Money needed

Posted by hopefully on 2012-04-27 17:58:17

I am so tired of fighting to survive. There is never enough money. I work all day and study at night. Try to clean house and cook. I'm so sad, that I've gotten to this point in my life. I'm 49 years old and worked hard all my life and may lose it all. My credit rating is so poor that I can't even get a checking account. How pathetic, that just put me over, it's a sad situation, but I won't give up, the phone is ringing now for a bill collector. If you find it in your heart to donate Thank you, if your reading this and laughing shame on you. No one who has worked as hard as I have should be in this shape but things happen. Then you just have to find a way to survive. My god bless us all and good luck to everyone that is in this shape.

Hello there fellow earthlivers,

Before I will begin my letter I will first introduce myself. My name is Mike, I am 16 years old and from the Netherlands, if you are a millionaire or just someone that can afford it to give away money I encourage you to continue reading. I know it already sounds it will be like a ''begging letter''. And yes it kinda will be like that. There are people that will need money more than I am, but I am bold enough to ask for it. The U.S. census bureau estimates the world population passed 7 billion on March 12, 2012. There is no doubt possible that there are some very kind persons that awards this to other people. I would like to have a starting capital, so I don't have to work that hard anymore to achieve things. Life is just about working hard so after some time if you have saved some money you can do or buy that one thing you would like to have. You just live life once, and I think you should just live it up as you wanted to. But unfortunately you can't because there are to many rules in the way and don't forget about the money you will need to do this. Fortunately I am doing a good study, so I hope this will lead me to a good job in the future. I already said I would like to have a starting capital. I am working as a postman now, but that will just edify this starting capital a little bit. My parents are both working, but they haven't the ''best'' job either. My dad has his own construction business, but he is just working on his own he has no staff. All the money that he earns goes straight to a house that he must rebuild. He wanted to do buy houses and rent them immediately. This went well just a couple of times. But 10 years ago he did put his money in a wrong house what's even nice to say. And it still isn't finished yet. The walls and roof are there but on the inside is a lot to do. If there would be some money that will be donated, I will certainly give something to my father. I would like to start this buy and rent a house progress too, if everything goes well you can earn some nice extra money with it. My mother schedule dates at a rating agency, she is working 3 days a week, to sustain us and do the payments for the house. Now you know a little bit of the things where it was mostly about, I hope you understand it well and I will wait for answers. If you have any questions (maybe something like this: I don't believe the house story, can you send me pictures of it?) feel free to ask me. Contact me: mikeprinsen@rocketmail.com God bless you all and have a nice day! Mike

Please help me become a Nurse!

Posted by lilly6jl44 on 2012-02-01 13:58:39

I am a 27yr old female, who has sufferred in the past with suicide attempts and severe depression. I started working as a care assistant in a hospital this year and have discovered what I want to be - a Nurse.

I am hoping to go to university this september to start my Nursing Degree, but the university that has accepted me is 180miles away, so I would have to move house. It is in Cambridge/Suffolk area and I would also need to get a car to travel to placements and remain in close contact with my ill mother and autistic brother in london.

I do work full time and I love my job but I get £900 a month which after rent, current access to nursing college course costs, council tax, energy bills etc I have only about £10 a month to save which is not going to be enough to save which obviously is far from what I need to be able to live my dream. I have been looking for additional work for months but there just isnt any where I am (portsmouth uk) I am not afraid of hardwork and just desperately want to become a nurse and dont see a way out of my current financial rutt. When I was sufferring from mental health issues I ruined my credit rating and my life.. I cannot get any credit, loans or overdrafts to get the money elsewhere.

PLEASE HELP ME. x

My debt of $2521.67/£1600.00. Please help.

Hi guys,

I'm not the sort of person to beg and i don't expect sympathy and to use this as a sob story as this is my fault in the first place. I'm 19 years of age and already have the experience of facing debt which i can tell you is not pleasent.

Story...

Ever since two year ago i was introduced to payday loans because due to my credit history where i'd missed my phone bills by accident due to my direct debits not being payed properly it affected my credit rating badly so i was unable to get a proper loan to learn how to drive. I eventually got into a situation where i took out a payday loan to pay the other payday loan and ended up in one vicious cycle. The problem was a couple of month ago i was made redundant and fortunately i found a job the month after with great career prospects (apprenticeship) the only bad thing is i have took a massive pay cut which means i can't afford to pay these debts anymore. So i'm asking anyone out there even if it's just £1/$1 they have free (sorry i'm english) then please donate to my cause? I know there are people out there who are far off worse (homeless/in huge amounts of debt compared to mine) but it's the most horrible situation. I can't sleep or think about anything else other than the problem i'm currently facing. Anybody who can help i will be forever indebted too.

Thanks

Jamie

from
England.
I am a mum and main breadwinner for my 4 year old son. I lost my job a while ago and am weeks away from losing our home. I will be starting a new job in a couple of months but for the sake of a few weeks we will be made homeless if I can't find funds within a couple of weeks.

Bad credit rating through no fault of my own and can't get loan.

Can you help us. All donations repaid if id given.

Thank you so much

I am 57 years old, husband is 66. I am in the process of filing for SSI disability as I am fighting MS and am not able to work anymore. My husband is retired, fighting skin cancer, we have only his social security to live on right now.
Recently lost our apartment and are now staying in a cheap hotel. All of our belongings are in storage and we are praying that we have enough to at least keep the rent up on that, let alone keep a roof over our head as well right now.
We need some help to relocate. Since I have no health insurance and have had a recent hospital stay that wound up wiping out any money we had left, and left us with a lousy credit rating. My husband has a job opportunity in Raleigh NC, if we can get there and find some housing.
I'm a veteran and am hoping that maybe some other vets could help us out. We aren't asking for a free ride, just some help in getting us back on our feet until my disability claim kicks in.
We are more than willing to pay back any help we receive.

Trying to Start a New Life

Posted by midwestguy on 2012-01-13 19:58:32

Hi. I'm a young man of 34 years, still single, but enjoying life. I was well educated growing up and studied business in college. I've had some recent hard times with the economy just as everyone else has. But I was prepared and was able to survive on money I had saved up. But that wasn't enough, I had to cash in my retirement account in order to still make ends meet. Being the business-minded person I am, I took a hard look at my finances and cut back on every single thing I could. But even then, my expenses still seemed to be more than my income. I requested my student loan payments to be reduced based on economic hardship and found myself borrowing against my credit cards each month in order meet my financial obligations. Now, I've found myself borrowing on one credit card just to make the payment on another credit. I did this just to stay current on my monthly payments so I wouldn't ruin my credit. My credit rating is very important to me and I don't want to risk it being lowered.

Right now, here at the beginning of the year, I'm just trying to get a new start on life. I'm wanting to wipe out most of my debt so that I no longer have to worry and be stressed about that day after day and be able to concentrate on the more important things in my life. I've started clearing out a lot of clutter in my life. I've gone through a lot of my storage boxes and getting rid of things I no longer need. I'm selling my car that has been giving me issues since the summer and now needs a repair that will cost over $800. I'm making plans of moving to another part of the country which I feel has a lot more opportunity for me. I want to get more involved in the lives of our youth. I'm starting a website which gives tips on money management and plan to integrate a monthly email newsletter as well. I want to organize local meetups for youth to teach them about money. I was also recently hired as a tutor for an online tutoring company. And I want to get involved with Big Brothers too.

I feel that making these plans are the direction I'm being called towards. I feel it's right within my soul. And I feel there will be many positive aspects to this later on the down the road. But the truth is, I'm still in debt. I'm still trying to work on my financial obligations. The tutoring company I was hired with is a new company and was supposed to be live in January. But I was recently told there were some complications with the website and it may not be until March or April before we could start. So that was income I was counting on that's not happening right away. Add to that, I'm in the middle of moving and came across unforseen expenses that I was not expecting. Having no current job, I'm trying to find ways of paying for those. And since I'm moving, it's kind of difficult looking for a job. And since I have no job and no income, I'm really not sure how I'm going to afford a place to live once I do arrive.

So, as you can see, even though I've been trying to make some positive moves in my life, it's becoming increasingly difficult due to the lack of income and the increase in debt I have. So it would be a great help if you're able to make a small donation. Then I can start moving forward and changing my life for the better. Thanks so much for your consideration.

10 Acres for $8,000 USD

Posted by SchMasHD on 2011-12-21 05:58:53

I am 31 years old with a varied and extensive resume as well as a degree in computer application development (not that that degree is particularly relevant...).
I have found 10 acres of rural land in Alaska.
This land costs $8,000.
I would like to buy the land and build a year round cabin on the property, to live in year round.
I am from a rural background (BC = Before College) and have working knowledge of home building and can gather the required materials from the land and surrounding area for the construction of reliable, comfortable, and sustainable housing. I have done an immense amount of research regarding the accomplishment of my goal (to be independent of today's social requirements) and have formulated a bullet-proof plan to live a comfortable yet remote life away from the hustle and bustle of modern entrapment's and closer to the dream of our ancestors. I am willing to elaborate on my plans regarding the dwelling and the steps I will take to accomplish my goal while sustaining the creature comforts of modern day living.
In addition to my rural upbringing I am also a combat military veteran with working knowledge of para-military and survival tactics.
I have saved enough money to move to the property of my choice from my home state and have also provided for the tools, food, clothing and provisions(including shelter) needed to complete this project, the rest of the requirements of the project will be bought or shipped at or near the building location at my personal expense. I have considered every avenue required to secure financing and have been stopped by my credit alone. Really what matters the most to me is that I will have the opportunity to work for a permanent solution to my financial. social, and economic ills. However, due to my poor credit rating (Thank you 17yr old me) I have been unable to secure financing from "the man" and have been forced to beg of the internet. Please o' please grant me my life... That being said, in addition to the months of preparation I have done, I have secured the willing enlistment of free labor (in the form of an old army buddy) for this project. That being said, with my current financial situation I cannot afford to purchase the land for the cash asking price even though it is 10 acres at a fraction of the price normally requested for that expanse of property. What I am asking for is enough money to purchase the land ($8,000 USD). In return I am willing to spend 2 months every year (during any year) devoted to work for my benefactor for up to 4 consecutive years. Call it hired hand, indentured servitude, slavery, or [insert vague derogatory/demeaning name here]. What matters to me is that if I work my ass off I can be sucessesful. Please O please help me reach my goal. I am at your mercy o awesome and wonderful internet.

Air Force Veteran Falling on hard times

Posted by nhnative88 on 2011-11-07 17:58:47

Thank you for reading my post. My name is Emily and I am a veteran of the United States Air Force. I served almost 3 years before I was discharged for medical reasons. I have filed a claim with the VA, but they are taking a very long time to make a rating decision. I am unable to work right now due to the medical conditions, and I am running out of money to pay my monthly bills. I am hoping that someone can help me until I get the compensation I deserve. I need about 4,000.00. I hope that someone can help me, and as soon as I am able to, I am going to pay it forward. Thank you for your consideration!

Need to get out of here

Hi there, I always thought that I would be to proud or stubborn to resort to begging but I have absolutely no where else to turn.
I have lived in Northern Ireland my whole life and grew up surrounded by the well known troubles that afect our country, I have always had a dream of emmigrating somewhere but I do not come from a well of family and have always struggled with money. My dream is to move to Australia where I already have some good friends that will take me in while I set up a new life for myself but I am already around £5,000 in debt which is not a lot to most people however my credit rating is terrible and I do not qualify for a loan anywhere. I'm trying to save to get myself out there but with my debt and the ever increasing cost of living I just cannot get ahead. I have even tried to sell my car as I cannot afford to run it anymore but its such an old heap of junk that no one will take it off me. I need to make my visa application within the next 2 months before I get too old to qualify for the right one. If anyone can help in any way at all it would truly be greatly appreciated.
I just want to get away from this awful place and start a new life somewhere a little less biggotted.

Thanks for taking the time to read my plea,

I need help with student loans to help rebuild my credit.

I am a single mother who has accumulated student loans which now need to be repaid to reduce the interest. The loans have also affected my credit rating anything a person can do to help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Help- Out of work for 4 years- at 62 hard to find any work

Posted by dschabrm on 2011-09-08 21:58:08

I am 62 years old. An auditor by trade but would do any kind of PT/FT work except there seems to be no work. Ads read if unemployed do not apply. What! Are you kidding me? Used up retirement by year 2 in 2009. Lost our home, cars, money, credit, credit rating, self esteem but I still have God in my life. The fire of hope is still burning but I must admit it is more like smoldering coals. My wife has polysistic kidney disease & there is no cure. I hate asking for help because I know there are thousands just like me and some worse off than me but here goes, if you can assist please help. There is no help for those like me from the government other than a little medical help. I have retired on SS and now I earn too much for any help. Go figure. I am not looking for money, although I would take any help, I am looking for WORK. The government has no idea how many people are really unemployed or under-employed.

So heartbroken and in dire need of help

Hello my name is Sue and I am a 35 year old woman with 3 children. I am in my final year of my nursing program and am desperately in need of help. I lost my husband 6 months ago, he was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and committed suicide 4 weeks after his diagnosis. I feel blinded by grief and depression has consumed me to the point of feeling suicidal. I must go on for my children and I am struggling to continue my program and recently lost my part time job. I feel like I have died inside and my body is just going through the motions of life.

It is difficult for me to ask for help, as I have always been on the other side when i was in a position to be able to help others before everything fell apart. I am a very compassionate person and my dream is to help others and complete my nursing program.

I used to have a stellar credit rating which has been destroyed now. I desperately need financial help for medical costs for my son. I am behind on my rent by one month and I am at the point that I will lose my rental apartment in October which will leave my children and I with no home and no options. I desperately need $6000.00 for medical costs/rent and any little bit will help.

I am so inspired by those who help others and I want to get my life back on track to be able to help others again as i have so often in my life. I appreciate any help you can give and thank you so very much for reading. My heart goes out to you for being such compassionate people and my heart goes out to those like me who are struggling..a thread of humanity runs through us all and we are never alone

...and having to rely on food banks just to eat. Credit rating fell through the floor. Haven't been able to buy any nice clothes for YEARS. Cannot even afford a car. Getting by on mobility scooter. It broke down just two days ago and have no money to get it fixed, which means I am stuck at home looking at the walls. I depend on the scooter to get around. PLEASE HELP me. Need $4000 to pay off all bills, repair scooter, and get ahead, but any donations over $1000 will help. Thanks for reading.

Single Mother Cancer Survivor Need help to help myself

Posted by LilShaa on 2011-08-12 01:58:38

I need whatever assistance anyone can afford. I want to obtain a cheap reliable used car or the down to buy one, so that I can accept job interviews. I also want help with $, so I can obtain a legal document assistant license, in my area. I want a way to make some money, utilizing the legal research skills I have, while I seek a more permanent source of income. My local area is very economically depressed, which is why I am seeking out of town good paying jobs. I have had to cancel countless interviews, for lack of transportation, which leaves me feeling hopeless.

This downward spiral began, when I was diagnosed with cancer, 10 plus years ago. Instead of being able to gain valuable work experience, I was forced to fight for my life, upon college graduation. The gap on my resume, is not easy to explain away. I have tried to work temporary jobs, and have even worked as a substitute teacher. I would take just any job, but cannot afford to lose life-saving medicine, if my state provided medical benefits were cut, due to a job that would not offer them or the ability to purchase them. I thought subbing would offer me the chance to gain working experience, but I had to stop, due to a custody battle, waged against me, by my vindictive ex and his legal associates. They also waged numerous phony allegations, about me, with various agencies, one of which is the one which oversaw my employment. Despite nothing coming of the allegations, the agency overseeing my employment, sat on the matter/s for years now, which has left me in limbo, with no means to clear my good name, and no income source. This further added to my resume experience gap. It is nothing I can explain to potential employers, either.

The past several years has been difficult with all the medical and legal issues, both mine and my younger child's. My sibling was sent to war around the same time my parent committed suicide. This also cost me financially and mentally. My car was repossessed, destroying my credit rating further. This has hindered my ability to attend interviews, and even bar me from some opportunities, due to poor credit. The icing on the cake- the family court rewarded my ex for quitting a higher paying job. They cut his child support payment in half, for my 6 year old. Recently I had to move into a new place, and now owe money for the deposit. I had to use what little I was trying to save for a car, so I wouldn't end up homeless. My older child was working, too, but was put on bed rest, so we now face another income drop. I hope someone can help with anything, because I just do not know what to do anymore.

Would You Please Help With This Endeavor?

Dear Reader,

Setting up the website below is likely the most practical avenue that I can take at this point. I am caught in the payday loan trap. My overall credit rating is low. I have somewhere between $20,000 and $30,00 of overall debt. At the same time, I have a stable job in the professional world, while I also do some independent freelance work in my field on the side. Both of my checking accounts are in the negative right now. I have regular bills coming due very soon! So, I am utilizing the Internet to ask folks to donate money to me with respect to my present circumstances.

Even if you are only willing and/or able to donate $1, this would be helpful. The website is not a landing page. There are no sponsored ads on this site. This is not a scam. I will use the money for my immediate financial needs, to pay the payday loan companies, to start paying down my overall debt at a better pace, and to invest in my independent freelance work. If you have any questions about any relevant details, please do ask (contact info is on the website).

I had thought about asking for folks to consider the possibility of providing a direct personal loan for my own emergency needs, debt consolidation, etc., but I am not sure if that is wise. However, this sort of loan could be used for consolidation. In the big picture, it might be best to ask for donations, be thankful for what I receive, and focus on earning money in as many legitimate/legal/ethical ways as possible.

As I write this here, it might be acceptable to you (if you are not willing to donate) to ask me to do some freelance work for you in my field. We could discuss that option by E-mail of course (again, contact info is on the website).

Again, thank you for your consideration.
