hello:)... i feel very awkward attempting to explain just how serious and overwhelming my families situation is right now...i have always been there and helped in anyway that i was able to with family,friends, and strangers. i spent most of my life making sure that the ones around me were atleast happy, hopefully healthy, and especially loved.. Now i have a baby boy of my own, i am a single mother, and i want to provide MY son with the best possible opportunities in his life... i want to experience life with him...to see his accomplishments,to laugh with him,and to always let him know he is safe..... however- like many individuals, i am having many setbacks. unfortunately some of these issues are pretty serious:( i have severe dental problems:i have since i was a child, and never had the $ to take care of it. it has reached a point that it is life threatening if i do not somehow find a "miracle"...if my lack of money ends up shortening my sons life experiences with me, i will never forgive myself. i have to have extensive surgeries...mainly what i am praying for assistance for at the moment is any type of kind heartedness and understanding....i have to find a way to afford dental implantation and reconstruction of my entire mouth:(:(...it is soo embarrassing....but above that....extremely painful every day...it hinders my time with my son, aswell as finding a good job to support him....i cant smile anymore....not because i dont want to,but because it hurts:(. if u decide to read this lengthly post, and you have it in your means to help us in anyway, then u are an amazing and deeply appreciated individual...even if you are unable to help us at this time....i appreciate the time you took from yourself to read my words. *Bless YOU*

Hello BegsList. My name is Chris. I'm 19 years of age, and I live in Philadelphia. At the age of 18, I escaped an abusive household to enter the adult world. I am afflicted with autism and severe ADHD. I don't let those setbacks get to me though- I'm enterprising and constantly looking for employment. I finally had a good place- I found a well-paying position at Walgreens, and they transferred me into the Philadelphia market. Not three months after arriving, I was unexpectedly laid off. Due to some funky requirements in the rules, I was not able to draw unemployment. I have been diligently hunting for jobs ever since that fateful day, but unfortunately my efforts have proven fruitless. I have volunteered most of my time to a small non-profit when I'm not job searching. We're a small interfaith group that hits the streets with a message of love and peace for all, along with participating in several community service projects and education programs. We are currently experiencing a whole host of financial hardships as a whole. My beg is two pronged: On one hand, I am three months behind on my rent and on the verge of eviction. On the other hand, I am devoted to making my community better and making people a little happier through the non-profit. This is a last resort for me, as I've exhausted all other channels. Please help me out. Someone's gotta be out there. I thank you for taking the time to read this.

I'm not dying, my house isn't being foreclosed, I don't need a kidney or money to feed my child. I just want to be with the love of my life. My soul feels empty without him. I met my boyfriend through mutual friends online a few years ago. He is the most caring, loving man I've ever known. He has helped me through the pain of losing my mother. He is always there for me, no matter what. The problem is that we live 3,000 miles apart. He's in London and I'm in Boston. We've suffered a few setbacks in our relationship. I recently lost my job and am now working 20 hours a week for $8 an hour. All of my money is currently spent on bills. He is about to be laid off as well. We are truly struggling to make ends meet. We currently live paycheck to paycheck and we both come from working poor families, so we don't have anyone around to help us financially. We haven't seen each other face to face in almost a year, but we just CAN'T give up on a love that is so strong. We don't want an extravagant life, we just want to get married, start a family and do normal everyday things together. If you've ever been apart from the person you love, you know the pain we're in. We probably won't have enough money to get married and emigrate for at least a few years. For now, we just want the chance to hold each other and snuggle on the sofa. To us that would be priceless. I'm not asking strangers to fund our entire Trans-Atlantic relationship, but a little bit of money towards a flight would bring us one step closer to our dreams. My goal is to raise $600. I believe that we can inspire people and show them that true love exists. We're one of those couples that's a joy to be around. We are full of love and compassion and we would gladly return any favors given to us.

I have a degree, but I am struggling, due to a number of past setbacks. I need whatever assistance anyone can afford. I want to obtain a cheap, but reliable used car, or the down to buy one, so that I have transportation, to attend job interviews. I have had to turn down interviews and cancel some in the past, because they are too far from my local area to ask for a ride or walk, but they do pay well. I also want to obtain a legal document assistant license, so that I can help people prepare legal paperwork, and earn some $ doing so, while I seek permanent employment.

I don't know where to turn. I have a degree, but I'm struggling, because of many setbacks, ever since I was diagnosed with and treated for cancer. My husband had a crush injury to his leg 5 yrs ago and him finding a job where his leg not swelling up by standing or sitting too long is going to be a nightmare also. We are so behind and about to lose everything. MY whole life has been such a struggle with constant illnesses and other setbacks. But I try to keep holding on. This is the worst it has ever been. Please help! Both my husband and myself were out of work for nearly 3 yrs. We lived off our unemployment and savings until once again thankfully finding jobs. Now my husband has lost his new job due to down sizing. We are in serious desperate need of money to pay bills. We are very near to losing our home and my car was just repossessed. Our luck has been down hill for so long now that there is no way out except for a financial miracle to pull us out. My paycheck each week does not even cover the bills. I suffer from a condition called fibromyalgia which causes widespread muscle pain and fatigue and working makes it worse at times. I have had this condition for nearly 18 years, but still struggle to try to make it, even though the pain is getting worse and I don't know if I'll be able to work much longer. I am 51 yrs old and have had this since I was 32.
