Last year I worked for a corporation where I experienced a series of gender discrimination, harassment because of my gender, intentionally subjected to a hostile work environment, improperly disiciplibed, ridiculed, humiliated within the presence of my colleagues, then terminated.
I filed with the SDHR/ EEOC, it appears that I will need to proceed to Federal Court. This is my last chance to seek justice. I am afraid of my case being dismissed off of a small legal tech.
I have spoken to many lawyers who are willing to take my case, but want 10,000 to start. I do not have that kind of money. I am only receiving unemployment at the moment.
I have called free legal sites, firms, and program, but I need an employment lawyer.

But i havent had a perfect life, infact far from it ill give you a life story in five points.

Mum was a victim of attempted murder and younger brother murded in the process -1999
move to my 8th council house - 2003
mums a victim of domestic abuse again - 2006

finish school and go to college since then ive been trying to make something of my self not that i hate my family but i have dreams (and who says dreams cant come true hey) i work hard i went college for 3 years 20 hours a week getting up at 7 am college untill 5pm then work at 5:30pm untill 1 am and now i work in a law firm. (not bad considering the past events)

but i really want to make something big of myself so i have made my own vodka but i cant get to any other stage wuithout the finance i have had 2 mid-major firms interested providing i can produce it on a large scale and make it a bit more healthy i really need the funds and i really think its my break in life so please anything you can donate i will appreciate so much

I became disabled just 2 1/2 years ago. Up until that time, I was a full time teacher in the public schools. I can no longer work full time. Right after becoming disabled and loosing my full time job, I fell behind on my mortgage.

Desperate to save my home, I hired a law firm who promised to get me a home loan modification. Well, a year and 10 months after that, nothing had happened. So, I hired another lawyer in Feb 2011. I just found out last week that he only contacted my bank TWICE in the past 11 moonths. Now my bank says I'm no longer eligible for a home loan modification and that forclosure proceedings would continue.

I have no family and very few social connections because of my disability. Because of the scamming law firms, I have no savings to even put a security deposit on a rental.

My dream, wish, hope is that someone will pay off my bank and let me pay you with interest!

If that never happens, I will soon be in desperate need of help in relocating. I am unable to pack and move myself and know no one who will help. I also need to put a security deposit on a rental

Even after moving, the trouble has just begun. The bank was supposed to modify my payments to be between $400 and $500 a month for my 1000 square foot condo. A rental with comparable space and a place for my pup to poddy starts at $800 a month. Over 50% of my income!

I have been a struggling entreprenuer since the early 90's. While I was a law enforcement officer full time.I have owned a cleaning services in nyc for a few years that I lost trying to help others that only cared about themselves. I Lost alot of money and all my cleaning contracts with the applebees restaurants. Then in 2007 I left my cop job to work for myself full time instead. I opened a partnership business as a financial consultant. The economy killed that business. My lenders and investment firms just stopped lending money. As you can see I have been trying to acheive financial freedom for well over a decade. And I am still determined to do just that. I am now fixing to get into a business that I should have gotten involved with back in the 90's. It's definitely recession proof! I want to provide for my family the way a REAL man should. And I know that I can do it again with this security business! But I need money to get it going. I am going to need about $500,000.00. I am currently residing in Maryland. On 06.25 I lost my seat at a design firm becausethe son of the firms president graduated and could not find a job, so I was cast off. Making things worse, I was denied unemployment benefits from DC because my 1st day of work at the firm was 10.01 and as such, did not earn income in two consecutive quarters in 2009, making me inelligible of unemployment insurance benefits.

Move forward to 07.27 where my divorce is finalized and I am cleaned out. It just so happens on the same day in another room of the courthouse, the foreclosure sale of my home is ratified.

Last week I decided that the job market in disrepair holds no clear or positive future for me and that it would be best to move back to my hometown to start over.

However, with no job, no unemployment benefits... well nothing. I need help. I need to raise the cash necessary to pay for a truck, tolls, and fuel for an 800mi sojourn.
