I have tried and tried I no longer know what to do. I received sun burns on both arms and had tried to protect us. I am going through major heat stroke and trying to care for my family. Please help! This is a broken down list of what I need help with.

My kid brother is a 29 year old who is dieing from End Stage Kidney Decease. His Dr said the following:
that he is terminal, he needs help and I need help to provide for him as he has no income and can not work. He has been staying with me since just before Christmas(about three months after he was diagnosed), He spends most of his day dealing with hospitals and the nights going to dialysis treatments then back home. he is applying for SSI and SSD but still no word as of yet. In the mean time I need help to purchase the medical equipment his doctors have required him to have at home, also we need clothing for him as the last 3 clothing banks I have gone to near our home have had nothing his size. His diet is a dialectic renal diet and I can no longer afford to provide foods that meet it's stringent standards with out help. He dose not qualify for pre-SSI as he has no children. We have tried everything and now must resort to begging for help. We need a bed, bedding, a Fridge, clothing, activities(Batman themed), food, a new kidney would be nice. The list goes on, Please help If you can I can provide letters from his DR as proof.
This has put a strain on all of us both physically and emotionally But I love my kid brother our parents are dead so we have no one to turn to.

I live with my fiancee and two dogs. Currently I am the only one working because he lost his job it is so hard to get a job in this economy. i only work part-time and get minimum wage. After getting gas and paying bills there is no money left over in my paycheck so the past few months we've been eating ramen noodles and cheap foods. My husband moved out a year ago after a bout of depression, stating "I love you thats why I cant stand to stay here n watch you die like this!" And it is true anyone who has watched a loved one waste away before thier eyes can tell you it eats your soul. In a way I cant blame him. I have hopes we will someday get our family back together. Untill then I am in this alone, and now find my self here asking you for help.
I have several cronic illnesses. Including scoliosis:Scoliosis is a sideways curvature of the spine that occurs most often during the growth spurt just before puberty. While scoliosis can be caused by conditions such as cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy, the cause of most scoliosis is unknown. My scoliosis curve got worse, the spine rotated and twisted, in addition to curving side to side. This caused the ribs on one side of the body to stick out farther than on the other side. Severe scoliosis can caused back pain and difficulty breathing. In my case In severe scoliosis, the rib cage may press against the lungs and heart, making it more difficult to breathe and harder for the heart to pump.I also experience harsh neurological affects of Muscle weakness, Numbness and Abnormal reflexes. To save my life I had to have surgery.
Surgery involves correcting the curve (although not all the way) and fusing the bones in the curve together. The surgeon lays bone grafts across the exposed surface of each vertebra. These grafts will regenerate, grow into the bone, and fuse the vertebrae together. The bones are held in place with one or two metal rods held down with hooks and screws, helping to support the fusion of the vertebrae.I went through all this at age 13. But now with the onset of sevral more cronic illness complication from the surgery that once saved my life now slowly kill me.
Years later I began getting sicker and sicker by the time I was 20 my spine was degenerating causing horrible pain, I had to have my appendix removed, then gallblader went bad. We never dreamed these all had a common factor. Doctors just shook their head proclaiming :you are just so young for your body to be failing like this". Eventually it was discovered I have Lupus and severe arthritus. Lupus is an autoimmune disease, meaning that the body' s immune system mistakenly attacks healthy organs and tissue. Lupus can affect any part of the body, causing inflammation and damage in joints, skin, kidneys, heart, lungs, blood vessels, or the brain. More than 90% of people with lupus have skin rashes, often triggered by exposure to the sun, and about half have kidney and lung problems. Because lupus affects the joints, it is considered a rheumatic (arthritis) disease.
Upon this discovery things began to make sense. So doctors now knowing why began a body wide check up to see what all has been affected. One test was A bone mineral density (BMD) test measures how much calcium and other types of minerals are present in a section of your bone. Your health care provider uses this test, along with other risk factors, to predict your risk of bone fractures in the future and detect osteoporosis. Bone fracture risk is highest in people with osteoporosis. They found I indeed had osteoporosis at the age of 22. SO now My bones are weaking causing damage areas all over my body, but the most serious being in my spine. Now comes the arthritis/lupus, they see these damaged areas and my own imune system attacks. Eating at the damaged areas creating even more damage, which increases the area the lupus attacks. It is a vicious circle. I have now been treated with medication over 10 yrs. But they can only slow the illness there is no cure, and dure to my scoliosis and the metal rods in my back surgical treatment options are very limited.
The damage is so severe I was decared legally disabled by the age of 23. My only income is SSI. I have to support my children and I on 658.00 a month. Thank God the court issued my ex to pay my rent in lue of child support. I am asking for help to cover upcoming medical bills. In the last 14 months I have had 5 seperate kidney surgery. My right kidney is damaged and I will soon be having a 6th surgery. This one to remove damaged section of the tube that leads from the kidney to bladder. then they will reattach at a higher section of bladder. I will aslo be having several Jaw surgeries. Due to exposure to radiation, osteoperosis a excessive vomiting of stomache acid my teeth are breaking and falling out. The doctor needs to repair what they can and put in inplants for what they cant. This will slow the degineration of my jaw. Without this treatment my jaw is going to cave in. Currently I am only able to eat mushy foods. I have drastically lost weight and my body is stuggling to heal due to the stress, pain and infection. So I hunbly beg of you to help me 1.00 or 50.00 anything would help. These procedures will not only improve my quality of life but aslo help extend my time here on earth just a little ehile longer. I just want to be with my kids as long as I can.Whith each dollar you donate its like adding an hour to my life.....What would you give for a few more hours with the ones you love?

My son was recently accepted into a special needs private school. This school will help him where his public school has not been able to. It will give him a chance to learn and to get a better at the frustration he feels when he is unable to understand an assignment. He is also a severe asthmatic, who has been to the emergency room over 20 times in his young life. He is only 9. He is also allergic to dairy, eggs, wheat, beef , seafood,nuts and several other foods.

Due to his asthma and food allergies, I am also a young single mother and money is restricted. He thankfully received a partial scholarship to the school, but I am having trouble coming up with a portion of the remainder. I would appreciate any help from anyone out there. I need to come of with $10,000.

Well. Like many on here, I have to swallow my pride because I'm suffering and can't make ends meat. Back in December. I learned I had a leak on my pipes. When I rcd a $498 water bill, needless to say I was shocked. I work only part-time at a school helping special need kids and have one at home myself. They cut back my hours. there looking for ways to cur back schools budget. I was sacraficed. I get about 250 every 2 weeks. One month I will pay electric then next another. I'm always behind. My son has pdd Nos and is a joy but he suffers cause I. Can't take him anywhere or feed him foods he likes due to our low income. I have to pick him up every other Sundays 2 nhour drive from his fathers so food gets pasted so u can get my child. Oh I can't afford car insurance. I don't know what else to for. I would like to pay off KY divorce lawyer and get insurance and braces fir Michael and get rid of my bills. Water iou. $498. Rent $500. Lawyer. $2,000. I.surance. approximately 50 per month. Braces and dental for me: 10,000 which is asking a lot. Better smile to move on with my life would help me and my child. God bless good people who care and want to help. I have worked all my life and never asked for any help. I raised three children and never got food stamps, medicaid, etc. I am now physically unable to continue to work due to health issues. I know I am near the point of being terminated as I have to take medications that cause me to "nod" off or keep me in a fog. If I don't take the meds then the pain is unbearable. I owe $38,000 on a little house I bought. I was homeless for 2 1/2 years due to a layoff and I lost everything including my home. I don't have family or friends to help me. I am 60 years old and started working when I was 10. Lazy is not a part of my makeup. I don't know how long it will take to get SSD approval and I am scared to be homeless again. I don't have any savings or other resources to fall back on. I live on only the necessary requirements (no phone, no cable, no expensive foods, etc). I am missing too much work but the lawyer says I have to be totally off work before applying for SSD. I don't know how I can pay bills, not lose the home, etc if I am not working at all. I just need some help not to lose the house (it is not much but it is a home). The house will get me through as long as I will need it. I am just terrified of being homeless again. I have COPD, excessive narrowing of the spine, degenerative disk that are rapidly becoming worse (more than normal for my age), lose my balance, can't stand up straight, can't sit for long period of time, can't stand more than three minutes, neurological disorder that is causing me to "lose time" (can't find the answer to that one), need to stop driving as I don't know what happens during the losing time periods, episodes of slurred speach, numbness in my arms, hands, legs and feet. This is humiliating as I have always paid my own way and now I am facing this at my age. I need help and have nobody to turn to. I don't know if I wrote this correctly, begging is not an easy task. If there are people out there that really do help others in need then please read this with the understanding of what it is like to be alone in the world, facing being homeless again at my age. I need help with the house, utilities and just survival needs until I can get the SSD going. Thank you for your time.

Hi, my name is Cassia and I am a first year University student in Ontario. I am seeking some financial help, to assist me in paying my post-secondary tuition fees. I am currently working two part time jobs to support my rent and phone bills, but I have not been able to set aside very much money for my tuition ($10,000), seeing as rent is very expensive in this city.

I go to school out of town because it was one of the only three universities that offered my program (Foods and Nutrition). My father is retired and my mother works part time since he retired. They do not have enough money to help me out, even though they have offered me assistance in the past. I know that they would go broke if they tried helping to pay my tuition, and I would not want to put them in such a position.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated, and would help me out tremendously!!

I am without a job right now and it is very hard for my husband to pay the bills and reach for foods ,i been looking for work be nothing yet.
and for my family they are living in jamaica and can hardly find foods to eat and pay for there land that they are about to lose and live on the street.my aunt dont have a job or my grandparent is to old and my uncle sells a few things sometime to live but it don't reach.I would like to help with the land for they dont go on the street and with some foods but myself need help.
