You probably won't believe me...why should you be any different, but what I am posting is the truth. I am being harrassed by the Secret Service (FBI or CIA). They have made it impossible for me to work; they use machines on me to constantly cause me pain. I know, now you are saying, this is a crazy person, but that's not true. There are things going on in this country that you are not aware of and this is just one example. I am unable to work and pay the debt I have accumulated. The worst part of the pain is that no one believes me and so I am isolated and completely alone in this. Please help me. I need money to pay for my debts. Okay. I know. I know. You're thinking to yourself, "Buy a home? Are they crazy?" Not really. I live in an area where there are a lot of houses selling for UNDER $100,000. Some of them even sell for under $50,000. And, you're probably also thinking, "Well, why didn't you save for this?"

Simply put: The house I'm renting now was supposed to go into a contract for purchase, but the landlord never made the arrangements, and now wants the house back. So, now I need to move me and my mom (whose age shall remain secret, but she's too old to make any more large moves like this) into a new home, and I would like it to be OUR home, so she won't have to worry about moving ever again.

So, please won't you help us?

I don't really know how to start this. It's such a different concept. I guess I'll just get to the nitty gritty of our situation...

My soon-to-be ex-husband cheated on me for 3 years at least 9 different times. At first I was in denial about his double life, but eventually I came to terms with it and just decided to try to stick it out a bit longer for the sake of my stepkids. They moved here from England in 2007 and I've been raising them since then. They're 17 and 19, and I was trying to wait till they both graduated high school before filing for divorce. I also have a 2 year old with him. I kept his infidelity a secret and carried the burden on my own, not even telling my family, until...the kids found texts in his phone last June to the woman who is now his fiance. In June I had to call the police because he nearly got into a fistfight with my stepson and physically got into my face as well, plus he told all of us that he was going to kill himself, but this has become a frequent ploy for manipulation by him. I have been primarily a stay-at-home mom the past 2 years bringing in only a few hundred a month. He was the primary breadwinner bringing home $4000-5000 a month. He moved out and moved in with this woman a block away from us, has not spent more than 5 hours with any of the kids since June, and refuses to provide any child support for any of the kids aside from paying the health insurance (which his work pays for), paying his car insurance, and only recently giving his 17 year old a few hundred dollars a month which she has to save for her bills too. I have been forced to figure out how to make ends meet and raise and support the kids on my own. I love my stepkids and happily will continue raising them and figuring it all out, working what I can and taking loans from whoever is willing to help. It's just really stressful and really tough right now.

I knew I was headed to a divorce, but I had no idea he would just abandon all of us completely like he has. And to top it all off, he has become very psychologically and emotionally abusive towards me and even sometimes towards the kids. Oh yeah, he also had no sense of self-control as far as spending goes, and he ballooned our debt up to almost $50,000, though some of that is medical debt as well. I'm facing divorce and bankruptcy on my own with 3 kids. As I type this I don't even know how I hold it together, but I've managed to. I'm healing and getting stronger and more able to put the pieces back together for the kids and I, but this is a BIG hole we're in, trying to escape, and it may be embarrassing to admit as an educated individual who never thought I'd be in these shoes, but I need help. If you are willing to help us, we would really appreciate it and it would truly make a huge difference in our lives. This feels so bizarre asking for help online like this, but I think it's an awesome way to really be able to help those in need. I'm glad I found it so that we too will be able to help others who need it most. In the meantime, thank you again for all your help at this extremely difficult, stressful and emotionally taxing time. You have no idea how much it helps knowing that people you don't even know care about if you and your kids are going to be okay. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I knew the day would come. I would turn the key to the lock of my apartment and the lights wouldn't turn on. I would drop my purse on the counter and open the refrigerator to get a cold drink and it wouldn't be there. For months I stressed about it; feeling powerless to do anything about it. After five years at my job, I still couldn't afford to pay my bills.

A few of my family members know that I don't have electricity; and one trusted co-worker at my job. But it's the secret shame I'm only allowed to grieve about when I walk out the doors of my job every day. The extra daylight of Summer delays the depression that sets in inside a dark apartment. I sit in my recliner next the the window in my living room, in front of a television I can't turn on. My radio and my cell phone is my only connection to what's going on on the outside. As the heat index creeps into the 90's, it's harder and harder for me to get the rest I need to be ready for work the next day. It's hard to keep my motivation up to keep getting out of bed to go to a job that won't get this $6,000.00 monkey off my back.

In my lowest moments I think about how this all came to be. I was trying to do a good deed. PECO Energy turned off my cousin's electric. So I turned it on in my name. I was so naive... so trusting... I was paying rent. I thought she was paying the bill. I never once questioned it. Isn't that what people do? They pay bills right? I never once questioned it. I never imagined that I could be burned this way by the people I trusted the most; my family.

PECO Energy had every reason why they couldn't work with me. with a rent of $700.00 a month and an income of $21,000 a year, I was told by every public assistance program that I make too much money. It's expensive to eat out, so most of my income is absorbed with rent and food. I will be starting college in August and I have no electricity to do my homework.

To say that I need help is an understatement. This is a heartfelt plea to anyone out there who has ever wanted more for their life; and for anyone who was ever drowning and someone grabbed their hand to pull them up. I really need some help. My bill is $6,000.00. Whatever you can donate, no matter how small will be the miracle I need to turn this thing around. Opening up this dialog has been one of the most difficult things I've ever had to do. I want to thank all of you who read this and decide to be the difference.

It's no secret, my closet is a disaster. Ten years ago, before my dad died, this was a project of ours we had started. The pole and shelf in my closet had fallen and the brackets had ripped out of the wall. It was our vision to take out the pole all together, that was clearly not going to work with all the weight of the clothes, and just redesign the inside of my closet where I had shelves going all the way up. I have a type of containers that I had my clothes in nice and neatly, one for shoes, and the rest of my stuff I keep in boxes. We had the idea that the shelves would be so much more convenient. Well, when my dad got sick with lung cancer, all of our ideas went on hold due to that he was just too sick. I have all my clothes in bags and just piled in my closet wherever they would fit. My request is simple, I need help with brackets to hold up shelves, and the shelves themselves. I will be more than happy with any help, the right size cut boards for shelves, sand paper, varnish, nails, a stud finder, any supplies I would be grateful to receive more than money to buy them with, but donations would be welcome. I am a mother of three who stays home to watch my small children. I am married and my husband works 16 hour days sometimes just so we can pay the rent ( late). I never see him and the kids miss him so much. I have tried to sell avon, mary kay and all other sorts of internet jobs. ( secret shopping etc.) I have sold our couch, our bed, our arm chairs. I am trying to move to Australia to study International Business at Bond University where my full tuition for the duration of my degree will be $14,420 per semester. I am going to move there with my girlfriend whom I intend to marry. She is an Australian citizen who's mother took her and four brothers from their close knit family when she was seven years old to move in with an alcoholic man who was to become her stepfather. Within the first week of moving to the states and in with the man they children had never before met, he began sexually abusing her. This would continue to happen multiple times a week for six years. She kept it a secret because he threatened to kill her if she told anyone. When she was eleven years old she told one of her friends whose mother reported this to the authorities. She was then taken to a safe house and after a few weeks and his denial of doing so, her mother told her that she was a liar and that her stepfather did no such thing. As if such a young girl could describe so vividly such horrible acts. After moving back into the house and being told by her mother that she was a liar, he continued to molest her for another two years. He also physically and emotionally abused her and her brothers. She finally moved out of her house her senior year and moved in with my mother who unfortunately grew up in a very similar environment (I found out about both their pasts about a month apart from each other). My girlfriend having been estranged from her Australian family and being forced to live in an abusive household for years, only knowing her mothers word to be the truth, was able to reunite with her Australian family this past December. Her mother had told her that their family over in Australia was corrupt and they all hated each other, and that they were generally bad people. She had also been emailing the family about what how horrible her kids were and that my girlfriend was a loose young girl doing an assortment of drugs, all of which was false as she had been with me the last year and we don’t indulge in such acts being that I’ve had relatives O.D. and her stepfather is an alcoholic. When her Australian family came to Disneyland they called her up and she was able to go visit them for their two-day stint in California. She was able to find out just how wrong what she had grown up knowing to be truth was. The family that supposedly hated each other was on an 18 day family vacation involving 13-15 hour flights each way with 12 people ranging from grandparents to grandkids. Obviously they don't hate each other or they wouldn't take such a trip. They were not corrupt, but hard working honest people consisting of two police officers, a brother and brother-in-law who were partnering in an entrepreneurial endeavor and the others working for the family engineering firm. My girlfriend has been seeing a therapist who has helped her in to begin recovering from the psychological damage. She has also been establishing a very healthy and happy relationship with her Australian relatives via the Internet and phone calls. Her uncle has offered to pay for her throughout college if she goes to university there as top schools cost a mere six thousand dollars for citizens. She is weary of going because she does not want to leave me as I have a played a big part in helping her find the strength to leave her abusive family and getting her in touch with my mother who has been the best motherly figure she could possibly have. I want her to go as I know how much having her family means to her. Seeing how happy she has become at the thought of reuniting with her family as well as seeing her father who she has not seen or talked to for 11 years, I know in my heart that she needs to go. As you could imagine I do not want to leave her either and that is why I am trying to get myself over there. We plan to get married as soon as I can get into a career and be able to support her, she wants to sooner, but I wont until I can give her what I feel she deserves. As you can imagine, spending three to four years apart on almost literally opposite sides of the earth would be very emotionally stressful on the both of us and the last thing I want to do is to make her hurt anymore than what she has had to endure.
My plan is to move to Australia and attend Bond University where I will get a bachelors degree in International Business. Bond runs three semesters a year as opposed to the generic two semesters per year of most other colleges. This will allow me to finish my degree in two years. The cost of tuition will be $86,520 total equaling $14,420 per semester, which is the same as it would be at the University of Queensland, which is a public college as opposed to private. The cost of on campus living ranges from $640-$10,040 a month depending on what would be available. I have a road bike that I am going to use for local transportation and I plan to sell my car which KBB value is $13,000 and buy a motorcycle that I can ride for longer trips so I can save on gas. The remainder of the Car money will obviously go towards tuition. I am currently in school in California and trying to get a job while in school. As soon as this semester ends I am going to try for a job on the offshore oil platforms as they can make $1,500-$2,000 a week from what I have read. I plan to work that until September semester would start in Australia. That would give me between $13,500-$24,000 depending on what they pay and whether they use a one week off two week on or one week on one week off schedule. I plan to work while in school full time there. My family cannot afford to assist me as both of my parents are sales people and this economy has greatly reduced their incomes to barely paying the bills.

Our family and dear friends “Lindsey Mlekush” & Amanda Hein have been donating food, time, medical supplies, under ground fencing, blankets , pillows, tarp everything you can imagine a helpless animal needs to numerous rescues throughout Georgia for quite sometime now. We are always looking for the best way we can help these helpless animals.

After some excited brainstorming we came up with the idea to open our own not for profit rescue. Hence the name “Kandi Boo Rescue” came about.

Please allow me to offer some background into what inspired us to open Kandi Boo Animal Rescue.

We were informed, through corroborated stories of animal rescue volunteers of many unspoken tragedies that were suffered by the less fortunate animals at the local humane society. Notwithstanding the tireless endeavors and good intentions of the animal shelter, the fact remains that these facilities are unable to handle the increasingly heavy caseload of animals that are being rescued, abandoned or
relinquished every month - and unfortunately, the only option that many of these animals face is euthanasia.

After being made aware of the heartbreaking plight of these homeless animals, we feel
committed to do something to assist these no-kill animal rescue organizations, which are committed not only to educating the public about the issues of animal overpopulation, and offering of spay and neuter services to help address this problem, but also to finding foster or permanent homes for homeless animals, in lieu of euthanizing them. Our goal is to help defray some of their ongoing rescue-related costs: e.g., imminent medical care, food, sheltering, and follow-up vet visits (which include prescription costs).

Over the past few weeks, the media has given coverage to the heartbreaking plight of homeless animals – people are abandoning them left and right as they struggle to make ends meet.



The situation has become acute, and although taking measures to help
control the overpopulation of animals is important (through spay & neuter programs), our hearts lie with alleviating some of the current suffering of those animals already born that are unable to help themselves.

As a frequent donor to numerous charitable causes myself, I am sensitive to the fact that during this time of economic recession, it is most important to reach out and lend a hand to those less fortunate than myself, including the animals.
I myself own 4 former rescue dogs, Lindsey owns 2 former rescues and Amanda fosters animals from other No Kill Rescue Centers until they get adopted into their forever home.

Our last former “rescue”, who came to us, a very sweet, but timid guy, who rarely wagged his tail, and was too shy to display much affection. Now – “Sebastian” “referred to as “Mr. Wiggles” by some of his female fans) - is the estate’s ambassador of love, and a huge hit with our guests – especially the children.

It would be wonderful to offer a second chance at happiness to many more of these helpless animals who want nothing more but to be part of a loving home.

And so the dilemma begins.

We lease a 3 bedroom home on a very nice property…however the owner of the property will not give us permission to build kennels for the animals in the high kill facilities. And we are not in a position to buy a home as all of our extra income goes to care for these animals.

That is where you come in, we are graciously asking if you can donate a 3 bedroom mobile home and possibly a spot of land in the greater Savannah, GA area.
Either or is great, but if you could donate both we could get started allot faster in the building process.

The Community Veterinarians who discount their services help CARE save many lives yet even then, the cost of surgery and post operative care adds up quickly.

Taking care of Rescued animals is something we do best.

Our family and dear friends “Lindsey Mlekush” & Amanda Hein have been donating food, time, medical supplies, under ground fencing, blankets , pillows, tarp everything you can imagine a helpless animal needs to numerous rescues throughout Georgia for quite sometime now. We are always looking for the best way we can help these helpless animals.

After some excited brainstorming we came up with the idea to open our own not for profit rescue. Hence the name “Kandi Boo Rescue” came about.

Please allow me to offer some background into what inspired us to open Kandi Boo Animal Rescue.

We were informed, through corroborated stories of animal rescue volunteers of many unspoken tragedies that were suffered by the less fortunate animals at the local humane society. Notwithstanding the tireless endeavors and good intentions of the animal shelter, the fact remains that these facilities are unable to handle the increasingly heavy caseload of animals that are being rescued, abandoned or
relinquished every month - and unfortunately, the only option that many of these animals face is euthanasia.

After being made aware of the heartbreaking plight of these homeless animals, we feel
committed to do something to assist these no-kill animal rescue organizations, which are committed not only to educating the public about the issues of animal overpopulation, and offering of spay and neuter services to help address this problem, but also to finding foster or permanent homes for homeless animals, in lieu of euthanizing them. Our goal is to help defray some of their ongoing rescue-related costs: e.g., imminent medical care, food, sheltering, and follow-up vet visits (which include prescription costs).

Over the past few weeks, the media has given coverage to the heartbreaking plight of homeless animals – people are abandoning them left and right as they struggle to make ends meet.



The situation has become acute, and although taking measures to help
control the overpopulation of animals is important (through spay & neuter programs), our hearts lie with alleviating some of the current suffering of those animals already born that are unable to help themselves.

As a frequent donor to numerous charitable causes myself, I am sensitive to the fact that during this time of economic recession, it is most important to reach out and lend a hand to those less fortunate than myself, including the animals.
I myself own 4 former rescue dogs, Lindsey owns 2 former rescues and Amanda fosters animals from other No Kill Rescue Centers until they get adopted into their forever home.

Our last former “rescue”, who came to us, a very sweet, but timid guy, who rarely wagged his tail, and was too shy to display much affection. Now – “Sebastian” “referred to as “Mr. Wiggles” by some of his female fans) - is the estate’s ambassador of love, and a huge hit with our guests – especially the children.

It would be wonderful to offer a second chance at happiness to many more of these helpless animals who want nothing more but to be part of a loving home.

And so the dilemma begins.

We lease a 3 bedroom home on a very nice property…however the owner of the property will not give us permission to build kennels for the animals in the high kill facilities. And we are not in a position to buy a home as all of our extra income goes to care for these animals.

That is where you come in, we are graciously asking if you can donate a 3 bedroom mobile home and possibly a spot of land in the greater Savannah, GA area.
Either or is great, but if you could donate both we could get started allot faster in the building process.

Everything we receive is through donations, we don’t ask for cash donations in any way, shape or form. Materials for building the kennels, dog food Veterinarian vouchers for animals that need medical attention so on and so forth.

I am writing to you on behalf of opening our new not-for-profit “no-kill” animal rescue organization. In greater Savannah, Chatham, Liberty & Effingham Counties

Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate cats and dogs that are on the high kill list for euthanasia, treating their illness if any and placing homeless animals into safe and loving homes, and not toward administrative costs.

Our family and dear friends “Lindsey Mlekush” & Amanda Hein have been donating food, time, medical supplies, under ground fencing, blankets , pillows, tarp everything you can imagine a helpless animal needs to numerous rescues throughout Georgia for quite sometime now. We are always looking for the best way we can help these helpless animals.

After some excited brainstorming we came up with the idea to open our own not for profit rescue. Hence the name “Kandi Boo Rescue” came about.

Please allow me to offer some background into what inspired us to open Kandi Boo Animal Rescue.

We were informed, through corroborated stories of animal rescue volunteers of many unspoken tragedies that were suffered by the less fortunate animals at the local humane society. Notwithstanding the tireless endeavors and good intentions of the animal shelter, the fact remains that these facilities are unable to handle the increasingly heavy caseload of animals that are being rescued, abandoned or
relinquished every month - and unfortunately, the only option that many of these animals face is euthanasia.

After being made aware of the heartbreaking plight of these homeless animals, we feel
committed to do something to assist these no-kill animal rescue organizations, which are committed not only to educating the public about the issues of animal overpopulation, and offering of spay and neuter services to help address this problem, but also to finding foster or permanent homes for homeless animals, in lieu of euthanizing them. Our goal is to help defray some of their ongoing rescue-related costs: e.g., imminent medical care, food, sheltering, and follow-up vet visits (which include prescription costs).

Over the past few weeks, the media has given coverage to the heartbreaking plight of homeless animals – people are abandoning them left and right as they struggle to make ends meet.



The situation has become acute, and although taking measures to help
control the overpopulation of animals is important (through spay & neuter programs), our hearts lie with alleviating some of the current suffering of those animals already born that are unable to help themselves.

As a frequent donor to numerous charitable causes myself, I am sensitive to the fact that during this time of economic recession, it is most important to reach out and lend a hand to those less fortunate than myself, including the animals.
I myself own 4 former rescue dogs, Lindsey owns 2 former rescues and Amanda fosters animals from other No Kill Rescue Centers until they get adopted into their forever home.

Our last former “rescue”, who came to us, a very sweet, but timid guy, who rarely wagged his tail, and was too shy to display much affection. Now – “Sebastian” “referred to as “Mr. Wiggles” by some of his female fans) - is the estate’s ambassador of love, and a huge hit with our guests – especially the children.

It would be wonderful to offer a second chance at happiness to many more of these helpless animals who want nothing more but to be part of a loving home.

And so the dilemma begins.

We lease a 3 bedroom home on a very nice property…however the owner of the property will not give us permission to build kennels for the animals in the high kill facilities. And we are not in a position to buy a home as all of our extra income goes to care for these animals.

That is where you come in, we are graciously asking if you can donate a 3 bedroom mobile home and possibly a spot of land in the greater Savannah, GA area.
Either or is great, but if you could donate both we could get started allot faster in the building process.

Everything we receive is through donations, we don’t ask for cash donations in any way, shape or form. Materials for building the kennels, dog food Veterinarian vouchers for animals that need medical attention so on and so forth.

Once we are up and running with the rescue we plan to incorparate Autistic children as well as children with other handicaps into our program.


Twice a month we will have the children come to the rescue and spend time with the animals, these 2 issues are very near and dear to our entire family and community.

control the overpopulation of animals is important (through spay & neuter programs), our hearts lie with alleviating some of the current suffering of those animals already born that are unable to help themselves.

As a frequent donor to numerous charitable causes myself, I am sensitive to the fact that during this time of economic recession, it is most important to reach out and lend a hand to those less fortunate than myself, including the animals.
I myself own 4 former rescue dogs, Lindsey owns 2 former rescues and Amanda fosters animals from other No Kill Rescue Centers until they get adopted into their forever home.

Our last former “rescue”, who came to us, a very sweet, but timid guy, who rarely wagged his tail, and was too shy to display much affection. Now – “Sebastian” “referred to as “Mr. Wiggles” by some of his female fans) - is the estate’s ambassador of love, and a huge hit with our guests – especially the children.

It would be wonderful to offer a second chance at happiness to many more of these helpless animals who want nothing more but to be part of a loving home.

And so the dilemma begins.

We lease a 3 bedroom home on a very nice property…however the owner of the property will not give us permission to build kennels for the animals in the high kill facilities. And we are not in a position to buy a home as all of our extra income goes to care for these animals.

That is where you come in, we are graciously asking if you can donate a 3 bedroom mobile home and possibly a spot of land in the greater Savannah, GA area.
Either or is great, but if you could donate both we could get started allot faster in the building process.

Everything we receive is through donations, we don’t ask for cash donations in any way, shape or form. Materials for building the kennels, dog food Veterinarian vouchers for animals that need medical attention so on and so forth.

Footnote:

We are the parents of a 15 year old son with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and we also have full custody of our 6 year old grandaughter who was born with fetal alcohol syndrome.

Once we are up and running with the rescue we plan to incorparate Autistic children as well as children with other handicaps into our program.


Twice a month we will have the children come to the rescue and spend time with the animals, these 2 issues are very near and dear to our entire family and community.

The Community Veterinarians who discount their services help CARE save many lives yet even then, the cost of surgery and post operative care adds up quickly.

Taking care of Rescued animals is something we do best.
