Hello, my name is Jay and I am 41 and take care of my disabled sister as well as go to school to hopefully become a youth pastor. I am asking for donations for my sister who is disabled and needs to be moved to a place where she can be away from the stress of her current situation with her illness .. I am her care giver for the last 5 years and I have been out of work for sometime now going back to school .I was able to supplement our income because I was on unemployment but that has since ran out I am currently out of work and recently had the only car we own a 20 year old ford tempo die and it was our only means of transportation and I used that transportation for all of my sisters needs. Ya see I live with my sister and I do all of her shopping and running around for her. I also make sure she makes it to her doctors appointments on time which she goes quite frequent. She has been disabled for 12 years from an on the job accident and I have been taking care of her for 5 of those years. My mother was helping before that until she passed away suddenly in 07'. we are currently in dire financial need right now and I am trying to raise enough money to get a new vehicle and get caught up on some way overdue bills and move us back home to our hometown in Lake Geneva WI because the physicians here in Iowa can not seem to get a handle on why her health has progressively gotten worse. she has been in and out of the hospital In the past 12 years and she has also other ailments to deal with she had cancer 2 years ago from a tumor in her neck which they removed and they think it was localized so it did not spread which is good news. She has constant leg swelling,incontinence which at her age is demoralizing in itself ,blood disorder,lost her teeth because of the countless medications she has been on,lost a lot of her hair, she had gastric by-pass because the doctors thought that would help her back because she was a very big girl but no so ..nothing changed but made things worse .she can not walk at all really she is severely limited because of the 3 herniated discs in her lower back and right now she has something wrong with her stomach that they think may have to do with her gastric by-pass surgery she had a few years ago but they cannot figure out what.She has severe nerve damage in her lower back which they think maybe the cause of her leg swelling and incontinence. The worst is she is only 41 and has not had a real chance to live..she spends a lot of her disability check on her incontinence and medical supplies because medicare will only allow her so much a month and medications her plan does not cover. I love my sister so much and want to make her as comfortable as I can but with all the negative things happening to her she is starting to have doubts about her faith..and I can't have that. God is the one person I know she loves besides me because we only have eachother...please..We need to raise at least that amount to pay for past due bills and a reliable vehicle so I can bring her back home where we grew up and where I know that is the one place that makes her happy ..I need to take this worry off of her. Right now she has such severe anxiety over all of this medical and financial issues that she has to take 2 different kinds of medicine to combat this anxiety. So not only will that money help her, it will help us to find a vehicle that I can get her to her doctors appointments as well as help her in other means and hopefully to work when I find a job.I am asking anyone that will listen to please..please help my sister ..her health is declining so fast almost everyday and it is something new that is going wrong and I seriously do not know how much more she can bear being stuck in the place she is with no hope of ever having any type of life..i love my sister ..I can not lose my best friend. ..Please help me to show her that there are good people out there who want to help. In July 2007 my husband was a passenger in a co-workers car; the co-worker turned left in front of a pickup and the car was T-boned directly on his side. The co-workers car was an older model with no airbags; the doctor said that if he hadn’t put his arm & hand up to shield his face than it would have been fatal. The subsequent and enduring “care” he has received via workers compensation (WC), for the grave injuries he sustained, has been appalling at best. This is just my personal opinion, based solely on our experiences since the accident, but I have concluded that workers compensation (that was put in place to protect the workers), is nothing less than an unethical, disingenuous corrupt system. They end up sending you to a doctor of there choosing and these doctors (who have "gone over to the dark side")cater to the insurance companies by writing lengthy reports downplaying any injuries (goal of saving insurance company money with zero regard for the patients well being) in exchange for more patients sent to them and guaranteed, probably higher than usual, reimbursements. All too often it seems like WC caters to those who abuse the system and discriminate against those who really are in need. The “timely” medical care my husband has actually been able to procure through this government supported system is a travesty leaving him with irreparable spinal damage and a life of pain to look forward to. The malevolent truth is, had this system acted in a timely fashion, equivalent to the expedient care that ANYONE else not on WC would receive, then something could have been done to improve his quality of life. Unfortunately, as it stands, due to the guileful delay tactics used by WC, it is too late to do much of anything to repair the injuries causing him pain. Clearly supported medically necessary needs have either gone unapproved or purposely neglected for months all the while he continues to suffer with intractable pain. It is just beyond my comprehension as to how these people can feel no remorse for leaving another human being in such agony. Due to WC neglecting to approve certain items we have had to outlay a significant amount of our funds for medically necessary items\services to help him do tasks that he could previously do unassisted.
Today he suffers unrelenting pain as a result of permanent whiplash, 8 herniated discs, and unacknowledged(despite films clearly showing injuries) unaddressed broken tailbone, ribs and pelvis. Nerve damage from the spinal injury has resulted in numbness in his extremities, frequent weakening of his legs and embarrassing incontinence among numerous other concerns - had these been addressed in a timely manner (much like they would have been if not WC injury) his suffering could have been decreased significantly thereby improving his quality of life. The most serious injury he suffered was the hip break (acetabuler break) the worse break possible - it was broken in four places. As alluded to previously, an injury this severe should have been stabilized by surgery - allowing it to heal properly and not leave him suffering in chronic pain. WC puts such demands on providers to cut corners in order to save money that, in my husbands case, his doctor decided to do absolutely nothing but send him home instructing him to stay in a wheelchair 100 % of the time for several months. This doctor did not follow up with an exam or x-rays to make sure everything had healed properly. When my husband tried to explain to him the degree of pain he was still in the Dr said hmmm that shouldn’t be and then said “I can’t do anything else for you…”. This Dr. was so engrossed with saving WC some money that he disregarded his patients plea for help- how dispassionate and cold. The way this physician treated my husband goes against almost every part of the hippocratic oath which he swore to uphold upon graduation.
After being in pain for years, with no help from WC when it came to pinpointing its primary source, we paid out of pocket for a film that revealed his pelvis had been broken in the accident. This was never discovered previously by the orthopedist, again, due to cutting corners to save WC money they didn't take the necessary films to do a thorough job. We have a hearing with WC before a judge in March to request approval of a doctor who can address his broken tailbone - regardless of the fact that he can hardly sit without being in excruciating pain WC has denied him access to a doctor to treat it.
Immediately after the accident WC paid for home care for my husband and I was his caretaker when they were not here. Once they stopped providing this in home care I had to take over caring for him in addition to taking care of our then one year old daughter. I soon realized that I could not work and take care of both of them so I had to leave my job to stay home. As a result of my loss of income we have used up every penny of savings and 401 K, that we worked so hard to earn. We had to purchase anything medically necessary for Randall that WC was denying or losing track of. In addition to all this bad news, he has had to go out on disability (10/10) due to the deterioration of his condition and as a result our income has been cut substantially. This leaves us struggling to survive with no savings and significant decrease in income. I am the primary caregiver of both my husband and 5 year old daughter and all I able to contribute financially is what I can find the time to sell on eBay and needless to say we are coming up short.
All of our credit cards have been turned over to collections and our house note is in default and I am terrified. My heart breaks for my only child my daughter who is just 5 years old - I want her to remember more than this devastating situation about her dad and what undeserved hard times we are facing. You can ask anyone who knows my husband and they will all say the same that he is one of the kindest, caring, and conscientious people they know. I know that he doesn’t deserve the heartache he is having to endure. He has worked hard his entire life, since the age of 15, up until he could no longer because of his injuries; and I know that prior to this accident he had saved and saved and was looking so forward to retiring and having fun times as a family. He hasn’t lost sight of those dreams but the money he had saved to fund them is all gone. Despite everything somehow he still maintains a positive outlook on life which makes him a much stronger person than I.
We all have faith that God will see us through this one way or the other but some days it is just so hard to maintain a positive outlook. We would be truly grateful for any help - do only as your heart leads you to do!

Hi, and thanks for reading my post. I am a mid-thirties guy doing my best to find a long term and stable job after a layoff. while that is obviously a priority, I am also trying to save enough money to attend a very close female friend's wedding in August.
I am in western Illinois, and my friend and her fiance live in eastern California, near Lake Tahoe. Since she relocated there 10 years ago with her then-husband, we have not been able to see each other (although we keep in frequent contact). She and her fiance delayed the wedding partially in hopes to give me enough time to save enough money to travel there and be part of the experience.
My hope is to fly out and spend a few days..preferably a week..but if it came down to it I would take Amtrak or Greyhound. Whatever it took to get there.
I would greatly appreciate any help you could give. This girl is like a sister to me, and having gotten to know her fiance through skype and the phone, he's a great guy as well. Thanks for your time and any donation you may give. God Bless

I am 38 yr old mother of 3 married for 17 yrs. Been with spouse 19 yrs total. Spouse is an alcoholic. I'm a disabled high school drop out with a GED. This past year spouse destroyed our marriage yet I'm stuck in this hell with no way out. I can't get disability or SSI. I have no income, savings or any way to support my kids. When I told spouse I wanted a divorce he was going to walk away & leave me with no way to pay the rent or utilities. Can't afford an attorney can't afford anything to be honest. I depend upon him for income. My list of health problems began at age 17 & have continued to compile since. Can not be treated for my medical conditions due to my hypersensitivity to prescription medications & allergies to opiates & codeine. My existence is utterly miserable!! I need a way out of this hell. Everyone deserves to be happy even me. I have to provide stability to my children so I live a lie day to day pretending to be his partner friend & lover. Honestly it is enough to make one have no desire to live. I am trapped in hell with 3 kids. I have been diagnosed with degenerative disc disease, fibromyalgia, restless leg syndrome, herniated T11-12, chronic tendinitis of the groin, eczema. I have very bad allergies with frequent allergic reactions to things in my environment and have no idea what they are. I will be allergy tested next week. The week after I start testing for lupus & kidney disease if nothing is found on scope test of my bladder. I stay sick get many things at one time & it takes me much longer to recover than normal people. There has to be a way out of this with some dignity. I was told by an SSI rep that I am one of those people that just falls through the cracks. There has to be hope for us down here for Christ sake there has to be

I don't really know how to start this. It's such a different concept. I guess I'll just get to the nitty gritty of our situation...

My soon-to-be ex-husband cheated on me for 3 years at least 9 different times. At first I was in denial about his double life, but eventually I came to terms with it and just decided to try to stick it out a bit longer for the sake of my stepkids. They moved here from England in 2007 and I've been raising them since then. They're 17 and 19, and I was trying to wait till they both graduated high school before filing for divorce. I also have a 2 year old with him. I kept his infidelity a secret and carried the burden on my own, not even telling my family, until...the kids found texts in his phone last June to the woman who is now his fiance. In June I had to call the police because he nearly got into a fistfight with my stepson and physically got into my face as well, plus he told all of us that he was going to kill himself, but this has become a frequent ploy for manipulation by him. I have been primarily a stay-at-home mom the past 2 years bringing in only a few hundred a month. He was the primary breadwinner bringing home $4000-5000 a month. He moved out and moved in with this woman a block away from us, has not spent more than 5 hours with any of the kids since June, and refuses to provide any child support for any of the kids aside from paying the health insurance (which his work pays for), paying his car insurance, and only recently giving his 17 year old a few hundred dollars a month which she has to save for her bills too. I have been forced to figure out how to make ends meet and raise and support the kids on my own. I love my stepkids and happily will continue raising them and figuring it all out, working what I can and taking loans from whoever is willing to help. It's just really stressful and really tough right now.

I knew I was headed to a divorce, but I had no idea he would just abandon all of us completely like he has. And to top it all off, he has become very psychologically and emotionally abusive towards me and even sometimes towards the kids. Oh yeah, he also had no sense of self-control as far as spending goes, and he ballooned our debt up to almost $50,000, though some of that is medical debt as well. I'm facing divorce and bankruptcy on my own with 3 kids. As I type this I don't even know how I hold it together, but I've managed to. I'm healing and getting stronger and more able to put the pieces back together for the kids and I, but this is a BIG hole we're in, trying to escape, and it may be embarrassing to admit as an educated individual who never thought I'd be in these shoes, but I need help. If you are willing to help us, we would really appreciate it and it would truly make a huge difference in our lives. This feels so bizarre asking for help online like this, but I think it's an awesome way to really be able to help those in need. I'm glad I found it so that we too will be able to help others who need it most. In the meantime, thank you again for all your help at this extremely difficult, stressful and emotionally taxing time. You have no idea how much it helps knowing that people you don't even know care about if you and your kids are going to be okay. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

I am not asking for help for myself but rather for my daughter and her family.
My daughter is a single mother of 5(Two are her sisters but...) and helps take care of her disabled sister who suffers from frequent grand mal seisures. She also cares for her 9 yr. old Autistic son. She is unable to work because she is the sole care giver to her sister and Autistic son.
Problem: She and her family live in a 1970s dilapidated 3 bdrm mobile home. "The home has holes in the walls, the front and back door seals are bad so when it rains it as if it's raining inside! There is no insulation and due to electrical socket overload? She can only plug in one electric space heater to warm the home.
Please, I am not asking for myself and would not make this post if all other avenues had not been exausted. I am just trying to come up with enough money to help her get into a house that is in better shape. Her sisters',her sons' and her income is enough that they could pay $700.00 a month for rent as well as utilities. She currently pays: $650.00,Ren,$426.00 Electric, $70.00 water & trash/sewage, Cable & Internet through Cox is 160.00, household cleaning supplies and personal hygeine needs run about 70.00 per month for a total of $1436.00 (Not including Food). Her household Income is $1898.00

She was the only thing that saved me from a life of crime and possibly worse, and she came all the way from Argentina to do so. I was, as I am now, a poor student in Colorado and a "lucky bum" who finally got a break by love finding him. Currently I study foreign language, ie; Spanish, French, German, Russian, and Latin. As impressively smart as one would assume i'd have to be to study so many languages at once, to the contrary I was terribly stupid where it matters most, which is at romance. In short because of being a total " fat -head" and ingrate, I let her get on a plane out of my life without saying goodbye. Its been over a year.

Since then, my nights have been like torture without her, and each new romantic fling has been as hollow and meaningless as the preceding. The good news is however, that her and I have keep frequent contact via SKYPE.COM video calls.(thank God 4 skype!) She is in the same position as I am, realizing that she too cannot find closure to our love, and therefore we have decided that we want to be together, except forever this time. So I decided to move to Buenos Aires, Argentina indefinitely to be with the only girl for me.

However it is not enough for me to just get a plane ticket and rush over to South America and live happily ever after, I will also need a job, as well as a room or a hostel to stay in while I job hunt. ( Quite frankly, I am not trying to be unemployed,broke, and living in her mother's house in S. America, no thanks!) Therefore I am also hoping to earn/receive enough money to enroll in a program called ITTO or (International Teachers Training Organization) in Guadalajara, Mexico to receive my license to teach English as a second language(TESL) before going to live in Buenos Aires.

Target date you ask? I am trying to get out of here by early september or october of 2011. As it stands I am basically homeless, out of school for vacation, (meaning no financial aid) and have been doing temporary labor jobs which barely keeps me fed on the weekly basis, let alone permit me to save money for the provisions necessary to go on this life altering journey to find the truth of true love.

All together, I estimate with the cost of a round trip ticket to Argentina ( round trip, because non- citizens are not permitted with one way tickets) as well as the cost of the fore mentioned ITTO course and travel to and from Mexico from Colorado, plus the survival money I will need once ( god willing) I arrived in B's A's, I stand in a financial need of about $5,000.00 or slightly more.

I realize there are people with more important matters that can use money, and I truly hope they receive charity just as I would like to. However this is a petition for those who understand what it is like to let the perfect one get away and could do little or nothing about it, like a child who drops their ice cream off the cone and sadly watches as it melts on the side walk. By donating to this cause, you can be the "adult" who walks up to that kid, fumbles in his pocket for some spare change to present that poor kid with a new ice cream that takes the tears from their eyes. She is my ice cream, and I don't want another flavor for my whole life. You can help make this possible, by aiding me with an airline ticket, or even check out the ITTO website and if you feel generous enough and pay the tuition of the program. I am a single mother is a situation I'm sure a lot of people are in. I'm so frusterated and need some help from someone out there a little more fortunate in this world than me. I hate asking for help but I have no one else to turn too. I do not want to stop working, I just need a little help to catch up on bills without working myself sick all the time. I have frequent flare ups and EXTREME fatigue that keeps me out of work often. I work full-time and I do not want to stop working and just sit home, I just can't keep up with so much overtime just to have a few dollars left after bills. I would like to be able to have money to do things with my child while I'm still able to. Social Security will not help me if I'm working and I've even contacted my states senator looking for ideas on where I can go for help. Like I said, I don't want to sit home and not work, I just need a little help. If you could help me in anyway I'd appreciate it so much. I can show you any proof you need to show I truly have this illness. I was diagnosed at 16 years old, only 3 years after watching my dad pass away from this horrible disease. I am now 31 and still holding on, trying to do my best. I can give you any of my bills so you see exactly where your money is going. If I could pay off some bills I would actually be able to keep some money in the bank and not have to live paycheck to paycheck. Even if you could help me with a few months of my rent. I am asking for help to realize my travel dream of finally getting to visit my friend in northern England. She's been to visit me here but I have never gotten to visit her. I am really hoping that someone can help because I have had a nightmare of a year where I had to leave the state where I was living to escape a dangerous family situation and was forced to spend a month living out of my small car before finding a place to stay. I was supposed to go and visit her before that but the money I had saved up for the flight was stolen by the people I was staying with. I am disabled and unable to work so I have scrimped to save the money to get my passport and am having a hard time with the flight. I am planning to travel from April 28, 2011 to May 12, 2011. If there is anyone who would be willing to donate money for me to travel from Lexington, KY to London or if you have an excess of frequent flier miles that you would donate to help me get this so I can get away for a couple weeks I promise to pay it forward as soon as I get my disability approved. I am writing to you on behalf of opening our new not-for-profit “no-kill” animal rescue organization. In greater Savannah, Chatham, Liberty & Effingham Counties

Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate cats and dogs that are on the high kill list for euthanasia, treating their illness if any and placing homeless animals into safe and loving homes, and not toward administrative costs.

Our family and dear friends “Lindsey Mlekush” & Amanda Hein have been donating food, time, medical supplies, under ground fencing, blankets , pillows, tarp everything you can imagine a helpless animal needs to numerous rescues throughout Georgia for quite sometime now. We are always looking for the best way we can help these helpless animals.

After some excited brainstorming we came up with the idea to open our own not for profit rescue. Hence the name “Kandi Boo Rescue” came about.

Please allow me to offer some background into what inspired us to open Kandi Boo Animal Rescue.

We were informed, through corroborated stories of animal rescue volunteers of many unspoken tragedies that were suffered by the less fortunate animals at the local humane society. Notwithstanding the tireless endeavors and good intentions of the animal shelter, the fact remains that these facilities are unable to handle the increasingly heavy caseload of animals that are being rescued, abandoned or
relinquished every month - and unfortunately, the only option that many of these animals face is euthanasia.

After being made aware of the heartbreaking plight of these homeless animals, we feel
committed to do something to assist these no-kill animal rescue organizations, which are committed not only to educating the public about the issues of animal overpopulation, and offering of spay and neuter services to help address this problem, but also to finding foster or permanent homes for homeless animals, in lieu of euthanizing them. Our goal is to help defray some of their ongoing rescue-related costs: e.g., imminent medical care, food, sheltering, and follow-up vet visits (which include prescription costs).

Over the past few weeks, the media has given coverage to the heartbreaking plight of homeless animals – people are abandoning them left and right as they struggle to make ends meet.



The situation has become acute, and although taking measures to help
control the overpopulation of animals is important (through spay & neuter programs), our hearts lie with alleviating some of the current suffering of those animals already born that are unable to help themselves.

As a frequent donor to numerous charitable causes myself, I am sensitive to the fact that during this time of economic recession, it is most important to reach out and lend a hand to those less fortunate than myself, including the animals.
I myself own 4 former rescue dogs, Lindsey owns 2 former rescues and Amanda fosters animals from other No Kill Rescue Centers until they get adopted into their forever home.

Our last former “rescue”, who came to us, a very sweet, but timid guy, who rarely wagged his tail, and was too shy to display much affection. Now – “Sebastian” “referred to as “Mr. Wiggles” by some of his female fans) - is the estate’s ambassador of love, and a huge hit with our guests – especially the children.

It would be wonderful to offer a second chance at happiness to many more of these helpless animals who want nothing more but to be part of a loving home.

And so the dilemma begins.

We lease a 3 bedroom home on a very nice property…however the owner of the property will not give us permission to build kennels for the animals in the high kill facilities. And we are not in a position to buy a home as all of our extra income goes to care for these animals.

That is where you come in, we are graciously asking if you can donate a 3 bedroom mobile home and possibly a spot of land in the greater Savannah, GA area.
Either or is great, but if you could donate both we could get started allot faster in the building process.

After some excited brainstorming we came up with the idea to open our own not for profit rescue. Hence the name “Kandi Boo Rescue” came about.

Please allow me to offer some background into what inspired us to open Kandi Boo Animal Rescue.

We were informed, through corroborated stories of animal rescue volunteers of many unspoken tragedies that were suffered by the less fortunate animals at the local humane society. Notwithstanding the tireless endeavors and good intentions of the animal shelter, the fact remains that these facilities are unable to handle the increasingly heavy caseload of animals that are being rescued, abandoned or
relinquished every month - and unfortunately, the only option that many of these animals face is euthanasia.

After being made aware of the heartbreaking plight of these homeless animals, we feel
committed to do something to assist these no-kill animal rescue organizations, which are committed not only to educating the public about the issues of animal overpopulation, and offering of spay and neuter services to help address this problem, but also to finding foster or permanent homes for homeless animals, in lieu of euthanizing them. Our goal is to help defray some of their ongoing rescue-related costs: e.g., imminent medical care, food, sheltering, and follow-up vet visits (which include prescription costs).

Over the past few weeks, the media has given coverage to the heartbreaking plight of homeless animals – people are abandoning them left and right as they struggle to make ends meet.



The situation has become acute, and although taking measures to help
control the overpopulation of animals is important (through spay & neuter programs), our hearts lie with alleviating some of the current suffering of those animals already born that are unable to help themselves.

As a frequent donor to numerous charitable causes myself, I am sensitive to the fact that during this time of economic recession, it is most important to reach out and lend a hand to those less fortunate than myself, including the animals.
I myself own 4 former rescue dogs, Lindsey owns 2 former rescues and Amanda fosters animals from other No Kill Rescue Centers until they get adopted into their forever home.

Our last former “rescue”, who came to us, a very sweet, but timid guy, who rarely wagged his tail, and was too shy to display much affection. Now – “Sebastian” “referred to as “Mr. Wiggles” by some of his female fans) - is the estate’s ambassador of love, and a huge hit with our guests – especially the children.

It would be wonderful to offer a second chance at happiness to many more of these helpless animals who want nothing more but to be part of a loving home.

And so the dilemma begins.

We lease a 3 bedroom home on a very nice property…however the owner of the property will not give us permission to build kennels for the animals in the high kill facilities. And we are not in a position to buy a home as all of our extra income goes to care for these animals.

That is where you come in, we are graciously asking if you can donate a 3 bedroom mobile home and possibly a spot of land in the greater Savannah, GA area.
Either or is great, but if you could donate both we could get started allot faster in the building process.

After some excited brainstorming we came up with the idea to open our own not for profit rescue. Hence the name “Kandi Boo Rescue” came about.

Please allow me to offer some background into what inspired us to open Kandi Boo Animal Rescue.

We were informed, through corroborated stories of animal rescue volunteers of many unspoken tragedies that were suffered by the less fortunate animals at the local humane society. Notwithstanding the tireless endeavors and good intentions of the animal shelter, the fact remains that these facilities are unable to handle the increasingly heavy caseload of animals that are being rescued, abandoned or
relinquished every month - and unfortunately, the only option that many of these animals face is euthanasia.

After being made aware of the heartbreaking plight of these homeless animals, we feel
committed to do something to assist these no-kill animal rescue organizations, which are committed not only to educating the public about the issues of animal overpopulation, and offering of spay and neuter services to help address this problem, but also to finding foster or permanent homes for homeless animals, in lieu of euthanizing them. Our goal is to help defray some of their ongoing rescue-related costs: e.g., imminent medical care, food, sheltering, and follow-up vet visits (which include prescription costs).

Over the past few weeks, the media has given coverage to the heartbreaking plight of homeless animals – people are abandoning them left and right as they struggle to make ends meet.



The situation has become acute, and although taking measures to help
control the overpopulation of animals is important (through spay & neuter programs), our hearts lie with alleviating some of the current suffering of those animals already born that are unable to help themselves.

As a frequent donor to numerous charitable causes myself, I am sensitive to the fact that during this time of economic recession, it is most important to reach out and lend a hand to those less fortunate than myself, including the animals.
I myself own 4 former rescue dogs, Lindsey owns 2 former rescues and Amanda fosters animals from other No Kill Rescue Centers until they get adopted into their forever home.

Our last former “rescue”, who came to us, a very sweet, but timid guy, who rarely wagged his tail, and was too shy to display much affection. Now – “Sebastian” “referred to as “Mr. Wiggles” by some of his female fans) - is the estate’s ambassador of love, and a huge hit with our guests – especially the children.

It would be wonderful to offer a second chance at happiness to many more of these helpless animals who want nothing more but to be part of a loving home.

And so the dilemma begins.

We lease a 3 bedroom home on a very nice property…however the owner of the property will not give us permission to build kennels for the animals in the high kill facilities. And we are not in a position to buy a home as all of our extra income goes to care for these animals.

That is where you come in, we are graciously asking if you can donate a 3 bedroom mobile home and possibly a spot of land in the greater Savannah, GA area.
Either or is great, but if you could donate both we could get started allot faster in the building process.

Everything we receive is through donations, we don’t ask for cash donations in any way, shape or form. Materials for building the kennels, dog food Veterinarian vouchers for animals that need medical attention so on and so forth.

Notwithstanding the tireless endeavors and good intentions of the animal shelter, the fact remains that these facilities are unable to handle the increasingly heavy caseload of animals that are being rescued, abandoned or
relinquished every month - and unfortunately, the only option that many of these animals face is euthanasia.

After being made aware of the heartbreaking plight of these homeless animals, we feel
committed to do something to assist these no-kill animal rescue organizations, which are committed not only to educating the public about the issues of animal overpopulation, and offering of spay and neuter services to help address this problem, but also to finding foster or permanent homes for homeless animals, in lieu of euthanizing them. Our goal is to help defray some of their ongoing rescue-related costs: e.g., imminent medical care, food, sheltering, and follow-up vet visits (which include prescription costs).

Over the past few weeks, the media has given coverage to the heartbreaking plight of homeless animals – people are abandoning them left and right as they struggle to make ends meet.



The situation has become acute, and although taking measures to help
control the overpopulation of animals is important (through spay & neuter programs), our hearts lie with alleviating some of the current suffering of those animals already born that are unable to help themselves.

As a frequent donor to numerous charitable causes myself, I am sensitive to the fact that during this time of economic recession, it is most important to reach out and lend a hand to those less fortunate than myself, including the animals.
I myself own 4 former rescue dogs, Lindsey owns 2 former rescues and Amanda fosters animals from other No Kill Rescue Centers until they get adopted into their forever home.

Our last former “rescue”, who came to us, a very sweet, but timid guy, who rarely wagged his tail, and was too shy to display much affection. Now – “Sebastian” “referred to as “Mr. Wiggles” by some of his female fans) - is the estate’s ambassador of love, and a huge hit with our guests – especially the children.

It would be wonderful to offer a second chance at happiness to many more of these helpless animals who want nothing more but to be part of a loving home.

And so the dilemma begins.

We lease a 3 bedroom home on a very nice property…however the owner of the property will not give us permission to build kennels for the animals in the high kill facilities. And we are not in a position to buy a home as all of our extra income goes to care for these animals.

That is where you come in, we are graciously asking if you can donate a 3 bedroom mobile home and possibly a spot of land in the greater Savannah, GA area.
Either or is great, but if you could donate both we could get started allot faster in the building process.

Everything we receive is through donations, we don’t ask for cash donations in any way, shape or form. Materials for building the kennels, dog food Veterinarian vouchers for animals that need medical attention so on and so forth.

I am a young evangelist of the Almighty God and a homeless,jobless,and rejected.
I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and personal savior ten years ago and have suffered so atrocities which includes;frequent beating,rejection,homeless,jobless,etc
I have recently discussed room with the land lord and he has asked to pay
US $10,000 before he will give me kays to the room.

We are homeless and living in a car.
We recycle anything with the CA CRV on the container.
(Aluminum cans, plastic bottles, ALL glass bottles, etc.)
We also recycle wine and hard liquor bottles.
We can come pick up whatever recycling you want out of your way.

We wouldn't be posting this if there were enough recycling in our area to go around. There are so many homeless collecting the recycling from the trash cans in the park we frequent during the day that there isn't much of anything in any of the trash cans we check every few hours. When we first ended up in this situation we collected plenty of recycling. Not too many people were in the park. Now there's about five times the amount of homeless people collecting from the trash cans. Not to mention all the people that are not even homeless who come and collect recycling.
