my grandmother is in stage 4 of pancreatic cancer - we don't know exactly how long she has left, she really could go at anytime, so it'd mean to world for me to be able to visit her one last time. I haven't seen her since 2007, when I moved to the other side of Nebraska. I've been in contact with her, and she'd like to see me as well. She lives in Crawford, Nebraska and is only 67. It's so sad because she had just beat breast cancer last year.
I currently live in Baltimore, MD and I need to catch a Greyhound bus to Cheyenne, Wyoming - from there, I'll either get a ride or catch the Denver Coach up to Alliance, Nebraska, where my father lives. I intend to stay there for at least one week while visiting, longer if possible)I have my own health issues and need to keep my doctor appts, but I'm wiling to shove those aside should I have the chance to stay in Nebraska longer). I am on SSI, so I cannot afford a ticket on my own. If I leave immediately, the ticket to Cheyenne is nearly $350 from Baltimore - a ticket for the Denver Coach from Cheyenne to Alliance will run me around $100 and I'd also like to get some extra for gas for my dad to return me to Cheyenne, or enough to catch the Denver Coach back to Cheyenne, not to mention food while there. Food is cheap out there so I wouldn't need much to avoid mild starvation =P

I feel like such a fool to even be writing this. I moved from Baltimore, MD to live with my boyfriend and his parents out in El Paso, TX. I was told by my boyfriend that all I had to do was clean up behind myself- which sounded to be a piece of cake... but I was wrong. I got out here only to be told by his parents I will have to take care of the animals around the house if I want a roof over my head and food to eat. There are 2 pigs, 13 dogs, 26 cats and more than 40 sheep & ram (I can take pictures for proof if need be!). I have to do this work alone. I'm not much of an animal person so you can see where this is heading. I've been taking care of them and now I also have to help clean the entire house- but his mom happens to be a hoarder so it's a LOT harder than it sounds. And to put the icing on the cake- His mom called me a nigger on the first day of moving down here. I'm at my wits end and I need to get back home as soon as possible. My mom would pay my way back but I come from a poor family so that's not even possible. I don't have a car to move any of my items back with me so I'd have to go through a moving company. I need at least $750 to get back... even a dollar will help.

I opened a rehab gym last June to help people with various conditions - Parkinsons Disease,MS, MD, Cardiac, Strokes, muscle/joint injuries etc. We are doing well but I have just had to pay my tax bill and I've had to borrow £2000 from a friend to cover it. I am a 20 Yr old male that has been unemployed for the last year due to Muscular dystrophy. My MD has gotten so bad that i can not work anymore. I am Homeless and live in my small car. I am looking for help because my situation has gone from bad to worst. I have been battling a medical condition called Ankylosing spondylitis. I am also taking care of my mother who is 89 years old and in kidney failure, and to make matters worst, my nephew, who has been living with us since his mother's death, was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma and undergoing treatment at MD Anderson in Houston, Texas.

I was out of work for over a year because of the pain and inflammation that is constant. Then, of all things my car breaks down. Since there is no public transportation, I need help getting my car fixed. If I can just get some help with the repairs to my car, we can make it.
We have sold everything we could sale, we have cut back on food to 2 meals a day and we have no extra anything. This has been going on for almost a year. We have been denied social security benefits as well as medicaid, which is in appeals, but in the mean time, I need to get to work.

I live in Kensington, MD and am looking for an inexpensive single-family home to rent with option to buy. I am interested in a three-bedroom with basement and a yard. I could even be interested in moving in a home where the owners were long-term traveling. I have a daughter who is 22 y.o. We are currently living in the basement of my girlfriend's house but I was not aware until I moved there how crazy she was and we need to get out of there. After I first moved in, she informed me that everything in the house was community property. She has an immigrant man living in the basement with us who is not paying rent (I am). She just sprang him on us without telling us. I come home and my personal belongings are moved. He has been causing me trouble ever since he arrived. I caught him peeking in my daughter's room. He tried to sleep with me in my bedroom and I had to kick his butt and he has put his hands on me. He does not have a green card; I told the police but they will not do anything. He has peed on the neighbors lawn when he was drunk, etc. So if anyone can offer some solutions I sure would appreciate it. He's got the message and I have to act like a witch but we still need to get out of there as I am very angry at my "former" friend. She obviously does not give a darn.
