VICTIM OF PREDATORY LENDING NEED NEW LOAN
SAVE ME AND MY CORGI'S PLEASE!!!

Help me protect these children from future abuse!

Posted by justiceforamy on 2012-05-10 18:58:50

At the mother's written request, I am sheltering my daughter Amy, who has been brutalized, tortured and sexually abused in horrific ways for years by the psychotic child molester and fledgling killer, Dustin Rowe. You will read in this blog the words spoken by Dustin, who cuts the heads off of living animals because he loves death. He dreams about it, he draws about killing and when a fresh animal victim succumbs to his knife, he thinks it’s “cool to see the bodies wiggle around”. I am in fear for her life- we have no money and no way to keep a roof over our heads, let alone mount a legal defense. Please help us-any donation, however small is greatly appreciated!

I need to make $200 per month to pay off my loan please help!

Posted by Aydan on 2012-04-30 23:58:57

Hello Everyone
I am a woman with cerebral palsy who is wheelchair-bound. I am looking for part-time employment. I have a bachelors of science in criminal justice. I also have some postgraduate training in public administration. I am looking for employment because I have to repay a $10,000 loan I took out my graduate education. Unfortunately I was unable to complete my graduate degree because I became ill. Now that I have recovered I would like to have steady work so that I can pay off my loan debt and hopefully once that is paid off return to school so I can fulfill my lifelong dream of helping military veterans have a better quality of life. Because of Medicaid restrictions I can only make $200 per month without losing my benefits. While I was in graduate school I worked alongside the veterans organization at my university where I performed budgeting and other administrative tasks. I have a resume available upon request. If you are interested in hiring me please e-mail me at donanausmc@gmail.com
Thank you for your time and consideration everyone
Sincerely Aydan

A family in turmoil.

I am the eldest daughter of two ill parents. I have 2 siblings who have been the caregivers to my parents for several years now. It all started when my father got ill in 2007 with a need of open heart surgery. After that surgery he was never the same. He was a very successful emergency room physician and made very good money. However, he was off for several months from work due to his recovery period. Much of his savings/investments were depleted as he was the only bread winner in the family. My brother and sister had just gotten an apartment and were to start college when my father got ill. They withdrew from school just as quickly as we moved them into their apartment in order to help my mother take care of dad. My father attempted to return to work, but he was still having chest pain and major depression. In September of 2008 he was in the hospital again and needed heart stents to open up blockages. After that situation he physically could not go back to work. He was weak, depressed, and very withdrawn from life. My mother, bless her heart, tried to find ways to make some cash. She sold many pieces of her jewelry to try and pay bills. Regardless of what she profited, she was unable to fulfill the mounting medical bills, credit card bills, car payments, insurance bills, etc.
It wasn't long before she became gravely ill. In the summer of 2010 my mother had succumbed to kidney failure and had to be on kidney dialysis permanently. She had neglected to take care of herself while trying to take care of my father and their financial woes. Along with the financial woes, there were back taxes that were still owed and of course were impossible to pay, their house was falling apart--still is. By the end of Spring 2011, my mother got so ill and was on a ventilator at least 4 times in a 2 week period due to her lungs filling up with fluid. Finally it was discovered that she had endocarditis (infection in heart)that had ravaged one of her heart valves. This required open heart surgery and replacement of the defected valve. The endocarditis stemmed from an infected temporary dialysis catheter. She was in the hospital for over a month and a half or so. Needless to say she was confused, lost tons of weight, and lost the ability to walk or care for herself. She was placed in a nursing home for rehab, but several more stays in the hospital only made her fall several steps back on her rehab and she never has fully recovered. It was discovered that she also had a tumor on one of her kidneys and her kidney was removed in the Fall of 2011 and supposedly it was all contained and it was early stage renal (kidney) carcinoma (cancer). While my mother was in the hospital my father had trouble breathing and I took him to the hospital. It as discovered he was in kidney failure and they both ended up in the hospital at the same time. Now my father is on permanent kidney dialysis.
Now fast forward to present day April 6, 2012. My mother's dialysis shunt would not stop bleeding and she was taken to the emergency room. She also complained of right leg pain and ultimately she ended up with a CT angiogram. This test revealed she not only had some blockage in one of her arteries in her leg, but that she had metastatic cancer to her liver, lungs, and a site near her spleen. Of course we are devastated.
They have no money. The money they do get is always depleted as soon as they get it from Medicare. My mother's social security check went straight to the nursing home and still was not enough to cover her bill. My father would have to pay over $1,000 a month because Medicare would only pay for several weeks. Since she has been in the hospital now for almost 2 weeks, we have pulled her out of the nursing home because the expected us to pay over $180 A DAY to keep her spot at the nursing home.
Now we are faced with a surgery to fix her leg, a plan for cancer treatment, and no suitable place for my mother to live. Their current home is in shambles and I mean SHAMBLES. Roof leaks and is falling apart. I assume there is some black mold lingering. No central air or heat as their units are broke. Plus large amounts of stuff--my mother also was a hoarder. The house is disgusting and it has been hard to clean up with out major assistance and with constant trips to the hospital who has ample time (?). They live in a small town and it is very hard to simply get a dumpster to throw many items away. The house would have to be completely gutted and redone. The floors are sinking in and it is very dangerous. They don't have the funds to fix any of it and nor do I.
I have missed work several times over the last year and more with FMLA, but never have enough PTO to fully cover my own losses.
My siblings have yet to start their lives. They have been with my parents ever since 2007 to help them with everything. Even when my mother was in a nursing home my siblings and my dad would go see my mom every single day--we just didn't trust the care of the nursing home and rightly so because she developed a bed ulcer on her heel after the wound care nurse said it was getting better--not even close! And yes the blocked artery in her leg and her bed ulcer on her heel are related. The wound care nurse and the Dr. for the nursing home should have caught this medical issue.
So life has been tough, but reading about it doesn't even give it justice. We need financial assistance, a new home or help to fix it--we need a lot of help. I want my brother and sister to finally get on their own feet and do what they want to do. I feel bad for them because I was able to finish college and have a career, a husband, and a home. They have yet to accomplish their goals and it makes me sad and sick to see them so depressed. They are in their late 20s and my parents are both 65 y.o.
If anyone has a kind heart, I promise you I'm not lying. I have proof of all I have written about and I swear on everything--my family, my husband, etc. that this is all real. Thank you for your time and interest. If you can't help at least please pray for us.

I'm trying this BegsList as desperation as I don't know what to do. My wish is to get them a nice clean place to live and live their last years worry free.

Hello,
My name is Sherron. I am a lesbian female who is currently a full-time student pursuing my B.A in Criminal Justice. Two months ago my partner proposed to me and what I thought was suppose to be the most beautiful day of my life is turning into a nightmare. I had to have surgery and didn't have the time off and ended up loosing my job. My partner is also a full time student and works full-time to support us. We are suppose to be getting married (AUGUST 4, 2012) and if I hadn't started the process and sent out invites I would just cancel until we can afford it. My parent were suppose to help but once they thought about me marrying a woman they quickly bagged out. My partners sister was going to help be then she was deployed to Afghanistan. Which left us stress and crying thinking maybe this is a sign. But I am a true believer that this is my soul mate and that we were brought together for greatness. I have cut back on my wedding sooooo much but still in the need of $5,000.00 I know that people can not give me all of it, but whatever anyone would help me with I will forever be thankful to you. Please help us, we are a young couple deeply in love trying to get our feet into the surface to be great advocates for this world.I thank you in advance for anything that you can give to help us.

Culinary Qwest!

I am desperate to get a culinary certificate. I graduated with my BS in Criminal Justice and racked up 50k in schools loans and because I am a current graduate, I no longer qualify for grants. I have just realized what my true passion in life in and it is cooking! I have a true gift and I know it is going unnoticed because I have yet to show my talents to anyone besides my family. I truly believe is using fresh, local grown ingredients with humane animal practices. I am missing out on fulfilling my dream of cooking because no restaurant out there is willing to hire someone with no kitchen experience!

Please help fund my dream!

I need an Employment Discrimination Lawyer

Posted by gloriericardo on 2012-03-06 14:58:57

Hello Friends,
Last year I worked for a corporation where I experienced a series of gender discrimination, harassment because of my gender, intentionally subjected to a hostile work environment, improperly disiciplibed, ridiculed, humiliated within the presence of my colleagues, then terminated.
I filed with the SDHR/ EEOC, it appears that I will need to proceed to Federal Court. This is my last chance to seek justice. I am afraid of my case being dismissed off of a small legal tech.
I have spoken to many lawyers who are willing to take my case, but want 10,000 to start. I do not have that kind of money. I am only receiving unemployment at the moment.
I have called free legal sites, firms, and program, but I need an employment lawyer.
If you all can help me raise the money or if you are an employment lawyer or have a friend who practices employment law please help.
I've been wronged, my right's have been violated to the point where I feel so hopeless. However, I have not and won't give up. Please, who ever you are, where ever you, if you can help me, may my heart be forever grateful to you. Bless You Hearts

My life is a lifetime movie:(

Posted by DrowningSadly on 2012-02-22 00:58:46

Without telling you my whole life story and perhaps making you cry for hours, I'll highlight some of the big things that led me to this site.

I grew up with one parent. My mother, who struggled to make ends meet working as a CNA. When I was 16 I had two jobs to help with the bills my mom had.

When I was seventeen I was sexually assaulted by a supposed friend and conceived a child which I of course kept. I had my daughter only four days after graduating high school with very good grades.

Went to College for criminal justice in hopes of becoming a law enforcement officer or work at a correctional facility. Then I met a guy I fell in love with, we had a child together. He asked me to Marry him, and then 6 months after we got engaged, left me for someone ten years younger than me.

Here I sit. Single Mom, two kids. I did graduate college, and get a job in my field, however that isn't helping at all with catching up on all the bills my ex left me with and my student loan debt which is in default because I'm going paycheck to paycheck.

I don't qualify for any type of help, I wanted to file bankruptcy however an attorney is at least a thousand dollars which would take me like two years to save up for so I'm trying to file that myself to help my situation. My family is dysfunctional and I have no rich uncles or grandparents.

I dont understand why god thinks I have such strong shoulders! I can't carry this burden of life I have. It seems like there isn't a way out!! I'm facing losing my home, my paychecks that keep me going due to student loan ganishments, and I'm so stressed out I ant even think most days. How did I get here? I ask myself if I'm that bad of a person Karma has to hold me down and suffocate me?

I wish I could get any kind of help in life, even someone to tell me what to do!! I tried donating plasma but they kicked me out because my veins roll, I can't get anyone to hire me for a second job with the hours I work, and damnit my life just flipping sucks!!!!

Thanks for reading, I hope your life is better than mine is.

I'm asking for an angel to help in my re-enrollment

Posted by Soleigh on 2012-02-17 00:58:09

I have never asked for help but after numerous interviews extensive hours of submitting my resumes online. My parents who can't help me with my situation do not live in the same state as I do and they are constantly helping me because no matter what I keep trying to feed my children by standing in line at churches for food donations. In November I had to withdrawl from school temporarly because I lost internet connection due to not having money which I was not able to finish my degree in completing 6 credits to graduate. Today I called to re-enroll and I was told that I have to pay $2,400.00 even and then I'm able to re-enroll and finish my two classes to recieve my degree. My parents have helped with my bills but they are not able to help me with my tuition. So I have searched everywhere and now I'm left to ask the public for help. My major is criminal justice and I really want to finish because I'm so close and then just hopefully I will be able to get a job so then I don't have to keep going to charities to get food but rather give back. I already try and give back by giving away things that I no longer need such as clothes that my children outgrow. The suppor I get for my children all goes to my rent which everything else is included which I thank God for that. So please please any donation will help and I promise to give back by paying it forward and those that know me know that I'm just that kind of person who has always given back. Just today I still have yet to find work and I'm so hopeful that once my degree is completed I will be able to find work. Again any type of donation to reach $2,400.00 exact will help me to be re-enrolled back into school. Thank you so very much. GB always!

Money for Nursing School

Posted by ash1hunter on 2012-01-24 17:58:16

I graduated from a four year school with a degree in Criminal Justice and went from there to law school. After a year of law school I decided it wasn't for me. I had a job as a Home Health Aide and loved what I was doing and decided that I wanted to try to go back to school to try to become a Hospice Nurse. I have $80,000 in student loan debt and therefore taking out more loans is really not an option. Any donation that you could make would be greatly appreciated.

An American reject

An American reject
Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing because I have found an injustice that it seems no one else has noticed. I know that I am only one person, but they say one voice CAN make a difference.

I know many people who have made their share of mistakes  we all have sinned no one is perfect. Some just get caught up, can't afford a lawyer and   And want to confess, hoping there would be some type of leniency.  Considering they were young and didn't realize this would affect them the rest of their life. and i have tried to correct each mistake i  have made. The question I pose is how long is a person supposed to pay for those mistakes? Everyday I see people who are doing there best to clean up there life and get a job; but because they are felons/ or have a heinous misdemeanor as society feels that is a liability.  they are turned away from having a better life. That not only affects them and their families but it also affects society. If a man or woman is trying to lead an honest life and jobs are turning those individuals away what’s left? Go back to “the block”? If they get back in the streets they take the risk of losing there *freedom* but if they keep being turned away from jobs because of their past they risk losing there homes and families too. So what is a person to do after all we make mistakes.  Some are just smarter, or maybe they just know how to hold a lie like Casey anthony. But how is it fair for an employer to turn me away for being honest about my past. After all it was 13 years ago and did I ever really know how hard of a punishment and debt that I would half to pay to society as well to my unthought of family at the time.  My decision as a child is affecting my now 10 year old.  I made a mistake i feel like I would of been better off stoned to death I'n the center of the city.  Than to go on continue getting turned down left and right I don't know how long I can go on like this.  Where is the justice for me? Do I no longer have rights.  Am I considered a worthless piece of trash now that I have a conviction a black cloud holding over my head? From 13 years ago I was 18!!  How fair is that for my family NOW! Something needs to be done.  Justice for all!!! These employers shouldn't have the right to go as far back and discriminate. There should be a 7 year law.  After all there is a clean sleight after bankruptcy.  There able to wipe their debt clean as if they owed nothing.  Why can't we. Why is there some type of stigma.  For people that have been convicted and have never gotten convicted again.  That's showing you were trying to live as productive as we can I'n society.  But trying is the key word here because I feel I can't even get a chance!

Despite what people may think, individuals who have records also have families they have to care for. Once a person has paid there debt to society for there crime and is making noticeable effort to clean up and live right they should have the opportunity to do just that, not be sentenced to a life of crime because there is no other way to survive. I’m sorry but McDonalds and Burger King just isn’t going to cut it with a 30 year old man or woman with 3 kids. This is supposed to be America, the land of opportunity and justice for all, but where is the justice for these people?

I feel very strongly about this and I would love to see justice made true. I plan to write every address and person I can find. I plan to be that one voice that is letting as many people know that this is wrong and unfair according to plain ethics and the so called American Dream.

I truly hope this reaches out to you and I hear back from you soon. I don’t know if a 32 year old female who is living a life like the one I explained above is going to make a difference but I can say at least I am trying make a difference.

It's verry hard for me. I can't find work. I have no health insurance. And recently I need work done on my mouth that I can't afford to pay for. I don't know where to turn. I can't afford a Christmas for my daughter. And if unemployment dint get passed for 2012 were screwed. There's been days of me going without to bed hungry so my daugter can eat. Sometimes I think of ending my life cuz I'm some useless pice of crap that can't make it I'n this word. But my daughter gives me strength and with god I know all this are possible. I won't give up, I'll keep fighting. It's just so hard. Abd it doesn't get any Easyer I'n this small town. If you know of anything that can help me and my child please feel free to call. 484-560-0090. Something's gotta give there's gotta be a way out... -Ceecee

Please remember Gods loves everyone and gave his life for EVERYONE to live even convicted misdemeanors.

Yours truly an American reject

Asking for help.

I'm so desperate that I'm giving this a try because I've tried everything. Well, I used to have a credit card, when I had a job, a year ago but the company where I used to work closed and I was left without my job. I've really been looking hard for a job since then but I haven't been able to get one, not even as a dishwasher. My bills are the only things that are accumulating and now I am tired of getting harassing calls from my bank. I used to use the credit card to help my family pay the bills, since we are always short in cash. But now I owe 1193 dollars and I don't know what to do. I've tried everything from looking for every kind of job, to donating plasma, to looking for income generating schemes, on the internet, but the latter is simply full of scams. I just want to pay my full debt, so I only have to worry about getting a job. I know this is not as bad of a situation as some others that have been posted here, but any help is welcomed. I just liked to add that I'm trying this because I can't see a ray of light saving me, yet. I think some of the stories I've read here are somewhat gloomy, but I want to assure you guys, that if I am able to overcome this problem anyhow, I will try to help you because I would like to be your ray of hope, at least for some people minimum. I don't think asking for help is bad, whenever people help, they bring a more justice to our world, in my opinion.

PLEASE HELP BEING POISONED, NEED $750 TO GET CONFIRMATION FROM LAB.

Posted by ernestbolds on 2011-11-30 04:58:39

PLEASE HELP ME, I KNOW I AM BEING POISONED. I have a very strong reason to believe I am being poisoned by the tenants or staff I the government owned apartment building I'm living in, based on the behavior of the building staff and tenants as well as the severe fatigue and decline I feel during and after every shower I take, cup of the tap I drink, or food I eat from preparation in my kitchen using the water. I need $750 to have the samples I have already collected on video, confirmed by a lab giving me an substance identification, I then can begin taking the appropriate legal action being that I can already prove beyond a reasonable doubt with videos I already have posted on youtube. Any amount you can spare, even if it's just a penny will eventually make a world of difference. The only thing that has delayed me getting justice on this matter for this long is my lack of funding. My paypal.com account email is: ernestbolds@netscape.net if you do not see the paypal donate button below. PLEASE Help me teach these cowards a lesson that will inspire others to seek justice for themselves.

Struggling Grandma of 3 young boys: Victims of multiple back-to-back tragedies

Posted by strugglinggrandmaof3boys on 2011-09-25 13:58:21

My name is Missy. I am a 49 year old struggling grandmother of 3 sweet, beautiful boys, ages 5, 7 and 8. I am trying desperately to save and protect my grandsons and ensure their futures. I would not ask help if it were only for me. I am asking for help for them, so that my 3 innocent little grandsons will be safe, secure and have a chance in life. As things stand right now, we will be homeless within the next 2 weeks.
My greatest fear is that when (not if) I do become homeless, which isn’t that far off, the state will take my grandsons because we have no place to live, split them up and put them in foster homes. That thought scares the hell out of me. I am all those sweet little boys have. And if they lose each other too, after losing everyone and everything else that they known and loved, I fear their lives will be ruined at the tender ages of 5, 7 and 8.
I suffer from PTSD, COPD and fibromyalgia and each day I struggle with mental distress and physical pain. We live near the New Orleans Metro Area in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. We were displaced for a year after Hurricane Katrina, came back, bought a mobile home in Lafitte, Louisiana and tried to rebuild our lives. In 2008, when Hurricanes Gustav and Ike hit us back to back, our home was flooded with more than 4 feet of water; unreachable, except by boat for over 2 weeks.
At that time, my mother, age 75, had been experiencing the beginning stages of Alzheimer’s as well as a series of strokes which affected the memory and impulse control centers of her brain due to a vascular disease which severely decreased the flow of blood to those areas of her brain. During these TIA’s and small strokes/seizures, she behaved erratically and during larger ones she could become paranoid and psychotic. She had to be hospitalized for several of the more severe episodes, as she was becoming a danger to herself and others. The effects of these episodes lingered for days, sometimes weeks. Afterwards, she had no memory of anything that happened during that time period.
After the storms, we moved in with my mother to help her and because we did, FEMA stopped helping us. And since we could not afford to rebuild again without FEMA’s help, we lost our home. The recent BP oil spill was just another deep blow to our already struggling local economy.
Mom required 24/7/365 assistance and supervision, which she could not afford. She was eventually diagnosed with vascular disease of the brain and Alzheimer’s. Due to the region of her brain that was affected her disease went unnoticed for several years, until she had a large enough stroke to prompt her to seek medical attention. This diagnosis explained her erratic behavior of the past several years, I have since been homebound, unable to leave mom untended for any length of time and unable to work outside the home due to my mother’s need for the past 3 years.
My mother passed away this past April at the age of 79. She had suffered from Alzheimer's and vascular dementia, suffering several major and minor strokes and seizures over the past 6+ years. On April 9th she suffered a massive stroke, lingering for 9 days before passing on the 18th. God rest her soul, I miss her. I loved my mom very much and did everything I could to help her.
To add to the difficulties already faced by our loss, my youngest daughter, who had been living in Ohio with what turned out to be a conman/ junkie twice her age that saw a vulnerable young woman with 3 children and took advantage of that fact, had been physically, verbally and emotionally abusive to all of them for the past 1½ years. 2 weeks before Mom passed, she got in major legal trouble in Ohio and sent my 3 young grandsons to me to raise.
Now, things have turned for the worst... On August 17th we discovered that my eldest daughter took my mother to an attorney and had her write a will leaving everything my mother had to her and excluding me! This abominable act was done 1 month after Hurricane Katrina when ALL of us were distraught and displaced from the storm! My mom was not in her right mind at that time, even though a full diagnosis had not yet been made on her true condition.... Also, in Louisiana, the bar for mental competency is set so low that so long as you are not actively drooling and babbling in front of the judge/attorney/witnesses you are considered competent!! It doesn’t matter if you won’t remember doing it five minutes later either. My mother, in her right mind, would NEVER have disinherited me.
Now, my greedy, self-serving, ungrateful eldest child decided that she will evict us so she can try to sell my mother's home, in which I and my grandsons, her nephews still live, so she can pay off mom's debt, which she exaggerates, and her student loans. She is fully aware of our circumstances, she just doesn’t care. The only transportation I have for my grandsons is the truck my mom gave me before her death, but did not have the money to transfer title on. It is now part of mom’s estate and she took that too.
I called the Clerk in division where probate/ succession on my mom were filed... Clerk said that I need an attorney to file contest to the will, herein lies the problem... there is not 1 single legal aid agency in the ENTIRE New Orleans Metro area that can handle a contested will!! There are also no private attorneys that will handle it either, unless there's big money in it for them, which in this case there is not.
Clerk also said she has no idea why I was never notified. Judge signed off regardless. There seems to be no justice for the poor in this country... since we can't afford to pay the exorbitant fees of a private attorney, which seems to be a necessity to get anything done in the courts. I have tried appealing to my daughter’s sense of decency, but she doesn’t seem to have one. Her actions are despicable and deplorable. I am ashamed to be her mother. It breaks my heart and sickens me to know that I brought such a hateful, selfish, greedy, heartless person into this world. I did not raise her to be that way.
I've called every single legal aid agency in my area; including the Bar Assoc. Lawyer referral service... no one will help because there just isn't any money in it for them... sad state this country is in when the poor cannot get justice anywhere.
We were told by the eviction court judge on Sept 12th, that we have 24 hours to vacate our home... stating that our situation is a matter for probate court. Thankfully, we found a place, however, we still need about $800.00 more to pay the $420.00 we still owe our new landlord to avoid eviction from this new place by the 5th of October plus $365.00 to the light company which will be past due (cut off)on the 7th and includes a new deposit and transfer fee.

I've also called churches and other charitable organizations for help... there are so many families in need in the New Orleans metro area that any help is minimal. ALL homeless shelters are full up with waiting lists so long they are no longer taking applications for assistance.
I have applied for Section 8 housing, but there is a HUGE waiting list. The HUD Section 8 waiting list in Louisiana is backlogged 5+ years and has more than 20,000 applicants still waiting for vouchers, many of whom are currently homeless. They are not accepting any new applicants.
I have contacted EVERY charitable and public/community service agency that I can think of for help... none has been forthcoming as of yet..... Is there ANYONE out there with a heart who can and will help us? I have nowhere else to turn.
I’ve spent days seeking legal help... bottom line... none available... so since if my defense is denied and I can't fight the eviction then we are out on the streets with nowhere to go.
My nerves are shot; the house hunt is not going well.
I am hurt by my daughter’s actions and so sickened over all of this mess that I can barely think straight. I cry myself to sleep every night and awake with tears in my eyes and a rock in the pit of my stomach. Yet I dry them and try to be strong and act as if everything is normal for my grandsons who need me now more than ever. I still haven’t had time to grieve my mother’s death.
We are now faced with trying to find alternate housing that we can afford on the $840.00 a month income that I receive in Kinship Care for my grandsons. Fat chance in this over-priced rental market. Even a 1 bedroom apartment in Crack Alley goes for more than my income in this post-Katrina/Gustav/Ike market.
And it's starting to look like me and my grandsons will be homeless very soon... by the end of the 1st week in October.
Their mother is in prison and their deadbeat, psycho father hasn't been seen in almost 2 years, ever since he beat the hell out of his girlfriend, killed their little dog in front of my boys, stole and trashed her car and ended up in a mental hospital wanting to kill himself... my babies have had enough grief and loss in their lives... they need love, help and compassion.... and a decent place to live... soon!
We’re trying to stay in this area because my boyfriend of 11 years, and my only help, has an elderly, widowed mother who needs his help too. And we are all she has. She cannot take us in because her trailer is very small and there is no room for 5 more people in it.
Work is also scarce and hard to find in the New Orleans metro area due to the huge influx of big out of state companies with their out of state workers getting all of the bigger jobs and contracts and the even larger influx of foreign laborers so severely underbidding the smaller construction jobs, cutting local workers and sub-contractors, like my boyfriend, right out of the job market. Every day he goes out hunting for work taking any job offered.
I have prayed on this so hard and so often since this mess all began. I have put my burden in Jesus' Hands. For He is the only one that can save us. I can only hope that he sends us Angels to deliver us soon, for without help from someone, somewhere here on earth we are lost. I feel so lost and utterly alone... this truly is my darkest hour.
If there is ANYONE out there who can offer assistance, legal, residential, financial, whatever help you can give... please contact me ASAP. I have exhausted all available resources.
Right now, I can barely afford toilet paper to wipe our butts with.
We are thankful and grateful for the help we have received from 5 of my 267 facebook friends, our local churches and the 2nd Harvest Food Bank, as well as some assistance on our utility bill from our local community action organization. That meager help has helped us survive thus far, but our resources are nearly spent. Please have mercy on us and donate whatever you can to help me save my family. If enough people with a heart and some compassion give up just 1 cup of Latte from Starbucks and donate to help save us, we will be able to make it… small donations add up and every little bit helps.
Thank you for listening to my problems and for your consideration of my plight.
May God Bless you tenfold for any help you send us.
Proverbs 3: 3-7
Let not mercy and truth forsakes you; bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart,
And so find favor and high esteem in the sight of God and man.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.
In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.

I am a 49 year old struggling grandmother of 3 sweet, beautiful boys, ages 5, 7 and 8. I am desperately trying to save and protect my grandsons and ensure their futures.
I suffer from COPD and fibromyalgia and each day I struggle with physical pain.
The effects of these “episodes” lingered for days, sometimes weeks.
She required 24/7/365 assistance and supervision, which she could not afford.
To add to the difficulties already faced by our loss, my youngest daughter, who had been living in Ohio with what turned out to be a conman/ junkie twice her age that saw a vulnerable young woman with 3 children and took advantage of that fact, had been physically, verbally and emotionally abusive to all of them for the past 1 ½ years.
Now, my greedy, self-serving, ungrateful eldest child has decided that she will evict us so she can try to sell my mother's home, in which I and my grandsons, her nephews still live, so she can pay off mom's debt, which she exaggerates, and her student loans. She is fully aware of our circumstances… she just doesn’t care. The only transportation I have for my grandsons is the truck my mom gave me before her death, but did not have the money to transfer title on. It is now part of mom’s estate and she wants that too.
I called the Clerk in division where probate/ succession on my mom were filed... Clerk said that I need an attorney to file contest to the will… herein lies the problem... there is not 1 single legal aid agency in the ENTIRE New Orleans Metro area that can handle a contested will!! There are also no private attorneys that will handle it either, unless there's big money in it for them, which in this case there is not.

I received a 10 day "Notice to Vacate" posted on the door August 24, 2011. My daughter wants immediate possession of the property she manipulated/unduly influenced my mentally ill mother into willing to her barely 1 month after Hurricane Katrina. I don't know where we will go. I will have enough money on September 3rd to pay either 1 month's rent or the deposit, but can't raise both in time I have left. I also have the added expenses of my regular utility bills and new expenses for the transfer of utility services and/or deposits, and transportation. So I need to raise about $2000.00 within the coming 2 week period.

Hope For me and My Sons Future

Posted by aprilmay81 on 2011-07-14 17:58:08

Hi, my name is April May Johnson, As I have located this site, I can validate all information that I am submitting here is true honest information, along with my lawyers contact name and info.I am a single mother of my son who is 11 years old for four years now, with a boyfirend I have had for 10 months now who is deployed here in the south for the oil spill serving his time to give us a cleaner gulf and make our waters cleaner and safer. Both of us chrisitans have big hearts and accepted people in our lifes that have done nothing but stole from us and even let there envy tear us apart. My nightmare started the day after my birthday when my sister and my babysitter changed my whole life and took everything from me. I was sleeping upstairs when the law came and arrested me and I was totally oblivious. My babysitter whom was downstairs on my computer messaging my sister, had woke me up crying saying we were going to jail I totally confused just waking up walked downstairs immediately to my open door and walked outside to five guns pointed at me and telling me I was under arrest. I had never been in trouble my entire life, I have and now had a perfect record, and never would hurt anyone, everyone in my community knows me and knows that i would give the shirt off my back. Well 'i was arrested and charged with distribution of drugs and put in jail with a 100000 bond, I still confused after six days of being in local jail had finally gotten bailed out and found out that when my babysitter, which had kept my son the night prior nat my apartment because it was my birthday and me and my boyfriend had rented a suite to have a nice relaxing night for my birthday, had been making drugs and had all this hidden in the attic of my home. Totallu unaware I walked out of my home with five guns half asleep when my 11 year old son watched these cops throw me around on the concrete like a rag doll, scraped my skin all up, and slammed me head first into the ground screaming and fighting these cops to quit hurting his mommy. Totally unaware of what this girl had in my attic I was telling hese cops to search my home I had nothing to hide while they were being cruel and jerking me all around in hang cuffs. It was trultuey the worst day of my life. Helpless and handcuffed, crying, hurting and wanting nothing more than to comfort my confused son, I laid there helpless trying to figure out what was going on. The babysitter soon had came out of my apartment behind me with her hands up stating that there was stuff in my attic and stating also to the cops it was all mine. I was flabbergasted, freaked out, and speechless. I didnt have a ground to stand on.The apartment was in my name and she blamed everything that was in my attic she had been doing the night before the arrest on myself. So hours later I am taking to jail when much to my knowledge I was notified in jail that they released the babysitter, which was a third time felon in drug court, and on parole which i was unaware of. So six days had past and i was stuck in jail crying, in vigorous pain from the freezing cold temperatures and from sleeping on the concrete cause there was no bed in the holding cell i was locked up in with 11 other girls. It was six days later my parents were finally able to bail me out and my father had to put up his week vacation and sale things to be able to do. I came home and was notified that the very next day after my arrest my apartment was broken into and robbed of everything me, my son, and my boyfriend had owned. Down to our clothes, we had lost everything. After a few days things started to surface, i was completely positive that I was clean, had passed the drug test and prayed that God would bring to the surface any proof to prove that I had been set up. Well my parents which are christians had had my son the day prior to me getting out of jail and they had questioned him about what the babysitter was doing while she babysat him the night before the arrest. He simply replied and without knowing that everything that was found in my apartment was in the attic, he had told my parents she was in the attic and when she was questioned by him she simply replied checking it out and told him to get to bed. Thats when things started to slowly make since. My boyfriend the day after my arrest had came to the apartment and had picked up a few things during the day before the aprtment had been robbed that night and had picked up my two laptops and his also. Much to my surprise he had brought them to my parents where i am now living and I signed on to it like normal and went to check my facebook where when I had typed in facebook.com it came up on the babysitters facebook still signed in and we were able to see the email and text messages prior to the day of my arrest when she was babysitting texting friends inviting them to my home and using code talk stating she had some candy and they should chill. I was again speechless. Now due to all this and the chrges I am facing I am looking at 2-5 years if I dont get a lawyer and fight for my future, and with the proof I have i can have justice served, I have been in college three years with one year left, my boyfriend whom is governement in the military has been ordered by his supervisor to stay away till my court dates are over and prove i am innocent cant even help me and my family have and know i am innocent. i have lost custody of my son, and live with him and my parents and my whole life due to this girl is in shambles. After several lawyer consultations, I have been billed 5000 for my lawyer and due to jail time I lost my job. I am in desperate need of financial help to protect my future and the future of my son. i am already in debt to my parents who are both diabetics, and both have high blood pressure for 2600.00 which they didnt have, and now they are hurting for money. I am a very honest hard working person and I have never been in a situation my whole life where I asked for help from anyone. I am not asking for anyone to give me this but I am asking that if you would read this, and again I can prove anything you need, to give me work, help me raise the money to protect my future cause i am truly innocent and without a job i do not have the funds to pay for this lawyer, I would even agree on terms of a loan. God knows I would be more than greatful and assure you that my 11 year old son would be the happiest kid in the world to keep his mother with him where she has always been and loving him like she should be. please help us....We would be more than greatful and God Bless You All

Hi I am a single mom of two beautiful girls. I have worked really hard all my life and still barely scrape by. I would love to go back to school and get my degree in criminal justice. I went when i was 19 and had some issues going on with a abusive exhusband and was put on finacial aid suspension. I am 30 now. I had a student loan out for 10,000 dollars. It went into default and i have been paying on it slowly but surely. I am only down to 5000. which would take me another ten years to finish paying off. I need your help, and so do my kids. Please any donation would help get me closer to where I need to be.

Single mom - College Student

Posted by Mom40 on 2011-03-29 22:58:31

I would like to start by saying thank you to those who are willing to donate to those in need!

I am a single mom to an 11 year old son. I lost my job in October, 2010, and I have not been able to find work yet. I have done some odd jobs here and there, including online work. I sold my van, used my taxes and utilized every means available...and now the money has run out.

My son needs me to be there for him, as he is having a lot of emotional issues this year. His behavior in school, and after, has caused a lot of disruption in our lives, making it difficult for me to look for a regular 9-5 job. I do not have family close by, and he needs the one-on-one attention right now.

After I lost my job, I decided to go back to school to get an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. Financial Aid is taking care of my school right now. The thing that we need help with is the rent and groceries (he's growing and eating, eating and growing - over 2 inches in just 2 months!).

I would greatly appreciate any help you can offer that will cover the necessities for the next 2 or 3 months. As I said before, I am doing some online work, and I am hoping that this will give me the opportunity to get caught up.

God Bless.

~PLEASE help me see my Marine husband!!~

Posted by stargazrkat87 on 2011-03-28 22:58:52

My husband recently graduated from boot camp and became a Marine. I was able to spend a week with him and we got married during that week (it was a small wedding by the Justice of the Peace, to ensure we get stationed together when he's done schooling). I have only seen him one week out of our marriage so far, and his schooling was just bumped back and won't begin for a while. He doesn't have a date yet on when it will start. It is very possible I won't see him until October, because he's being told it is very possible that he won't even start school until the end of August. He's not allowed to leave base or come home, nor can he afford it. I'd REALLY REALLY like to go visit him over Easter for a few days, and the Marines DO allow that. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a job (and I'm actively applying on a daily basis). I can't afford to go see him right now, we're barely making enough from him to pay the bills. I'm still living with my parents because we are waiting to be stationed together. My parents are unable to afford the entire thing and can only help a little bit, because my mom has to travel for work and my dad retired early due to serious health issues. Please, please help me. I need to get the plane ticket soon if I want to keep the cost of it down, I'm talking within a week, two at the most.

If you've ever been away from your spouse, willingly or unwillingly, for long periods of time, you have to know how hard this is for me. Please help me surprise him by being able to afford this. I've never begged before, so this is all new to me, but this is something I really really want to do and it would mean the world to me.

He is currently stationed at the base I was born on. My mother and father were Marines as well. It is on my bucketlist to see this base, whether he's there or not. I haven't been there since I was 3, and I feel it's important to get back to your roots. :)

Even if a dollar is all you can afford to donate, it's one more dollar than I have right now. I still need about $400 to make this possible. He might even be deployed right out of school, they won't tell us until a few weeks before his school ends. Then I REALLY won't see him for a long time. This may be my last chance. Please help me see my husband. He is my best friend and I don't feel complete without him.

Anything you can give is more appreciated than you'll ever know.

Thank you so much and may God Bless you!!
