I recently filed for bankruptcy and got my discharge like 2 months ago. Since my discharge I had a sezuire at work and had to be rushed to the hospital (Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. I had no health insurance at the time and recieved a $7,209 hospital bill stay from them. I'm really sad that this happened to me due to the fact I had finally got out of debt and now after spending like $1,500 on filing for BK, now I'm back in the whole...I wanted to try to buy a home in 2 years after my BK and now unless I pay this off, that will probably not happen for my daughter and I. Also, its not the only debt that I have after BK, I couldn't include my student loans in my BK, so I have like $11,000 in sallie mae loans for school. I am asking for help with my hospital bill, so it would truly be a blessing if anyone out there had extra money and could help me pay this bill, I would greatly appriciate it! I am going to start paying little monthly payments on my student loans to try to get that down little by little. If someone is seriuosly wanting to help me, we can communicate through email and I would gladly give you my medical bill info and their number, so you wouldnt feel like you were being lied to or anything, I already feel akward asking for help over the internet, but what can I do? Also I will be getting health insurance starting in June through my job, so I should never run into this issue ever again! Thanks in advance to anyone that can help!

Recently my husband and I gained custody of 3 severely abused children ages 6,7, & 10. I recently recieved a call that my brother is very ill with heart failure. Our mother died at 40 from a genetic heart disease. My brother is 41 and is in need of help . He is single and has no one and I need to fly out back to the states to help him. I dont need money just a plane ticket to get home since we live simple and make just enough to live.

Hello, this is my first time asking for help and I hope to be able to return the favor soon. I have a large medical bill for some treatment my wife recieved from a cancer hospital in Houston in 2010. I have insurance but the deductable and monthly medicine has put a big strain on my fianances. I have a bill from her last surgery in the amount of $17,911.71. First, I want to thank you for taking the time to read my post. I'm a single mother of 6 and it just seems like things are going from bad to worse. I am probably within days of being without power. I've been looking for work for the past year since graduating from school to become a medical assistant, but there seems to be nothing. The apartment that I'm renting has a shady landlord who is basically putting me through the ringer. I am not supposed to supply my own heat, but we hardly recieved any heat this winter and my landlord gave me 2 space heaters. i later found out that space heaters triple your electric bill, and mine has gone from $180 a month to $420 a month. I cannot afford to pay such a high bill,because I'm on public assistance, which mad it escalate to an unforgiving $5400!! I dont know what else to do or where else to turn. Social services said they wont help because its too high and I just dont know what else to do...!! PLEASE HELP US!!! I really dont know what else to say except PLEASE! I was in a car accident in 2008. I was not aware of the damage that I had recieved to my jaw. It really did not start to hurt and bother me until late in 2010. By this time the damage had been done. I have been quoted by Dentists anywhere between $8000.00 and $10,000 in total work to be completed.

I wouldn't be here if I wasn't desperate. Last night, my laptop packed in completely and it is beyond repair. I need a new one in order to continue with my studies to able to write assignments and do research at home. I am a just a young girl who has met with a huge crisis ,i had a very good job working overseas making enough money to live comfortably and pay my £13000 worth of debt ,2 months ago i lost my job in not te nicest way and have had to return home to lodge with family ,i have applied for hundreds of jobs from cleaning to roles similiar of the job i just lost ,i have only recieved 1 interview and was advised i wanted suited to the post.i am recieving only job seekers of £60 per week and cannot pay my debt ,i am now in bigger trouble as have taken out payday loans to try and survive i am juggling debts daily and simply cannot reach an agreement with these payday loan lenders - i have 6 now!i recieve threatening phone calls and letters every day and i am so worried about these peole coming to my family home and frightening my elderly relitives,i now dont know where to go or what to do,i borrowed some money of a friend who needs this back in 2 weeks for a holiday she needs to pay ,i simply do not have it or have the means to get it,i cry every day and havnt slept for weeks.please help me get out of this mess.

My husband and i have hit some hard times recently. We have been together for 7 years but only got married last august and we have 2 young children togetherFirst we got behind on rent which we have been trying so hard to pay back then my husband lost his car (which he needs to get to and from work) due not being able to make finace payments so we had to buy a cheaper car outright in cash which put us behind even further with household bills. We also have been wanting to move for a long while now because ideally we've been longing for a 3 bed house and so that my husband doesn't have to travel so far for work, therefore saving money on fuel. We started applying with local authority housing associations and hve now been offered a 3 bed house in an ideal location. The only problem is we have to move in two weeks and we have to give four weeks notice for leaving our current home and so rent will over lap for 2 weeks which is all we need with already owing rent we need to carpett it in most rooms (taking what carpet we can from current home) and now my husband has informed me that the MOT on his car is going to cast way more than expected. Any help at all would be greatly recieved

ok so i know i wont be the most in need on this site because some of the stories ive read are very sad,im just a guy who travels far for work,with the ever increeasing cost of diesel taking bigger percentages out of my pay, i would probably be better on benefits but i will never claim,too stubborn,and car insurance has now leapt up an extra couple of hundred pounds a year for no reason with every insurance company,have found the love of my life and am looking to try and save to get a place,not a mortgage god no,just a deposit for rental with the first and last months rent paid in advance,any donations gratefully recieved,thanks

I've dreamed all my life of crossing the oceans on my own sailboat. Something I could live on in each place I saw anew. I finally have saved for and purchased, a sailboat. She is one worthy of crossing oceans. Sturdy, strong, big enough to live on. But now it's been two years of laborious struggle trying to make her passage worthy, and now she is 90% ready to take me away. I've run out of gainful employment related possibilities, and money. We are living in a house that is in forclosure, and sold from under us while we are still living here. We recieved a letter saying they want us to move, we don't have anywhere to go and we have small children including a 6 week old baby. Please help so we can find another home to move into before we are thrown to the streets.

My first ask is for myself... My name is Josh and i recently moved to kansas. The reason I'm asking for money is because my car, a 1999 Toyota Corolla, has a door with a MONSTROUS dent in the door, no door handle, and no driver side window to boot. With winter iminent and temperatures reaching below 12 degrees I will have no protection from the winter elements. That is if the car even makes it that long. It is starting to run terribly and has 245,000 miles on it. Anything will help.

The second reason is for donations for the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. My family is living up there working as missionaries to try and help the Lakota people help themselves through way of our Lord Christ. They are in need of monetary dontaions for the church vans in order to pick the children up every suday for church. And also for toys so the children can have an enjoyable Christmas! We are a couple, aged 37 and 38. It takes a lot for us to ask for help, but if any can be given - no matter how small - if a lot of people give a little, it can add up to a lot ;) - it would be an absolute godsend. In the past I have always tried to help, whether it was picking up someone asking for food and taking them to buy food at the grocery store, helping another couple with children with a house payment, or simply offering them a job (odd job around my home or even with the company I used to work for before I was laid off.) .

We're about to lose our home. I recently recieved a cut off notice for our utilities and in order to keep them on it will cost $181.61 the balance due however is $188.00. This will not matter however, because I don't have the funds to make the house payment coming due on the 12th of October. I am 399.00 short on the payment. The balance we owe on our home is $6,320.00. Once the house is paid off we will be able to pay $180.00 for lot rent instead of $580.00 for lot rent and house payment.. (Of which only $200.00 goes towards the balance if not paid in full - which is .32 more payments at $580.00 a month). If we can just get our home paid off we would be okay - even with child support garnishing 54% of my pay. By law Child Support Enforcement can garnish up to 65% of a payee's pay.

Just to be up front, I do have a job. Unfortunately I only work about 30 hours a week on average at minimum wage. I am very happy for my job, but after child support garnishes $478.00 a month from my paycheck we can barely make the house payment most months. I have filed for a reduction of child support, but they refuse to use my legitmate income, instead using the income I made previously when I was in a position to help others, and did so regularly. My employer has even filed an affidavit with child support enforcement stating they cannot offer me more then 32 hours and that I make minimum wage. I am curretly looking for a second job, or another job that pays better to take the place of the job I now hold. If anyone has any IT professional positions, please let me know as I would love to come work for you, or your company. That would be the best way to help us out.

My boyfriend would love to work, but he is disabled and currently has an application in with Social Security Disability, unfortunately it takes a long time for it to come through, and by the time it does we will have already lost our home. He was disabled 2 years ago last July when he was working on a wireless tower that was 80 foot tall. It collapsed under him and he is very lucky to have survived the fall, however, when he came down he landed on his ankle and the impact caused the joint to turn around backwards and upside down. He has had surgery for this, unfortunately it is still not right. He cannot straighten out his foot to walk. Because of shortening of the tendons on the inside and front of his ankle he is not able to balance or apply weight to the ankle for more then a few moments. And even that short amount of time causes him extreme pain. He tries to help around the house by doing chores such as mowing our small patch of lawn, but even that small chore takes him over 3 days to complete. My employer does not offer medical insurance, so we are without it. It makes it impossible to go to a doctor to help him get the medical assistance needed to 1. fix his ankle completely and 2. pain management. So he perseveres and does as much as he can.

Every day I have to try to get my 1984 Volvo 240 Station Wagon running so I can get to work that day. When I try to pull out onto the highway to go to work it bogs down like it is under water. It takes crossed fingers, prayer and much clutch/gas pedal manipulation for the car to pull out... and even more to get it to the speed limit. It is very scary because there is a blind corner that people speed around regularly and I'm just waiting for the day I get hit trying to pull out. Unfortunately we don't know what is wrong with it and do not have the ability to take it to a mechanic to see if they can do a diagnostic, much less pay to have it repaired. So if anyone is willing to donate their time and possibly parts to get the car up and running safely it would be greatly appreciated. It is the only legal vehicle we have.

I am trying to do odd jobs around town as well as sell jewelry that I make online and at a little shop here in Newport. It is hard because most months no one seems to buy my jewelry and the jobs are far and few between.

What is really sad is I know come the middle of October we will be homeless, my daughter's dog, Kenji and my dog, Nikki will have to go to the animal shelter if I cannot find them homes. I know I would not be able to care for them at all if we have no home in which to live. As it stands now, I haven't been able to buy them dog food for a few months, and the Animal Shelter in Priest River does not have any spare food for them, so they eat what we eat. the good thing is they are fat and very happy and loving dogs.

If you can help at all, even if it is a little bit ($1, $5 or even $10) - if several help out a little it will add up to a lot; it would be greatly appreciated, and once we're back on our feet, of course we fully intend to pay it forward by helping others.

I don,t expect anything to come of this, but I was deployed to iraq in 09-10, got divorce after wife spent EVERY penny i recieved from my deployment. My mortgage was protected for a year after i got back (SCRA), but that time has run out. I currently am behind $7000 on my mortgage, have tried every loan modification, but i dont "qualify". I have been on unemployment since i got back from iraq, i did save $3000, which i was holding in case i had to file chapt 13 bankruptcy if they started forclosure, but i just had to take my truck in for a transmission rebuild, so there goes that. I am planning to volunteer to go to afghanistan this june, just for the money, but i think the bank will be able to take my house before then. I CAN make my normal monthley payment($500) but i just cant come up with the $7000 im behind.
