and make you happy cause it was meaningful to you. Also very kind to those I don't know who seem to be in need, even when we didn't speak the same language, they were drunk and I didn't know if I was walking into trouble.

Somewhere between then and now my life has turned completely upside down. The weight of what I had previously survived (praise God) and what I am now going through don't balance anymore. I lost that home and car and job due to a disability and even though by now you must think me a generally upbeat, diligent, resourceful, praise his name in wrong or right soul I'm lost and I need to rebuild. My entire support system was slowly picked off by my family and close friends life circumstances. I hate telling people how it all happened because to me it sounds like I'm saying I'm cursed and horrible things just keep happening to me. I accept my responsibility for my end and do self checks constantly. Even when thrown into situations far beyond my years, or no one should expect and try to deal with careful thought, civility and grace.

The one last thing I had to hold on to, that was keeping me strong and helping me grow as a person was the love I thought I had but apparently I did not. Lying, fear, cheating, HIV, emotional abuse, sneakiness, poverty, hurt, uncertainty, finding out the person who was the love of your life gave him HIV on purpose but still didn't want him!, cancer and treatments, severely persistent and mental illnesses, self-centeredness, the loss of friends and family acting shady and all that was just my relationship with my EX! So of course me being me for the most part stowed my problems.. "as usual" even if it left me in a bad spot financially, emotionally or physically and I was there! Loving and Supportive even after I was almost attacked. It's a fine line between being a damn fool and doing the right thing, I know but now I'm all on my own. I'm on medicare but the co-pays and deductible are killing me, I can't stay where I am, I'm fat, unhappy and depressed but still thanking God for all the blessing, some time's I feel like asking for more would be an exercise in futility But I'm here. I recently learned that it's ok for me to ask for help. What I'm begging for is to please, please, say a prayer for one another and me! be good to one another and if you could please help me reach my $2,000 goal to a new begining of self sufficiency so I can stop being a broken person and go back to helping others, me and kitty would be forever in your debt and pray for you as well. Amen

Hi,
I am a married mother of 2 beautiful girls.
My husband lost his job 3 years ago, due to a knee complaint, and we could not afford court costs to pay to fight it, and has since had to have numerous operations, and because he is only 45 he has been told he is to young for a new knee.
He is unable to go far when walking, he can not run and play with the girls like he once did, and is in constant pain.
He is a mans man and never complains about his pain, yet i know he is in it constantly.
Because of the pain he is in, and the fact i am now his carer we have no spare money to take our children away, even for a long weekend somewhere or day trips.
We have not been able to take our girls anywhere since my husband lost his job, and i feel so sorry for them, as the eldest always comes home saying her friends are going away, and asking why we can not. They ask for things we just can not afford to give them, but would love to.
We were hard working individuals, up to the loss of work, and me becoming a carer, but now have to skrimp by everyday, and someday's telling your children they cant have something because we only have a few pence in our pocket, is heart breaking.
We save pennies and 5 pence's and when the jar is full we go to the coin star machine to change it, but they never amount to much
I have never asked for anything in my life, and have always managed to get by, but this would be for my family, for them to be able to smile, even if it is for just one day, by doing something we can all enjoy.
So if anyone would like to help, it would be very much appreciated.
I am not asking for lots, just enough to pay for a day out somewhere.

My twin sister desperately needs my help, but I'm in poverty and I have medical issues. I'm having a really hard time giving her much help.

First off, she is barely 21 years old and such a beautiful, lovely young lady. She always, no matter what, tries to be good to everyone, no matter what she has been through, and she has been through a lot. She has a lot of talents, including singing, songwriting, journalism, and poetry. I love my sister!

Unfortunately, she just became a struggling single mom with a newborn baby. She loves her beautiful baby so much and cares so much for him. If I ever have a baby, I wish I could be as strong and caring of a mom as she is. She puts her whole heart into his care.

She's been through a lot in the past year as well. Before she became pregnant, she was hit by a car and lost her job, all the while being confronted with huge medical bills. She can walk now, but has a permanent weakness in her leg and it hurts sometimes for her.

She now has absolutely no support from the father, and thankfully, he is out of the picture due to incarceration. I was aware of the fact that he was always a little "off", but she recently revealed many secrets to me, and he was aggressive and very emotionally abusive to her. He even stole from her! He hurt her very much.

She's staying at my mother's, which, is normally a good thing, but, this is NOT a good situation she is in. It is not very safe, constructive, or loving at my mother's. I worry for her being alone and having been through so much. I know she feels so upset, and it pains me that I can't be by her side. I also worry that the father might try to come back and hurt her if he gets a chance. She is stuck there and she needs to get out, soon.

So, dear stranger, my sister needs your help. She wants to do so much for the world, go to school, learn a lot, and contribute to society. She has a lot of dreams. She just needs that jump start. She needs to get started first.

Please, if you would take a moment and donate something, she would appreciate it so very much. Everything will go towards her beautiful newborn baby and her enrichment, and hopefully a few counseling sessions for the pain she's been through. She needs all the help she can get.

'I am responsible for me.' I haven't fully learned this simple principle (to my shame and surprise). My choices have placed me and my girlfriend in a position where we will be evicted in 8 days. I've previously planted the seeds for a new authentic growth in my life. However, the fruits of my labor won't be realized in time. I don't think I would be begging if I was concerned for just me. I'd rather be homeless. But, I can barely stomach the idea that my bad choices will affect my partner. I promise each donor 2 things: I will help others in need. I will continue to courageously and honestly, re-evaluate my life (and accept FULL responsibility for it). We are in need of $1600 (1 dollar at a time). Thank you to all that have read this. I am a 38 years old men from Hungary. I had been married for 10 years and I was absolutely satisfied with my life. I loved my wife very much. We had a child, a little sweet boy and we were living in a small apartment. I was never rich, but I was happy.

But in a "nice" spring day a got an unwanted phone call. A women - who has not revealed her name - told me that my wife had a lover and wanted to leave me. And - as it turned out - it was true. To the top of that it also turned out, that my wife was already pregnant from her lover. My whole world collapsed.

I loved my wife very much, I forgave her everything and asked her to remain with me. I promised her that I will accept her baby as my baby. After lengthy inner debate she decided to remain with me. A few months later her baby was born. I loved her little girl, because she was completely innocent. How could I hate her?

As time went by her baby got stronger. I hoped that things would get better. "Time heals all wounds" - as they say. But once, when I got home from work I found an absolutely empty apartment! She moved to her lover and she took my son with her! There was no word to describe my chagrin! I lost my wife, I lost my son, I lost my whole life just one day.

When I recovered myself I started to beg her to come back to me, because I was unable to process the events. A few months later my wife quarreled with her lover and to my greatest surprise she told me that she wanted to come back. I was very-very happy! I felt that I got back my life!

After she moved back with my son I started to look for a bigger apartment, because our old apartment became a bit small to our increased family. I found one which was large enough, but I had to ask for a huge loan from a bank to buy it. After we bought the new big apartment we all moved there and I thought that the dark period of my life was over. I thought that the moving and the nice new apartment will help my wife to distract her thoughts from her swirling and unstable feelings. This was a big mistake. One year later my wife left me again. She came together with her lover again and she moved to him. Fortunately she didn't take my son with her. This was the only consolation for me.

At last - three years ago - we got divorced. Since then my life is very hard. Due to all these events my financial situation is terrible. We are living from only one income. I am raising my son completely alone, no childcare, no family, no friends that can help me. It is not to easy for a men. I have to pay the high cost of the big flat and I have to pay an installment every month to the bank. I have a mortgage on my apartment. If I won't be able to pay the installment we will loose our home! My ex-wife doesn't even want to know about my awful situation although she was the one who caused the problems. I try to struggle out of this situation but I can't. I really work hard as a software developer but my salary in not enough for me to pay all our bills. I can't sell my apartment because of the economic crisis. Now my debt is much more higher than the value of my apartment.

I am not proud of my story. I admit that I was very-very naive. Maybe I should not have to stick to my wife for so long but I really very loved her. Now I am in a big trouble. If anyone could help me I would be grateful!

Hello, my mom died last august. To my surprise she left a big debt of 12,000 on a credit card in my name plus the funeral cost. Any cent or dolar can help. Im married with 2 kids we work hard but just cant afford paying this debt. Thank you for your help.

I had saved for a trip on which I plan to ask my Current Girlfriend to become my Wife, and if she accepts to be married before we return.

I've got the ring, I've planned the perfect trip and I've taken care of every last detail.

Then I got in a car accident. It wasn't my fault and no one was seriously injured, but the vehicle was totaled.

Insurance plus everything I had saved just barely covered replacing the car.

Now, I'm screwed. I have a job, but not a very good one. It took me almost three months working a second job to save enough for this trip. It took nearly a year to afford the ring. I planned to surprise her with two tickets on the 28th of October. Now, there is no possible way for me to replace that money in time.

I am not used to asking complete strangers for help, but I have no other choice. There is no way for me to back out of this trip now, but I have no money to cover it.

Any little bit you can spare would be helpful.

I have been an electronics engineer until two years ago when our company's continued down sizeing left me without a chair. While I actually am working its mostly min wage jobs and mostly under 40 hours. I have one daughter and my wife is now 5 months pregnant. We do manage to scrape some funds together to bring wife to her monthly check ups. However it is the cost of the delivery. Our debt is getting larger while our living expenses seem to grow. We have downsized our lives as best we could.

I realise some peoplemay consider it irresponsible; having another kid with our economic situation. This pregnacy comes a compleate surprise to everyone, wife, me and Dr. During the delivery of our first child my wife had some complications. There had been an emergency C-section perfromed. As result we got a beautiful healthy daughter, but there was a consequence. Basically the doctor told us my wife my not be able to get pregnate again. I mean the odds against was astromonical. Maybe you can say this new baby will be a miracle. Just a miracle during unfortunate times.
