PLAN TO LEAVE ARIZONA PERMANENTLY ON JUNE 1st

Posted by monicahall on 2012-04-15 23:58:33

Nothing seems to be working out for me here in Lake Havasu City,AZ.NO Jobs out here! If someone would help me buy a one way ticket to Texas so I can move in with my friend Erica Stockton. Her husband left her in August of 2011.Well,mine told me to take a hike this last April the first 2012! I am asking for bus fare on the greyhound. I wish to ask for about 400 dollars to cover bus fare and hotel fees until I locate my friend's apartment.I have her cell number and I can contact her the day I leave Lake Havasu City.It is so painful to run into your ex all the time here.I am staying with some LDS church friends until the last day of May.After that,I do not have a clue where I'm gonna stay after that.So I wish to leave town so that I can move on with my life in the state of Texas.I am Asian and where my friend lives there is a huge oriental population there. If someone were to extend me a helping hand,I believe there is a life in Texas for me.It's a bigger city and many job opportunities. The only way I'm going to get over my ex is if I were to leave town and not tell him a thing! So,if there's anyone out there willing to help me,it would be appreciated.

**Desperately need help with rent payment, please**

Hi,

I am in dire need of financial assistance as I have been unable to locate stable employment. I have and continue to apply for numerous jobs to no avail and have gotten behind on my rent and bills. Anyday now, I'm sure to get an eviction notice as I am unable to come up with enough money to catch up. The little that I make only covers the main bills such as utilities, food, phone. I have tried charities in my area but have been denied as they want me to actually receive an eviction notice. I'm trying to prevent that as its not guaranteed the landlord would accept it if it came to this point.

My main concern is the rent as I need a roof over my head. Right now I'm behind $600.00. I would be most grateful if you can assist in any way possible.

My goal is to continue to keep applying for jobs as I have faith that one day, hopefully soon, I will find employment.

Thank you,

A home for my angels

Posted by Home2012 on 2012-02-25 14:58:12

My fiance (Jacob) and I are in need of some help finding a home for our newly forming family of 7 wonderful angels. I am on disability and Jacob is working long hard hours at work as a painter and in school to earn a degree so that he can try and provide better for us and we both are working small side jobs when we can locate them just to put food on the table and do laundry. We fight every month between the two of us to make sure the lights stay on and the water stays running. We over and over find ourselves robbing Peter to save Paul, and always coming up short. We need help. We are begging pleading and praying for any and all the help that anyone is willing to offer no matter how small. God bless.

unemployed musician would appreciate some help

Posted by musicman83 on 2012-02-07 17:58:53

I guess to begin I should say I'm not in a life or death situation but I really could use some help.

Since I graduated from university, studying music I have worked in customer service as there were not a lot of jobs available where I live, but I was laid off from my job 12 months ago and got behind with my rent by a couple of months, which landed me in £600 worth of debt on top of the debts I had accumulated as a student.

However I found a new job after a couple of months and everything seemed to be looking like it would work out but after a month of working there I had to take 2 days off sick and my new employer decided to terminate my employment. I went back to applying for jobs and selling my stuff to pawn shops to try and make ends meet, receiving benefits but although I could eat and keep a roof over my head I couldn't pay off my outstanding rent.

Then after a few months of looking for work I was helping my mum's friend out with some heavy lifting and helping with her garden work as she lives alone and ended up with a really bad inguinal hernia which left me incapacitated until I could get surgery, I had the surgery which fixed the problem but the surgeon advised me the hernia was a very large one and they had to make a 7 inch incision in order to be able to remove it which left me bedridden for a couple of weeks after.

Then the worst thing happened, I was offered an interview for my dream job a few days after my surgery, I explained my situation and told the employer how much I wanted this job but they said they were really sorry but they needed someone immediately and could not wait.

One of my friends told me about these websites where people help out people in bad money situations. So I guess I'm hoping someone can see fit to help me because I'm not doing too well resolving my problems alone.

My plan is to try and get as much of the £600 rent I owe so I can pay my rent off and re-locate as jobs are so scarce where I live.
I spoke to my landlord and asked if I could move out to re-locate and pay them back when I get a job but they said they're sorry but I need to pay up to date before I move out, so I'm stuck here with no job prospects, I can't just leave owing them this money and run away from the debt because I feel I am a moral and generally decent person and after the understanding and patience they have shown me in putting up with this situation for a year, running out on them would be a disgraceful thing to do to them.

Thank you for reading this and if you can help me sort myself out I will be eternally grateful to you

I now need serious assistance.......

Posted by headda1220 on 2011-12-08 13:58:45

Hello everyone,
I am not sure how I feel about begging people for money, but I am out of options. I am single mother of three (25, 18,16) and grandmother of 2 and I have recently taken in a neighborhood girl 17 yo whos father tossed her out on the street. She is a great kid, and certainly not worth tossing aside. She is in her senior year of school and looking towards college. I want to be able to continue to help her as well as my other children, but this year has been challenging and a never ending battle. I am presently the only one working thanks to our wonderful economy, and I have to drive 1 1/2 hours to work everyday just to stay employed. My 25 year old lost her job when her youngest child passed away of SIDS last december and she just couldnt function. She is getting counseling and doing much better, and has started looking for work, but not having much luck. My 18 year old is in college, which she works to pay for herself. My son is only 16 and really shouldnt have to worry about financial matters. I work, and I work hard to support my family the best I can, I have tried to locate even a second job, but with the commute to job 1 that is almost impossible. My boyfriend has tried to help me, but he got laid off and is presently losing his own house to foreclosure. I am a hardworking woman who just needs a little help. I am behind in car payments, utilities, and we are in desperate need of oil. I have tried to apply for assistance, but the government says I am not eligible because in their minds I only have one dependent, therefore I make to much money. Any little bit helps, so please and thank you if you can.

I'm Not Asking For Money-I'm Asking For Help To Locate Someone!

Posted by niqui76 on 2011-07-29 18:58:21

I am looking for my son's father. I have tried searching for him-to no avail! My son is 15 years old, and has been diagnosed with a genetic kidney disease. I have been trying to search for my son's father to see if he could possibly be a match for a kidney transplant. I am begging someone out there to please help me to locate him. I don't have the financial means right now to hire a private investigator, so I am asking for the public's help! My son's father's name is: Richard (Rick) T. Miles Jr. His birthdate is 06/01/1976. His last known whereabouts were in Manassas Park, Virginia and in Front Royal, Virginia. His mother's name is Judy Knerr, living in Marysville, Pennsylvania or Duncannon, Pennsylvania last I had heard. If anyone can provide me any information to help aid in my search, I would greatly appreciate it! Thank You!
I would like to tell you a story that relates to why I am asking for help.
My father was a Vietnam vet who proudly enlisted into the army to serve his country. After willingly serving two tours of duty, he came home and married my mother (his high school sweetheart) and started a family consisting of me and my two older sisters.
When I was four, my father began experiencing difficulties with his legs and feet. After many unsuccessful operations, it was determined that he was losing the bone density in his legs and he was put in a wheelchair.
My father was an amazing man; he never let his being in a wheelchair keep him down. He climbed Pike's Peak twice and Mount Evans once in his wheelchair, one of his climbs was filmed by a local TV show in Colorado called P.M. Magazine. We have the video footage on beta and are trying to find a way to convert it to DVD. I would love to share his story with anyone wanting to watch it. It shows what a courageous man he was. It was a heartbreaking climb over rough terrain and sometimes he had to strap his wheelchair to his ankles and drag it while he scooted up steep inclines on his backside. It never deterred him. He had more strength and determination than any man I have ever met in my life. He also ran marathons in his wheelchair and spoke to other handicapped and disabled individuals to help them realize that although someone may be hindered, it just means that they learn to function differently. "I may be in a wheelchair, but the wheelchair isn't in me," he used to say.
In 1987, when I was 12, the harsh weather conditions of Colorado became unbearable for my father and we moved to Las Cruces, New Mexico.
My father was never granted disability in Colorado or New Mexico and while he fought for 30 years for his pension from the Army, he never received that either (the common story of we can't seem to find your files even though my father repeatedly submitted his paperwork to show his contribution to our country). As a result, my mother found herself working 2 full time jobs just to support us and we still barely made ends meet.
We grew up poor our entire lives, but we understood what it was like to be rich in other ways. Our family was close and we knew that, no matter how rough things could be at times, that we really did have each other. My sisters and I grew very close over the time when we had no electricity and only had each other to listen to because we didn't have the power for television and radio. We are still very close to this day. I will never regret how we grew up, even with the struggles, because it was the foundation of who we are today. We all learned how to be kind and unselfish and value each other. Both my sisters and I all have our own children and work hard to instill the same values in them.
In 2000, my father was diagnosed with lung cancer as a result of being subjected to Agent Orange while in Vietnam. The tumors were visible in both lungs and nothing could be done. He passed away one week after the diagnosis. We had no time to prepare and certainly no time to say goodbye.

My mother now lives in PA in a cute little Amish town. She has since remarried a wonderful man named Jack. He is also a Vietnam veteran.

My sisters and I still live in New Mexico with our families, although my heart is definitely on the east coast with my mother.
A short time after my mother moved to PA, she got a
job as a nurse. She loved helping other people as she had done all her life. Unfortunately, she suffered a fall that left her with permanent neck and spinal injuries. After going through her own numerous surgeries, she was unable to continue the work that she loved so much. The tables have turned from when we were growing up where she was the only source of income and Jack has been the sole provider for the last several years.
Recently, Jack began to feel very ill and it looks like the effects of Agent Orange have done their damage once again. He is suffering from skin cancer and stage 4 prostate cancer and after going through a series of tests, the probability of also having lymphoma is very high. My mother is going through the same horror once again and while my sisters and I are grown, losing a father to Agent Orange for the second time isn't easy on the heart.
A few years ago, my mother lost both parents and her only sibling, a brother, in the span of four months. She has nobody and I can't bear to leave her alone while she suffers physically and emotionally.
Unfortunately, I lost my job a couple months ago due to layoffs and have had extreme difficulty finding another source of income. Las Cruces is a small city with very limited opportunity. While I worked in the same profession for the past 11 years, I have applied for any and every type of job I could find.
We are struggling to find a way to move close to my mother so that I can take care of her and so she won't be alone if she loses Jack. My sisters and I are the only family she has left and I want nothing more than to be there for her.

I am hoping to find a job there very quickly and I would also love to attend schooling and get my degree in forensics. It has been a dream of mine to be able to assist in solving crime related cases. I firmly believe that I can accomplish my career goals and help my mother if I were in a state with far more job opportunities.
We have never been comfortable financially and my 2 teenage boys understand what it is like to do without the things they want in exchange for just the things they need, much like my sisters and I when we were growing up. I have always wanted more for my kids than to see them grow up here in a high poverty state. I believe the job opportunities and schooling for them will be equally beneficial. They both already have career minded goals that will take them farther in a bigger state.

It has been 4 years since I've seen my mother as neither of us can afford the expense of a trip.

All I am requesting is enough assistance to be able to move my family closer to my mother and locate a house to rent while I search for a job. I am only asking for short term support as I know that I am capable of supporting my own family and I am certain that I will be able to find gainful employment in a short time.

When I took my G.E.D. years ago. Passed but never received it. I attempted to locate it. To no avail. 22 & 16 yrs ago. My children were born in the middle of my divorce and lost everything I owned .Spent 2yrs homeless. When I found another job and began to get back on my feet after 4 years. Went to work one day and the doors at that job were closed. I was homeless for A nother year. The State claims I owe them 20,000 dollars, Not to my kids but to them. Extremely obvious clerical issues with child support prove child supports blat en folly. Assistant States Attorney of child support only removed the case worker from my case. In the early 1990s, My files at Child support were mixed up between my two cases and some file to do With the STATE of MANE. This caused me to be mistakenly listed on license revocation. DVM completely had no records. I have not seen A tax return in 22 yrs. My job from 2000 to 2002 Ended cause the owner went to prison. I've lived in my folks basement now renting for near 5yrs. 41 years old now and worked At A injection Molding plant for the Last 5 yrs. Made supervisor but had to ask for it. Even though I was already doing that job. As the supervisor's that the factory went through during that period . Were all into substance abuse. And incapable to preform there duties. Not showing up.Or leaving in middle of shifts. I worked my way up to making 11 per hrs running several machines Several people would be paid to run during Day shift . I worked the 14 hour over night shift , Running those same Machines my self, Plus sup duties. These Day shifters had terrible attendance records as well. I lost my job two weeks ago. About to loose inter net phone and my UN employment is being contested by the factory. The real reason for my job loss. Is favouritism. But the person who they were favoring to replace. Me with, Said NO. LOL. Now the factory is in world of hurt. Unfortunately. Both my folks work there and are just before retirement age. My father has had several heart attacks as well. My Account says 0.00 over draft. To pay for A cab home from applying at A SuperMarket the other day. Which I didnt get hired.
Thanks for reading. I will remember the help and return it some day.

It's with great humbleness and humility that I must write this. I'm the disabled mother of 8 children. My life has spiraled completely out of control. I'm in desperate need of help obtaining my medication and food. We are currently facing the possibility of losing our home. Fortunately it's winter so my utilities are safe for a bit. We are trying to survive on $500.00 a month which is truly impossible. I'm afaraid that the 5 year old will have to be told about Christmas. He keeps asking Santa for a Nintendo DSI. There is no way he can receive such an expensive gift. Being five he doesn't understand money and believes Santa's elves will make it, so Santa can bring it to him. There is a laundry list of difficulties going on in our lives. Any help would be graciously appreciated. I'm very desperate for help and ashamed that I have to ask for it. Any generosity that we receive will be passed on as soon as we are able. I'm currently trying to locate a job that I can do from home. That would enable me to take my kindergartner to school and still be here for the seventeen month old. Daycare isn't an option for her, because she was premature and her immune system isn't adequate for a daycare envirionment. I'm not sure what other information I should provide in order to explain our situation. So I wiThank you so much for taking the time to even consider us.ll just say if you can find it in your heart to help us, you will be the answer to our prayers. I really don't know what else to do or where to turn at this point.
