Urgently Need Startup Funds

Posted by orsis on 2012-05-19 15:58:55

We need start up funds for a new company urgently.
The amount we need is only US$25,000.00.Our Company is
a small start up niche specializing in fish farming.
We are into farming red hybrid talipia..This is a river fish and can be be farmed easily and we do have an international market for this sort of fish.
We have bought 50 acres of land and have most of the equipment to start operations. We urgently need these funds to purchase other badly needed equipment and money to purchase fish food and other products to filter the river water to have it as pure as possible.
We are in the final phase of this start up and need these funds and also to pay a contractor for setting up everything for us.

Thanking you in advance
My name is Anthony and my partners are Mark,June,Crystal, and June..
E-mail me and i will answer any questions you may have..Much research has gone into farming these sweet
formidable fish.

Just $10-$20 from YOU, could help us make a dream come true, and possibly others on Begslist.com as well!!
As the housing bubble collapsed, my family and I could see the coming recession and its fall out coming. While my wife has a steady and secure job, and I ran a successful public relation business, we could not chance getting caught in the down pour of bad lending and foreclosure we saw coming. That was our last smart move.
As the recession, I might argue depression spread across the country and our town equally, like so many others, we found ourselves affected in ways we didn't see coming. My business began to fail, losing client after client to hard economic times, until those few clients who were left were asking for reduced costs, some even asking to keep services coming though they can not pay at this point. I have tried to oblige. I continue to serve many clients in trying to promote their products and services "pro-bono" so they can eek out a living in these times.
My wife has been great through all this. She works a steady "day job" to barely meet our monthly rent and bills.
We have tapped every credit card, and can't pay their monthly bills and fees. We have ruined our credit, believing if we could hold back the storm, and continue to help those we serve, we would be alright on the other end.
NOW, as home prices are finally in reach, we find that we can no longer qualify for the loan that would get us, and our five sons into a new home. With home costs once nearing and surpassing $200K, we can now buy the perfect home for $50K. That's what we're asking for now: $50K!! Banks, once far too anxious to give loans for over-priced homes to people who could not afford them, now turn us away for a much more reasonable loan that would actually lower our monthly expenses by almost 1/2. We now watch as wealthy investors snatch up the homes once financed by real families and foreclosed on. But in the time it takes to rebuild the credit we need to get financed, these moguls will have all of the properties and be renting them out to all of us who could not hope to own under these terms.
So we turn to YOU! A generous stranger, who can help make our dream come true. YOU can donate a small portion of this expense, and help us to make this dream come true. We are setting a goal of $50K, and hoping to beat the tide of greedy investors from owning what could be our new home. As we get closer to our goal we will use some of the thoughtful contributions we receive to repair the credit we have forfieted, so we might get the funding we need on our own through a bank. IF this happens, and we exceed donations needed, then we will donate the remaining funds to others on Begslist.com, including to the Begslist.com creator to continue to help neighbors help neighbors ... because we all need help sometimes!

Trying to see my Twin

Posted by sadbee1 on 2012-05-15 14:58:55

Hi everyone,

My name is Sadie, I am 25 and I am from the UK. 3 years ago my twin sister went to Australia for 2 months but never came back. She struggled to find work after graduating in England and felt prospects were much better in Australia.

I have always felt like my life is on hold until she returns - but until then I dream of going over there to see her. Maybe even suprise her! She has a new life now but I am desperate to go and see her for a holiday and meet her new friends.

Flights are really expensive - they are at a minimum about £1000. I have been trying to save and have managed to save £125 so far but I am a long way from my goal and would like to see her soon :)

Any help would be really appreciated.

I am in the process of setting up a paypal account. In the meantime if you would like to help me you can email me at tweech@live.co.uk

Thank you

3 kids and scared

Posted by stayinpositive on 2012-03-30 19:58:13

Hi I am a mother and a wife going through an extreme financial crisis with my family. I know this is odd to put on here, and I can't even believe I'm doing this. I am begging and pleading to please deposit a dollar in my paypal account. My husband was working, and he quit to go to another job that seemed great. It was 4 more dollars an hour, the hours were great ect. When he was supposed to start, the "new" job told him, there was no work lined up. Needless to say he was very angry. But he just put on his happy face and kept moving forward. He can't go back to his other job, as they already filled the position. What baffles me, is that this "new" job is the one who called him and said when are you ready to start, we have work lined up. We were so excited, because he waited for like a month and a half to see if he was going to be hired or not. What happened was this new place didn't get the contract they thought they were going to get. They should of never called him unless they were positive they had this contract. If they would of waited, my husband would still have a job.I would hope this wouldn't happen to any of you. This all happened two weeks ago, today... actually. Ever since he was told there was "no work" lined up, he has been up and out everyday looking for a job. Putting applications in online, and setting up interviews. If you have a job, consider yourself very lucky. No matter what, your job is not that bad. At least if you have one, if you do. We have 3 children, and I am scared to death. We have passed due bills, the mortgage, etc. I can get more detailed if you request. He was supposed to start last Monday, the 19th. We live pay check to pay check, not by choice. Unforeseen circumstances put us in the situation that we are in. My husband had, and still has medical problems, and neither of us have health insurance, as many of us Americans don't. He was on disability for a few years, and he requested to be taken off of it, so he could work. He also is not any better, but he took that time to get all his surgeries, that did nothing, except make it worse. Prescriptions are expensive, we have to pick and choose what prescription medications we are going to be able to get. I'm not going to elaborate any further, but if would like to know the whole story, you can email me. I will also provide what evidence I can, so you know that this is not a made up story. I want to thank each and every person, that just took the time to read this, even if you can't help. I know a lot of us have fallen on hard times, I just ask if you could please donate to us, or ask someone that could. If you are able to donate please email, and I will give the email for paypal. I just ask for a dollar, in hopes several people will be able to help us. It's a very scary situation to be in. I hope by reading this, you know in your heart that I am being honest. Please consider a donation to us. I thank you all and have a Blessed night.

We are team of scientist and explorers who are going to explore coordinates from LOST series which are Latitude 4.815, Longitude 162.342
Our equipment is detecting magnetic anomalies from that place and we are ready and prepared to go there and explore. We have 2 boats, a submarine(which we lend from Russia with full crew) and a small plane for emergency situations . We are asking for donations because we really have insufficient funds for food. Once we solve that problem, we are setting up a site with live stream of exploration. Insufficient funds are our only problem right now. A soon as we solve that, we are ready to go. Thank you for your time and donations !

Help me get married!

Posted by kendrashue on 2012-03-29 09:58:40

Hi, my name is Kendra Lynn S. I'm 22 and living in Kansas City, MO. I'm originally from Ashland, KY but I moved to Missouri in August of 2011 to live with my aunt and work for her husband. I needed a change and needed to get away from a life that was killing me in Kentucky. I miss it sometimes and I miss my friends, but I met an amazing man here who loves me with all his heart and I plan to marry him and spend forever with him. We don't have a lot of money but we are getting by, we're just happy to be together. I work 2 jobs and he works full time at a bank, but we're having trouble raising money for a huge step in our wedding planning: I have to declare chapter 7 bankruptcy.
I have $10,043 in medical bill debt from an accident in January 2010 where someone hit me with a 4-wheeler, putting me in a coma for 2 months and then physical therapy and rehab after that. The original bill was $200,000 for the medical costs, but I received a scholarship to cover 95% of the cost because I didn't have health insurance at the time. While I was in a coma, I lost my apartment, fell behind on payments on my school loans, and my bills were sent to collections. Ashland Kentucky is a small town, and we're kind of a small family so I didn't want to press charges on the person who hit me. But when I met my fiancé and we started talking about marriage, I discussed my situation with a lawyer to determine what I should do.
We want to be able to buy a house in the future, but with this debt the lawyer was afraid that my credit will hinder that. The lawyer was also afraid that since my bills are in collections that if I get married that the creditors would seize my fiancé’s assets. My fiancé doesn't have much, but we are sharing his truck since I lost my car and if the creditors took his truck we'd be out the $10,000 remaining on the truck loan and without a vehicle. I decided I would try to press charges just for the cost of filing bankruptcy, but the person who hit me was the sheriff’s son. No police report was ever filed. Small town politics are good in most situations. This is not one of them.
The lawyer tried to do what he could, but Kentucky’s statute of limitations for filing suit against someone is 1 year. By the time I decided I needed to sue, it was too late. So I’m stuck with a bill I can’t pay and it’s the only thing keeping me from marrying the man I love. My mother is a medical transcriptionist in West Virginia, and she’s barely making enough to support herself and her boyfriend so I can’t ask her for help. My father has been in prison my entire life so I don’t really have anyone to turn to for assistance with this. My fiancé’s parents have been very helpful, but they only have so much to help with and they can’t assist us with the bankruptcy.
Me and Trey (my fiancé) are paying for the wedding and the honeymoon entirely by ourselves, on top of keeping up with rent and truck payments and regular bills. Like I said, we’re happy and we’re doing okay living a humble lifestyle. Other people have it worse, I get that and I’m grateful for the love I’ve found and the life I get to spend with him. We wanted to get married in June, but at the rate we’re able to save towards the cost of filing bankruptcy, it could be next year before we could get married, and neither of us want to wait that long.
I already spoke to 1 lawyer and was quoted $1500, two payments of $750. Our finances are so carefully budgeted that and stretched so thin that we just can't do that. My fiancé has stopped eating breakfast and lunch to save money, started riding his bike to work and is doing everything he can to save money. We’ve set aside $300 towards the filing cost. It’s taken us 4 months to do that. We intended on using our tax returns to file, but mine was taken by the creditors and we used his to try to get ahead on our bills. So here’s what I’m asking: any donation towards the cost of filing my bankruptcy would be a huge blessing right now. Some members of our church have offered to assist us, and someone referred us to this site. I
think it’s a great thing that people are willing to help complete strangers out and I wish that I had the resources to help others at this time. We’ve already agreed that we will do whatever we can to help others in need on this site once we can start setting more money aside once we’re married. But right now, I need $1200 total to cover the cost of my bankruptcy, so any donation towards that would be a blessing. Thank you for taking the time to read my story, God Bless!

Just a little help please

Ok just to start I would like to say that I don't have a sibling with a cripling degenerate disease, or lost my parents in a freak skiing accident (both are living happily in France)and I am not trying to send a football team of disadvantaged kids to an unbelievably expensive disney themed resort.
All these are worthy of donations and if I were able to I would donate to them myself, however I am not and have instead found myself, after a very long series of misfortunate events (mainly starting with stupidly marrying an alcoholic, thank heavens for divorce), having to sign up to a web site basically begging for kind strangers to donate, even the smallest of change, to be able to turn my life back around.

I won't bore you with the details of my long struggles as im sure we have all been there at some point (long and drawn out 'woe-is-me' emails written on request) however, what i will say is that after throwing myself into the world of work at 16 I gained as much life experience and qualifications as I possibly could and worked my little toosh off all the way.
I come from a family of workers and it is in my blood, however, after educating myself as a Photographer and Lithographer throught the RAF (leaving to get married and have a child) I then went on to realise that living with an alcoholic was not so good 4 either my baby or I, so took the brave steps to leave.
Setting myself and my child up on our own, I then went and re trained putting myself through an apprentiship as a mechanic and loved it! However I found it very difficult to spend quality time with my child during the holidays so managed to get a job in a school, which was perfect, then when an abusive relationship led 2 my son and I becoming homeless I had to do what was best for my child (and most definately not best for me)I let him go to live with his reformed dad 200 miles away :(
I then went back to what I love, mechanics, as I tried to get my life back on track however work has dried up and just after xmas I was laid off so here I sit as a single 30 yr old with qualifications galore, unemployed!
Ok depressing prologue over and i will cut straight to it.
I am now trying to make a future that will make my life and my contact with my son (every third weekend and all holidays) easier, I am trying to re train as a mechanics teacher, however the hurdle I have come accross (I really should apply to the olympics with all this hurdle trainging I've had) is that the course is going to cost £6,000 and I will only get help towards half, now this is a little bit of an issue as I dont know anyone that could manage to find £3000 in change down the side of their sofa, so I am apllying to the masses, I am just asking for a whole lot of people to donate just a little bit so I could get sorted please.
I may not be the most in need and I may not have a heart wrenching story but I am honest and I am a nice person who is sick of those that dont have any morals always coming out on top, just for once I'd like the good person to win (more specifically me really lol) so if you could spare anything I would truly be so very grateful :) Thank you if you made it this far :) xx

I really appreciate you taking the time to read this. I know it's nothing new, but I'm praying that someone will have the heart & resources to help me. I recently made a move to another state so that I can enroll in college. I've never had a criminal record, I've never taken drugs, I don't smoke, etc. So you wouldn't have to worry about a donation going towards something that isn't beneficial. Next week my rent, car payment, and insurance is due and I don't have the means to cover $900 worth of bills. Yes, I'm working 2 jobs and going to school. However, with gas prices being how they are, the job locations eat half the paycheck just in itself. Because of this, I AM currently seeking new employment. I'm down to my last $50 trying to pay for gas, and I'm setting aside $10 for food. It's been 3 days since I've had a full meal. Thank-goodness we can survive off of water...

Please, please, please....if you can help me out in any way, it would be SO much appreciated. You have no idea. Thank you JUST for reading this regardless if you give me a donation or not.

Want to further my education

Hello!

My passion in life is visual arts and how it can be used to bring together and help communities. I currently work as an assistant in an Art Gallery (I was lucky enough to be picked out of 30 possible candidates). I have dreams of setting up my own studios/gallery/cafe/community project combined in the future. I am planning to go back to university part time, whilst working, and study an arts and community MA to help towards my goals. I hope to meet like-minded people and useful contacts, and take advantage of the support and resources of an institution. I am saving as I go and looking for a second job to help towards raising the money needed for the course. I know I will raise the money eventually, I would just REALLY love to get going and not see it as something way off in the distant future! It's not a massive sob story, I know, but I am ambitious (I am the only person in my family to go to university, coming from a very uninspiring town) I don't earn a lot, and anything to help me get there quicker would be a huge, huge help. I am 100% committed to having a great career ahead of me and reaching my goals!

Thank you for reading my post and taking an interest! :)

This is the last thing i ever thought i'd do. I'm a 32 yr old man who this passed July broke his right wrist. I went through the surgery and casting just to find out the doctor didn't set me right. I'm a bricklayer by trade and now there is no way to work let alone lift a jug of milk. I have another surgery set for February but this little mishap is setting me back financially a whole year. I have bills to pay and mouths to feed. I honestly didn't know what else to do. Any little thing would help. Ty everyone for atleast reading my rant. May god bless you all.

However this is going to cost money that I just don't have. Can you please help me? I can't take on any more hours at work and my hubby also works long hours so I'm asking for anyone's help!

Im on here basically as its my last option, here is my story........

I have recently moved to a new area and started a new job, about 3 weeks
ago, with my long term boyfriend. He needed to get out of the old town we
were living in due to work issues as he'd recently been sacked. Being the
doting girlfriend I continued to pay his mortgage as well as all my own
bills and help him out with cash from time to time until we got back on
track and everything sorted. He has now got a great job in York and Ive paid
for him to get a room in a shared house so he could start things straight
away. Ive continued to fund everything else, including the fees of moving and
getting a new place for the both of us to live close to my new job and
obviously put down my name on all contracts since it was myself paying and
setting it all up.
Now after leaving my home, family friends and job, spending my life savings
and trying to create a lovely home for a new start for the both of us, the
sale of his house has now come through and he has decided to break up from
me! I know nobody for 120 miles, have no savings and signed up to a 6month
contract on the rent etc with now half the income expected and need to now
pay for everything myself, exactly how Im supposed to do this I have no
idea. I cant afford food or cleaning products and the place is a state, but
living without extras I can deal with, but I just dont know how I can pay
the standard bills. I owe out monthly £1400 and my pay is only £800. I
know people are a lot worse off than myself, but I dont qualify for any
benefits with me being 24 (apparently you have to be 25 or have a child to
qualify for anything) and Im all alone here now and I dont know what to do.
Ive got another job on evenings and weekends but it really doesnt even make
a dint in the bills.

I know its a lot to ask but even a spare 10p is greatly appreciated, it may
just mean I can buy a tin of soup and have a decent dinner one night!

Again thankyou for simply taking the time to read this, and if you so much
as feel bad for me then your a good person and I could do with remembering
that those do exist!

We could be home for Christmas!

In the late 1990's, my wife and I came separately from Peru to the United States. We met here, fell in love and married. We now have four beautiful children ages 12 through 3.

We have never been able to adjust our immigration status here. It was never a problem to find a job and feed our family. But now, I have lost my job and cannot find a new one. My wife cleans houses and we live on the little money she brings in. We live in fear because the police in our town are stopping everyone. We do not want our children to see us deported and the family torn apart.

We have worked hard all these years. We never took help from the government even when we could - no food stamps, no medicare. We paid all our bills. We even paid social security taxes but will never be able to retire with that money.

We want to return to Peru. We ask your help for the airfares, shipping our few personal belongings and setting up a home there. Now, I speak English so I can get a job in tourism there. We will keep our children in bilingual school so they don't lose their English. They will have the chance after college to come back, they are US citizens, but my wife and I don't want to return.

This is for real. We only ask for a little help to go home. Please help us in any way you can.

Que Dios les bendiga! May God bless you! Thanks.

Quarters For Alaska

Posted by quartersForAlaska on 2011-07-15 11:58:17

Hello everyone! I'm asking for quarters for a good cause. I'm a legally blind individual who is hoping to go to Alaska to find work. I would like to perhaps work at a shop of some sort or another, but need help to get there and some assistance in setting everything up. Any quarters you send would be greatly appreciated.
Why Alaska?
It's always been my dream to work in Alaska ever since I read Julie of the Wolves in 7th Grade.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and I hope to personally thank everyone with a hand-made key-chain with the braille saying of your choice. So if you know of any sort of work, or a shop that would allow a phone interview, or to add quarters, please use the paypal button below!
I am a 26 year old female and work full-time. I'm saving money on my own at a steady pace but would welcome any donations that would expedite my future journeys. I love to travel, to see the world, to meet new people, and want to do so while I am still young. However I do not fully have the means to do so at this point in my life. That's why I am asking the universe and you for any assistance. In order to directly see any impact your donation may have, I am planning on setting up a blog with which I can share all of my experiences. I aim to eventually visit Croatia, Indonesia, Samoa, Thailand, Patagonia, and Rapa Nui. Any amount is welcomed and will be used for said purpose. Whether you're an ex-traveler who wants to perpetuate the exploration or a wealthy businessman who feels generous and can spare a few dollars for another's fantasy trip, any amount will help and all will be unduly appreciated.
No money to spare? No problem. Forward this link to your friends/family. Help me to realize my life dream!

Would You Please Help With This Endeavor?

Dear Reader,

Setting up the website below is likely the most practical avenue that I can take at this point. I am caught in the payday loan trap. My overall credit rating is low. I have somewhere between $20,000 and $30,00 of overall debt. At the same time, I have a stable job in the professional world, while I also do some independent freelance work in my field on the side. Both of my checking accounts are in the negative right now. I have regular bills coming due very soon! So, I am utilizing the Internet to ask folks to donate money to me with respect to my present circumstances.

Even if you are only willing and/or able to donate $1, this would be helpful. The website is not a landing page. There are no sponsored ads on this site. This is not a scam. I will use the money for my immediate financial needs, to pay the payday loan companies, to start paying down my overall debt at a better pace, and to invest in my independent freelance work. If you have any questions about any relevant details, please do ask (contact info is on the website).

I had thought about asking for folks to consider the possibility of providing a direct personal loan for my own emergency needs, debt consolidation, etc., but I am not sure if that is wise. However, this sort of loan could be used for consolidation. In the big picture, it might be best to ask for donations, be thankful for what I receive, and focus on earning money in as many legitimate/legal/ethical ways as possible.

As I write this here, it might be acceptable to you (if you are not willing to donate) to ask me to do some freelance work for you in my field. We could discuss that option by E-mail of course (again, contact info is on the website).

Again, thank you for your consideration.

Help needed for kids of disabled mom

Posted by sendthegirls on 2011-04-07 23:58:18

So I just putting my karma out there and swallowing my pride. That I would use a site like this would never have occured to me a year ago, yet here I am. I was diagnosed with psuedotumor cerebri and fibormyalgia and sometimes the sentence seems worse than death, except for my kids and husband. He works as hard as he can at a non profit group that I used to work for before my doctor disabled me. I am still waiting for Social Security to decide if I "deserve" th money I paid into that system for 24 years. Anyway, my kids give up so much for me. My daughter checks in the mornng to make sure I have taken my medicine and its just sad. Here is what I need, I will just tell it like it is. My daughter is a 4.0 student who excels at everything. Last year she was invited to attend a National Young Scholar Program in Washington DC and the leadership and things she learned were amazing. This is the ONE thing I don't want her to have to give up for me. This is not a summer camp but a class room setting. I can supply the website for the school. The tuition is 2000 for the school. I also would need maybe 2000 for travel and lodging. I can't be six hours away from her if she should need me or something were to happen to her. That is what I need and I am putting it out to the universe to help me. I feel like before I got sick I would help anyone who needed it and it was in my power. I have to believe that will come back to me. I can be reached at sendthegirls@yahoo.com if you think you can help. Even if many people helped a little, it should add up to achieve my goal. Thank you for any help you can provide and if I ever get my Social Security I will try to pass it forward. Thanks again.
