Help Me Please!!

Posted by HelpNow27 on 2012-05-23 15:58:23

Hello,

I have graduated in April 2008 with a Bachelor Degree in Human Biology. I worked in the Healthcare Industry for several years. I am currently unemployed sine my company went bankrupt and can not find a job that pays decent so I can make my student loan payments that are $670 per month and support my family. I have $58,000 in student loan debt the original balance was around 40,000 but I had to stop making payments until last year because I could not make a living at all with a $12/hr job to pay for mortgage and other living expenses. Sallie Mae is just saying that they can not do anything about it the only thing I can do is pay interest only and reduce my payment by like $200 and that is for 30 years. Please help me get out of this burden sometimes I ask myself why I ever went to school and if it was really worth it all because some of my friends that have no school are doing better than I am. I guess that is they way you live the American Dream!! This is just crazy that there is no law that protects students when they are in situations like this especially in a economic crisis. Please, I really want to be able to save my marriage, house and be able to provide for my daugther. If anyone is reading this and is willing to donate I would really appreciate anything you give. Also I understand that there are much worse situations out there and people in a greater need of help that is also understandable however I will end up on the street and my loan will go int default if I can not make the payment and I dont think it can get worse than that as far as student loans are concerned and Financial problems. I wish I could someday help someone myself or in any other way. Please people every little helps. God Bless! AJ

Help Bring Dog Scouts to the UK!

Posted by shootingstardsa on 2012-05-07 21:58:25

Positive "Pet Parenting" is the main goal of the Dog Scouts of America. Troops have and are still forming all across the US and there has been a significant decrease in the amount of dogs being given up to the pound as unwanted or untrainable. With the success of DSA Troops in the US, DSA Troop 188 has selected a pet parent/Dog Scout team to go to the UK. An AP article published in The Day Newspaper of New London, CT and Norwich Bulletin, Norwich, CT has received many many viewings in the UK. The article can be found at: http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory/dog-scouts-america-troops-22-states-16064429
.

DSA Troop 188 wants to act now to capture the attention and passion of the UK dog owners and dog lovers. DSA Troop 188 has already been in touch with dog clubs in the UK that wish to partner with the team when they arrive to facilitate the DSA Troops formations.

DSA Troop 188 needs $5,000 USD in order to sent the ambassadorial team over. This covers the settlement costs for both the human and the Dog Scout and transport fees.

Won't you please help fellow dog lovers, dog owners and the dogs and help reduce the amount of dogs in pounds? Any little bit you can give will help tremendously. Thank you in advance for your support, you/your company will be mentioned in the Troop newsletter and on here.

Dog's lives are short enough, let's do all we can to help them enjoy their time with us.

I desperately need financial help. =(

I am 22 years old and still studying at uni. I never had money issue before. This was until I got a job which instead of providing for my needs, it has been my biggest nightmare.
I got scammed for over $50,000. Now not only can I hardly afford to pay my rent, I also owe even more money to the bank. I have no idea how long it's going to take for me to pay it all back. I still have to finish my study and I am working part-time. I don't come from a rich family. I couldn't tell me parents because I know they've got their own debts. I really wish I never took that job. But it's too late now.

This is not me. All I can imagine now is a dark future. Now, I'm always worried, stressed and depressed.

With all my heart, please help me! Every $ you're willing to contribute will reduce my burden.

Thank you for reading! Hope you can feel how I feel and are willing to help, even just a little.

Thank you again!
God bless!

About to lose our home

We've tried so hard to stay caught up with our mortgage and bills for the past 6 years in this economy. Now we have a young son, my wife has become unemployed, and I have been forced to reduce my hours at work. We've tried so hard to find employment for my wife, and better employment for myself. But the search is ongoing. We're now severely delinquent on our mortgage, and barely making ends meet with our other bills. If we could just get a little bit of help, just enough to keep us going until I my work is able to put me back to full time, we would be okay.

Deep end of Debt without Permanent Work

Posted by depresslife on 2012-03-24 06:58:47

Please spare some change for me to reduce my debt so that i can start a fresh life. After been laid off a year ago, i have been searching a decent job but no avail. Nowadays company only looking for young people for minimum pay. No one want experienced guy like me for just a bit more to pay. Had to do odd jobs just to feed me and my family.

Please Help...

I'm really embarrassed to ask for money, but after discussing with my wife the last two days we decided that anything will help. We need help to get out of debt, the reason for the majority of the debt is mainly my son's school fees. Over the last 3yrs we have maxed out on 2 credit cards and 2 loans, including my wife's inheritance she got from her grandma. I went to the school before and tried to explain my predicament and they said that there is many people that struggle, they can only reduce payment by 10%, that is if the board agrees. Work is only prepared to lend me a small portion of that (meaning more debt), and they told me to declare myself insolvent! I have already cancelled my car and life insurances, and reduced my medical insurance. I mostly work 6 to 7 days a week @ 14hrs a day between 2 jobs.
I have recently started making bio fuel from used cooking oil to help reduce my fuel cost. I don't know what else to do, the bills just keep piling up!
All I can do now is ask...beg...for help, I don't even know if this will work.
I don't expect someone to make all my debt disappear, that be nice tho :). But I kindly ask if some people would not mind donating even as little as $1 anything extra would help.
And if you've read this far, thank you for reading my post, and taking time to try and help others. I hope and pray that some day someone can help you too.
Special Thanks,
A Loving Dad.
Update 28-02-2012 No donations yet :( Scammers galore. Will try and take extra on my mortage today, good luck all, holding thumbs...
Update 29-02-2012 nope, nothing yet...damn scammers, how they got my e-mail, dunno, but wanting to pay a donation claiming they are from legitimate companies, but have a yahoo email? Apparently the CEO, asking for me to pay a portion back to them...and and and...most ppl come here because they are desperate, and then among the debt collectors and lawyers you still have to deal with assholes like that too!

Please Help Us Get Rid of $25,000 in Credit Card Debt

Posted by HelpOurFam on 2012-02-21 14:58:27

I am begging for help to reduce our credit card debt. We currently have $25,000 in debt. I was laid off from my job 3 years ago and my husband has taken a 12% reduction in pay and loss of hours. We lived well within our means prior to the loss of my job and reduction in my husband’s pay. However, after the loss of my job, it took a long time to find work again. I finally have a full time job making just over minimum wage and we just don’t make enough money to pay more than the minimum payments
The $25,000 that we have accrued in debt has been used to pay bills during the course of over 2 years that I was unemployed. We are now making enough money to pay our bills every month, but we don’t have anything extra to pay down our debt. The stress of not being able to catch up has put a strain on our energy, liveliness, and most importantly, our marriage.
I would appreciate anything you can contribute and would be forever grateful to you for your considerate donation.

Little Room At The Inn

Posted by difference on 2012-01-25 16:58:28

I am 32 years old, married with two children and like many others I am sure we are struggling in the recession. My husband and I both work full time, we have no holidays, drive old cars and have little luxuries and due to the negative equity we have in our property we are stuck in the small house that we live in. We have been saving hard to start building our own extension as we cannot afford a builder to take the job on, so my husband has agreed to try and do the work himself. We know that it will take so much longer but we do not have any choice. We are already on an interest only mortgage on an extremely high interest rate due to our negative equity so we cannot reduce our biggest outgoing at all. The reason we need to extend our house is that my daughter's room is so small that we cannot even buy a single bed to fit in the room so we need to get her out of her baby bed and into a normal size bed. If we could afford to move we would but we would owe the bank money if we sold up and that is just not an option. We need help to allow us to stay here as we are really running out of ideas. I feel very nervous and a bit weird doing this but we are doing everything we can from buying most of our food in the reduced aisle and I am selling the kids old clothes just to make some money so that we can start building our extension as we will be staying in the house for a lot longer than we planned. I understand that there are many people out there with very worthy causes and that we are a normal family with big money problems and that you may feel that this is way down the list of priorities, so I would like to thank you for taking the time to read this and for any help that you may be able to give.

Final semester

Posted by hopeyoucould on 2012-01-25 01:58:55

I am studying overseas with my parents no longer supporting me. I am left with just two modules to clear but the university is refusing to transfer me form a full-time to a part-time category which would reduce my tuition fees from 10k down to 2k. Unfortunately, I am unable to pay the whole of my tuition fee for this last semester to graduate despite my desperate attempts to work as a math and physics tutor for my juniors as well as kids at different levels. I am still supposed to cover the cost of living so I am definitely not able to graduate. I really hope to find a helping hand here. I should start working upon my graduation this summer so I could pay back your money in case you want it back, this would only make me glad. If you are willing to help or would like to find out more about my situation you could send an email to me any time at bobo0002@e.ntu.edu.sg

just a little help to pay off debt

Posted by no-way-out on 2012-01-24 11:58:28

hi,i am currently in a part time job and up to my eyes in debt, minimum wage means my wages do not stretch from one month to another meaning missing payments on my debts just to keep a roof over my head and to keep warm, If in anyway anyone can help to reduce these bills i will be eternally grateful. I am not asking for big donations just however much people are willing to donate.
(Every little helps.)
Thank you kindly.

My Dream to Become a Small Organic Farmer

Posted by JRV4 on 2011-09-15 14:58:37

Hello everyone. I have a dream, and that dream is to become a small organic farmer. I am saving all the money that I can for this dream, but my current job does not allow much room for saving. This is where you come in; with the help of a few kind donors, this dream would become a reality. With your help, I could provide healthy, local food to people in my area. with your help, I could reduce people's dependence on the agribusiness industry. Your donation would be greatly appreciated not only by me, but indirectly by the entire community in which I live.

Thank You.

Remember...

No donation is too small...

Help Repaying My Masters Degree

Posted by easj on 2011-09-05 17:58:32

I have just finished my Masters in Public Relations (PR) and my repayments are £179 per month. I am 2 months behind as I started my new job after the repayments were due to start and so I need help to catch up.

I have asked my bank if I could reduce my repayments, spread the missed bills or defer them until I have got a new job - but unfortunately they won't. If I miss the payments for September and October, I get referred to debt recovery. I have to pay the £360 in full by the beginning of October.

My current salary isn't enough to cover the £360 in one go, working in PR, I've only got enough to cover my phone, rent and food.

Donations towards the £360 would be much appreciated and once cleared, I will happily help towards anybody else's requests.

Many thanks!

Need Rent Money.

After finishing my 4 year obligation to the military I am left to fend for myself. For the 1st 6 months I was able to get by on Unemployment, and 1 year after that doing odd jobs & living off my savings. I just moved into a new place last month to reduce my rent significantly and best of all utilities included. I don't want to be a bad tenant as this will only be my 2nd month staying here. And I got a good deal through a friend and don't want him to look bad for recommending me. I'm trying to sell my Jeep which will easily get me 5 months of rent while I can get more work, but until it sells I have nothing, and no one to turn to. I can and would prefer to pay it back when I get the money as I am responsible for getting myself into this situation and have never had someone pay my way but right now my situation doesn't look so good, and I have to consider all my options. :-/ Any help?

Please help me repay debt.

help save the OHANNA HOME

Posted by kwlioness54 on 2011-04-22 18:58:27

13 family members have found this home a safe secure place for their loved ones while getting back on their feet.No-one has been forgotten or left behind. OHANNA

I have worked all my life, in 1999 I started my own in
home daycare and ran a successful business working with
low income families that needed good child care and I would waive their co-pay since in most cases would be their last penny. In 2003 we bought a home in which the double car garage was re-modeled and made into a daycare room. It was
also home to anyone that found themselves with out income or a place to live, no questions asked. Needless to say 3 of my 8 grandchildren were born here and we have had a total of 10 live here at one time. In 2005 everything hit
when my health took a turn for the worse. I had no income,
every one else pulled togeather and we made it through. I
owed IRS and fearfull of loosing our home I went to a local
tax accountant to help.Trusting this man with a re-fi he worked out for me we went from owing 119,000 at 5% interest to 177,000 at 12% paying interest only for 2 years at 1400.00 a month with Litton Loan .We ,determined to keep our home worked our butts off and made it until now. 7 mos
ago I asked Litton to modify my loan and sent them all forms they requested. When it came time for the modification I recieved a letter ,Litton sold my loan to Quantum Loan Servicing. I started the modification process again only to be told that Quantum does not do internal
modifications. I am now forced to file bankruptcy and have
until July to pay all money due in the sum of $17,187.02
by 7/11/2011 or my home will be sold at a public auction at the Mason County Courthouse here in Shelton, 1 mile from my home. I live here with my daughter ,her 4 kids, 5mos 4,5 & 13yr. Their daddy has been in prision cleaning up his past so he can come home to his family and start fresh. My daughter suffers with severe panic attacks and is in the process of recieving SSI,my 16yr. old grandson who has been on SSI since he was 11 and my 19 yr old grandaughter who is homeless.I have degenitive disk desease but am undergoing ipidural shots in my spine hoping to reduce the pain, with a brace I can function . I fear loosing our home and splitting up our family as WE are all WE have. What will happen to us.
I pray that there are enough understanding people that might
be able to lighten the burden and help me to continue to help those who need me, our home and to stay togeather. If
there is help out there and it happens to be more than we need I would like to donate to the struggling families that
need help.
GOD BLESS
All of us at the OHANNA home

Last chance for a miracle

What can I say. There are many people here with sad stories of their misfortune. Mine is no better or worse.
I've been out of work for more than a year. This month, I deposited the very last of my savings into the checking account to pay my rent and bills. I'm feeling pretty hopeless and worthless. I wish there were someone I could turn to, but I haven't anyone that can help me.
Everyone is struggling.
I've worked hard all my life and often helped carry others through tough times. Now I'm all used up, about to lose it all. Whatever, it's just stuff.
I'm deeply in debt now. No job, no money, so I can kiss that credit rating I've worked hard to build goodbye.
At the end of the month, I'll officially be homeless.
I need 15k to allow me to reduce enough debt to a level that allows me take any crappy job I can find to exist another day and hope for better days to come.
Best of luck to all of you. I genuinely hope that everyone's desperate needs are met.
We all deserve a break.

Temporary Help Needed

Posted by Christo5er on 2011-01-04 20:58:58

... I am a single (divorced) man, 45, living alone in the Vancouver, Wa area. I work for a retailer, have been in my industry for well over 10 years, and since my divorce 4 years ago and the economy radically changing my income, I am living paycheck to paycheck, but barely. I have $900- per month taken out of my pay each month, and will be fortunate to hit 45k this year in income. I am filing to reduce my child support (will go down to around $400-), after which time I will be in a position to actually save money instead of borrow money.
I am asking for money to catch up on my Clark Public Utilities bill and my rent (running about three weeks behind each month). I don't do drugs, I rarely drink anything other than water, I'm what you might call 'statistically boring', and am not a criminal type either. Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated.
I will be happy to work for this, and am open to out of the box suggestions to cure my problem. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Sincerely,

Christo5er

Please help me get out of debt.

Wants to return to school

I want go back to school and finish my degree in accounting. I've always wanted to finish school but then I got busy with being a mom. My son asked me the other night what college I graduated from. It was very hard to lie to him but I did. I never want college to be an "option" for him as it was for me. My parents always asked me "if you go to college"... I want my question to my son to start of with "when you go to college"... I want to finish school but I'd have to reduce my hours at work which means I'll be bringing in less and I won't be able to pay my bills. I just want to finish school. Please help.
