This is my story from THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE to now May 23 2012.
I am 26 and live on a little island off the uk . when I was 19 I got a loan out to buy a car, the car cost was about £22,000 thats about ($34,546.6) this was the worst diction of my life about 6 months after buying the car, I found myself out of work and unable to pay back the payment, so the loan company that had been charging me for not paying back my debt had now with the charges taken the debt from £20,000 upto about £25,000 ($39,290) then took my car and auctioned it off for £5,000 about ($7,855) this took my debt down to £20,000 . At this point I realized the massive mistake I had made but noticing this didn't change the fact I was in debt and didn't know who I was going to get out. So I did the best I could and to worked and paid off what I could . I have now got my debt down to about £10,000 that is ($15,705) meaning in the last 7 years I have paid £17,000 ($26,710.4) for a car I don't have. I was getting paid about £11,500 ($18051.55) a year and living off about £9,000 a year for food rent/bills and anything else, the thing is i have just lost my job again because of cut backs and there is no work here at the moment so any help would be amazing. See when I was 19 I wanted to go to the USA and do a ski season or some seasonal work but now I want to do some volunteer work but with this debt I am stuck here . The worst part of this all to me is that when I think at I could be £17,000 ($26,710.4) richer had I not brought that car and could be living my dreams and helping other people instead I am stuck in a hole needing the help. If anybody does help me I will be very greatful and will be happy to return the favour in some way .

I am a College student with a plee for help among many others. I am doing a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Games Development.
But the modeling and game engine software is insanely expensive. I also require a powerful computer for the creation of these games and the use of the powerful modelling software which i need.
My family can not afford this, so i have to work in College on my coursework. I am not able to work at home as the computer we have is not powerful enough. My Family find it exceeding difficult, especially me as it is showing on my grades because of my lack of work that i can hand in. I can not keep up.

hey, my dad is disabled and because of this heisnt in a very good financial situation but last christmas he was so great and managed to save up and buy me a blackberry curve 9300, i was so greatful for it and there wasnt a scratch on it at all, but unluckily, after 5 months i left it on a bus. this was an accident, and accidents do happen.im not usually this irressponsible but i had to get up and run off the bus because i was going to be sick.my dad said it was fine, but i feel terrible and want to buy myself a new phone instead of him having to buy another one for me. however, i dont really have any way of saving up for another phone as i dont get pocket money and dont have a job and there is no other ways for me to get money as i am 13 years old. please please please help! i would also love to buy my dad a present! please help, im begging you!

I am a father and a husband to a family I love dearly. I lost my job due to an unexpected layoff and I'm going to school to educate myself for my family. My wife is trying to hold down 2 part-time jobs while raising our children and managing the home.

I am a 25 year old who is married with a daughter. My family has hit a difficult spot where we cant pay our bill. My husband has lost his job now for 3 months. We live in a studio appartment and would really like to be able to move into a two bedroom house, so our dauhter could have her own room. We have stacks of bills that has not been paid simple because we can't afford it. our council tax and gas bill has been over due for 6 month. Hello. Im writing this with my pride put aside because i've let the love of my life down as far as im concerned and need help in order to pay the remaining past due rent for this month. This is not easy for me to do because of the overwhelming feeling of failure that just eats me up inside. We have been together for more than 12 yrs now and we have always managed somehow to make it through some extremely difficult times. This women is an Angel of Mercy for those who know her and to her family she is simply the rock. She is 1 of 5 sisters, all having 2 children a piece, and to which all 10 children she has taken in under our roof for extended periods through all the years i've known her. She is the most positive and giving person I have ever met! I LIVE FOR THIS WOMEN and have always reassured her that I could never at any cost, no matter how tough things got, give her reason for serious concern or not be able to get us past any finacial issues no matter how bad it looks. Yes im feeling very sorry for myself because I was a truck driver and lost my job because of an accident that was my fault and where knowone was injured, resulted in a dollar amount that was too high for my company to retain insurance in order for me to continue in thier employment. Week to week we got by and then back in December the freight slowed and my checks that the bulk of our bills and all the rent came out of, was now barely making the household bills. We fell behind Dec and Jan rent and was given such a break from an understanding landlord and we caught up in Feb with every dime of our tax refund given to a thankful landlord but one that stated, from that point on, we must be on time. After all the struggle we went through and the extreme patients and understanding of our landlord....now i've lost my job! We have spent the first half of this month calling and talking to and submitting applications to so many programs for assistance but getting turned away with no solutions. We have no more time and if forced to moved i will have let down the last person on earth that deserves it. Our rent is $675 a month and sent $300 yesterday and it was everything we had. we need $375 and nothing more. if anyone can help, you will find knowone more greatful beyond words can trully express and any additional info needed for your consideration can be provided if requested. I am a single Mom of three wonderful children. But it is finacialy
difficult. I had a great factory job but was injured on the factory line and fired for it. It has been difficult to find a job that after childcare, I can't earn enough money to pay the bills. Two of my children have special needs, my oldest with her difficulties will be repeating two grades in elementry, !st grade and failing this year, 3rd grade. My second child is mild autistic, and will have to repeat 1st grade. Both children are taken out of the classrooms for resource classes. It has been a while and all of my savings have been used to suport us all.
My x left us in Nov 2006, and we have not seen him since. Years of refusing to pay childsupport and he is 24,000 in arrears, managed to get SSI just for himself, so child support is only $50 a mo and $10 mo to pay back for arrears. I am asking for help so that I can help pay off the growing bills I can't afford anymore. I don't own anything I could sell. I feel as if I am drowning, falling unable to pay surounded with past due notices and collections calls and feel like the end of my rope. Please help, even small amounts in collection are blessings. I saved and saved my extra side earnings for a trip for my kids. We have never been on vacation and they were so excited to go when someone broke into my home and stole all my earnings i had stashed away. My kids were heartbroken. Im trying my hardest to work over time hours and do all can to save all over for them. After my mum and step dad both passed of suicide when i was 17 I was left alone in my mums house, all the bills got transfered to my name,as it was a 3 bedroom house I had bills coming from every direction, I was then moved to a 2 bedroom house in hope that when my brother came out of prison he would have a place to live, the bills still piled up and he didnt come out to help as i had hoped for.
I started studying a course im in love with and passionate about spending every penny to travel 60 miles a day i barely even have bread in the house at times.
Im coming to the end of my course which is photography and special effects media makeup and unlike all the other girls on my course, i dont have a kit i have been trying to save but when you live on nothing its hard and its upsetting they all have parents to pay for any equiptment they want.

Hello, My name is Erica. I am struggling, its enough to make me want to give up my life! yesterday 3/11/12 I went to the hospital due to suicidal thoughts. I don't have any family left. My parents died in a fire and my Aunt help raised me. and she just died last year of brain cancer, now I am all alone! growing up wasn't easy! I been with people since I was 13, being abused by men one after the next. beaten and so much more. I try and hang on and hope for a better day. As I type this tears are pouring down my face. I have nothing left and I have been tore down and beaten so much I dont know how to stand. One thing after another has happen to me. I live in a apartment in Central New jersey and I can barley afford it. I just dont know what else to do. Hello everyone I am very new to internet begging as they call it. A little background about me. I am a Paramedic working in a rural area in Michigan. I have been working in EMS for 6 years now. I love doing what I do everyday, saving people and helping them in thier time of need is very rewarding personally. Unfortunatly Being a Paramedic is not very rewarding finacially. I consistantly work 72 to 84 hours a week to try and make ends meet. These hours have been cut due to budgets being cut down to 48 a week. The overtime is just not there anymore. Without this overtime I am having a hard time making my car payment. I currently pay $300 a month in a car payment for my Jeep. I love my Jeep, anyone who has experince a rural MI winter knows that 4 wheel drive is a must have. However with rising gas prices and the high monthly payment I am having trouble paying it. im a 17 year old student in desperate need of $500. the reason i need %500 is that i recently started a college course in which software development is 70% of the course, and 40% of that is coding for apple computers and i products which the iPhones Pods etc can only be made using apples Xcode software which is only available for Macintosh computers. my mother has been out of work for a year and a half now and money is really tight, what money we have goes towards my train and bus fairs to college and back, because of this i cant save up enough money to even get close to a Macintosh computer. i would go look for a job myself, but times are tough and college takes up 5 days a week, in which i wake at 5:30AM and set off at 6:50AM and return home at 6pm and the weekends are filled with essays. if anyone can help out i'd be really greatful, this college course means the world to me, its my future and its the just the coolest thing to be involved with, thanks for reading

Due to the current economic downturn, I have with great humility, decide to reach out to what I hope is the goodwill and charity of those with a heart and desire to help.

I lost my job approximatly 3 months ago. My unemployment goes to my child support, which I know is important.
I have been seeking employment, but the job market is very weak in my field and area. I have applied for other lines of work but no luck yet.
My need is that I am behind on my rent, utilities and car and food.
I am seeking ideally 2000.00 to get out of this situation.
I am facing loosening my apartment by eviction, and my car by repossesion.
Given my current situation, loosing both will be detrimental when I do get back to work. And it will cost new to replace both, versus if I can get some assistance.
Also my utilities are in jeopardy, but 2000.00
would get me caught up and remove some of the pressure, so I can focus on my job search.

I worked for a large internet bank for 8 years, it was a great job, I loved my job, but unfortunately I was made redundant, my role was telephone buisness development manager.
Since then I manage to get a job in I.T, but unfortunately my contract only temporary, it gave me my first taste of working in I.T.
Since then I have worked for a parcel delivery company and a supermarket stacking shelves, yep that's what it has came down to, the last job was temporary with the promise of being made permenant but it didn't happen.
I have a mortgage and 4 kids, spiralling debts and have almost been evicted from my home 3 times!
I dont want to be unemployed, its demeaning and degrading, I have valuable skills and I am a hard worker!
I just want to provide for my family and have a nice debt free life, isnt that what everyone wants?

I have a good telephone manner, I can use a p.c and I am consciensous and I consider myself to be a people person, I have also lately taken a security guard course at my local college.

I would ideally like to be earning around the £20.000 per annum salary, the bills wont pay themselves.

I dont drink/smoke or get out these days, just want to get by without a struggle.

If you can help, then that'd be totally amazing and I'd be ever so greatful!

The best way I have found to ask for help is to just ask. Please help me. I have fibromyalgia, Type II Diabetes, Hypertension, Hypercholesterolemia, migraine headaches, GERD, and major depression. I have recently learned of a medical program/procedure that could possibly help with each of these problems. Currently, I am disabled, receiving government subsidy through SS Disability. My meds alone, even with the medicare coverage I have, run me $150 a month. The insurance will cover this program, but I would still need about $5000 for out-of-pocket expenses. I have always enjoyed helping other people and tend to give everything I have to those I feel are more needy. Unfortunately, I am now the needy one. Can you please help me? Even a little bit would be a blessing, and I would be forever greatful. Rest assured, I would pay it forward. The thought of possibly being able to get a job and not have to take government money is so exciting. And being able to help others again would bring me such peace.
