Sir, This is Danish Hussain, mechanical engineer. Sir, I am listening voices in my home, office, library, on streets, with me all the time, 24hrs. A group of influential people are teasing me with words & statements. Am helpless. The teasers are teasing me with a super station sort device & this teasing from people goes with me whereever I go, wherever I am. They can listen me, see me and generate sound in my home, office, shop, streets everywhere, those sounds are recordable and am having videos of all that but police needs strong evidences who the teasers are, from where they are teasing me as no one in the video. Losses faced by this teasing are 8 jobs (as soon as I get job I lose it because the boss finds I am always lost, delivering no work just time passing in my probation), interviews (for the same reason), marriage proposals, no earnings for big durations. No improvement in living status whatever earned in 1 or 2 months get spent as I become jobless again. Next month, will be joining a Chinese firm. But before that, please help by arranging a loan for me else will be soon fired again. I jsut can't get refiniace or get modification because of this bank just want! I througt we are suppose to be protect from bad lener like this BUT NOT!
I have been asking for help from this predatory lender Rochester Home Equity which no one heard of this company. I have filed a complaint against RHE with Department of Financial Services and the reply was I can not get any help from them because my case is in court yes I know that it's been in court for 2 Years and i am not getting anywhere, I know that Jay Gelb the owner of Rochester Home equity is a millionaire, I just can't bet this lender and it's not fair that Mr. Gelb is going to take my houses and won't do a modification, and it's so sad that Mr. Gelb from Rochester Home Equity taking advance of low income people, I just want to know how many other victims is out there and couldn't get any help from anyone to help them before it was to late and everything they work for is GONE. My problem is I am being counsel by my lawyer but again it's has been a on gowning problem with Rochester Home Equity, all we been asking is for Rochester Home equity to TAKE my mother house off the lien that didn't have any mortgage on the 48 Homewood Ave my mother left me and my brother and do modification my house on 43 Twiller St. Rochester Home Equity is just giving us a hard time. As of right now I am debt with my lawyer for $10,000.00 that money I don't have because going to court and trying to do modification and we are not getting anywhere with this lender. I am so tried that Rochester Home Equity want reply to any thing that my lawyer is asking. I just want RHE this predatory lender just take my mother home that she left me and my brother off the lien that didn't have any mortgage on the home and work with my home that is worth $136,000.00 I brought the house I live in for $130,000.00 and my rate is 12.5 percent don't you think that a very HIGH rate. Yes I am bennig counsel by a lawyer as i stated my lawyer is not getting anywhere with this Rochester Home Equity. All I am asking you for help and step in because what RHE is doing is wrong and like I stated NO one cares what happen to me and other people that the lender is doing to us and hurting people too. Now I will be going into Chapter 13 because I don't want to lose my homes, and RHE this Predatory Lender just don't care ONLY wants both houses. So can you PLEASE step into this matter! It's a big problem as you see what have happen to me. Me and my lawyer just want Rochester Home Equity is take my mother home off the lien and work with the new modification and redo my loan, but that's not going to happen so that is why I am pleading with you ASAP to save my houses. Again Please take a close look at me statement again.

And hope you can find out that i have been taking advance of all i am asking if you can take your time and read what i am sending you, and again i am just asking for this lender to take my mother house off the lien and let me do modifcation as i been trying to do. Hello, my name is Jay. In 2005, I was injured at work. I broke my back, and I live in pain everyday of my life. While I was fortunate not to lose the use of my legs, the pain associated with my neuropathy, nerve damage and spondylosis makes it impossible for me to work. Hello, my name is Jay and I am 41 and take care of my disabled sister as well as go to school to hopefully become a youth pastor. I am asking for donations for my sister who is disabled and needs to be moved to a place where she can be away from the stress of her current situation with her illness .. I am her care giver for the last 5 years and I have been out of work for sometime now going back to school .I was able to supplement our income because I was on unemployment but that has since ran out I am currently out of work and recently had the only car we own a 20 year old ford tempo die and it was our only means of transportation and I used that transportation for all of my sisters needs. Ya see I live with my sister and I do all of her shopping and running around for her. I also make sure she makes it to her doctors appointments on time which she goes quite frequent. She has been disabled for 12 years from an on the job accident and I have been taking care of her for 5 of those years. My mother was helping before that until she passed away suddenly in 07'. we are currently in dire financial need right now and I am trying to raise enough money to get a new vehicle and get caught up on some way overdue bills and move us back home to our hometown in Lake Geneva WI because the physicians here in Iowa can not seem to get a handle on why her health has progressively gotten worse. she has been in and out of the hospital In the past 12 years and she has also other ailments to deal with she had cancer 2 years ago from a tumor in her neck which they removed and they think it was localized so it did not spread which is good news. She has constant leg swelling,incontinence which at her age is demoralizing in itself ,blood disorder,lost her teeth because of the countless medications she has been on,lost a lot of her hair, she had gastric by-pass because the doctors thought that would help her back because she was a very big girl but no so ..nothing changed but made things worse .she can not walk at all really she is severely limited because of the 3 herniated discs in her lower back and right now she has something wrong with her stomach that they think may have to do with her gastric by-pass surgery she had a few years ago but they cannot figure out what.She has severe nerve damage in her lower back which they think maybe the cause of her leg swelling and incontinence. The worst is she is only 41 and has not had a real chance to live..she spends a lot of her disability check on her incontinence and medical supplies because medicare will only allow her so much a month and medications her plan does not cover. I love my sister so much and want to make her as comfortable as I can but with all the negative things happening to her she is starting to have doubts about her faith..and I can't have that. God is the one person I know she loves besides me because we only have eachother...please..We need to raise at least that amount to pay for past due bills and a reliable vehicle so I can bring her back home where we grew up and where I know that is the one place that makes her happy ..I need to take this worry off of her. Right now she has such severe anxiety over all of this medical and financial issues that she has to take 2 different kinds of medicine to combat this anxiety. So not only will that money help her, it will help us to find a vehicle that I can get her to her doctors appointments as well as help her in other means and hopefully to work when I find a job.I am asking anyone that will listen to please..please help my sister ..her health is declining so fast almost everyday and it is something new that is going wrong and I seriously do not know how much more she can bear being stuck in the place she is with no hope of ever having any type of life..i love my sister ..I can not lose my best friend. ..Please help me to show her that there are good people out there who want to help. I started life as a homeless child. Watching my mother struggle with me receiving no help. I'm a bit older now and her health is deteriating bad. I take care of her. It's hard trying to take care of her and work and go to school all the while taking a bus or walking.

  Hello, my name is Jay. I'm 29 years of age and I am in a unfortunate situation because of a life-long struggle with physical disabilities. I was born with cerebral palsy, scoliosis, epilepsy, and asthma. However, the combination of these ailments have not caused me to stop achieving my goal of finishing college. The financial strains have been a lot though in recent years because after graduating high school with a normal diploma, my disability benefits were taken away. I had to fight 2 years to restore them, which caused my grades at the college I was attending to drop below financial aid standards, which caused me to leave. This caused me to have debt, which totals $16,000. This is my old tuition bill plus my medical bills from when my disability benefits were cut. By the time I got my benefits restored, the day-to-day expenses became too great, so I couldn't tackle this debt. Even with this accomplished however, unfortunately my dream of receiving my college degree can't be completed because the tuition at the school is $35,000 per year and I simply can't afford it. All I ask is for anything you would be willing to give in order to help my dream come true. Thank You.
 
 

We moved into our current home in July of this year... and just fond out some news about the house that was not disclosed to us before we rented the unit. The house was condemned less then 5 years ago, the owner did the minimum amount of work to allow the property to "pass" to be able to be rented out again, another issue is the "inspector" is apparently friends with the landlord... apart from that there is multiple issues within both units of the house, when ever we use our washer it basically empties into part of basement as well as leaks into the other units basement... (Washer is on main floor) granted the house is an older house, it still shouldn't be this way... I have a young family kids age 10 , 4 and 9 months and my wife is a severe asthmatic, I am concerned that once we turn on the heat any mold that is in the basement area will travel and grow with the heat from the furnace not to mention what might come out of the vents ... I NEED to get my family out of this house before anyone gets sick...as of right now its only me working and as I said just moved in at the start of July , WE need OUT ASAP and need a bit of help for first and last on another place or a down payment for a house... IF there is anyone out there that can lend a helping hand we would be forever grateful.... thanks Jay
