Hello BegsList. My name is Chris. I'm 19 years of age, and I live in Philadelphia. At the age of 18, I escaped an abusive household to enter the adult world. I am afflicted with autism and severe ADHD. I don't let those setbacks get to me though- I'm enterprising and constantly looking for employment. I finally had a good place- I found a well-paying position at Walgreens, and they transferred me into the Philadelphia market. Not three months after arriving, I was unexpectedly laid off. Due to some funky requirements in the rules, I was not able to draw unemployment. I have been diligently hunting for jobs ever since that fateful day, but unfortunately my efforts have proven fruitless. I have volunteered most of my time to a small non-profit when I'm not job searching. We're a small interfaith group that hits the streets with a message of love and peace for all, along with participating in several community service projects and education programs. We are currently experiencing a whole host of financial hardships as a whole. My beg is two pronged: On one hand, I am three months behind on my rent and on the verge of eviction. On the other hand, I am devoted to making my community better and making people a little happier through the non-profit. This is a last resort for me, as I've exhausted all other channels. Please help me out. Someone's gotta be out there. I thank you for taking the time to read this.

I am a retired 67-year-old man living on a very small pension. In fact, it does not cover my basic needs, so I have to see how I can get some additional money to make ends meet and believe me it is not easy and quit frustrating. Reason I am looking for a partner at this point, I am from Washington DC, in which I have a site call ok2bbi.com , I got up one night out of my sleep and said this is what I am going to do, open a clubhouse for Lesbian & Bisexual women, so I did my research in DC the results was great I mean these women want this clubhouse and was ready to signup, so at that time i went to look for retail space to host this clubhouse, but the retail down north was way out of my budget so the first thing I thought was do the test in Atlanta, and the results was even better then DC... so here I go again looking for retail space in Atlanta area, I did not want the heart of Atlanta so I did Norcross and the retail space was cut in half ... so I told Atlanta if I can get 100 of you signup I will have a clubhouse open for you on Nov 1st, which 200 signup and I had a clubhouse open for then Nov 5th .. so I kept my word ... once I open my doors no one was on the other side ... I was like what happen to my 200 members who signup ..lol no one came forward, I mean I invest my last into this clubhouse over $20,000 ... I( still believe in the clubhouse and not going to give up on it, just bad timing its the holiday season, right now I am up for anything to get this place occupied ... I had a guy who wanted to invest but when it came time to come to the table he said he had $20,000 to invest, but came time it was $20,000 worth of furniture ...lol ... its lots can be done with this place, I use to be in the porn business which I still own it, but its not much money in porn no more ... which I love the adult entertainment business ... I still have my professional cam and it will take nothing for me to get back into, BUT

I never thought I would ever have to beg for money. But at this point, I have done everything I can think of to try to make enough money to pay all of my bills while still going to graduate school, but now I'm worried I will have to drop out and go live back at home with my mom.

I have dreamed of graduate school my entire life and working on drug treatments to help those in need. I recently worked on a project related to helping patients that suffer from Graft vs Host Disease (a debilitating disease when the body rejects a bone marrow transplant). I want to spend my life indirectly helping people, which is why it is so important to me to get my PhD.

Please, right now I have mounting bills (I am $14,000 in credit card debt) and will only get a small stipend to live on for the next 3+ years (I just started my second year of graduate school). The school does not allow students to get outside work since we get a stipend, but I have been being paid under the table to tutor when work is available.

since 2009 I've developed a big interest in developing stuff for legacy platforms like the Sony PlayStation and the Sega Saturn.

In December 2008, I started developing small applications for the Sega Genesis/Sega Mega Drive. Eventually, I quit for a while and in April/May 2009 I got a Sony PlayStation Development Kit and started reading some documentation and playing with the tools it bundled.

I expected to have something I called 'NAOMI Operating System for Sony PlayStation" complete on Fall 2009, but I lost interest in everything again.

Meanwhile Summer 2009, I started to develop a mini game based on the Clock Tower series by Human Entertainment called 'Barrows Castle', with DarkBASIC Professional. I got to do some of the game play, until I got a new workstation and left all data in the old one and did not bother to transfer the 'Barrows Castle' data into my new workstation.

Later in that year, I got development tools for the Sega Saturn-- a console I always fancied. After my failures with the Sony PlayStation, I actually got to compile some test programs for the Sega Saturn.

In December 2009, I did my first working program. It was a program called "it's Britney!", inspired in the iPhone/iPod touch app, available in the Apple App Store called "it's Britney!". It displayed a Britney Spears background that I created myself using Paint.NET image editing, and it had three Britney Spears audio tracks. The 'A' button would play a track, the 'B' button another track, etc...

(I lost this piece of software though)

Also since December 2009, I've been wanting to develop a project called 'BIOGENESIS'. It's a game still in concept phase... after all this talk, I'll just get to the point.

I want to develop a game for the Sony PlayStation, Sega Saturn (not sure yet which) called 'BIOGENESIS'. But in concept phase I found myself in trouble...

I'll need a lot of material. I'd like to host a website about the game, buy some software (graphics editor...) and pay a few people I know to make some audio tracks.
