i am a fifty year old woman. i was married to a very abusvive man for 23 years because i did not realize i had options. i have three children and five grandchildren and because of the damage my abuser did to my credit, i have not owned a home since i ran for my life. i want to have a place for my grandchildren to come and visit. i now work for a not for profit organization helping battered women. The pay is just not enough for me to ever get ahead. i want my children to see me as successful. I will take any small donation. I am very depressed by my situation, and am looking for a place be where i can once again feel 'at home.

I have 4 children, two in school, my oldest son is autistic, and a set of twins. I want to Go to school for phlebotomy. I am basically raising money to go take this phlebotomy class hopefully by the fall. All I want is to do better for my family, and city colleges dont pay for certificate classes so fafsa is out for me. I have been looking for, interviewing, and applying for jobs since I got laid off in 2010, yet, to no avail have I gotten lucky. Alot of places want you to have a degree now a days and I figure if I start off small then I can acheive more for myself and my family. All I want is to do better for my family so they wont have to go through the same thing I have. I hate being on welfare and sometimes it feels like I am stuck in one place but if given the chance I know I can succeed. The class is $1700 plus books and clinical wear. any little bit helps and is appreciated.

My 1997 Chevrolet has stopped running. I overpaid $2700.00 for it, and now to fix it, it will cost more than it's value. I live far away from my job where I just started working this week after looking for work for more than four months. So in a nutshell, I'm completely broke.

I decided that the safest route to go would be to buy a scooter, as they're more convenient, there's less likely for something to go wrong, and they're cheaper and better on gas. However, I have absolutely no money to buy one, and since I have no vehicle or transportation what so ever, I won't be able to make it to work, and this will only make my situation worse.

I have found some very nice used scooters for $500 on craigslist nearby. I would so incredibly grateful if you could help me with this $500 and I will have NO problem paying you back $100 or more a month via. paypal until I have paid you off. I can't take out a loan because I'm only 20 and haven't developed enough credit to do so (trust me, I've been down that route).

If you do this for me, I will be able to get to work, by groceries, and keep on going until things get better for me. Also, I was recently accepted into Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA and a scooter would be perfect for getting around a place like that.

That's all I need, just $500. I'll pay you back monthly, I'll also give you any information you need in order to prove to you that I'm good for it. I can even set up a contract (if need be) stating that I WILL pay off said vehicle by a certain date. Anything you give will help. I'll be extremely grateful for any amount you send and put it all towards a new mode of transportation so I can make it to work.

I am trying to find work but my ex ruined the car to the point where it needs a new engine and that would cost $1200 to fix. Most of the jobs that did contact me said they needed someone with reliable transportation & I am also looking for work online but you have to keep your phone, internet and electricity on in order to work for most of these companies.

We are currently finishing construction on a 2.7 million dollar building that will be used as a community center here in Houston to assist with underpriveliged children, to assist in outreach to other homeless individuals,to function as a auxillary primary school, and to assist as we are able with other community needs. Through generous donations from our neighbors, we have built the entire external structure (approx 1.44 million) leaving only a little more than 1 million dollars left to complete the construction. This is a near and dear thing to my heart, as it's location in Northside houston in a impoverished community would mean so much to helping others in and around the houston area. This community building is sponsored by a local church, which has donated the first several hundred thousand dollars, and we are looking to complete it by November of this year, IF possible. All donors (if they ask) will be given a tax receipt for thier donation, as the organization is a 501(c)3 registered non-profit corporation. I recently ran into some really hard times. I've got my tuition loans all the way down to $1,100.00 and my wife lost her job, and I lost my second job. Things are rough, and the bills are piling up while we both look for another job. I know this is a lot to ask, but I really need your help trying to keep a roof over my families head and them feed as my luck has ran out.

I have lost my job ( I am looking for a job everyday ) and now my home is in foreclosure, as I am try to work with the bank to keep it but does not looking like it will happen. on top of this the little saving I had two year ago was lost in a bad investment that was recommended to me by a financial planer that was to help me plan for the future and now he is no were to be found.

Just two weeks ago we got the word from the Feds that my daughter would have to begin paying off her education debt to the tune of $1,533.00 per month. This is to bring down a total debt amount of $200,000 + dollars.

Yes, that's $200,000 dollars!! What??? While they are working to determine if this is actually the amount owed, she still has to pay this money back starting on May 28, 2012.

Unfortunately, she is not a doctor, attorney, or any other vocation that allows her to have this kind of money to pay this humongous bill. She is a social worker who makes about $33,000 per year. Although she could seek to get another part-time job her current job does not allow her to do that. Her working hours are 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. many nights (with no overtime - that sucks!!). Last night she did not get home until midnight only to have to be back at work at 8:00 a.m. this morning.

I so want to help her but I am unable to do so at this time because I am retired and am receiving a very small fixed income. I am looking for work myself so that I can help out. In the meantime however, the first payment is due May 28 and I'm (we're) desperate to get some help.

So please, whatever you can share to help her in this dire need would be most appreciated. And, if there is someone who could pay one or two months forward on this, we would surely be forever grateful and thankful for your generous gift.

I will be adding my two cents worth just as soon as I get a job. In the meantime though, whatever you can send to help her pay this bill on Monday, May 28 would help to take some of the pressure off.

You see, if that money is not in the bank by then, they will garnish her next check which means that she won't be able to keep her place to live and her car to get to work. No car - no work. She lives in a rural area and has to drive to get to work. There is no public transportation available and the beat goes on. If she has No place to live - she then becomes a social worker in need of services herself. That would be messy and wouldn't allow her to keep her job. So whatever financial help you can provide will be very much appreciated.

I have made bad decisions financially. Turns out for getting a loan for someone else in your name was a bad idea. I have to come up with 1173.09 cents by June 14th or I will have to go to court and pay up 3000 dollars on top of that and they will be cutting off the little income I am getting. I don't know how or where I am supposed to get that kind of money?

I probably owe 7000 dollars already in bills with interest rates going up. I am going to post secondary in September to study Criminology in with a trust fund I my family has for me, I am trying to get ahead so I can pay back my bills but I am falling further behind. I just had my first son :) being a mother is amazing! Anyways, I am not with the father anymore because about 8 months of being pregnant I ended up with an STD. So now I am staying with my mother. I want to get my own apartment but I am having a problem coming up with the first months rent and security deposit. I can afford rent every month because I do get government help. Hello, I am a student wanting to accomplish my dream by obtaining my degree in biology. I have been in school thus far for three years and have one more to go. However, I can't afford to go anymore. I recently lost my job, have no finacial aid coming in, and my parents basicaly told me I'm on my own. I don't have bad parents they just can't afford it.
