trying to stay a float but the waters keep rushing in. Need money to pay outstanding mortgage due to loss of income. Been struggling for 7 years but with your help I know I can get back on my feet. Trying to stay out of forclosure and need your help to do it. Please help me with what ever you can I need to raise over 30,000 to cover lawyer fees and failed loan modifications please help me no amount is too little.

Ok, we have ended up here. I am a wife and amother of 2. My husband had to leave his job in 2008 due to physical restraints a surgery put on his back. I had to start taking care of my mom, who was diagnosed with alzheimers. His pay was cut in half from his previous job. I lost my part time job due to being avaliable for my mom. We need $18000.00 to save our home. I have contacted the bank and they want us to sale our home or give it to foreclosure. We are back on track now. I am working two part-time jobs, my husband has moved up in the company. His wages are back to where they were before. We asked to make 2 or 3 payments amonth to recover the arrears, but they say no!So now we have to come up with $18000. Our parents are all gone now. We only have our little family of four. With our home in forclosure, we cannot get a loan to cover the money. So if you can help please do. Our parents are buried in the graveyard of the church that ajoins our property! Im a single mom with 2 children going through a divorce. I walked away with my children, van and what little bit of self esteem i had left. I left him everything.He sold the house and all the property and has not shared any of the profits. We are Living in an apartment now sence Oct 2011 and the bank will do final forclosure on march 24th. I need a home to live in for my children. I would have the funds to do it if he would have fallowed the judges rules but instead he has a life time to reimburse me for my half. There is a small house in our little town that cost $25,000 if i could please get some help buying it. Everthing is very appreciated. Thank you all.

My family desperatly needs some financial help. We thought our first home would be our dream home, turns out its falling apart and now we are falling behind on our payments and they are threating forclosure. I am not asking for much just enough to get out of this rut and every lil bit would help. We have two small children and both work like crazy and still cant make it. I am 54 years old and having a very hard time with living. My husband has been out of work for the last 2 years and has had two heart attacks as well. We have a house which is in the process of forclosure. I can't afford our bills they have cut off our electricty and water - which it makes it really hard to live. I became disabled just 2 1/2 years ago. Up until that time, I was a full time teacher in the public schools. I can no longer work full time. Right after becoming disabled and loosing my full time job, I fell behind on my mortgage.

Desperate to save my home, I hired a law firm who promised to get me a home loan modification. Well, a year and 10 months after that, nothing had happened. So, I hired another lawyer in Feb 2011. I just found out last week that he only contacted my bank TWICE in the past 11 moonths. Now my bank says I'm no longer eligible for a home loan modification and that forclosure proceedings would continue.

I have no family and very few social connections because of my disability. Because of the scamming law firms, I have no savings to even put a security deposit on a rental.

My dream, wish, hope is that someone will pay off my bank and let me pay you with interest!

If that never happens, I will soon be in desperate need of help in relocating. I am unable to pack and move myself and know no one who will help. I also need to put a security deposit on a rental

Even after moving, the trouble has just begun. The bank was supposed to modify my payments to be between $400 and $500 a month for my 1000 square foot condo. A rental with comparable space and a place for my pup to poddy starts at $800 a month. Over 50% of my income!

I'm definitely embarrassed to even need to ask for help. I have no other options at this point. Any help at all would be GREATLY appreciated!

Our extended family has a 9 yr old member who has watched his mom and dad get a divorce this year.

He watched his home go into the forclosure process, his father ended up in a VA psych ward due to alcoholism,untreated mental health problems, which led to a suicide attempt.

He has a learning disability and adhd on top of all that. All these things happened in 2011.

Hi I find my self in hard times and need some cash to get My family back on our feet.
there are 5 of us and only 2 incomes 1 a disability check and the other a Military retirment check. We have fallen behind on our property payments and it is set for forclosure on the 6th of december. The trailor we are living in has a leaky roof and the power on one end shorted out. now we have extetion cords run to that end so there is light in the bedrooms.
If we could get $3,000. we can pay the intrest up to date and the next payment would be due in January. Any money over that we could try to have someone fix the house and buy food.
the youngest person in our home is 8 and still believes in Santa. Will someone please be My Santa and come to oue rescue?

We are living in a house that is in forclosure, and sold from under us while we are still living here. We recieved a letter saying they want us to move, we don't have anywhere to go and we have small children including a 6 week old baby. Please help so we can find another home to move into before we are thrown to the streets.

We have had many financial issues these past 2 years. We went into forclosure and the house was going to be gone, we were able to save it with the help of friends and family. Our property taxes are now due and if we dont come up with $4000 dollars in 2 weeks we will lose the house and the property. 6 months ago I lost my 2nd leg to severe diabetics and charcot syndrom.I lost the first leg 2 yrs ago.Since I lost my leg The doctors found a small growth on the small remain bone just below my nknee I am a below the knee amputee.It turned out to be cancer I amunder chemo and it is showing promise.In the mean time Social Security disabilty decided to relook and my case the told me they got a reort on my SS# that I have been working.There is no way with my health.I have taken to them everything they have asked for but those wheels turn slowly.I have had no income for 4 months and any little bit I did save is gone I am aboutto go into forclosure and to add to the matter myt Van broke down and needs $900.00 worth of work. I don,t expect anything to come of this, but I was deployed to iraq in 09-10, got divorce after wife spent EVERY penny i recieved from my deployment. My mortgage was protected for a year after i got back (SCRA), but that time has run out. I currently am behind $7000 on my mortgage, have tried every loan modification, but i dont "qualify". I have been on unemployment since i got back from iraq, i did save $3000, which i was holding in case i had to file chapt 13 bankruptcy if they started forclosure, but i just had to take my truck in for a transmission rebuild, so there goes that. I am planning to volunteer to go to afghanistan this june, just for the money, but i think the bank will be able to take my house before then. I CAN make my normal monthley payment($500) but i just cant come up with the $7000 im behind. I lost my home to forclosure and am in chapter 13 bankruptcy paying $800 a month for the next 6 years. Now my wife is leaving me and taking our wonderful 10 yr old son with her. I need money for divorce and to keep my son. Shes had a Facebook boyfriend thats paying for her divorce cost.Im losing my entire life and i cant do anything about it without help plz i love my son dearly.

In this economy, my husband was laid off of the job he thought he would retire from. That was last year.He had been working for that company for ten years. Hi...I have always prided myself in being able to take care of my family...Some recent unfortunate circumstances have led me here...

My father was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer at the end of March and passed away early June...He left a huge amount of debt and a house in forclosure...I live in another state and when he passed I spent my savings on trips to NY to help my mother with the funersl arrangements and take care of her...During that time, my brother and I found out that our mother had been cheating on our father for over a year and using his money to help fund her boyfriends cab company...When we confronted her she basically told us she wanted nothing more to do with us and that she only acted like our mother to please our father to get his pension money..She told us we were dead to her now and she never really loved us anyway...Since then my brother has been sent to Afghanistan again and I'm left trying to recover my losses...I'm trying hard to get back to where I was financially but it's not happening fast enough...I have sold and pawned almost all of my valuables to keep gas in my car so that I'm able to work and keep food on the table for the kids...I even pawned my wedding ring which really hurts me and I'm having trouble getting it back...I have $38 in my back account until next paycheck after paying all of my utilities...

I honestly am not asking for a handout...Just a little help to get my wedding ring back and continue to keep food on the table for the kids and continue being able to get to work...I am an honest dependable hardworking mother who just needs a little help to get through the next few months...

My mother recently lost her job as a nurse, and is facing yet another forclosure. I have helped as much as I possibly can, but it is not enough.
