My kid brother is a 29 year old who is dieing from End Stage Kidney Decease. His Dr said the following:
that he is terminal, he needs help and I need help to provide for him as he has no income and can not work. He has been staying with me since just before Christmas(about three months after he was diagnosed), He spends most of his day dealing with hospitals and the nights going to dialysis treatments then back home. he is applying for SSI and SSD but still no word as of yet. In the mean time I need help to purchase the medical equipment his doctors have required him to have at home, also we need clothing for him as the last 3 clothing banks I have gone to near our home have had nothing his size. His diet is a dialectic renal diet and I can no longer afford to provide foods that meet it's stringent standards with out help. He dose not qualify for pre-SSI as he has no children. We have tried everything and now must resort to begging for help. We need a bed, bedding, a Fridge, clothing, activities(Batman themed), food, a new kidney would be nice. The list goes on, Please help If you can I can provide letters from his DR as proof.
This has put a strain on all of us both physically and emotionally But I love my kid brother our parents are dead so we have no one to turn to.

let me begin by saying my husband had #3...major strokes all at once as a result he is still paraylezed
on his right side. and it affected his speech.
He has always had high bloodpresure and sometimes we could not afford his meds witch ultimately led to the strokes.
that being said i have been suffering hearing loss and dont have ear drums n in need of surgery...as well as dental...probs.
i cant work because i need to take care of him hence i have no income he recievs ssd n it barely covers our bills.
i was getting info on begging on the corner and found this site i pray theres help somewhere and im asking very humbly n sincerly from the bottom of my heart please can u help?? tysvm.

My name is Gary Griffin , im a 32
year old man that used to be a very hard worker in the job force, in
2010 I became very ill and had to stop working , i tried to get social
security dissability and have been denied 2 times and now am having to
wait for a hearing infront of a judge, they keep giving me some excuse
that my age and ability to get retrained for other work is the reason
for denile. I have congestive heart failure, enlarged heart, and an
irregular heartbeat requiring a defibulator implant in my chest , and
now have type 2 diabeties on top of that, with my medical problems I
can no longer work, just living around my house seems like a full time
job now. I have exausted all available unemployment insurance. and now
have no way to pay my bills and support my family, bills are piling up
and ill be lucky to pay rent, ( having to borrow from my brother) . I
am lost and dont know what to do , i cant get a job but need money to
live on untill i go to court for ssd. do you have any suggestions I could really use some donations right now! sorry for the sob
story but I am going mental trying to figure this out ! I already get
food asistance but food stamps dont pay the bills lol. I really need
help , thanks for listening needed to get this off my chest . Just been put on medicine for diabeties supposed to take 2 pills a day checked price of meds cheapest for 60 is $470 thats rediculous! My health is getting worse and the stress of my financal situation is killing me I despratly need donations any thing will help! We have no one to go to for help as both my wife and I our parents have all past away no family to turn to ,my brother has over run his finances to help me and now he is having problems too! please help me with any donations any thing will help

I have worked all my life and never asked for any help. I raised three children and never got food stamps, medicaid, etc. I am now physically unable to continue to work due to health issues. I know I am near the point of being terminated as I have to take medications that cause me to "nod" off or keep me in a fog. If I don't take the meds then the pain is unbearable. I owe $38,000 on a little house I bought. I was homeless for 2 1/2 years due to a layoff and I lost everything including my home. I don't have family or friends to help me. I am 60 years old and started working when I was 10. Lazy is not a part of my makeup. I don't know how long it will take to get SSD approval and I am scared to be homeless again. I don't have any savings or other resources to fall back on. I live on only the necessary requirements (no phone, no cable, no expensive foods, etc). I am missing too much work but the lawyer says I have to be totally off work before applying for SSD. I don't know how I can pay bills, not lose the home, etc if I am not working at all. I just need some help not to lose the house (it is not much but it is a home). The house will get me through as long as I will need it. I am just terrified of being homeless again. I have COPD, excessive narrowing of the spine, degenerative disk that are rapidly becoming worse (more than normal for my age), lose my balance, can't stand up straight, can't sit for long period of time, can't stand more than three minutes, neurological disorder that is causing me to "lose time" (can't find the answer to that one), need to stop driving as I don't know what happens during the losing time periods, episodes of slurred speach, numbness in my arms, hands, legs and feet. This is humiliating as I have always paid my own way and now I am facing this at my age. I need help and have nobody to turn to. I don't know if I wrote this correctly, begging is not an easy task. If there are people out there that really do help others in need then please read this with the understanding of what it is like to be alone in the world, facing being homeless again at my age. I need help with the house, utilities and just survival needs until I can get the SSD going. Thank you for your time.

I need to rasie some money for my medical bills. I am 40 years old and a single mother of 3 children. I have had my share of medical problems from Stroke to depression but last year was the icing on the cake. I had went to my cousins' house and was helping him with arrangements for his wifes funeral (breast cancer) when I couldn't sleep. And when I say I couldn't sleep it was 4 days before I could fall asleep. I thought that it was just stress and noticed my shorts falling off. So I weighted myself and was in shock. Before the trip I weighted 248lbs but the scale said 219lbs. I couldn't figure what was going on because I had been eating more than ever. So I left my cousin and came home and went to my doctor. He wanted to run some test, he felt a lump in my throat. The Ultrasound showed some nodules and needed to have a biopsy. During the biopsy the doctor mentioned the spots to be calcified which meant noting to worry about. I was so happy. Then the next day my doctor called me at home and said we need to talk. I told him I know it's nothing since it was calcified and he said no that it is cancer. That a rare number of people will have this type of cancer. So I am unlucky. How can I be that 1 person in a million. Why couldn't I have hit the lottery. I am unable to work due to the dizzyspells and the fainting I have from this. I also have the shakes so bad that I look as if I will spill everything I touch. I had welfare insurance which covers the treatments but I am required to work for the system to keep the insurance and my doctor and my body will not allow this. I have worked all my life in the medical field until I became ill. I have applied for SSD and had to appeal the out come because this type of cancer is not covered by there means. So I am now stuck. I need surgury but have no means to pay. My doctor is willing to allow me to make payments while I get treatment but still need to upfront a part of the cost before they can do anything. So please help me.

I am a father of 5 kids I am unemployed I am waiting on ssd and VA benifits I have major back problems due to my work surgery will not fix .I just want enough money to not have to worry about bills any more.I am just a simple man I dont need anything but money to pay off what I have ,all I have is house and one vehicle payment and I bought it used .I am no one special just want a little help ,I am a worry wart and money is stressing me out ,my wife does work and workes lots of hours she is a very special person .thank you for your help .

Hello, Iam a single mom of a 8yr. Iam also on SSD which means i have a very limted income. Just found out that my truck is in need of a heater core :~( I found some one who will do it for $500.dollars. The problem is that I only have half the money.
Would like to know if there is any one out there that would help with the other half. Such as a loan or i could do odd jobs for you.

My wife was diaognosed two years ago with bi-polar and hasnt worked since, She aplied for SSD but still havent heard anything. I work part-time but thats not enough to pay our bills and get my wife hers meds she needs. (She hears voices without them and they tell her to cut herself!) I am 55 years old and most of my family are deceased,so I am alone. I am what's now known as a "99er", one of the long-term unemployed. Through no fault of my own, I lost my position over 2 1/2 years ago. I have not been able to find anything, not even part-time, even though I have sent hundreds of resumes. Due to many health problems (OA,DJD,Osteopenia, etc.) I have applied for my SSD. It is a very lengthy process. I am looking for just a few dollars to help with gas so that I can continue to go to doctor's appts. I know better than anyone that times are tough, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Both my husband and I are on SSD and we barely make ends meet each month. We are short on bills by 200-400 dollars each month. Today our car broke down and we have no money to fix it. With out our only vehicle we have no way to back and forth to doctors, get food, and meds. We do not drink or smoke or do drugs. Please help us.

I am hoping to find someone with a big enough heart to help us out here. We have two children, 9 and 6, myself and my husband, and my step-mother. My husband hurt his arm in 2007 at work, and we are still in court with his former employer, because he lost use of his right arm. So he is unable to work, and we receive welfare money. I am a really bad type 1 diabetic and have been since I was 5, and am unable to maintain proper employment, so I am on on SSD. We also have my father's (he passed away at Christmas in 2010) fiance, who is may as well be a step-mother to me who lives with us, who has 3 types of cancer, all stage 4, and she is bedridden, and very very sick.(She is only 57) She battled and won against bone cancer in both her legs about 7 years ago, and regained the ability to walk. Now she has skin, lymphatic and blood cancer, and is back to being in a wheelchair. We can't afford to pay her to get a whee;chair ramp, and her insurance says she should move to a nursing home, but she dont want to, because she likes being at home.
Please if you can help out, it would be the kindest thing someone could do for our family.

We have a really old house (pre-civil war) which is hard to keep heated in the winter, and hard to keep cool in the summer, and cant afford to fix the furnace, the water tanks, or the windows. Our car is a '99 van thats falling apart worse every day, and alls we do is drive to doctors and the grocery store. I am at the end of the rope here with being able to sell off any collectibles or music, or electronics that we have, I've been recycling bottles from family members, and saving up all the change we find, but it just isn't enough. My kids, I can't even afford them new summer clothes, and they're both growing like weeds. I have been lucky that I always prepare for the worst, and so I have a bunch of canned food, and we have a few chickens that give us eggs, but we are on our way to sinking beyond the point of saving. Please, we are good God-fearing people, we aren't out to buy ourselves some tv or motorcycle, we have no credit card debt, cuz we think its bad to do that, we just have nothing left to give. I would like to be able to fix our furnace, and insulate our hotwater tank, and maybe be able to fix our car better than we've been doing with metal tape and putty. I would like to be able to get a bag of fresh vegetables and fruit for the kids to stay healthy, and I would like to be able to pay our bills this month.

Hello, both my husband and I disabled. My husband is receiving Social Security Disablity and I am waiting to go to court to fight for mine. I suffer from agoraphobia, anxiety , depression, amoung other health issues that I am seeking out new doctors who can help with them. The free clinic does not help with my kind of issues. In the mean time my husband's SSD check is just enough to cover most bills. We need help with either getting bills paid or get medicine for both or food. I never dreamed I would be in the position. my mortgage is 1692 iget1695.i have 11 people inthis house my son is 36 not allowed to work for last 3 yrs. he has a wife and 4 children. my daughter just got a minimum wagw job she a partime job also. by the time they pay ins. car payments and .33 of food they are broke so everrything the grandchildren we find the money.we have rmortgaged the housebut that is a bandaid. any help would be appreciated so far this is not helping either i must be below the animals and other nations. i'm trying to help myself 3rd world have that way for thousands of yrs. i feel for la. but when you live in a swasmpexpect floods.livev the desert and cry cause no water. you get the point i had a paper route when i was 6 and washed and waxed cars for a dearship at 10.i'll try any type of work i can do on my computerand at my pace i have ssd but if i could get back to making what i used to 55000 a year i have alzheimers demensia. i can't drive doctors orders. i challenge anyone to give me a job so i get put myself where my mouth in the meantime please help. ican't leave the house alone one of the neighbors found me scrapedup in the middle of the street

hi, i'm regis and i woked for over 37 years in 2005 i had a heart attack that lost.33 of my heart and brain damage. my wife is always giving to charities but i lost my job and waited 2 years for ssd. we had money saved but we had opened a gym and lost $50000 my wife swore she would find a way to pay bills and she made it 6 years but now we go in debt approximately $500 a month it is only a matter of time and we'll lose our home. we have been very blessed her sister was giving her $500 a month the last 3 years but that well is getting dry.if you could find it in your heart to pay $20 like you would a dog. i can't drive i'm not supposed to leave the house this is the last thing i everthought i would do .god bless and thks in advance
