Hello...I desperately need your help. My fiance and I have been together for the last five years. Three years ago he was working as a volunteer coach for a soccer team and the school he used to teach at. One day in soccer practice he jumped for a ball, lost his footing, and fell on his neck. He fractured a vertebrae which left him in excruciating pain. To make matters worse, as the bone healed it left a bone spur at the base of his head that pushes on the nerve bundle next to his brain stem. Gradually, as the spur grew bigger it made him paralyzed from the neck down. We have obviously put our wedding on hold to deal with this unfortunate fate. I work three jobs just to make the minimum payments on his medical bills and I take care of him whenever I am not working.
Because of the proximity of the bone spur to his brain stem, no doctor in the U.S. will touch it to operate on it. However, we have consulted with a doctor in Germany that practices surgery like this every day. He says with the surgery my fiance would be able to regain the use of most of his body with a lot of intensive physical therapy. But...the surgery costs right around $25,000 which might as well be 25 million. I spend every penny I make just barely scraping by. I know this surgery would give him back his freedom and his ability to live the way he always dreamed. Please help us...every little bit counts. I appreciate anything you can do.

Hello, I have fought a good fight and have recently gotten off of Social Security Disability. They have taxed me to death due to their errors. I have started working, but am drowning in debt due to the government demanding more taxes for their error. I would appreciate any help. I am giving back to society now, instead of depending on Social Security Disability. I was healed by God's grace and do not feel it was right to continue on Disability. I want to share with the world that God heals, but I have to get out of debt first. If I could pay off my car $2500 and $4000 in school loans from any generous donators then I would be out from under two enormous bills. God bless you for looking and for donating.

I've been off work since Oct 2011 and will return next weekend because of severe complications (infections and open wound) following a hysterectomy. I've finally healed, but because of how the pay periods fall I will not receive a whole paycheck until 3/16/12. This will only give me about half of my $800 rent for March.

I've exhausted all my family and friend resources. There is no rental assistance in my county any longer until the renter has a court-ordered eviction notice in hand. That usually takes 60 days. By then I will have worked enough to have caught up.

I have plenty of food, some food stamps and (fortunately) cheap public transportation.

I got this apartment through the kindness of my landlord - my credit is bad - and I know that she struggles to make ends meet too.

I don't know what I might be able to do for people here once I get back to work again, but I will be back, and do what I can.

About me: Single, never married, childless, recovering alcoholic (9 years), I work as a residential assistant in a group home (9 years).

In July 2007 my husband was a passenger in a co-workers car; the co-worker turned left in front of a pickup and the car was T-boned directly on his side. The co-workers car was an older model with no airbags; the doctor said that if he hadn’t put his arm & hand up to shield his face than it would have been fatal. The subsequent and enduring “care” he has received via workers compensation (WC), for the grave injuries he sustained, has been appalling at best. This is just my personal opinion, based solely on our experiences since the accident, but I have concluded that workers compensation (that was put in place to protect the workers), is nothing less than an unethical, disingenuous corrupt system. They end up sending you to a doctor of there choosing and these doctors (who have "gone over to the dark side")cater to the insurance companies by writing lengthy reports downplaying any injuries (goal of saving insurance company money with zero regard for the patients well being) in exchange for more patients sent to them and guaranteed, probably higher than usual, reimbursements. All too often it seems like WC caters to those who abuse the system and discriminate against those who really are in need. The “timely” medical care my husband has actually been able to procure through this government supported system is a travesty leaving him with irreparable spinal damage and a life of pain to look forward to. The malevolent truth is, had this system acted in a timely fashion, equivalent to the expedient care that ANYONE else not on WC would receive, then something could have been done to improve his quality of life. Unfortunately, as it stands, due to the guileful delay tactics used by WC, it is too late to do much of anything to repair the injuries causing him pain. Clearly supported medically necessary needs have either gone unapproved or purposely neglected for months all the while he continues to suffer with intractable pain. It is just beyond my comprehension as to how these people can feel no remorse for leaving another human being in such agony. Due to WC neglecting to approve certain items we have had to outlay a significant amount of our funds for medically necessary items\services to help him do tasks that he could previously do unassisted.
Today he suffers unrelenting pain as a result of permanent whiplash, 8 herniated discs, and unacknowledged(despite films clearly showing injuries) unaddressed broken tailbone, ribs and pelvis. Nerve damage from the spinal injury has resulted in numbness in his extremities, frequent weakening of his legs and embarrassing incontinence among numerous other concerns - had these been addressed in a timely manner (much like they would have been if not WC injury) his suffering could have been decreased significantly thereby improving his quality of life. The most serious injury he suffered was the hip break (acetabuler break) the worse break possible - it was broken in four places. As alluded to previously, an injury this severe should have been stabilized by surgery - allowing it to heal properly and not leave him suffering in chronic pain. WC puts such demands on providers to cut corners in order to save money that, in my husbands case, his doctor decided to do absolutely nothing but send him home instructing him to stay in a wheelchair 100 % of the time for several months. This doctor did not follow up with an exam or x-rays to make sure everything had healed properly. When my husband tried to explain to him the degree of pain he was still in the Dr said hmmm that shouldn’t be and then said “I can’t do anything else for you…”. This Dr. was so engrossed with saving WC some money that he disregarded his patients plea for help- how dispassionate and cold. The way this physician treated my husband goes against almost every part of the hippocratic oath which he swore to uphold upon graduation.
After being in pain for years, with no help from WC when it came to pinpointing its primary source, we paid out of pocket for a film that revealed his pelvis had been broken in the accident. This was never discovered previously by the orthopedist, again, due to cutting corners to save WC money they didn't take the necessary films to do a thorough job. We have a hearing with WC before a judge in March to request approval of a doctor who can address his broken tailbone - regardless of the fact that he can hardly sit without being in excruciating pain WC has denied him access to a doctor to treat it.
Immediately after the accident WC paid for home care for my husband and I was his caretaker when they were not here. Once they stopped providing this in home care I had to take over caring for him in addition to taking care of our then one year old daughter. I soon realized that I could not work and take care of both of them so I had to leave my job to stay home. As a result of my loss of income we have used up every penny of savings and 401 K, that we worked so hard to earn. We had to purchase anything medically necessary for Randall that WC was denying or losing track of. In addition to all this bad news, he has had to go out on disability (10/10) due to the deterioration of his condition and as a result our income has been cut substantially. This leaves us struggling to survive with no savings and significant decrease in income. I am the primary caregiver of both my husband and 5 year old daughter and all I able to contribute financially is what I can find the time to sell on eBay and needless to say we are coming up short.
All of our credit cards have been turned over to collections and our house note is in default and I am terrified. My heart breaks for my only child my daughter who is just 5 years old - I want her to remember more than this devastating situation about her dad and what undeserved hard times we are facing. You can ask anyone who knows my husband and they will all say the same that he is one of the kindest, caring, and conscientious people they know. I know that he doesn’t deserve the heartache he is having to endure. He has worked hard his entire life, since the age of 15, up until he could no longer because of his injuries; and I know that prior to this accident he had saved and saved and was looking so forward to retiring and having fun times as a family. He hasn’t lost sight of those dreams but the money he had saved to fund them is all gone. Despite everything somehow he still maintains a positive outlook on life which makes him a much stronger person than I.
We all have faith that God will see us through this one way or the other but some days it is just so hard to maintain a positive outlook. We would be truly grateful for any help - do only as your heart leads you to do!

During a family camping trip he came at me and slammed me up against a motorhome and grabbed me by the back of my neck and squeezed it very very hard. Once he passed out in his truck I grabbed both kids and the family dog put them in the minivan and drove to a friend's house where the children and I would be safe as he did not know where we were.
The physical violence had stopped for many years before the marriage so I felt that my love had "HEALED ALL HIS WOUNDS" I was so wrong and fled with our kids the very first time he became physical against me again. I was a stay at home Mom when I fled from him the first time he became violent again. I had no job and he never again deposited his checks in our joint account to cover "our" current debt.
I always thought (and was told by many others) that he would be held accountable for 50% of all the joint debt that WE had racked up over the last 22 years.
WRONG! He/She who has the highest paid attorney will be able to pull you in to court every 2 weeks until the one with the less money breaks.
I work hard but put my kids first. Their Father leaves the USA on average for 6 months a year and misses any visits with his kids during his absence. He also does not pay his court order payments on time.

I was hit by a drunk driver over a year ago and lost my highest grossing job because I was unable to work for 6 months and a few months ago 2 other jobs I had were forced to let me go as they could no longer afford to keep me on.

Please help me save the only house my kids have known. The market has dropped and I have been upside down for 2 years now.
The house will go into foreclosure in the next 60 days if I can't raise the funds needed.

I hope you can find it in your heart to spare even just $1.00 to help me keep a roof over the kids head also to send out a short prayer for me to find a job would also be much appreciated.

They got my husband into drugs to change him. He made false allegations against me. The criminal Nazi organization promised him $100,000 to do so. He wants more drugs. He tortured me with the Nazis. They want to get money for World War 3 by stealing my parent's house and stuff. They racked up tons of charges on my bank account, destroyed my stuff, stold most of my stuff, beat me up so I now have chronic pain and are torturing me on a daily basis. Filing false allegations is a felony crime so, I hope they get arrested. They have ruined my life. They threatened to kill me too. They are using the government and are involved with Al Queda. I almsost died from the stress. They told me my children were dead. They just make up lies and say the person is crazy if they tell the truth. I'm in desperate need of help. Four years ago, I graduated into recession, I got temp job but I needed reliable transportation. So, I got 2004 Chrysler Sebring, it was practical car that took care of me and I was able to take care of the payments.
Consequently, my life went downhill because after February 2009, I got laid off and I got hurt and had to get on disability for a year. When I got healed, I look very hard for employment with determination and persistence I found a part time job at Denny’s in August 2011. I was happy about it because my unemployment exhausted in July of 2011 so it was blessing. But until then I was able to take care of my car payment because unemployment gave me enough to take care all of my bills.
Sadly, I work 8 hours a week for $ 8. So, I’m only receiving $200 a month to pay for all my bills which is impossible. As you can see even with this job I'm in jeopardy of losing my car I have 25 more days until they repossess my car. I pleading for you to help me because I cannot lose my car I still it need to look for more employment and to take of business errands. I already paid 16,280 I have another 9,000 to go. I tried refinancing, trading it in, or giving it to someone else but my efforts fail due to my bad credit and low income. I'm very depressed and upset that I can't take care of this car loan. I been trying so hard to keep this car and don't want to let it go. Please help me you are my only hope in keeping my car. Please respond as soon as possible before its too late. I am afraid for my children, because the only family they have is me. I recieve medicare and have to pay a premium, and we barely have enough left to survive. Because I have three children, I cannot afford to pay the deductibles for my healthcare services to get in better health so I can work to provide a better life for them. I am losing all my teeth and I am only 31. I have been through a lot in my life, but unfortunately it is my kids who also have to pay for my misfortunes. Please provide help for my healthcare expenses so that I can live a better quality of life with my 3 beautiful blessings.

We also are in need of home repairs, and I would love to be able to provide activities for my children for sports, music and the arts, so that they can build a good foundation within themselves to succeed in life.

I was in a bad accident and ended up in the hospital for 2 months. I broke my back, 5 ribs, my pelvis, punctured and collapsed a lung, ruptured my spleen, damaged my spinal cord. First I was not supposed to live, then I was supposed to come home a paraplegic, but my spinal cord healed up close to normal and with determination and a baby at home I fought back. I came home with a walker, in a body cast with a fused spine and metal rods in my back. I was that way for a year, then the day I went back into the hospital to get my rods out my 10 year old broke his arm in two places. He was traumatized when I went away the first time then again with him being in so much pain I had to leave him again. Finally got the rods removed with another week in the hospital, and came home again in a body cast for another year.
At the time I had a 9 month old baby to take care of and my 10 year old son. My husband stayed a year after it happened and finally left because he couldn't deal with it, I haven't seen him since. We had a rocky 14 year marriage anyway, but the accident was the breaking point. My 10 year old son took on so much responsibility after the accident and my baby barely had a mommy.
I have been trying to recover financially since this all happened. I have always held on to two jobs. I was delivering newspapers at night and restocking magazines in the grocery store during the day and delivering flowers part time. I was just starting to get my life back together. I got a credit card and financed a used car. I had lost most of my teeth due to being sick a lot from the migraines I have, so I had the rest of my teeth removed because of the pain. I was starting the process of getting a new set of teeth with implants to hold them in place.
Then last year I lost two jobs within a month of each other. It's hard to find jobs with the physical restrictions I have and now, it's hard to get a prospective employer to hire me. With the way I look with no teeth, just makes it harder. As if things can't get worse my doctor told me I have liver disease from the transfusions I received in my operations on my back.
My boys are so great. The oldest went from high school right to massage therapy school so he could make a living while going to the university. He graduated from the university and now is applying to medical school. It costs so much money just trying to get in. The application fees, the airfare to the interviews. I wish I could help him. My youngest is going to a culinary high school and wants to be a musician. If there is anything positive in my life it's them and the hope that they won't be like me and they will have a better life.
I filed for disability 5 times since the accident and finally last year I qualified to receive $795 a month and food stamps. I am looking for a legitimate on line income but it's hard to distinguish the scams.
I am trying to get a concession trailer so I can have a job again and get back on my feet. I ran an ice cream truck for 11 years so I have experience in running a concession business. I figured if I can't find a job, I'll make a job. I bought an old trailer for $600 and I am slowly re-building it. I just don't have enough money to get the rest of the equipment to finish it.
I need money for getting teeth so I can eat right to keep my health, and look better to find a job. I need money to finish the trailer so I can support my family again.
Please, if you can help with anything at all, it would help so much.

Christmas is for giving...give even ,1o.00 each and this vet can have a wonderful Christmas. Was down with surgery and complications, sole support of a family of 6., received tier 4 on unemployment due o being unable to work until healed...now the state wants 6,000 back in medical bills paid due to no fault of vet, just the fact they received unexpected unemployment...medical bills were not over the amount received to take care of his family until he recovered from surgery. Help make a special Christmas by sending any donation to get this debt off them so they can be debt from the state. once again an Army Vet has become a number, not a name or face of one who was standing on the front lines for our freedom. Hi im in a bad need for help . In 06 i was hit by a drunk driver. i had very bad injuries . he had no insurance left me with the hospital bills . With all my savings gone I need help Im behine on all my bills verly keeping a float I was hoping I would have been over my injuries by now But not Dr say may never be healed up . I would take any help i can get Please help
