I recently moved from Hellonearth, Oklahoma, to FL to help some people with various problems. Where I came from, my former boss begged/borrowed every last dime of my money(income tax refund from working in MS, before i came back to OK for a girl i had fallen in love with- the feeling was mutual, still is..) The ex-boss 'borrowed' my $500 tax refund under the pretense that she had to feed her children, etc, etc. Turns out she spent it on drugs and casinos instead, and has no intentions of paying it back. The girl I love is now stuck in Hellonearth, OK, because I couldnt afford to get her out here, and then tickets sold out and it was too late.. so she is now pretty much homeless & starving, and I need to save her, but everybody's previously seemingly- good plans are failing for various reasons(attempting to ebay up $ to get her here, but ebay is way too slow + i am new seller + people in OK stole most of what I had intended to auction. I travelled via greuhound, paid in advance by who summoned me to Florida. I do not wish the stress / danger of greyhound for the girl I love, so i need to make about $400 A.S.A.P. because we are both heartbroken and I can't feed or protect her from this far away. The hell in which she's stranded is ovverrun by meth, thieves, etc. and i need to get her to the airport, from 74601 to jacksonville, + gas for whoever takes her to the nearest airport, + food.. I estimate about $400 should cover it. If my former boss didnt beg away my tax refund, my love would already be here, safe, eating, sleeping safely.. If you help me get her safe, I will repay it as soon as I can, +interest or something more than you contributed. So please, if you can help, think of it as an investment, unless you donate anonymously, then think of it as good karma, leading to more good things happening to yoh for helping the poor girl get to this little piece of paradise. yes, we aren't rich, but i can feed her, love her, and make her life happy, I love her and don't want to let her down like eveeyone else keeps doing.

This is not a beg, this is a cry for help. I am 23 years old, with no kids and no vehicle. I have a good paying job where I make over $30,000 dollars a year working with special needs adolescent. I am in a massive amount of debt that I honestly placed myself in trying to clean up a debt that I already had but was manageable. I took out about 6 pay day loans, not all at once to pay of a bill I was short on and it continued to collect interest and build up and pull money out of my account to a point where I was over drafting my account at the same time and collecting a ridiculous amount of overdraft fees. It took me a month to pay it off and literally the next day the payday loan company's continued to pull out and set me back into overdraft so I'm at an enormous amount of negative now and left my apartment to someone else because I cannot manage. I left my apartment with nowhere to go and not even a car to sleep in and I just want to get rid of these payday loan people but it's quite impossible when they pull out my money every two weeks and it's not there because my bank has eaten it in overdraft fees. I'm stranded I'm desperate I have been thinking I the impossible just to get my hand on $4,700 to clear my situation so I can go back to life. I have been gambling as a result of this because at this point I feel I have nothing to lose. All I am holding on to is my good job. Im miserable and facing all types of depression and stress. I have been biting my lip out of anxiety til it bleeds and I have no one to go to. My enormous pride has let up tremendously through this experience which might have been Gods lesson and I try to be more grateful for what I do have however it's not many more sleepovers I can disguise as I have no where to go.
Please find it in your heart to help me please! I will do any good for this help I am in desperate need of it. I can't promise you I can pay you back right away but I am willing to do anything to get me out of this finacial nightmare.

Hi, I'm Alexandra and I'm 20 year old working college student in San Jose, Ca. I was in a car accident this past sunday, February 19th in Los Angeles while on vacation. I just bought my car all by myself a month ago and thought I succeeded another milestone in life. I have full coverage on my 2006 Honda Accord but my insurance company decided to triple my deductible (not my rate) from $1000 to $3000 so I would basically be paying for my own repairs and medical bills (I have a sprained neck, back, and wrist but luckily I have health insurance). My insurance company left me stranded in the middle of a Los Angeles street with my crashed car. They wouldnt even tow my car back home or to where I was staying. I know it doesnt sound right and I already have filed a case against the insurance company about that with the California Dept of Insurance and with 7 on your side (the news station). I'm basically scrambling to find a mechanics shop to fix my car for a reasonable price since I do not have $3000 upfront. If you dont know how far San Jose is from Los Angeles, that is about an 8 hour drive. I have no way of getting to school or work and sadly I have contemplated quitting school to work a second job which was totally against everything I believe. I dont want to have to end my college career due to this. I honestly do not have anywhere or anyone else to turn to for help. This is basically my last call for help and will be making a decision soon about what to do. I'm only asking for $1500 out of a total of $4500 because I honestly feel bad for having to ask but I would really appreciate the help. Thank you.

I'm a 33 year old mother of three boys. I grew up in an abusive home and proceeded on to an abusive marriage that lasted 13 years. From that marriage I have 2 sons, ages 13 and 11. My 13 year old was diagnosed with Asperger's syndrome at age 9; my 11 year old has conduct disorder and has a tentative diagnosis of bipolar disorder. About 4 years ago, I finally had the courage to walk out of my abusive marriage and try to build a safe and normal life for my sons. Fast forward a year, and I found the love of my life and soulmate and remarried.I moved 5 hours away from my ex husband, thinking we would be safer. My ex husband remarried as well. Unfortunately, he married an attorney. Over the course of the last 3 years, we have been kept in court with custody battles and such, while my ex used his new wife's knowledge of the law to find every possible way to avoid paying child support. WE had to pay for an attorney, while his wife represented him for free. Not to mention, the court where we had to go for these cases was less than a mile from his home, while we had to travel 5 hours each way. My current husband and I have a son together now who is almost 2 years old. For 6 months of the last year my ex had finally been paying child support. My husband works to provide for us, while also having to support his son from a previous marriage. That's supporting 6 people on one income! So, having the child support really helped. (I am currently unemployed as we have no means of transportation and live in a rural area with no public transportation, and also have 2 children who are too old for daycare, yet cannot be left unattended due to their disorders.) We werent wealthy by any means, but we managed to make it from week to week and keep our bills paid. However, in October, my husband's employer went out of business with no notice. In the same week, my ex ceased making child support payments and the transmission went out in our vehicle. My husband, out of desperation, found a friend two towns away who would allow him to stay with him so my husband would be in an area with public transportation so he could look for work ( the friend has a one bedroom home that would not house us all, so the kids and I stayed here). All he has managed to find so far is a part time fast food job that barely covers his child support payments. This morning I was delivered the court eviction papers that will render my children and I homeless. If this happens, I have no doubt that my abusive ex will do everything he can to take my children away from me. At this point, I do not even have a way to get to the grocery store, let alone to another state to fight for custody of my children, and I certainly cannot afford legal representation. Our current situation is this: my husband and I must live in two different towns because of lack of transportation and income; I am stranded in the middle of nowhere with two special needs children and a toddler; we are on the verge of eviction with no place to go (neither my husband nor I have any family who can help); all of our utilities will be turned off within a week (no water or heat, we already do not have a phone); and my vindictive, abusive ex husband who does not even bother to financially support his children could potentially regain custody if we find ourselves homeless. I am living in a nightmare right now, and am at the end of my rope! I have no other place to turn and I am really praying that this option can help me find a light at the end of this long, dark tunnel. My h usband and I are both abuse survivors who have children with special needs. We are currently full time college students, studying psychology and social work (3.88 GPA's for both of us) because we have been through just about everything imaginable and want to use our past negative experiences to help others who are suffering or surviving and trying to cope. Our only goals in life are to give our children a decent life and help others who need it when we are able. All we need is a little help getting to the point where we are able.

My girlfriend and I are stranded in Houston, Texas after purchasing a car battery that took our remaining 90 dollars. We're currently living in my car.

For three months, we've went from town to town on a limited budget looking for work. Until recently, we hadn't had much luck. We've spent hours applying to jobs all across the country and at home in Louisiana. Last night, we received a promising opportunity in New Orleans, and with less than a hundred dollars, we were ready to leave immediately.

Unfortunately, our battery was dead. A gentleman tried jumping us off, but that didn't work. He took me all around to find a battery that I could afford, and it completed emptied my funds.

We're only asking for enough money to get to New Orleans, which is about 45 dollars. We have food in the car, so we are fine on that front. In order to take advantage of our opportunity, we need to be in New Orleans by Wednesday.

Any help, even if it's one or two cents, would be greatly appreciated. We feel blessed to have this opportunity, and we can't wait to be home to reunite with our families. Thank you for reading, and thank you for your compassion.

I'm 64, male, disabled, and on a low fixed income. Because of a bad decision to join a friend's business I'm now in Tennessee and stranded. I need to go back to Florida where I had better health care and more help with food and day to day needs. The system here in Tennessee is MUCH tighter as to benefits and with a tiny income it leaves me NO money for emergencies - much less relocation again. My friends here cannot be counted on to help me go back to my life in Florida.

My story is simple. I am on the road with my boyfriend and we are trying to get to Seattle. He has a job waiting for him there. We thought wehad enough money to get there but our car needed repairs. We are now stranded at a gas station outside of Portland, OR. We haven't eaten in two days. We have asked eveyone we know for help and they are unable. I don't know what else to do. I know it may not seem important but, my daughter is 17, works 2 jobs, helps me with her younger siblings (My son is autistic), is about to graduate with a 3.8 and is amazing. I clean houses and don't make a lot, we have enough, but no extra. We saved up and bought her a car which ended up blowing a head gasket shortly after we bought it. With no other option, sadly, she cashed in her savings bonds that my Dad had been buying her since she was born and got $600. She had $200 saved. She bought an 88 pontiac 6000. Yesterday, after owning it less than a month, it left her stranded on the highway. No clue what is wrong now.
I know a car isn't really important and there are so many people that need rent or food or clothes. Please give money to them first. If there is a little left, I would really like to be able to get her a car for Christmas. We are saving every extra dollar we have but at this rate, it will take us years to save enough up again. I think I can get her a great car for about $4000. One that looks good that her friends won't make fun of and most importantly won't leave her stuck anywhere.

Couple rescuing dogs for 10 years. We have blog telling our story in Brazil although we are not Brazilians. http://www.janeiro-emmy.blogspot.com We were financially ruined by a natural disaster floods and landslides. Our business failed due to the lack of tourists visiting the area. Who would want to take a holiday in an area where well over a 1000 people died. We have 18 rescue dogs here at the moment and not a cent in the world. Closed our business and now we are stranded in Brazil with 18 old and several special needs dogs. We have one rescued from the disaster her entire human family died. There are videos on the blog of many of the dogs before and after rescue. We have just saved three puppies from dying and got them adopted out. We have been checked out by several animal groups and are authentic. We need to raise money to find new premises quickly before the bank throws us out. We are on facebook with a page called Dogs in Brazil. Please if you give value to rescue work and want to help visit the blog. See the photos, videos read our story. We have written to 100's of celebs and foundaations. We have a process with a lawyer to become a non profit. It has not been completed due to lack of funds. We are desperate. Cannot let these dogs go back to the streets. Yesterday, I thought i had found a ride share to get home to continue my schooling and be near my family, my sister had just recently had surgery and i was concerned for her and i was in a mad rush in looking for a cheap economical way to get home.

The man i had thought would drive cross country from LA to Florida, flaked out on me taking my meager savings of 300 bucks, my cellphone and slamming my left hand in a door at a hotel i had bought.now im stranded in hollywood and without a place to turn.
First and Foremost Prayers are much needed in finding a solution, any help will be greatly appreciated

This is as bad as it gets for me, I hate begging and I dont want to be a burden on society but i'm at my breaking point. 4 years ago out of high school I started working at Wal-mart, I started as a grocery stocker and made my way up to be a team lead as a truck unloader and supervisor. Things were great until last october when I witnessed a fellow employee being sexually harassed by someone underneath me. We filled a sexual harassment report with the managers but they blew us off. Since they refused to do anything to the kid he kept it up and then started underminding me as a supervisor because he knew he was getting away with it. I was told I needed to just "do the job" by another manager and the girl eventually quit after the kid assaulted her and tried to force himself on her in the parking lot. I was demoted and given the really bad jobs because of my "failure to supervise", then myself was picked on by the managers who used me as the scape goat. We tried talking to a lawyer but the case wasnt very good and would cost us too much. After months of being tormented and letting the kid crawl under my skin for the last time, I went to the office and told them I cant work for a company that endorses sexual harassment and sexual predators to work for them. I quit and regretfully didnt stay the two final weeks of the notice.

Since then I have been black listed by them when it comes to applying for other jobs. My room mate and only friend who lives around here, also worked with me and quit at the same time as me for the same reason. We both ended up having to terminate our lease in april after selling everything we owned other than our clothes, cars, my grill and a few necessities. I have no family to move back to, my parents are non-existant. I have lived out of my car and at a rest stop nearby for a good 4 months. I'm down to my last $5 due to last night my brake cables and brake fluid lines rotted out in my car from the terrible salting from the harsh winters. I finally have a job starting but I cant afford to get my car repaired now and that is going to compromise everything. I'm so worried about what I will do, the job pays bi-weekly and my first pay check wont be for 3 weeks after starting. Getting my car fixed means everything to me right now. Without it I am stranded. I bought the parts already but the service and labor fees are what is killing me the most. It will run about $200-300's.

Again I hate to beg, I feel so horrible even considering it, it feels so beneath me. I've always been the kind of person to donate and stick up for the people who are hard up, but now that I am in this position I dont know who to turn to. I'd be eternally grateful and will try to find some way to make it up if I can. God bless you all and may you never be put in this horrible situation. I would never wish it upon anyone :(

So for the best interest for my family I have recently moved over 900 miles from my family and my wifes family with our two boys and july 1st came our first daughter and last child. Seeing as how I did not want to miss my daughters birth or leave my wife stranded at the house alone with a 7yr old 1 yr old and 5 day old infant I had to take time off work. This time was unpaid and me being the only one working and only making $10.75 an hour it is hard enough to pay my bills when I work my normal shceduled days. I normally find myself working 72 to 84 hours a week to make it by. I rarely swallow my pride and ask for help but this last week off work has put me into a deep hole and fear that a downward trend in money is going to follow. Please help I work my butt off to support my family and can't get help anywhere else. I along with my three kids and wife would be eternally grateful and will not forget the help. I have one friend that is also trying to raise money but we've barely saved up enough for even one treatment. The girl who has cancer has been my friend for years and I don't know what to do. I have tried everything and I am desperate. The treatments for chemo, radiation, medication, hospital are outrageous. With our economy, I cannot get a job and also visiting her and making sure she's okay, I wouldn't have the time. I am on the brink of homelessness too and will be kicked out of where I am living in 2 weeks. This means I too will be stranded. I need money for rent and to help my friend. I am not asking for thousands and thousands of dollars though it would be helpful. Anything helps at this point. If you think you could provide me with even the smallest assistance it'd be greatly appreciated. I am forever greatful that my best friend is still living. I know she doesn't have much time, but I would love to see her go happily. All I want is enough to make her smile one last time before her time is up. She is very young and she once had an amazing life. She is constantly sick and in pain because we don't have much money. She is currently 23 years old and almost near complete hairloss. :/ She has a beautiful soul and I want to make her feel that way one last time. She has a younger brother who is 8 that asks why he can't see her. They were the closest two people in the world and I'd like her to get to play with him and take him somewhere fun where they can be happy together. The total cost is going to be well over $10,000+.
