Hi. My Name is Robert. I am a 28 year old male who has recently moved to a new state in search of a better life. I have not had the best of luck with jobs. The job lined up for me fell through, and I began working temp jobs to make ends meet. I was staying with family and was out of work from Thanksgiving to New Years. I found a new job in mid January and then was asked to move out of my families house on February 1st. I am doing all that I can (working 70 hours a week) but unfortunately it isn't enough. I am late on rent and need $825 to cover March and April. I am also past due on car payments and approaching 60 days late. I am needing $550 for that. I have tried applying for loans and continue to be denied. I am also stuck in the payday loan cycle and am paying interest every two weeks to refinance. With just $3,000.00 total I will be able to get caught up and take the training courses I need for my job to increase my salary and be able to continue to pay bills in a timely manner.

I know there are others here who need help more than I, I just am at my wits end with phone calls and letters demanding payment. I have considered sleeping in my car just to make the payment. I do not have anyone in my family who can help and I am not an irresponsible kid living beyond my means. I am currently sleeping in an empty bedroom on an air mattress and going hungry 2-3 days a week just to pay what I can.

Hie my name is Robert i never did this before so here i go. Im a soldier in the united states military,I served for three years in the army and sence i been in all i delt with was people screwing me over. Im still in the army but after my wife left me my finances had takin a big hit. I need help to get my car back so i can get to work and do what i need to do so i can better serve my country. i bought a car from a dealer were i live. For 60 days it drove fine no problems at all. But out of nowhere i needed a cps change and oil change. After getting the oil change my car wasn't working properly anymore. i had gotten it towed to a certified mechanic and they told me the people i took the car to put the wrong oil in the vehicle destroying everything. Engine, hoses, gaskets, clamps, everything. it needed a whole new rebuild. after wards i was slapped with a 6800 dollar bill. I tried paying it down but something always come up where i couldn't. I need help. I took the shop that put the wrong oil in my car to court even with the evadence, but the judge ruled against me, all because i didnt have anybody come and testify on my behalf. is this really what i get for being a soldier. if there is anybody please help me.I looked for a long time for help but can't seem to find any. We are a group of asylum seekers and 20 in number who hail from different African countries. we sought asylum in Botswana between the years 1998- to 2000.the government hosted us for more than 12 years.but in April this year the government in conjuction with the UNHCR did issue us with rejection letters clearly stating that we are nolonger a concern to them.the only aid we recieve is meagre food ration and medicare but are not allowed to work.out of the 43 cases who were rejected on nunerous occassions, the government decided to re-reject us the 20 people and granted (recognition)status to the other 23 cases.

My name is Robert. I live in South Florida. I had been working as a cook when I lost my Job. and my Girlfriend for an AC company when they downsized and laid her off. Well to make a long story short we have barely scraped by the last 2 years. Hello, my name is Robert and I'm a 26 year old that is unemployed and out of school currently residing in a country that with each passing day, I desire to no longer be a part of. I'm stuck in a dead end town in the state of Georgia a couple of hours away from Atlanta, but have no desire to be where I am now since I was born in New Jersey, never lived in the south other than Texas for 4 years, and feel trapped as a result since the only opportunity for me to actually leave this town and the country is to join the American armed forces.

Don't get me wrong, my father served in the military for 30 years, and I respect him for his dedication to his country and his family, but I don't feel the same way he does for the USA, I don't feel like an American, I don't like the country I was born in, I don't like the greediness that permeates the people in this country, I don't like the litigious nature of this country, I don't like the direction this country is moving in with each passing day. I feel like a prisoner in a country that isn't my home, but I don't have the financial resources to escape my misery of being here.

Why do I want to move to Germany? I've lived in Germany for 4 years when my father was stationed there, I have somewhat a clue on how to live there, in better days I was fortunate to be able to learn how to drive by attending driving school in Germany. I first acquired my driver's license in Germany before ever being legally able to drive in my "home" country, and even though I've only lived there a short time, I felt more welcomed and more like a member of the world community in Germany than I do in the USA. The only other country I've lived in other than Germany and the USA is South Korea, I am half Korean but the one place on Earth that I felt more connected to, is Germany.

I don't know much German, I've forgotten a lot of it being stuck back in the states for the past 7 years now, and with each passing day now I feel that I'll never be able to leave the country. I have some decent skills however, I've been interested in architecture my whole life, I started drawing houses for fun on 3D Home Architect when I was 9, and after I moved back to the states from Germany I was involved in a wreck the first month I was back. The very first month I'm legally able to drive in the USA, and a driver runs a red light and T-bones me. I used the check from his insurance to purchase a $1600 copy of ChiefArchitect 9.5, and for a short time I was happy earning money from the local home builders designing houses, then we all know what happened to the housing market in the USA... and I've been unemployed ever since.

I also have excellent driving skills, and if I could, I'd obtain every class of driver's licenses in Germany to become a driving instructor for a driving school. I have no debt, no student loans to pay for whatsoever, but no money to move back to Germany for good.

I am not here to ask for money at all. I know there are thousands, if not millions who need it more than me. If you are willing to give money, then please give it to someone else, I am on job seekers allowance, yes its hard to live off, but Im still alive.
I have been made redundant from my last 3 jobs. This is getting beyond a joke. I apply on average of 50 jobs a day. I have only 2 interviews a week (on average) but then theres 100's of applicants who apply too. I am a solid worker and will do anything to get back on my feet. I apprieciate those who want to donate, but I have been brought up to earn my money.

Hello, my name is Robert. I have a disabled wife that I try to take care of and I lost my job two years ago. I have been struggling with a sever tremor in my hands causing them to shake all the time. There are not any jobs that I can perform anymore because of the shaking. Social Security says I can think but honestly I can’t find a job where I don’t have to use my hands. Due to this we are struggling to pay just the bare bills but not anything leftover for food. If there is anyway you can help, even just a dollar then bless you and I will pray and give thanks.
