My husband and i have been married for 7 months, its the most amazing feeling to have someone to love you so unconditionally. He has two little boys who I love with all of my heart. We have a beautiful Townhouse/Apartment and were in fear of loosing it. The boys finally have their own room with bunk beds, toy boxes and I would really hate for them to loose that. My husband works construction and unfortunately it has been raining so much that their job site is a muddy mess and week after week he may work 2 days but we can't keep up. Our Rent is 575. I had to sell all to pay my rent,Im a union plumber have been laid off for 9 months living off all my savings.So after I sold all my furniture to pay landlord I was served my 5 day notice.Now I have a week to vacate.No Money No Furniture??What to do??All I have left is my work truck and I am selling that now.For 2500.00 And its worth a lot more.Meanwhile I'm looking for basic furniture,Beds,Living room table,a lamp.like I said I had a moving sale sold all.But I have to look in my children's eyes.omg help me.What to do or lord???

I recently graduated college and am a single mom with 4 small kids at home. Our rent is 600 a month. I'm looking for work and not having much luck. I've sold everything I can to get the rest of the bills paid. The landlord isn't giving an inch. I have to have the rent paid before the weekend to avoid eviction. I am praying to have a job asap. I normally don't ask for help with anything and this is my first post on this site I am new, but I am unable to work and my husband is a goraphobic veteran for those who don't know what goraphobia is it's a condition where an individual cannot be around others, or they will go into a rage. Unfortunatly from being in the Military for so many years he cannot be around others or come out of the home so he is unable to work. I on the other hand have for many years made my way one way or another through the years paying our bills month to month. I cannot go out into the work field because I am the one who cares for everyone in my household. Recently I am slowly losing all my income and I now need help paying my rent, My landlord has been very grateful to work with me seeing that I haven't paid rent since November 2011 but he is now asking that I pay him the money but I have absolutely no way to pay him. I have 3 children a 14 year old a 10 year old and an 11 month old. I don't want to get kicked out of the home I am in cause I don't have no where else to go...I thank everyone for reading my post and any donations are very much appreciated you will always be in my prayers.

My $325 for half my rent is due tommorrow and I cant pay it and Sunday the landlord is kicking me, my wife, and 8 month old son out onthe streets family members don't have room to take us all in and I'm not sure what to do

I am a 43 year old woman who is married to a 43 year old man. We both moved to Miami Florida and thought that our lives were about to become better. I went to school for cosmetology, and my husband found a great job in Customer Service with the Visa company. Now one and a half years later we are about to lose everything we have tried to work so hard for. I have finished school and I have obtained my cosmetology license. And I have searched for a job ever since. Unfortunately for me I have found out that Miami is a city where you cannot find a decent place to work without speaking spanish, and that most places they speak only spanish so i cannot find a job yet. My husband just lost his job last month and now we are behind in all of our bills. Our rental agreement states that we can be evicted after the 10th of the month if rent is not paid and we are now going on the second month because my landlord has seen that we have always been good with paying rent. But noone can live for free and now she has told us that if we do not pay rent this week she will have to evict. If there is anything anyone can do to help even 5 dollars we would greatly appreciate it.

I was laid off from my job a couple years ago in that time frame I was collecting unemployment and return back to school. In the midst of everything I separated from my live in boyfriend at the time and found myself in a jam. I seek help frm social service for housing and everything was going according to plan, I found a location who agreed to take me in with state assistance rent. I moved in with the landlord permission and assumption that she would be paid accordingly;however, because I was finally blesse with a reliable job the state ended up not persuing what was said and never paid the landlord... When the landlord advise me of this I immediately seeked answers. Social service said basically I have a job. Could pay and so I did, Ive paid my rent every month but now landlord wants to evict me for the amount owed from social service I've done everything possible to work something out with the landlord and nothing. I have no place to go and I am a single mother and can't afford in one sum what the landlord is seeking, Im asking for any financial assistance, donation ANYTHING to come up with the amount of $3,500 ASAP... We moved into this house a year ago. The first water bill was almost 4x what it should have been for a small family of 3, and was $450 dollars instead of our $80 previous household water bill. We paid it, over the next 6 months, and made sure to use as little as we ever could. We've just got another one saying its $680 this time.
We think there is something dodgy going on. The house is old, very old, and the pipes are rusty. When we told The landlord he sent out his brother who is a plumber, and said that was the end of it. But we think he is not fixing the pipe because it is cheaper for him to just pass on the huge water bills to us.
We are a very low income family, we have an infant son, we can barely afford rent and food, and we have been given 2 weeks to pay or be kicked out. Please help, we have noone else.

Hello. Im writing this with my pride put aside because i've let the love of my life down as far as im concerned and need help in order to pay the remaining past due rent for this month. This is not easy for me to do because of the overwhelming feeling of failure that just eats me up inside. We have been together for more than 12 yrs now and we have always managed somehow to make it through some extremely difficult times. This women is an Angel of Mercy for those who know her and to her family she is simply the rock. She is 1 of 5 sisters, all having 2 children a piece, and to which all 10 children she has taken in under our roof for extended periods through all the years i've known her. She is the most positive and giving person I have ever met! I LIVE FOR THIS WOMEN and have always reassured her that I could never at any cost, no matter how tough things got, give her reason for serious concern or not be able to get us past any finacial issues no matter how bad it looks. Yes im feeling very sorry for myself because I was a truck driver and lost my job because of an accident that was my fault and where knowone was injured, resulted in a dollar amount that was too high for my company to retain insurance in order for me to continue in thier employment. Week to week we got by and then back in December the freight slowed and my checks that the bulk of our bills and all the rent came out of, was now barely making the household bills. We fell behind Dec and Jan rent and was given such a break from an understanding landlord and we caught up in Feb with every dime of our tax refund given to a thankful landlord but one that stated, from that point on, we must be on time. After all the struggle we went through and the extreme patients and understanding of our landlord....now i've lost my job! We have spent the first half of this month calling and talking to and submitting applications to so many programs for assistance but getting turned away with no solutions. We have no more time and if forced to moved i will have let down the last person on earth that deserves it. Our rent is $675 a month and sent $300 yesterday and it was everything we had. we need $375 and nothing more. if anyone can help, you will find knowone more greatful beyond words can trully express and any additional info needed for your consideration can be provided if requested. Thanks to all that take the time to consider any possibility for help.

I have just received a notice that my landlord will have me evicted because I am late on my rent. I'm 14 days late. I've been managing to make ends meet but I haven't been able to find a job and my previous employer has went out of business after working there for 5 years. I have filled out so many applications, made phone calls, physically went in to speak with a manager and still no luck. I go to every job, career, or hiring fair I can and still nothing. I paid my April rent and had nothing left but $17 in my pocket. I bought rice and beans and that's all I've eaten for the past month. I only eat 1 meal a day because I can't afford to eat anything more. My light are off because I couldn't pay it. I've sold everything I think is of value...my laptop, my tv, my phone, and any expensive clothing items I owned (which were gifts). I'm 20 years old and my parents can't help, they are bankrupt as of 6 months ago. I try not to let anyone see me down about this, but I'm extremely depressed because of this and I'm trying everything I can to help myself.

This about sums it up. We did great for years and have been kicked in the face repeatedly by life. I'm about to get it back together with a new job and 50,000 shares of a new tech company about to be publicly traded on pink sheets.

Unfortunately, that's not soon enough for our landlords and we have received a notice to pay or leave in 3 days (Wednesday, May 17 would be the date).

The video sums it up, as I said. We put love and light into the world. We don't sit around and soak up resources. This is really bad. We could lose everything we have, which isn't very damn much. We'd still have each other, but just a world of heartbreak.

This wouldn't have to be gifts; it could be a loan. Let me know the terms. Anything you send on PayPal will be sent directly to our landlord, and at this point anything might help.

I've busted my bum looking for jobs. What used to get me the interview every time gets me nothing but a letter saying they had over 100 or 1,000 applications. I step up my game and they ask me if I am committed to their job, given my background is in something else.

Hi I'm a single mother of three kids. I have never done anything like this before but will try anything for my babies.I do not receive child support their dad has been on the run for the last 6 years. So I have been doing it all on my own I currently do have a job but due to fmla problems I have not been able to work for a month I'm cleared to go back to work which I have but I have to wait two weeks for my paycheck. The landlord does understand even though I took all my paperwork in and showed them. I am now getting evicted if I do not come up with 1200.00 by may 15th please help my children keep their home if you can anything will be appreciated. I`ve never asked for anything before, I`m usually very good about taking care of my family and keeping things in private no matter how bad they are but I`m hoping my good karma will come back to me now.
I am a stay at home mother who doesn`t just sit around eating bon-bons all day with my kid. My son is 15 months old, with Achondroplasia, which is a type of dwarfism. He got it from his father. I lost my job of 5 years December 26th 2011, because I was sick. Lost the unemployment hearing too. Since then I`ve helped out by doing survey sites and other odd jobs online, as well as housekeeping and babysitting and whatever I could in the real world.
Our son needs alot of one-on-one time. He just had head surgery April 10th and is still recovering, though he has improved drastically from it. The day we came home from the hospital, April 13th, my husband was fired for taking the 3 days off to be in the hospital with us 2 hrs upstate. He lost the unemployment hearing as well. Same boss, we both lost to him. Sucks but we have to move on.
Well then to add to the pile our landlord bailed on us. We`ve been sitting around with the rent wondering why no one has come to get it. Turns out he ran off with some woman somewhere, left half the houses to his wife to rent out, and the other half to his brother...who doesn`t want to rent. He already has a buyer too, who doesn`t want us in here.
We`re sitting on a ticking time bomb, basically hiding because we can`t afford to pay rent here and pay to get out. Our lease has been up for 3 months anyway.
Now as luck would have it we found a place, and we have half the money to get in, but the lady can`t help us out with the deposit. She`s been nice enough to hold it for us for now, but we need the money to get in.

My husband just landed a job, but he doesn`t start for another 2-3 weeks and then its mostly training. Tonight both us and the dogs had ramen noodles for dinner, and we are running out of formula for the baby..Wic isn`t available for another 3 days. We need something, anything. I`m not asking for alot, just a dollar or anything you can find in yourself to help us out. Anything would be appreciated.

The only thing that makes me keep getting up out of bed are my boys. They Smile so bright and have no idea what's going on cause i just smile back at them. My landlord will accept me paying him in installments until i am caught up and if you can help me by donating anything or even signing up as my referral and completing offers for me so you won't have to spend any money, anything to help me get close to keeping my place and paying off the bank because i owe them over a thousand dollars and even though my main concern is a place to live i do wanna be able to not be afraid of answering my phone when I get it turned back on.

Every month since I moved in this house with my two boys and my husband I have been very late on my rent. I had two eviction notices so far and I have only been here three months. My landlord has been very patient and understanding. I owe so much and my husband just got laid off and doesent start his new job for two to three weeks. Please help us get past just this one month.

Have you ever had one of those years? I am a Registered nurse who was injured on the job more than three years ago, I was on long term disability through the hosptial as they cannot fix the injury and I have permanent restrictions placed upon my license and cannot lift more than 10 lbs no one not even a physcians office will hire me, I found a job six months ago and started working again and as of last week found out they are closing the company on Monday, my husbands truck broke down and we had just started getting things taken care of now my landlord is upset because we are a week late on rent and we are trying to buy the house on contract. She is threatening to take us to court over not paying the rent on time. My husband and I always try to help those in need and could really use the help now we have three children 17-10 and I know I do not have a really sad story to tell but I am just a frustrated nurse who needs a little help to get back on her feet. My familiy and I have been struggling for some months now. I have an 18 month old son, and another boy on the way.

With work hours becoming short, and a lay-off soon on the way, I have fell short on paying for my bills, and haven't been able to put any money into my rent. This week I wasn't even ablet to afford putting gas in my vehivle to get to work!!

My landlord is threatening to evict me if I don't give him money ASAP. He's going to be stopping by tomorrow (Friday) night to take the keys...

I'm normally not the one to beg, and while I can make do being homeless, I know my son can't. He is the one and only reason I'm on here, BEGGING for help.

My rent, plus late fees, is $1,010. Go ahead and say it... it's a lot, I should find a different place... etc. But I don't have any money at all to go anywhere else, and if I could just get help getting through this month.. I know I could find another/better job and fix everything. I know because I've already got interviews lined up... but I need money now to keep my home!
