i have experienced a major loss of income and an increased living expense and have fallen behind on my bills so bad that i can not even dream of a future. i know what i need to do, i am determined to do it but i am unable to afford the cuurrent bills and find it difficult to even dream of fulfilling my plans for a secure future for myself and my children. my plan is to catch up on the current bills, get out of the car loan that i currently have and purchase a vehicle that has less expensive payments, repair my credit,my taxes and enroll in courses for real estate and/or bookkeeping. i have 2 children who have suffered and lost out on so much due to the finances, the job requirements and insecurity. i really need help to follow through and i promise to pay it forward when i am able. i will appreciate any help i can get and will keep all donors posted on the progress if they are interested. i have worked hard my whole life and have never caught a lucky break. unfortunately i have chosen a career that requires skills that i either do not have or that i am getting too old for. i have been in this business since i left home at 17 and have worked in every facet of the business but the job i am best at is for younger people and i am quickly approaching the age where i will no longer be able to comprete or will find employment less likely. i am looking for a better life. an easier life and the opportunities that i deserve but i am unable to obtain in my current situation, job and finances. please help me. i need approximatly $15-20000 but anything will help , be very appreciated and well invested. thank you

Iam a single mother in desperate need to get some financial assistance for move in costs for me and my daughter to finally have a home we can finally call (OUR HOME}after living in a motel for the last two years. I’m an ordinary Grandma who would love to visit the Grandchildren I have never seen. We have worked hard all our lives but a combination of ill health, the recession in the UK and being unable to obtain work, primarily because of our age, we are struggling financially. Everything started to fall apart 4 years so when my husband became ill; I became ill 18 months later. He lost his job & has been unable to obtain another. My illness prevents me from being employed. I have still the last 4 years tried to run various businesses on the internet but with no success & our old age pensions (mine was due next year) have been put back by the UK Government for another 4 years.

We have 2 grandchildren we have never seen. They live in Portugal with my daughter & her husband. They are poor & struggling too so they cannot come to the UK nor pay for us to go there.

The cost of 2 flights from the UK to Porto or Lisbon will be around £800 for both of us. The cost of car hire (we need to hire a car to as they live in a tiny village inaccessible by public transport a couple of hours from the airport) is around £600 for 2 weeks

The first 2 weeks in August would be a lovely time to visit as they are on holiday from work & school.

I would so love to see my grandchildren, play with them, hug them. It hurts not seeing them more than I can say.

My husband says I’m wasting my time but I believe that there are good, generous people around who will help just as we have helped other people in our good times.

Could someone please help this old Grandma & Grandpa so they can see their grandchildren at least once. Any donations would be wonderful.

I will make an honest attempt at keeping it quick and to the point, since you know how I can get to rambling on forever about nothing. I am going to start with the immediate and EXTREMELY URGENT situation at hand with prior situations that have created a situation that I cannot handle alone.

3 or so weeks ago….
I was pulled over for my front license plate and registration being expired (had only recent got the vehicle back) I was personally searched 3 times... my car was loaded to capacity, and I said I would rather them not search it, due to it contents and the time and energy spent loading it. He said he would call k-9. I had no problem with this. The dogs were 2 hrs away and apparently this cop was set on this, so he tells me, “im going to search your car” so the car was searched extensively and illegally by 3 officers while I was told I had to sit in the officers back seat, locked, of course.... as expected, there was nothing found anywhere in my car by 3 police over the course of a few hours.... Keep in mind, i was searched three times before being placed in his car.... wearing a bathing suit..

They let me go, and told me I could load my car back up.... then, for some reason....the initial officer removed the lower portion of his back seat???. Found something (controlled substance, less than a gram, schedule 1) that i have yet to be informed as to what it was…. Screamed to put my hands behind my back, confusing, arresting and humiliating me.

Have spent money that I could not spare to get out of jail, get my car back and wasted close to a week of my life.

One level 3 tampering with evidence… (Claiming that I put the controlled substance in the back seat)
$10,000 and 2-10
The other, possession of a controlled substance, less that a gram level 1….. is a state felony and brings similar time and money



There is a camera in the back of this officer’s car as well as one on the small building at which the incident happened…
Its all on video, and the lawyers i have talked to have assured me that this is an easy one, “wont be a problem” and it’s a “no brainer”.

But given the circumstances leading up to and surrounding these ridiculous legal charges I cannot obtain the services of these lawyers since I am unable to afford what they are asking. Was told if I could bond myself out, then I couldn’t have a public defender, and even if that isn’t true, I wouldn’t want one simply due to the fact that I am not prepared to settle or accept a plea bargain for something that is going to ruin me.

Court is TOMORROW, the 10TH

Like I said… this is the most embarrassing and shameful thing I have had to face.


Please help my family and i. This is injust, I am scared, don’t know what to do and I cannot take it.

They are asking for 8k, and 1/2 down...

Thursday, may 10... TOMORROW, i will go from a normal, once succesful person who fell on hard times to an animal in a prison cell.

Please please please. I will do whatever it takes to pay you back. Interest, labor, ANYTHING.. i will just need a bit of time to get through this situation and i will focus on repaying

I am a 39-year-old woman living in the Nashville area who has been off of work without pay for the last month. Though I am employed full-time, I have run out of paid time off and am currently on medical leave until I can have back surgery. The surgery itself is not complicated, but it would entail 3 days of a hospital stay, 2 weeks of physical therapy to assist in regaining my mobility, and 4-5 more weeks off before I can return to work. This surgery, though necessary, was unanticipated and I do not have money saved to sustain myself for another 2 months off. I do not have children, so I am ineligible for cash assistance through local government. I do not have short-term disability through my employer. I am ineligible for short-term disability through the government because my condition does not require that I am off work for 12 months, nor will it result in my death. I am also not being allowed to withdraw from my retirement for hardship reasons because, according to them, I am -only- contributing the mandatory amount. I also do not have -perfect credit- so I am unable to go out and obtain a loan for what I need. I have tried so many avenues and have hit dead ends each time. My goal is to raise $2500 to cover rent and expenses for up to three months: 2 months of actual recovery time and an additional months worth for incidentals and to give me time to return to work and have regular paychecks come in. Please help so that I can regain my ability to walk without pain and return to work. Thank you.

I am an aspiring meteorologist, but family problems and financial issues have me struggling to even finish school. Please help me raise enough money to help pay for my last semester. I am a cosmetology student an its really hard at this time because i am unable to buy the product that i need to perform my work. Hey everyone. I've been dealing with panic disorder and agoraphobia for about 10 years. I'm currently 28 years old and am almost finished with a bachelor's of science degree. It has taken me almost ten years to complete, but I refuse to give up. I live with my parents still and sell things on ebay, try to do daily jobs, and take classes either on campus or online. I do not have medical insurance and I really need to have my eyes checked, a doctor's check-up, a dental cleaning, and money for Sallie Mae bills. Food, gas, and hygiene money aside. I've pretty much run out of things to sell and my parents don't have enough money of their own to support me. I have applied for HIP but am still on the waiting list after two years. If I need to "step out" for a few minutes to collect myself, the employer doesn't understand. It's very frustrating because I try repeatedly with the same results.
