I owe delinquent county auto taxes in the amount of $184.00.
I moved last month and paid new rent, security deposit, electric company deposit, natural gas deposit, etc.
I have no extras-no cable, no internet, no house phone, and that I can deal with.
I DO have a good job and need to drive to work each day.
DMV will suspend my driver's license TONIGHT if I do not pay the past due county taxes for last 2010. HELP!!
I get paid in 2 weeks but must register my vehicle for 2012. The State of Virginia(and most states) will suspend my driving privileges if my past due personal property taxes are not paid.

I never in my life thought I would ask for anything, no matter how tough things got I always managed to pull through, but I am in need of help. I had 2 jobs but recently lost 1 and have been activity looking for 3 months. I only make 800 a month now and that barley covers my rent. I know I will eventually find employment because god is good and I am determined but right now I am struggling so bad. I have 4 boys all under age 15 and bills are piling up. My children don't know how bad things are. Between the medical bills / prescriptions due to my thyroid, hypertension, anemia and power bill and daily necessities I don't know what to do. I just have to get back on my feet. If someone can help me find another job that is fine too. Even worse, I have a son whom I love very much, living with his dad. David is 18 now with prior developmental challenges. His father made repeated threats on my life if I didn't transfer custody. I do private caregiving, clean houses, some occasional paralegal contract work, sew-make native coats and sew clothes in general--all when I'm able, feeling strong. I have a fiancee who lives in the Philippines. I have known her for the list three years.
About two years ago she hurt her eye when she ran into a metal object. There was bleeding inside her eye and they had to operate to get the blood out. And after that she had medicine to take to keep from to getting infected. And she took it for one month and then she stoped taking to for the next month and got an infection in it and I had to buy medicine again for her to stop the infection or she would go blind.
She has had trouble with that eye on and off ever sence she hurt her eye. I payed for all her medical expences,the operation,medicine everything with what was left over form my college loans and credit cards and other loans.Now I have no more money to help her and my credit score is so low that I can get no more loans.And the Philippine government is such a poor country that you can only get help if you are almost dead and by the time it goes through it would be to late any way.And I can ask the U.S. government for help because she doesn't live in the US and is not a citizen.
She is in pain from her eyes again and I she can't get medicine in time she will lose her eye sight.
This has all been very hard on me because I have no way to help her any more and I will have to be the one that will have to set over here and watch her go blind and there would be nothing I can do about. And adding to my stress is the fact that most of the people I talk to about it don't seen to care.

this is not one of them. i live in upstate,ny in a town bankrupt of culture and general happiness for myself. i stayed here because my great grandmother was 102 years old. i wanted to see her live out the rest of her days. she did, and went peacefully two days after christmas.

now, its time for me to live out my days. i need to move four hours away. i have a small sum of money saved, but i need more! im going to be with the most amazing friends i have ever had, and to be with the guy who i truly think may be the one. i cant think of a better reason to move.

I have 3 children who deserve to have something for Christmas. They are great kids but this year has been ruff I got in bad car wreck and could not work for 6
months finally was able to go back to work and a week later fell and broke my leg & now will have to have surgery right before Christmas so have been back off
work again. My husband is trying as hard as he can but there is not alot of job oppertunities in our small town so hehas a janitorial job that does not pay much.He never complains about the type of work and works as many hrs as they are able to give him and we are still barley able to pay basic bills. I am a 52 year old male with a permanent shoulder disability. I take Vicodin 750ES for pain management as well as paroxetine for stress and depression on a daily basis. I have been fighting disability for 4-1/2 years now and will finally get in front of an administrative law judge very soon. I have been searching for employment during this time as well but with no luck. Walmart would not even hire me as a greeter due to my medication history. Before the injury I was one of this areas leading computer technicians. I still have the knowledge but not the physical ability to do this work. All of this may be too little too late. The bank wants to repossess my vehicle and the landlord wants to evict me. I have sold most all of my personal belongings and furniture to maintain an existence. Due to my ongoing struggle with Social Security the only public assistance I qualify for is food stamps. I need to raise $1000.00 as soon as possible to keep a roof over my head and transportation for medical reasons as well as preserve what little dignity I have left. I am 39 years old, and in the last eight months, I have had two cancer surgeries on my colon for cancer. Most of my colon has been removed and I now have a colostomy bag.
I was told that I was Stage 4 and terminal, but a second opinion, confirmed that what was seen on a Peta scan showed that I did NOT have cancer in the lungs and stomach as was originally thought. Mostly in the colon, rectum and tip of my liver.

My problem is: I am on Chemo, (and will be for at least another five months), and I am very, very sick. I want to work, but can't. I am confident that I will whip this cancer.

My rent is $850.00 a month, and I am just trying to get help with my rent until November 2010. THEN, I will have an SSI check coming in, and can make my rent fine. My Mom is paying most all my bills except rent. She, herself is struggling, and can't do anymore than this. My mom can't let me live with her, as she is in low-cost, government housing.
If I can get "SOME" of the $850.00 per month for rent, I will try to come up with the rest elsewhere. Right now, I owe for August 2010. I won't be late on the payment until September 1st, 2010.

My rent is $850.00 a month, and I am just trying to get help with my rent until November 2010. THEN, I will have an SSI check coming in, and can make my rent fine. My Mom is paying most all my bills except rent. She, herself is struggling, and can't do anymore than this. My mom can't let me live with her, as she is in low-cost, government housing.
If I can get "SOME" of the $850.00 per month for rent, I will try to come up with the rest elsewhere. Right now, I owe for August 2010. I won't be late on the payment until September 1st, 2010.

I THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for anything you can do, as I am very despondent right now, as I can't work....so am dependent on others to help me for a couple months. May God bless you and reward you for ANYTHING that you can do for me.
