I could insert a sad story to go along with this, but the truth is we bit off more than we could chew, and are now paying the price. finally it's not so easy... i don't know if there is a "specific way" to express those things in a better way. i can say only what happens and i hope you will understand the situation.
we run a family business and we work for it really hard from very first in the morning until late in the evening. we have two babies and all our effort was made to grow our them in a better way and provide them something for their future. So, we have considered as a good idea to have a further help from a partner, so to expand our business and have an extra help from someone that would care the same as we do. in this way, we could have also more time with our kids, something really important for us.
