I had to sell all to pay my rent,Im a union plumber have been laid off for 9 months living off all my savings.So after I sold all my furniture to pay landlord I was served my 5 day notice.Now I have a week to vacate.No Money No Furniture??What to do??All I have left is my work truck and I am selling that now.For 2500.00 And its worth a lot more.Meanwhile I'm looking for basic furniture,Beds,Living room table,a lamp.like I said I had a moving sale sold all.But I have to look in my children's eyes.omg help me.What to do or lord???

I hate needing to do this, but I need help. I'm looking everyday for a job, while my 9 year old is in school. I take my 4 year old with me because I can't afford a sitter. We walk because I don't have gas money (it'll be repossessed soon, anyway).
I got my eviction notice yesterday. My cable, internet, and phone are all shut off. Electricity will be any day, now. I'm broke and struggling. I don't know what to do, but I'm trying. Please...if you can help.

Recently my husband and I gained custody of 3 severely abused children ages 6,7, & 10. Money was so tight before we recieved these angels, but now with supporting them we cant afford even utilities, we have shut off notices and a car thats about to blow its transmission. I never thought I could resort to this, but I am begging for help. I have a 2 year old baby. Last week a man shows up at my house (that I was renting from my mother.) And he says to me"I just bought your house at the tax sale, I'm going to start the eviction paper." The thing is, my own mother betrayed me by not telling me or give me any notice. I am a single mother who lives paycheck to paycheck. I don't have any money to move, give first and last months rent, switch utilities, etc. I can't drive due to a car accident that I had which left me legally blind in my left eye.I know the economy isn't great and a lot of people are suffering financially but if you are one of those fortunate people that can help someone, please find it in your heart to help me get on my feet, for the sake of my child. I can't bear to think of living in a homeless shelter with him. Anything can help. I will be eternally grateful to whoever helps me. We were served a Notice from the mortgage company's law office and the Court: NOTICE OF RIGHT TO CURE.

We have until the end of May 2012 to come up with $26,000.

I’m a 21 year old college senior double majoring in English and Mass Communication, and I need help.

I have been living on my own for two years and working very hard (and struggling) to make it. I pay my own car note, insurance, tuition, and every other bill associated with my living expenses. This month, my rent is late and my apartment manager has already filed a notice for eviction. However, she said if I can have it paid before I’m served the papers, I won’t be evicted.

I have nowhere to go if evicted (besides my car). My friends and family are unable to help because they do not have the financial means to do so. I have pawned everything that the pawn shops will accept and sold everything that I can.

I still need a little over $700 to pay my rent and the late fee.

Even the smallest bit helps.

Well here it goes I have still have not gotten any help as of yet. Can't come up with the money to pay my rent, Power and Cell to keep a roof over our head, and a way to call for help if needed. I have tried everything I can. I sat out on the street begging for help and came home with only $7.00 for a full day. I am only asking for help to pay my rent that is $140.00 Left, $67.67 left for my power, and $61.50 for my cell. We just got our 72 hour notice today and I am doing all I can. Selling the paper is slow and I don't make much if they don't sell. I don't want to go to court and loose my home for my 20 month old son, my kid brother and my self. I don't want to tell my girls that mommy can't see them anymore due to no home. Please some one help us I don't want to tell my kids its my fault I can't see them or my son mom is a failure. I have no one to turn too. If at all possible we also need $ 400.00 for non-food Items for all 5 people.

I have just received a notice that my landlord will have me evicted because I am late on my rent. I'm 14 days late. I've been managing to make ends meet but I haven't been able to find a job and my previous employer has went out of business after working there for 5 years. I have filled out so many applications, made phone calls, physically went in to speak with a manager and still no luck. I go to every job, career, or hiring fair I can and still nothing. I paid my April rent and had nothing left but $17 in my pocket. I bought rice and beans and that's all I've eaten for the past month. I only eat 1 meal a day because I can't afford to eat anything more. My light are off because I couldn't pay it. I've sold everything I think is of value...my laptop, my tv, my phone, and any expensive clothing items I owned (which were gifts). I'm 20 years old and my parents can't help, they are bankrupt as of 6 months ago. I try not to let anyone see me down about this, but I'm extremely depressed because of this and I'm trying everything I can to help myself.

I've gathered everything i can from odd jobs and selling almost everything i own. I'm laid off and desperate and almost homeless please help me anything will help I am on a 3 day notice.

This about sums it up. We did great for years and have been kicked in the face repeatedly by life. I'm about to get it back together with a new job and 50,000 shares of a new tech company about to be publicly traded on pink sheets.

Unfortunately, that's not soon enough for our landlords and we have received a notice to pay or leave in 3 days (Wednesday, May 17 would be the date).

The video sums it up, as I said. We put love and light into the world. We don't sit around and soak up resources. This is really bad. We could lose everything we have, which isn't very damn much. We'd still have each other, but just a world of heartbreak.

This wouldn't have to be gifts; it could be a loan. Let me know the terms. Anything you send on PayPal will be sent directly to our landlord, and at this point anything might help.

I've busted my bum looking for jobs. What used to get me the interview every time gets me nothing but a letter saying they had over 100 or 1,000 applications. I step up my game and they ask me if I am committed to their job, given my background is in something else.

My name is Jonathan im a father of one handsome little boy, husband to a supportive wife, reserve soldier, and student i had a great job until a month ago making $20/hr i lost it do to extenuating circumstances... i know work for $8.70/hr and i cant make my rent this month i just received an eviction notice and need help.. to be exact i need $750 i can live in my car but my son cannot. Please help my family.

Here I am, 42, single with 2 children, ages 10 and 12, and struggling. I got my first eviction notice in my entire life in 2/2012. I pray it is my last.
I have narcolepsy and HBP hovering between 180/110 to 211/127. I lost my health insurance at the end of April 2012. I have about 2 weeks of medications remaining.

What am I doing? I do contract work when I can find it. I baby sit and take a friend's child to school for a little money when I can. I get $500 in food stamps and $600 in child support. I have been working on my graduate degree part-time for 4 years. Now, working on the required 600 clinical hour requirement for my degree. It is sooo hard to find work, have child care and do 25 hours of unpaid clinical work, especially when you need affordable or free child care.

I need help to pay rent and buy medication. Right now, I have no employment income at all. Wow. It hurts to see it in print. How much? $6000 would sustain us until my December graduation. However, my narcolepsy medication costs $250 a month and today, gas is $3.80 a gallon. I live as cheaply as a can. I am not in any position to choose when all I have are needs.

I dont want to be this close to completing my degree, only to drop out so we can survive. Please help us. Please. If I can get through these 600 hours, and we have somewhere to live, a car to drive so I can work and we eat, I will be so grateful.

I am a single Mom of three wonderful children. But it is finacialy
difficult. I had a great factory job but was injured on the factory line and fired for it. It has been difficult to find a job that after childcare, I can't earn enough money to pay the bills. Two of my children have special needs, my oldest with her difficulties will be repeating two grades in elementry, !st grade and failing this year, 3rd grade. My second child is mild autistic, and will have to repeat 1st grade. Both children are taken out of the classrooms for resource classes. It has been a while and all of my savings have been used to suport us all.
My x left us in Nov 2006, and we have not seen him since. Years of refusing to pay childsupport and he is 24,000 in arrears, managed to get SSI just for himself, so child support is only $50 a mo and $10 mo to pay back for arrears. I am asking for help so that I can help pay off the growing bills I can't afford anymore. I don't own anything I could sell. I feel as if I am drowning, falling unable to pay surounded with past due notices and collections calls and feel like the end of my rope. Please help, even small amounts in collection are blessings. Hello, last week i had a heart attack, I have been told I won't be able to return to work for close to three months or more since there is another blockage they need to open up in a month. My electric bill was behind prior to this. When I returned home from the hospital i found attached to the door a shut off notice from my utility company. My financial problems dont end there, My home has fallen into foreclosure as well many other families. I was starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel, but my health caught up with me. PLEASE I am Desperate! I am really sorry for the short notice, but Im in sort of a jam. I really really need to get into this college, and the only problem is that although I am elligible for finaincial aid, but I need to pay my new student fee. By the first of May. Which is today. Every month since I moved in this house with my two boys and my husband I have been very late on my rent. I had two eviction notices so far and I have only been here three months. My landlord has been very patient and understanding. I owe so much and my husband just got laid off and doesent start his new job for two to three weeks. Please help us get past just this one month.

I'm a freelance legal assistant who has hit a rough patch. My hours are down, some of my client's checks have bounced and I have been served with an eviction notice.

Since the eviction notice, I have been able to stay current and even pay off a little of the back rent. But for the last two months, I haven't been able to pay anything towards the back rent. I got a letter from the property manager giving me to the end of the month to pay off the back rent OR ELSE.

I have nowhere to go. I will be unable to work. I don't even have a car right now so I have no idea how I will pack up and move out. I am going to lose everything.

PLEASE PLEASE someone PLEASE give me something - if a few people kicked in what they could spare, I might be able to mollify the property manager.

I'm not going to give a sorry story. I'm a straight forward 32 year old single mom who don't sugar coat things. I am in need of money to move into a new apartment. One months rent, plus last months rent and security all upfront is hard for me to come up with on short notice, and my landlord sold the house I'm in. $4500.00 total is what I need in less than a week. I'm just hoping a goodhearted person with money will read this and be willing to donate. I am not a degenerate, I work full time, don't do drugs or gamble, and I am the kind of person when someone homeless or begging on the street asks me for money I give it to them. I am a sruggling mom who works. I am having trouble paying my bills and feeding my kids. I am making myself sick worrying, and I feel like Im not a good mother. My kids are 16, 14, 12 and 9. Hi, I'm Brittany, and I'd like to describe an unfortunate event that has recently befallen me.

Four months ago, during the holiday season I received a call from my mom who was facing some rather emotionally tumultuous times. She related to me that she felt like she just could not endure her life any longer and was considering ending it.

I was personally extremely concerned, as I have always highly valued and admired her. At her request, I quickly forsook all my current ambitions to come to her aid. I moved into her apartment with her and tried to soothe her with my company, and also advised her about healthy lifestyle choices that could help balance out her severe depression and alcoholism. I got a job and began helping her pay her bills when her boyfriend showed up. His first words to me were literally "I'm marrying your mother" not long after he began to command my mom to kick me out.

After many attempts to assure them I would surely save money to get my own apartment, I bought a truck to get worked on and began to save money for an apartment. At first I considered moving to stay with other family members, but eventually decided to stay in Sarasota and get my own apartment.

Without giving me any notice to find another place to live, my new "step father" stated that I would no longer be welcome there, although they knew I had no other options or any money to get an apartment.

They then went to a judge and filed a Marchment act to have me involuntarily placed in a detox facility where I was released under forty-eight hours later with negative results for all substances, including alcohol.

Now I am left on the streets with nowhere to go.

What I am asking of anyone who reads this, please assist me with any kind of resources that you know of, such as live-in maid employment, rooms for rent, a place to stay until I save money for an apartment or anything that will help me be independent again.

I have never posted on something like this before but right now I need a miracle. I am a student and a few months back moved into an apartment. Starting out I had enough money to pay for a few months rent plus utilities and decided I would look for a job and start saving for the rest. Well some mixs up at school with my finanacial aid left me owing them $800 dollars and I had no choice but to pay it. I'm going to beg my landlord to let me off the lease and I pray to god that he lets me, but I still have to pay for a month because I have to give 20 days notice.
