I am a 43 year old woman who is married to a 43 year old man. We both moved to Miami Florida and thought that our lives were about to become better. I went to school for cosmetology, and my husband found a great job in Customer Service with the Visa company. Now one and a half years later we are about to lose everything we have tried to work so hard for. I have finished school and I have obtained my cosmetology license. And I have searched for a job ever since. Unfortunately for me I have found out that Miami is a city where you cannot find a decent place to work without speaking spanish, and that most places they speak only spanish so i cannot find a job yet. My husband just lost his job last month and now we are behind in all of our bills. Our rental agreement states that we can be evicted after the 10th of the month if rent is not paid and we are now going on the second month because my landlord has seen that we have always been good with paying rent. But noone can live for free and now she has told us that if we do not pay rent this week she will have to evict. If there is anything anyone can do to help even 5 dollars we would greatly appreciate it.

Recently, I was kicked out of my parents house and dropped as a dependent. This means I lost all of my insurance to go along with it. I take many medications per day, including meds for migraines, fibromyalgia, bipolar and panic disorder, insomnia. However, the most important reasons I need my meds are for my endometriosis. I was diagnosed at 17 when I had surgery due to the severe pain I had been going through for years, and the doctor's comments were that my case was the worst he had ever seen - especially in someone so young. My most recent doctor acknowledged that I would need to have a historectomy early due to the endo. He also stated that I would need to conceive soon to ensure that I could get pregnant at all. I have been on Depo Lupron for a while but have not finished my treatment to clear up my endo. Now I do not have the money to receive the shots. I'm really hoping I will be able to conceive...

Me and my husband were doing great he just got a new job and i was almost finished school. Well i still waiting to finish school and my husband lost his job and we are about to be on the street and neither one of us have ever lived on the street. we have asked my family but no one will help us. i have been trying to find a night shift job. but we are now down to the wire we cant pay our rent our car payment or insurance and we are about to be on the street. Now my husband just got a job but it still not going to be enough to afford our bills i have tried from unemployment but dont think i will get it because i voulenteerly left my job back in feb to finish school trying to be a medical assistant, but if we lose our apartment and our car i wont be able to get to my school or my site for my externship and we dont have the money to do anything please can someone help us

I have a sister who wishes to study law in Netherlands. I got a place for her and I now wish to raise money to pay her fees. I was hoping to secure funding for her first two years of education for tuition and for accommodation and afterwards I would have finished my own degree and I believe I would be financially sound to pay for her.

on march 9 of 2010 i was injured in an automotive accident involving a drunk driver, i now live on ssi. i was building a model airplane with my son that has had to stop because i'm no longer able to purchase the parts that i need from what i recieve from ssi. the thing's that i really need can be found and purchased on common internet sites. from tower hobbies i need futaba servos and accesories to go with them, from amr-rc i need a moki 250 7 cylinder motor with the fuel pump, from century jet models i need the landing gear and accesories for the 120" f4u corsair. my son and i were building this model prior to the accident and he wants badly to get it finished he is only 11 years old. and the accident has taken away my ability to be able to earn the money needed to purchase the items needed to continue the construction of it. any help i recieve is greatly appreciated.

My father was diagnosed with Lung Canger, Stage Four a month ago. He worked all of his life to support his family and has always helped others out. Two months ago he thought he had a pnemonia and called his doctor to set up an appointment. She failed to find an infection and refered him to get further testing. The test results came back that he in fact has lung cancer and it has spread to his brain, liver, and lymph nodes. The cancer also caused extra fluid to accumulate around his heart which they drained. He just finished his first round of radiation treatment and is undergoing Chemotherapy twice a month. The doctors gave my father a prognosis of 18 months.
My parents have a mortgage and many of bills that are currently falling behind due to my father being unable to work. He was approved for Social Security Benifits but there is a 5 month waiting period with no exceptions and therefore he needs to wait until September to see his first check. I tried everything I could to see if there was an exception and the Social Security office told me that I would have to talk to my Senator. I plan on writing to him regarding this, but I know it will take a while before I hear back from any of them. Seeing my 56 year old father in such agonizing pain is hard enough, seeing my mother in a constant state of depression is extremly hard and trying to come up with plans to get fincancial help for my father seem to all be for nothing because he got not qualify for financial help due to my mothers pay. They dont put into consideration that they have a mortgage and a vehicle to pay for and with all of the doctors bills and presciption costs; they do not have enough money.
I am looking for any help that I can get. Any donated money would go directly to my father for his bills and mortgage payment. It would also go to presciptions and doctors visits so that he can continue to get good care. I have tried so many ways to find a solution to his financial problems and this is my last hope. This will save him a lot of additional stress. If there is any money that anyone could donate, it would be greatly appreciated.
We also do not know how we would come up with finneral expenses and such when the time comes. Any donations will not be used unless it is for my fathers healthcare, bills or for his funneral costs when the time comes. Thank you for your time and have a nice day.

I am currently an unemployed veteran who just finished 2 years of college and broke., I managed to make it through using the GI bill but now i must pay 3,000.00 for my last year. Currently i have applied for work at alot of different jobs, and nothing seems to prosper for me at the moment. Ok so I have never done this before and feel bad for asking about money but I am in desperate need for help. My rent($600) is due on the 3rd of the month and I cannot pay it at this time due to the crappy economy. I have been looking for a job and have had multiple interviews but no luck getting hired.

I recently finished school for Medical Assistant and love my work, but it seems everyone else in the field are more qualifed than I am. The only reason I am doing this is because of my son, we live in a great place and I would like to stay here and really have no other place to go. I have a very small family and my mother would of helped me but she passed away 2 years ago from a long battle with ovarian cancer.

Eight years ago, my wife was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Disease, a thyroid condition that really wears her down. She had to stop working as she could not make it through an 8-hour day. We had insurance coverage until last October when I lost my job. We have exhausted our resources. She finished the last of her medication in March and cannot get refills until she has the thyroid lab tests done and reviewed by a doctor. The tests are very expensive ($600-$800) and to maintain her medication will be another $100-$200 a month. If you can help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

My fiance and I have been through it all in the last year and a half. We met almost two years ago, and it was love at first sight. We had found our other halves. We were both in the process of divorce, and knew we had a long road ahead of us. Little did we know, it was going to get much worse. After his awful settlement, in which he lost the fight for his kids, he was then wrongfully terminated from his job last September. While all of this was going on, I was battling ovarian cysts and the uncertainty of my health. We have wanted nothing more than to celebrate a new beginning with our families, but have been struggling to make the bills, while balancing each of our 4 children. We have almost finished planning a small wedding and are going to have to cancel it, if we cannot find help with the reception and the photographer. We already had to cancel the honeymoon, and lost a $700 deposit on that. Everything else is paid for, and would all be a loss, should we need to cancel. Our children, our families, our friends, want nothing more than to see us start our new life together the right way. I have found my happily ever after, but unfortunately we don't all come from kingdoms far, far away. We are looking at a donation of $8,000 for help with the costs. I am a single nurse ready to go back to get my Family Nurse Practitioner Degree. The only problem is that I used up all my financial aid and Pell money when I was in school the first time and I only have enough to go to school and live for one semester and I need to go 4 semesters to get my degree. Before I will begin my letter I will first introduce myself. My name is Mike, I am 16 years old and from the Netherlands, if you are a millionaire or just someone that can afford it to give away money I encourage you to continue reading. I know it already sounds it will be like a ''begging letter''. And yes it kinda will be like that. There are people that will need money more than I am, but I am bold enough to ask for it. The U.S. census bureau estimates the world population passed 7 billion on March 12, 2012. There is no doubt possible that there are some very kind persons that awards this to other people. I would like to have a starting capital, so I don't have to work that hard anymore to achieve things. Life is just about working hard so after some time if you have saved some money you can do or buy that one thing you would like to have. You just live life once, and I think you should just live it up as you wanted to. But unfortunately you can't because there are to many rules in the way and don't forget about the money you will need to do this. Fortunately I am doing a good study, so I hope this will lead me to a good job in the future. I already said I would like to have a starting capital. I am working as a postman now, but that will just edify this starting capital a little bit. My parents are both working, but they haven't the ''best'' job either. My dad has his own construction business, but he is just working on his own he has no staff. All the money that he earns goes straight to a house that he must rebuild. He wanted to do buy houses and rent them immediately. This went well just a couple of times. But 10 years ago he did put his money in a wrong house what's even nice to say. And it still isn't finished yet. The walls and roof are there but on the inside is a lot to do. If there would be some money that will be donated, I will certainly give something to my father. I would like to start this buy and rent a house progress too, if everything goes well you can earn some nice extra money with it. My mother schedule dates at a rating agency, she is working 3 days a week, to sustain us and do the payments for the house. My wife finished med school 10 years ago. since then we have been trying everything to get out from under the coast of school. And we are able to pay the bills but we would love to be able to use the money to give to other charities.instead of the banks. So if we were able to get rid of the remaining $70,000 of debt (half of the original debt) we would be able to donate $10,000 more a year from now until she retires in about 20 years = 200,000 thank you and everything helps

I have always been starting from the beginning and optimistic trying to accomplish something in this country (CROATIA), regardless of that this system is pushing me at the bottom literally in all the ways. I have fought bravely and honestly, until I found myself in a situation that I am no longer alone and need to provide life to my daughter. After divorce from a violent husband who left us on the street without a cent I’ve lost everything I had no incentives to pay kindergarten and school, schoolbooks, etc. I came into a situation that I must either pay the bills or school and credit. I enrolled and studied computer science for 4.5 years, but for financial reasons I have never finished it though for the end I have to pass few exams. I was hopeing to get a better job for myself and bigger salary. I have been working 2 jobs for 18 years and but I can’t pay my bills and food . My girl is only 9 years but she’s the one of the best in her class, she’s singing, danceing, acting and have a lot of success in all of that. But she has a problem with her violent father. He took her on 20.08.2011. on a vacation that turned into horror. He drinks, beats her and threatens her not to say that she wants to go home. I don’t have anybody to ask to help me in this. However, we do not have funds nor for lawyers nor for such ventures. I am considering about that the daughter and I move to another city and start life all over again, but unfortunately, for that funds are also needed. Please believe that even the smallest donation would help us begin the fight with a windmill and provided us with a small chance and hope that following years we will be able to live normally. I want to continue working and fighting, and with my own hands keep feeding this little family consisting of my daughter and me. However, I cannot begin without funds and in debts. We in Croatia as single parents, that is legal representatives of a child after divorce, have no financial aids, donations or grants, except the child allowance, which is approximately 26 Euros per month. I do not want to complain or write letters of 10 pages, and believe me I have printed them in hundreds (about that I am writing my first book - "Our million beginnings"). I am writing only out of fear for my child and the fact that I am aware that I must take her away from the father abuser as soon as possible. Honestly, I do not expect anything but I must try on, one way or another, to realize for my child a better life. Thank you in advance.
