Hi every one, well I have recently left the military at the beginning of the year and have had an accident which has required me to have surgery. This means that my work has stopped paying me after 2 weeks, and now I have no money to pay for the rent on my house or my bank loans. I have a wife and two kids to look after, and need some one to help me out until I am back on my feet and back to work. This is a massive long shot asking on this site but I am in trouble here. I can only be as honest as I was taught to be by my parents. I am totally broke with no money to pay my rent, lost my job last December, no money for food, and I'm about to lose my home for non payment of my rent a bills for the last two months. I don't know who to turn to because both my parents passed away and I am the only child.
Friends? well one only finds out who their real friends are until they need help, then no one is available. I have gotten myself into a lot of debt too and need to pay them off. Practically I am black listed.
I would appreciate any amount of donation and be forever grateful. This is only temporary until I can get myself another job which is proving very difficult.

For the past 3 years I've been struggling to make ends meet since I returned to the UK. It's difficult to get a job with the recession. I've been evicted from where I lived twice because I couldn't pay the rent any more and ended living in bed and breakfast places and a number of times in the lobby of a hotel, sitting there awake all night, not knowing where to go next. Both my parents passed away and I am the only child.

I eventually got a job and flat last February 2011 only to lose my job at Christmas, the company is a small start-up company and is not doing well so I had to go as I was the last person employed there. Now I have no money to pay my rent and bills yet again, and I will be evicted again if I don't come up with the money asap. I am tired of living like this, not knowing when I would get food, sometimes going without food for days. I get a little help now from the department of social security but it only covers food, £40 a week, not enough to pay my bills or rent.

I wish I could get enough money to help me over the next few months until I am back on my feet and with a new job. My urgent request now is immediate and not long term. I have lots of debts and have to pay them back too.

I am a 43 year old female. I have no children and I am not married. My story is not that of someone that most people would be sympathetic to, but I would like to be as honest as possible.

When I was 23, I graduated from medicine school, got involved with someone for 5 years then he left leaving me with nothing. I got my first loan and credit card which was my first mistake. I borrowed to pay for my mortgage and ended up having difficulty paying all my bills.

Over the years, I proceeded to act like an idiot – taking out new accounts and racking up the bills. I moved to Italy thinking a new start would be good, lived there for ten years but still could not earn enough to pay off my debts let alone live comfortably. Again, this is my fault, getting mixed up with people who took advantage of my generosity, I was left yet again with no money to support myself. My father passed away when I was 23 and my mother 10 years later, I am an only child. I have no idea what happened to all their property or money, so I’ve had to be independent and fend for myself.

I decided to return to England, but getting a job here was even more difficult than in Italy. No one wants to employ you if you are over 35yrs, I’ve been struggling for the last two years, sometimes going without eating for 5 days living on tea. I have sold just about everything I own. I was hoping to make a dent in the bills I had mounting, which had gotten out of hand. I was falling behind and couldn’t make all the payments. Selling off all the stuff I bought seemed like a good start, but the bills keep coming.

I am asking for some help with these bills and rent so I can get my head above water. I have not taken out any loans and cancelled all my cards, I’m in so much debt that I will be evicted from my flat if I don’t come up with the rent by Monday.

I would humbly accept any help that someone is willing to offer me. I really want to live debt free for the first time since I left my parents home. I made a promise to myself that enough was enough, no more borrowing and if I got enough money to get me out of my black hole, I would help someone else who needs help just like me.

I have never asked for help but after numerous interviews extensive hours of submitting my resumes online. My parents who can't help me with my situation do not live in the same state as I do and they are constantly helping me because no matter what I keep trying to feed my children by standing in line at churches for food donations. In November I had to withdrawl from school temporarly because I lost internet connection due to not having money which I was not able to finish my degree in completing 6 credits to graduate. Today I called to re-enroll and I was told that I have to pay $2,400.00 even and then I'm able to re-enroll and finish my two classes to recieve my degree. My parents have helped with my bills but they are not able to help me with my tuition. So I have searched everywhere and now I'm left to ask the public for help. My major is criminal justice and I really want to finish because I'm so close and then just hopefully I will be able to get a job so then I don't have to keep going to charities to get food but rather give back. I already try and give back by giving away things that I no longer need such as clothes that my children outgrow. The suppor I get for my children all goes to my rent which everything else is included which I thank God for that. So please please any donation will help and I promise to give back by paying it forward and those that know me know that I'm just that kind of person who has always given back. Just today I still have yet to find work and I'm so hopeful that once my degree is completed I will be able to find work. I am currently deployed over seas and will be for the next year. While I am deployed in an area that I can keep in touch with my family, my current laptop computer just isn't capable of skyping with my family without having a lot of issues and it is really frustrating. I'm not looking for someone to drop enough for me to buy a complete one but if anyone can help supplement me purchasing my own so that I can talk to the wife and kids without my computer throwing a fit, of course I would be very grateful.

My Current Laptop is a Dell Inspiron E1505 with 1GB of Ram, 64 GB Hard Drive, an old Core Duo processor, and integrated video.. It runs but if I have to switch with skyping and viewing what my wife/kids are looking at online, the thing freaks out.

Hi I am 35year old female Living at home with my Parents I was Born with Special Needs. I have always relied on my parents Because of my learning Disability. At the moment I am working part time in a minmum wage job as a Cleaner i use to work fulltime but I had to go to working part time becuase of a bad back and athritus in the knees.

IM worried about the future my mum and dad are pensioners my dad is disabled also I know they wont be around for ever I am single and Never had any luck with men I see a lonely future ahead. I need money to help pay for food,clothes and for my travel fare to get to my Cleaning job becasue its miles aways from where i live and now tube fares have gone up.I would be grateful for anything you can offer DOest matter if its 20p £1 £10. Hi I'm 40 years old woman just want to tell you how i need yours help . Working night shift for 10 years on factory don't allow me to see my family and spend some time with my son .If i will stop work we probably will loose house because we can't afford pay mortgage and bills we already in the arrears . All what keep me in that world is my little boy and i writing here not asking help for me i do it only for him . So any help would be very helpful and thank you so much . With big hope and pray.

I know this is a longshot as I'll certainly not be the only one in this position but basically I'm just a young, single person, trying to support myself & pay for my flat alone. I might not seem like a worthy case as I'm healthy, have no children etc but it's still a total struggle to get by at times, especially in this economic climate. The main reason I'd like to raise money, other than a bit more financial stability is because my mum has helped me out a lot over the past few years & I've relied on her a lot more than I should have, her hours at work have recently been cut meaning she'll be struggling as well & I'd really like to make a contribution towards paying back all the money she's leant me etc. If you could help at all, even just $1 or even less, every little donation would be appreciated. I know you're probably used to seeing these stories & you don't know me personally but you've no idea how grateful I'd be!

Hi, I'm a 27 year old guy and I've been stuck in debt now for nearly 10 years and I can't seem to get out of it. I owe £7000 on a loan and £2500 in an overdraft. I have tried several different ways to get help (further career / education / citizens advice) but I feel like my life is just surviving and not living. Hi i have hit a bad time in my life, i have 2 children an 11 year old son with Autism and Epilepsy and a 7 years old daughter. Earlier this year i lost my job and can not afford to get my children christmas gifts and my daughter any birthday gifts, as its her birthday on the 27th also! I have never found myself in this situation before, yes we have struggled on min wages but to have no income has been very stressful for all of us, with debt building up continusly, if anyone out there is in a postion to help make my childrens christmas please help and make a donation.
