Hello all,

Like so many people on this site everyone is in a bad situation, I too have fallen by the waist side in this economic crisis.

I'm a healthy, young woman who has a family to provide for I am the sole supporter/contributor. They depend on me for everything from shelter, food, clothing, transportation to/from, etc. I became unemployed several months ago because of budget cuts. I took heed to my elder's warning me to save, save, save for a rainy day...well, those rainy days have since turned into months and the bills are piling high up to the ceiling. We are on the verge of being evicted, electricity being turned off (very necessary because two of my family members are diabetic, must keep the insulin cold), not to mention being able to provide the medication for my sick loved ones and the car(which our main source of transportation) being REPO'd.

I have been on it seems like 100 interviews, but to no avail. I have been doing odd jobs here and there, but they come once in a blue moon. Nothing stable has surfaced.

It is a struggle out here. I just ask that you kind people be willing to donate whatever you may have to my family and I. It would be greatly, greatly appreciated.

let me start by saying my name is crystal and i have 2 very beautiful children i am 30 yr s old and i married a man that i thought was a devout christian..after about 6 yr of marriage my 12 yr old comes to me and tells me that my husband has been touching her inappriatly and has been doing this for a ahwile so i took the appriate steps had him arrested for this he was bonded out and has continuasly harassed me and my children since december ...the police r doing everything in their power to help with the situation ...but now i have his family harassing me...anyway my daughter is now suffering from ptsd and depression...this man took my daughters innocents from her...he destroyed our marriage ...my daughter tried to kill her self right after all this because she thought this was her fault i have her in counceling but it doent seem to be helping i get a phone call today from my divorce lawyer saying i would probably not be able to keep our house because he is fighting me for it and the house is in his name ...he was the supporter in the house so his name was on the bills.not mine..so i need help either with a home or relocation expences i am in the process of looking for work so far i havent had any luck a job would be nice too..any ways godbless and ty

single mom, husband walked out during the holidays.he was the sole supporter for the household. although ive been steadily looking for work,cant tell you how many resumes ive sent out. i have not found one yet and now im facing eviction here at christmas time.my rent owed is 1169.00 with a late fee now owed of 100.00. any amount would help me and my son stay in my home thru the holidays.which after i can find a cheaper place or hopefully land a job.ive sold so much to keep lights on, food etc. but have run out of options.ive no where else to turn . again any amount will help towards my rent. every cent will go to rent

when I first made the choice to run for boston city council at large I was on the streets sleeping at the airport but now with place I need money to help me on my write in campain I uas not able to get on the ballot for november so I am running as a sticker canidate I have no money in the bank I go part time to a college an hour away in franklin mass and I live in boston! and I am running alone with no one by my side I have a few supporter just in votes but I need booth the votes and money as well please find it in your heart to help me in my effords to get a job at city hall in boston.

I would be very grateful to any individual who can assist me in paying my school bills.Recently i had an opportunity to go to Holland to study a one year program in Rural Development and Innovation but due to financial constraints i couldn't go therefor am appealing to any individual who is touched by my plight should please assist me and am willing to devote myself by working hard to achieve my dreams and also make my supporter proud of me . Hi,I'm a mother of four little girls who is in desperate need of HELP. I escaped a troubled and abusive marriage a year ago. One night after being abused one to many times I packed the trunk of my car with my daughter's clothes and a few toys and drove 13 hours back home with my father. I thank God every day for the strength he has given me and for my loving father that helped me out. My father was my only supporter, my best friend and my faith that life could get better. My father resently passed away leaving my heartbroken, confused and alone. I know I must go on, for the sake and future of my daughters. I struggle every day without him, but his strength still lives on. I know there are people that are as kind as he was. And here is where i beg for help. So that I can continue school and still put food on the table. I'm currently working part-time and need help financially to continue to pay for school, rent, daycare and food. Every little bit will help us. So if anyone can find it in their hearts to help us out and help me fullfill my dream my father started I will be forever greatfull. First I would like to say that I have read some of the stories here and wish that I could help. My prayers are with all of the people here who need the help of kind strangers.

My story. I am the mother of 3 great kids. My husband was a wonderful man until an injury lead to his addiction of pain pills. We tried rehab and counseling several times to no avail. Four years ago I had to ask him to leave. My energy needed to be put into taking care of my Children. From that moment I went to work and have provided all that I could to keep things going by working 2 jobs. This past year I took a little break from one job to go back to school so that I can earn more money. It was a sacrifice that pinched. I lost my car due to unaffordable car repairs. I'm not complaining about that. I can take the bus. My son has always been my biggest supporter. He has worked from the time he was 14 to try and help out. He always calls home to see if their is anything we need while he is living on pennies.He is working and going to school determined to make a better life. We have applied for financial aide and are grateful for that help. He received a letter stating there was a mistake on his award letter and he would have to pay 3,000 dollars by September 9th to stay in school. My heart is broken. We have sacrificed and worked hard to get him there. I have tried everything I could to try and help. Because my credit history was wrecked from my husband I do not qualify for a loan. My family has helped with his school supplies and money to help get him there so I can't ask them for any more help. His grandfather agreed to co sign a student loan and we were relieved. Turns out my son's father screwed up again and is in rehab and needless to say his father is footing the bill. He backed out on co signing the student loan and now there are just days until the money is due. I need help to try and raise the money to help my son stay where he deserves to be. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated. I don't have anywhere else to turn. Thank you for taking the time to read about my hardship.
