Hello due to unforseen reasons I got behind on my mortgage and when I had most of the money to pay Chase they did not want to take it but they wanted all of the money at once. They now have a sell date on my home for the 5th of next month and I have until May 29 at 5pm to have all the money plus lawyer fee totaling 9,155.30. I have 3,000 of it and my twin said she can come up with 1,200 of it. Please can someone help me I will pay you back. Checking around to different shelters has caused me anxiety that i never experienced. As the days goes by i cant function nor think because I feel helpless with this date clicking away. I can show proof to any donor or they can meet me at Chase bank. I am also a certified professional massage therapist and cosmetologist, I can also pay you back with services. Please please help

i am a pre op transsexual finding it very difficult to buy meds and maintain a roof over head. my insurance no longer covers the medications im prescribed so i have to buy them out of pocket. at the moment my only income comes from selling jewelry and that is barely enough to buy all my meds needed let alone maintain a roof over head. i cant work a regular job because i have crippling form of agoraphobia which often leaves me stuck in doors im currently couch-surfing with friends when ever allotted but even that has dwindled to just a few. im asking for help from anyone who has a kind enough heart to pay it forward and lend me a hand. i cant offer much in return maybe some of the rings im selling and access to my transition site tracking my transition

Update: I will need $2000 by July for a down payment. Then I pay the rest in installments. If I get at least the $2000 I can get the rest by make weekly and monthly payments.

My husband is a disabled, retired Army veteran. About 10 years ago he purchased a camp in Maine that he planned to fix up and move into for his retirement. Unfortunately he has suffered flood damage twice, once he had flood insurance, or thought he did, but the insurance company refused to pay saying they hadn't processed the payment on the day he opened the policy and the flooding occured over the weekend so he was not covered! The second flooding FEMA came in and didn't bother going under the house so they only gave him $800! Both times the flooding destroyed all the insulation and a great deal of work. He now has to jack up the house, have a foundation put in, then level everything in the house. He cannot live there. He applied for an equity loan from the bank as the property is valued at $139K and there is no mortgage. But we have moved to Nevada as I was offered a job here that paid better than back east. We want nothing more than to get this house fixed up in Maine so we can either sell it or possibly retire there. Right now if someone was willing to give an equity loan of $40,000, we would take that instead of begging. Please consider helping us before this Maine house gets flooded again and we lose everything there. If each person who reads this can only give $1, it wouldn't take long to reach our goal and then we could give back in the future!

I find myself embarrassed as I am typing this note. I am a mother of three boys who has been out of work for over 2 years. Every day I beg agencies for work, any type of work! I post my resume and apply for jobs every morning. I owe income tax money, college money, private school tuition, mortgage, gas and electric and the list goes on and on. I sell on eBay and try my b.set every day just to wake up depressed feeling like a failure. I have been abused for years and am loosing my mind. We had to move out of the area for work and because we could not rent our previous home, it had to be sold. It took 2.5 years to get sold and ended up selling for less than we owed. I basically $100,000 in the hole on that sale.

I hope I don't have to go through that. I have until May 25 to pay my power bill or they will shut it off.

I have been unemployed for a time, have had yard sales and have nothing left to sell.

I make a few bucks doing yard work but not enough. Things should be turning around for me soon but for now, if I lose power my fish will die and I will loose all communication (ie computer etc..)

When my daughter was born in January of 2011 she had to be extracted via a fast emergency c-section. She had been engaged in the birth canal but she disengaged herself and the umbilical cord came out. The doctor was concerned that the cord was strangling her and took my wife to emergency surgery. My daughter survived and is now healthy. My wife developed an infection from the procedure and spent three months with a wound vac and endured two more procedures to try and remove the infection. In the time since I have changed jobs and moved my family back to where I grew up so we could get help with child care for both the baby and her 6 year old half sister from my parents because of the costs of day care. My wife can no longer work. I tried for several months to sell my home. When the opportunity presented itself I moved my family and ceased making the payments on the home I was trying to sell. It is now being foreclosed on. We are covered up with medical bills both from her past before we were married and also from the procedures to stop her infection and also credit card bills that are partially thanks to my ex-wife. After reading through this site I have decided that I guess I am not too proud to ask for help from compassionate people. Please contact me if you have any questions or thoughts on my situation.

Spots Are Going Fast!

For a few years now I've been living with my mother doing what I can to help her out. Last week my mother informed me that she and her husband are getting a divorce. With a sad look upon her face she informed me that I will have to find a new place to live because she will be selling the house.

Since I have been living with my mother all my money has gone to helping her out with bills and such. I have no savings of my own. Now I am faced with a very scary situation. To find a place to live with no extra money to help.

I have been offered a job in Florida that will pay me enough to live off it by myself and still send a little to my mom.

Here is my issue. Without any savings I can't get down there... If I can't get down there I'm stuck at my current job that really doesn't pay much (though I am currently looking for a second job) and most of what I make I'll be sending to my mom anyhow.

I've done the math and in order to get to Florida and get a place I'll need 1700.00 not including the cost of food, which I'm not too worried about as I don't eat much.

Please help me get to Florida, please help me get to a job that I could thrive in.

Hello, I've never done this before but, I'm desperate.
I'm 19 years old and my family is going through a divorce, my mother never furthered her education and has been a house wife for the entire 20 years they have been married and simply supported my dad and all his pursuits.

When I turned 18 my dad left for a gas station woman he'd known for maybe a total of a few months. Let me state he tried to have an affair with her, it wasn't till my mother confronted him that he said he wanted a divorce; My dad is a repeated cheat, I was never aware of this till the day he left, then all the lies came out of the closet.

We run a small chimney sweep business, the office is located at my mother's as she sets the appointments. She does not receive a pay check because during their marriage it was easier on taxes, they have decided to keep it this way and instead dad just covers the bills.

Now the business is great in the winter but we are in spring now and as you may already know no one uses their fireplace in the middle of warm weather! No they go outside and have bonfires. Now my dad is going blind due to diabetes and simply cannot work, we have hired a friend to do the jobs now while my dad just tells them what needs to be done and oversee's the work to the best of his ability. However, his reputation of leaving his wife and daughter for a woman he barely knows has
gotten around and I've heard the clients say they don't want business from a man like that.
My dad also wants to spend money we do not have, he is trying to sell an old sports car so we can put another work truck on the road, we don't have enough work to keep the one truck going we most certainly can't afford the regular expenses of another! My parent's can't even afford to legally divorce, and he want's a new truck. The one he has is fine, I don't understand why he won't use that money for bills.

Now any money I earn myself I have to give to my parents to help alleviate the burden of the bills, but what I contribute is not enough and now we have received the nasty call from the mortgage that they are foreclosing. While I hand all my savings to my parents can't save for my education, and being homeless will make it almost impossible. I've no famly or friends to turn to and we do not have a shelter here. I'm under the age of 24 so I cannot get any financial aid for school without a legal guardian to sign for me, and my parents refuse to think realistic; When I ask them what are we going to do? they say "Winning the lottery is the only thing that can save us." They have lost hope, I understand things are bad... but is it so bad that they can't help me get financial aid?

We currently need $136,000 to pay the house completely off, I'd love to have that, if you find it in your heart to give us our home I'd never be able to forget it. I'd be forever grateful and I'd love to return the favor someday so please feel free to give me an e-mail to contact.

I am writing this because my mom has fallen on rough times and I am trying to find ways to help her but am currently running out of options. My mom is a phenomenal person, she raised me and my sister practically single handedly after my dad took off. While she was doing this she put her self through a masters program and achieved her dream job! To top this all off she did this while diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis!!! Well that disease has started taking her down hill and now she is looking to have to retire early because her health is going down to fast, to the point I am very worried. When my dad left, he pulled the medical insurance from under her and now she is left with a mound of debt which she cannot get out of. I have been selling about all my possessions, taking additional jobs etc… to try and find ways I can help more but as I said am out of options and looking for any kind souls to throw anything our way to help her out. Hi my name is laura .. I have hit a huge rutt in my life .. I am in kidney failure unable to work and take care of my son ... I have sold almost every possible thing i could sell ... Well here it goes I have still have not gotten any help as of yet. Can't come up with the money to pay my rent, Power and Cell to keep a roof over our head, and a way to call for help if needed.
