I recently started my own business which I am running out of my home. I am not making any money. As a matter of fact, it is putting me in the hole more than it is helping me out. I need money to help me out with this situation. I have a 2 year old son that I have to support and it is really hard when i never have more than 200 dollars at a time in my checking account. Actually, my account is overdrawn at this very moment. I would take any amount and be very grateful for it! PLEASE HELP ME OUT!

I am a graduating college senior in a bit of a financial predicament.

1. I still don't have my cap and gown. I had one, but my car got stolen and I stupidly hadn't taken it out yet, and when I got my car back it was gone. That's $89.

2. My family is coming for graduation. No one has any money, and I just want to pay for their hotel for one night so they can see me graduate. I'm the first in my family to graduate from a major university, that's $100.

3. I would love to cook a huge meal for my friends and family while they are here for my graduation. I could work wonders with just another $100.

4. My bank account is overdrawn. If it doesn't get paid in two weeks, then I can't get my financial aid from my new graduate program I'm starting in a few weeks. Its my only bank account and I won't qualify for another one because I've made some major financial mistakes while in college. Its $75 overdrawn.

5. My phone bill is due in 6 days. To avoid service interruption, I have to pay 2 months worth of the bill, since I'm behind one month. The full amount due is $175.00.

6. I was lucky enough to find an apartment I can live in for really cheap for the summer, until my full time job I just got starts and I get my financial aid from my program. The deposit for the apartment is $150, and I have the rest of May absolutely free and can even pay the rent of June when I get my financial aid from my grad program.

7. The last 11 dollars is just to have something in my pocket, since I seriously do not have any money.

Hi, I have six pay day loans out and now i just can't seem to get rid of them and they are eating my whole paycheck. Unfortunately, i kept taking them out to pay my rent and the high interest just continued to eat me alive. Now I can't make my rent. My bank account is overdrawn and I'm in big trouble. My car is cutting off on me and I can't repair it. I really need help. Any help. I am a single mom with one kid who got a little behind and now it;s a snowball effect. I have never done anything like this before but I dont know what else to do. I work everyday and still cannot stay above water. I work so much I hardly get to spend anytime with my kids. I have gotten behind on my car note and my rent is due and I cant pay either one because I had to pay the light bill and buy food. I have nobody to ask for help and I have really bad credit. I am currently unemployed, looking for work, and have been struggling to get by financially for some time now. My bank account is overdrawn by a considerable amount, I currently don't have any money to pay my rent in the amount of $870.00 for the month of March, 2012, nor can I afford to buy food to eat (and my cupboards are getting pretty barren right now). Also, my vehicle is in much need of some basic maintenance and a tune up, which I can't afford right now, either.
Like I mentioned above, my bank account is overdrawn and more fees continue to apply, and I'm at the point where my bills and rent are impossible for me to pay without your generous financial help. With your help, I can begin to climb out of financial hole I'm in. I am basically at the bottom of life's barrel and at the moment I can’t even see the light at the end of the tunnel. I will probably be out on the street with no place to live very soon unless something drastically improves, a miracle happens, or somebody makes a generous (sizable) donation/contribution.
The recovery of my higher financial standards and the freedom from debt, overdraft fees and other related stresses has proven to be impossible on my own recently. Things have just been spiraling downward for me and not improving for long enough now and I'm nearly at my breaking point and don't know what else to do other than ask for help. With your help, though, I'm hoping to get financially ahead and stay there. (And, I'd be thrilled to eventually and hopefully be able to help somebody else in need in the future once I'm out of the current mess I'm in.)

I've been out of work since October of last year, and I have run out of places to turn in order to pay my bills. While I actively send out multiple resumes per day to prospective employers, I ave only had a handful of interviews and no offers as of yet. I am at risk of having my (overdrawn) bank account closed, my electricity shut off, and eviction from my apartment if I am unable to get the money I need in a very short period of time.

I am a hard working single mom with a 6 year old daughter and I have fallen on some desperate times. I have exhausted all of my resources, my bank account is overdrawn and I don't get paid for another week..I have bills due, rent is late, I am panicking. I am a 49 year old college student who is in desperate need help. I raised two wonderful children who are now grown,sucessful, and on their own. My life changed 8 years ago when my daughter now 20 got sick from toxic mold that was in our apartment. I gave up my job to take care of her and now that she is on her own, not far short of a miracle,I have hit the bottom of the barrel. I am an honor student at KCKCC and will recieve my AA in May of 2012. I have been served with eviction papers and my 92 Honda Accord is on its last mile,315,000,miles later I doubt it will make it through the winter. I work at school part time,all that is allowed, and my dad helps me when he can. He is 79 years old and lives on a fixed income in California. When my daughter left home in May I no longer could afford the rent and bills on our place to live and am now 5 months behind and Wednesday is my court date for the eviction. My gas and electric are in danger of getting cut off and it really doesnt matter since I have no where to live. I have promised my dad that I will finish school no matter what and quite honestly I dont know if that will happen. I had to take a payday loan and title loan on my car so that I could pay my rent in July that all back fired and I now am overdrawn in my bank account as well and hiding my car from the repo guy. I have borrowed money from 4 different people and now they are all over me for repayment. When I quit my job 8 years ago to take care of my daughter because that is what a mother does my credit was ruined. The pieces just keep falling and at times I cant see the end of the tunnel. Just one chance to get out of this mess financially and have a decent place to live and a decent car that runs would make life a whole lot easier. My dad could enjoy his retirement and I could fulfill my promise to him. My daughter has 400.00 worth of medicine she has to have monthly and I help her before I pay my own bills because I feel that's what I should do. I have no medical or dental insurance and have several things wrong with several teeth. I havent had my blood pressure medicine in one year and it would be nice to be able to make sure I am physically well. Please help please help please help.

Hey. I need $70.23 to close a bank account that was initially overdrawn by $7.23. PNC Bank charges $7 a day fee for any account that is negative. Im a 47 year old woman who recently graduated with my Masters degree in clinical psychology. After graduation I completed my 3000 hours of internship. Unfortunatley I lost my job, due to mental health cuts in my county. My husband is disabled with scoliosis, but was denied disability, he is appealing. My oldest son his wife and their one year old daughter lost their home and had to move in with us. Then my oldest daughter and her husband and new baby (born 10/03/11)moved in due to lay offs. I also have two dependent sons. I apply to job postings every day, I have been on thirty interviews in the past two years. My oldest son is in college, but none of the other adults in the home have been able to find employment.We live in San Bernardino county with a very high unemployment rate. We hired a lawyer to help us with refinancing, but after paying them (and them discovering the loan was country wide and fraudulant) they only increased our monthly payments. We are doing everything we can to avoid becoming homeless, but we are being told we dont make enough to keep our home. I dont know what our family will do or where we will go. If only I could find someone who could help us until I can find work. We wont have a Thanksgiving or Christmas this year, We can barely keep the babies in diapers, we often go hungry, Our electricity has been disconnected, and we have shut off notices for the remaining utilities. We have one barely running car, no insurance, no cell phone, no anything left!Please help. I cant accept through pay pal because we are overdrawn in the bank.

I just found out my girlfriend is pregnant and we only have two days left before we get kicked out of our apartment. I'm 24 and a full time student and have been working full time until two weeks ago when I was laid off. I put this in the travel section because my family doesn't have much money right now and I'm trying to make it from Indiana to California to be somewhere we can have help until we get on our feet. I do help myself, I have a part time job and have even written to the Prime Minister David Cameron. I just need that extra bit of help. I finally have been offered a position in the career that I have always wanted.

I rceived a notice from my bank last week informing me that my account is overdrawn & they will start charging me $25 a week if its still overdrawn & will close my account withen a month. I can't afford to lose my bank account & I'm inbetween jobs at this time which makes it more difficult to me. Sunday at church I was overwhelmed with emotions and couldn’t control my tears as I heard the choir and sang along with them. I was hoping God would hear me because my husband, family, and I are in such a hopeless financial situation that there is nowhere to turn and we can’t live normal lives due to our debt.

We struggle to buy grocer everyday and keep our children in school. We don’t even have enough for the fees for them to start on august 1st. All fees must be paid by July 27th or they won’t be able to attend. This is a public school. My husband has always had a full time job and many times he’s had two jobs. I work part time when I can and home school my smaller children.

We only have one old van so I take everyone to school, work, etc. We have nine children. Two are on their own with families. Seven still live at home. Two of them have families. One son was laid off of his job last month and had to move back in with us. He has been desperately trying to find a job but nothing has come in yet. One our sons got into some trouble and we tried to help him but it’s escalated and he’s ended up in trouble with the law. My husband and I tried financially to help keep him afloat, including getting a car for him in our name. Our son lost his job because of all of the trouble and we were left paying his car until it was repossessed. Now we are paying for a car we don’t have. Paying lawyers, court fees, bonds, and so much more has drained us.

We started getting loans on our wedding rings and many items in our home. We couldn’t keep up with the interest due every month and normal bills. We took out payday loans. What a mistake! Our banks became horribly overdrawn. We filed a Chapter 13 in hope of saving ourselves. We had filed before when we were younger and first married. We didn’t know any better and made huge mistakes. Our 13 now has us paying such a huge amount of $1,200 a month that we fell behind immediately because of the other debt.

Our son’s troubles have kept us from paying our debt and just being able to live. Our son is innocent. That’s why we continue to stand by him, it breaks our heart to think of him going to jail for something he didn’t do. Our Chapter 13 is going to dismiss us if we can’s pay what we’re behind. It’s almost $5,000. Our Xcel bill is going to be turned off. We owe Xcel $4,000, and our water bill is $400 and ready to be turned off also. We will be behind $1,500 on our rent by this Friday. We’re being sued for almost a thousand dollars for a pizza check that was returned by our bank. We can’t buy groceries and gas for us to get to work. We’ve been getting small loans on our children’s items to help get small amounts of food.

We’re so embarrassed. We don’t have any family who can help and we haven’t kept in touch with friends. We’re always busy with our family so we don’t have time to socialize. We feel so sorry for our children. They had to be embarrasses all of last year at school because we stilled owed fees and they couldn’t participate in school activities. They are trying to work jobs while attending school but we are so far behind that we just can’t catch up.

People who know us think we have no problems, especially financially, but we are so depressed and sad. We can’t sleep or function in our everyday lives. It has affected our whole family and it is tearing us apart. We have lost the respect of our older children because we couldn’t keep our selves together financially. Please, if you’re reading my letter, if you can help in any way, or know someone who can help, please help us. We’re good people who work hard but are guilty of having big hearts. We’ve been married for 32 years. We don’t drink, smoke, do drugs, go out, or party in any way. We believe in God and hope our prayers and faith will get us through this.

My family and I need help. We don’t know where to turn and the depression making us sick. Especially my husband. We’re going through the motions of living but were not. Please help us and our children so we can get our lives on track and start living and enjoying life. We will find a way to repay as much as possible as soon as we can.

I'm in dire straits. I've been out of work since the first of the year. My unemployment benefits have run out. My checking account is already overdrawn by around 100 dollars. I have about 29 cents in a paypal account, and that's it. We are nearly out of food, and our electricity will be shut off soon (which is very bad in the summer here in Arizona). I've tried to find work, but I'm either over or under qualified for everything. I've borrowed all the money I can from my family.

My girlfriend lives with me, and has been unable to work for years due to serious health problems. She recently had surgery and is still mostly housebound.

To sum up, I'm completely tapped out. If I don't get around 1,100 dollars within the next couple of days we will be facing eviction.

My family has fallen on some hard times recently. First, I cut my thumb and had to have 4 stitches put in, which wouldn't have been so bad except they made me take two weeks off of work since it wasn't a work related injury. They used all my vacation time, which wasn't nearly enough to cover the two weeks off. Then right after that my husband had to have oral surgery due to an abscessed tooth. He had to have all his top teeth removed and all but 7 of his bottom teeth. Our insurance didn't pay for all of it and we had to come up with half last week and the other half this week which was about $500. I wrote them a check for the first half, which bounced at the bank. I have overdraft protection so the check was paid but my account is now overdrawn 169.00. My husband has to go back to the dentist tomorrow to get his dentures adjusted and we owe the other half, which we don't have. Our water was shut off, and my husband went back outside after they left and turned it back on illegally because he has to have water to wash out his mouth. Our rent which is $700 is due, our phone is getting ready to be shut off next, and I wrote a $160 check at the surgeon's today knowing that I didn't have the money in there but I feel I didn't have a choice, he had to get the surgery. His abscessed tooth could have killed him! The car loan company is also hounding us for our payment but they have to take a number and wait in line! We almost out of food in the house as well. I went to a local church to try to get help with our bills but I was told their services were only for poor people who don't have jobs. We try to work and pay our bills and do the right thing, but sometimes you just fall on hard times ya know? If you can find it in your heart to help a complete stranger, we would be forever grateful and once we are back on our feet we would find some way to repay you. We need about $2000 to get us back to where we need to be to survive this month. Thank you!

I hope you can help, in Nov. of '07 I got injured in an accident and had to quit working for a while, and then in May of '09 my wife was diagnosed with melanoma/lymphoma cancer and had to have three surgeries. she then became disabled and we were able to get a little relief from SSI.
Even with that it was not enough but we were just barely getting by paying the electric and water bills, but not the rent, so I found a part time job (I am still looking for full time work)that helped a little, but still not enough.
Then in Oct of '10 we were told that she had about six months to live and things became really dismal for us as the bills kept piling up and her health was declining rapidly. We stopped trying to pay the medical bills and concentrated on just paying for her drugs for pain and suffering.
Then on Feb. 13th this year she passed away at the age of 49, a week and a day short of her birthday. That makes my situation even worse, by her passing, the cost of the cremation was close to $1200.00 and the SSI that we were getting stopped, leaving me with a mountain of unpaid bills and no full time work available in the area.
I have sold just about everything of any value to try and keep the water turned on, but I haven't had electricity since the first week of March. With my part time job and the odd jobs I do for my neighbors, when I can get them, I am able to keep some food in the house and some gas in the car, but with gas prices at almost $4.00 a gallon, I can't even get enough ahead to pay the deposit that the electric co. wants to turn the lights on.
So here I am, this is my situation, I am seriously in debt to the tune of about $85,000.00 in medical bills and back rent, my car is a P.O.S. but at least I can keep it running with a little bailing wire and bubblegum, the landlord is chomping at my heels for money that I don't have, cold showers really suck because the water heater is electric, and I am just about to my wits end, and I think I am too chicken to commit suicide to end my short term troubles with a long term solution. Hi, my name is Julie Cesari. Last January I lost my job with Xanterra Parks and Resorts here in the Denver metro area (you can google it, and shows that I am for real). I had a medical issue that made me miss too much work after my FMLA ran out. I don't blame the company, it was their policy. I am desperately searching for another job, which is not easy. I was evicted from my apartment and I have to live in extended stay hotels which is not cheap. I am trying hard to keep from living on the streets, once that happens the chances of finding another job becomes next to impossible. It costs about $28 per night to stay at the hotel, $189.99 for the week. My unemployment which is only $165 a week can't cover that, and I also need gas to get to job interviews and also medicines.I am overdrawn $112 on my bank account and I'm needing work on my car. Long story short. Born with rare birth defect, 30 plus operations, 3 amputations of my leg due to the birth defect, aortic aneurysm (fixed) high blood pressure, Hep C from blood transfusions , one kidney, thyroid cancer (removed). You think I'd be dead by now but I've been dead and was just to stupid to stay there. LOL I receive disability and have been working 2 days a week as this is all my health will allow. Last month I got the flu and was out for three weeks and now they have cut my hours to 0. I'm a happy, outgoing person that looks forward to tomorrow to see what amazing thing will happen but right now I can only think about bills. I have so many medical bills from the last few months that it seems never ending. Until last month I was just barely making it. I sold everything I could get my hands on thru ebay and craigslist. It's to cold to have a garage sale to sell the little stuff and I desperately need HELP. I haven't been able to pay last months electric bill, gas bill, life insurance, phone bill, etc. I cannot pay any of the medical bills and am overdrawn at the bank. I can't even pick up a perscription that I need. I'm asking for anyone who can afford to go without a cup of coffee for a day ,skip the take out once or pass up the chips at the gas station to PLEASE help. There are only three things I want out of life: My high blood pressure under control,for just two or three months of not worrying about having enough money to pay the bills while having food in the fridge and for the temperature to hit 70 and stay there for while.
