My family is on our way out of our apartment. My boyfriend has been unemployed for 2 years, depleted his unemployment account, and I now work 7 days a week and still only get 30 hours in. We are making no money, have 3 kids, one of which has a 9th birthday this month with no chance of getting a present. My bills are going unpaid which means eventually the electricity will be shut off as well as internet and then of course the rent. If someone out there in my area would just hire my boyfriend real soon we might stand a chance. I don't want to be on the streets with my kids and pets. I am just asking for temporary help or a job for my boyfriend. No one in my family has drug or alcohol issues. We are good people experiencing a streak of bad luck. I'm from Mississippi, went to Oklahoma last year to see my mum, sistera, uncle.. started helping out an old friend/employer & one evening while fixing the boss' dad's computer for free, met a girl, love at first sight. Then, my parents got me to come back to MS to try out a job. I got the job, very enjoyable, $10/hr, but couldn't forget the girl, she was going crazy thinking I was ignoring her online, I was working & didn't check my messages frequently enough. So I missed her, she missed me.. I came back to OK the day after my birthday & we started our relationship. Everything was perfect. Then, she started losing it, getting stressed for no apparent reason. It turned out the boss had been feeding her meth.(this was oklahoma, after all) so we move out to be happy together, all december we just spent the money I had accumulated working in MS, then stayed in bed together until about New Years, when the boss came around.. we went to casino with her and started working for the ol' boss again, because my job search attempts during December had been fruitless without a vehicle or $ for transportation. So, living with the boss again, problems/drama came back around, my girlfriend would occasionally disappear for 3 days with no communication. I would worry about her, couldn't sleep, worrying/wondering.. we took off to Kansas to get away from the meth-heads. left everything behind, just took a few clothes & ewch other. Everything was perfect.. then my girlfriends aunt started feeding her lies and meth. Effin' meth. girls really get hooked on the stuff. so my first Valentines day was ruined because my girlfriends aunt fed her drugs and lies (i must be a cop because i wont smoke meth with them) and made her think she hates me. She also broke my phone in half and physically assaulted me, but I don't hit females, no matter how obnoxious.. I went back to Oklahoma to work with the boss. this was okay for awhile, but being depressed and lonely, having nothing else to livs for, i stuck with it, no matter how stressful. I was working(for weak pay, but i had free use of vehicles and a place to stay, this was Meth City, Oklahoma, after all - I was the only licensed, insured driver & trustworthy worker they had. I was hoping to accumulate enough funds to take a trip to KS and rescue her from corruption, or at least get her an android to keep in touch, but that never happens when the boss pays you then borrows it back. eventually, the boss' husband went crazy, thought everybody was supplying his wife drugs, or having sex with her, neither of which was I doing, but he kicked everyone out except his nephew, which turned out to be who the one who had sexted his wife from my phone. They were having a relationship, aunt & nephew, which disgusts me.. Anyway, I w(as kicked out as well, my grandparents wanted me to come to Florida to help, meanwhile, my ex comes back from KS with a boyfriend, i get a greyhound ticket to FL.. then the ex kicks her new bf back to KS, comes over needing a place to sleep & get away from meth. I give her uninterrupted sleep, feed her, etc.. and pretty soon we are together again. Nobody helps me get her a ticket to FL for what happened in KS, and before long, matching tickets are sold out. After a hellish, lonely journey in Greyhound, I end up in what seems like paradise, lonely, depressed. My girlfriend wants to get out of Meth City, and I've been trying to make the money with no luck. its been about a week now. My GF texted me how she is heartbroken and wants me to get her out of there. I need to fly her to Jacksonville airport, get her a ride to the nearest airport, and feed her, and I think it can all be accomplished for about $400. I do have intentions of repaying anyone that helps, once I start making money out here. All i need is about $400 to get her out of that drug infested town and out here to the country where she will be away from it all, distracted by lizards, squirrels, bunnies, etc. This girl means the world to me, she's had a rough life, and I want to make her life better like it should be. $400 will get her here to FL with me and I can take over from there, and when I repay, it will be more than was originally contributed, as it should be. this is "begslist" so: Pleeeeeeeease?

I am desperately seeking some kind of financial help for my son. He is a senior in college and he/we have exausted all means to pay for his last semester. when he first started in 2008, we tried to pay for his tuition but it was taking everything we had. Eventually i filed for bankruptcy which entitled him to get more financial aid money. Now in 2012 he has one more semester to go which will include his internship and one class. We found out that he is not entitled to anymore student loans under a bachelor's degree program. He is not eligible for Pell because our income is just a little over the alloted amount. We have exausted all other means. He needs $2800 to pay for his last semester. The money needs to be paid by May 21,2012. I am trying everything possible to get this money. We were depending on some funds from a WIA program but found out only 2 days ago that was not going to pay. Now with May 21 being only 3 weeks away, we have no idea where the money will come from. My son is 22 years old and will be the first out of my family to recieve a bachelor's degree. He is the youngest of my mothers 9 grandchildren and the only one who will have a degree. Hi, I'm Brittany, and I'd like to describe an unfortunate event that has recently befallen me.

Four months ago, during the holiday season I received a call from my mom who was facing some rather emotionally tumultuous times. She related to me that she felt like she just could not endure her life any longer and was considering ending it.

I was personally extremely concerned, as I have always highly valued and admired her. At her request, I quickly forsook all my current ambitions to come to her aid. I moved into her apartment with her and tried to soothe her with my company, and also advised her about healthy lifestyle choices that could help balance out her severe depression and alcoholism. I got a job and began helping her pay her bills when her boyfriend showed up. His first words to me were literally "I'm marrying your mother" not long after he began to command my mom to kick me out.

After many attempts to assure them I would surely save money to get my own apartment, I bought a truck to get worked on and began to save money for an apartment. At first I considered moving to stay with other family members, but eventually decided to stay in Sarasota and get my own apartment.

Without giving me any notice to find another place to live, my new "step father" stated that I would no longer be welcome there, although they knew I had no other options or any money to get an apartment.

They then went to a judge and filed a Marchment act to have me involuntarily placed in a detox facility where I was released under forty-eight hours later with negative results for all substances, including alcohol.

Now I am left on the streets with nowhere to go.

What I am asking of anyone who reads this, please assist me with any kind of resources that you know of, such as live-in maid employment, rooms for rent, a place to stay until I save money for an apartment or anything that will help me be independent again.

I am a mother to 2 wonderful boys. The oldest is 7 and is autistic. Insurance covers only a small portion of therapy and resent EEG and CT scans. I can't work due to taking care of baby and being called to my son's school often to help with outbursts. My husband works very hard but we can't seem to stay afloat. We are now behind with utilities, rent and school loans. Would like to get caught up and eventually start to save for a house. This would benefit my son do much! He needs his own space. Thank You so very much for your help. Heres my story. I am in my early 30s. I am a mother of two loving kids ages 4 and 9. My husband moved out a year ago after a bout of depression, stating "I love you thats why I cant stand to stay here n watch you die like this!" And it is true anyone who has watched a loved one waste away before thier eyes can tell you it eats your soul. In a way I cant blame him. I have hopes we will someday get our family back together. Untill then I am in this alone, and now find my self here asking you for help.
I have several cronic illnesses. Including scoliosis:Scoliosis is a sideways curvature of the spine that occurs most often during the growth spurt just before puberty. While scoliosis can be caused by conditions such as cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy, the cause of most scoliosis is unknown. My scoliosis curve got worse, the spine rotated and twisted, in addition to curving side to side. This caused the ribs on one side of the body to stick out farther than on the other side. Severe scoliosis can caused back pain and difficulty breathing. In my case In severe scoliosis, the rib cage may press against the lungs and heart, making it more difficult to breathe and harder for the heart to pump.I also experience harsh neurological affects of Muscle weakness, Numbness and Abnormal reflexes. To save my life I had to have surgery.
Surgery involves correcting the curve (although not all the way) and fusing the bones in the curve together. The surgeon lays bone grafts across the exposed surface of each vertebra. These grafts will regenerate, grow into the bone, and fuse the vertebrae together. The bones are held in place with one or two metal rods held down with hooks and screws, helping to support the fusion of the vertebrae.I went through all this at age 13. But now with the onset of sevral more cronic illness complication from the surgery that once saved my life now slowly kill me.
Years later I began getting sicker and sicker by the time I was 20 my spine was degenerating causing horrible pain, I had to have my appendix removed, then gallblader went bad. We never dreamed these all had a common factor. Doctors just shook their head proclaiming :you are just so young for your body to be failing like this". Eventually it was discovered I have Lupus and severe arthritus. Lupus is an autoimmune disease, meaning that the body' s immune system mistakenly attacks healthy organs and tissue. Lupus can affect any part of the body, causing inflammation and damage in joints, skin, kidneys, heart, lungs, blood vessels, or the brain. More than 90% of people with lupus have skin rashes, often triggered by exposure to the sun, and about half have kidney and lung problems. Because lupus affects the joints, it is considered a rheumatic (arthritis) disease.
Upon this discovery things began to make sense. So doctors now knowing why began a body wide check up to see what all has been affected. One test was A bone mineral density (BMD) test measures how much calcium and other types of minerals are present in a section of your bone. Your health care provider uses this test, along with other risk factors, to predict your risk of bone fractures in the future and detect osteoporosis. Bone fracture risk is highest in people with osteoporosis. They found I indeed had osteoporosis at the age of 22. SO now My bones are weaking causing damage areas all over my body, but the most serious being in my spine. Now comes the arthritis/lupus, they see these damaged areas and my own imune system attacks. Eating at the damaged areas creating even more damage, which increases the area the lupus attacks. It is a vicious circle. I have now been treated with medication over 10 yrs. But they can only slow the illness there is no cure, and dure to my scoliosis and the metal rods in my back surgical treatment options are very limited.
The damage is so severe I was decared legally disabled by the age of 23. My only income is SSI. I have to support my children and I on 658.00 a month. Thank God the court issued my ex to pay my rent in lue of child support. I am asking for help to cover upcoming medical bills. In the last 14 months I have had 5 seperate kidney surgery. My right kidney is damaged and I will soon be having a 6th surgery. This one to remove damaged section of the tube that leads from the kidney to bladder. then they will reattach at a higher section of bladder. I will aslo be having several Jaw surgeries. Due to exposure to radiation, osteoperosis a excessive vomiting of stomache acid my teeth are breaking and falling out. The doctor needs to repair what they can and put in inplants for what they cant. This will slow the degineration of my jaw. Without this treatment my jaw is going to cave in. Currently I am only able to eat mushy foods. I have drastically lost weight and my body is stuggling to heal due to the stress, pain and infection. In my case In severe scoliosis, the rib cage may press against the lungs and heart, making it more difficult to breathe and harder for the heart to pump.I also experience harsh neurological affects of Muscle weakness, Numbness and Abnormal reflexes. To save my life I had to have surgery.
Surgery involves correcting the curve (although not all the way) and fusing the bones in the curve together. The surgeon lays bone grafts across the exposed surface of each vertebra. These grafts will regenerate, grow into the bone, and fuse the vertebrae together. The bones are held in place with one or two metal rods held down with hooks and screws, helping to support the fusion of the vertebrae.I went through all this at age 13. But now with the onset of sevral more cronic illness complication from the surgery that once saved my life now slowly kill me.
Years later I began getting sicker and sicker by the time I was 20 my spine was degenerating causing horrible pain, I had to have my appendix removed, then gallblader went bad. We never dreamed these all had a common factor. Doctors just shook their head proclaiming :you are just so young for your body to be failing like this". Eventually it was discovered I have Lupus and severe arthritus. Lupus is an autoimmune disease, meaning that the body' s immune system mistakenly attacks healthy organs and tissue. Lupus can affect any part of the body, causing inflammation and damage in joints, skin, kidneys, heart, lungs, blood vessels, or the brain. More than 90% of people with lupus have skin rashes, often triggered by exposure to the sun, and about half have kidney and lung problems. Because lupus affects the joints, it is considered a rheumatic (arthritis) disease.
Upon this discovery things began to make sense. So doctors now knowing why began a body wide check up to see what all has been affected. One test was A bone mineral density (BMD) test measures how much calcium and other types of minerals are present in a section of your bone. Your health care provider uses this test, along with other risk factors, to predict your risk of bone fractures in the future and detect osteoporosis. Bone fracture risk is highest in people with osteoporosis. They found I indeed had osteoporosis at the age of 22. SO now My bones are weaking causing damage areas all over my body, but the most serious being in my spine. Now comes the arthritis/lupus, they see these damaged areas and my own imune system attacks. Eating at the damaged areas creating even more damage, which increases the area the lupus attacks. It is a vicious circle. I have now been treated with medication over 10 yrs. But they can only slow the illness there is no cure, and dure to my scoliosis and the metal rods in my back surgical treatment options are very limited.
The damage is so severe I was decared legally disabled by the age of 23. My only income is SSI. I have to support my children and I on 658.00 a month. Thank God the court issued my ex to pay my rent in lue of child support. I am asking for help to cover upcoming medical bills. In the last 14 months I have had 5 seperate kidney surgery. My right kidney is damaged and I will soon be having a 6th surgery. This one to remove damaged section of the tube that leads from the kidney to bladder. then they will reattach at a higher section of bladder. I will aslo be having several Jaw surgeries. Due to exposure to radiation, osteoperosis a excessive vomiting of stomache acid my teeth are breaking and falling out. The doctor needs to repair what they can and put in inplants for what they cant. This will slow the degineration of my jaw. Without this treatment my jaw is going to cave in. Currently I am only able to eat mushy foods. I have drastically lost weight and my body is stuggling to heal due to the stress, pain and infection. So I hunbly beg of you to help me 1.00 or 50.00 anything would help. These procedures will not only improve my quality of life but aslo help extend my time here on earth just a little ehile longer. I just want to be with my kids as long as I can.Whith each dollar you donate its like adding an hour to my life.....What would you give for a few more hours with the ones you love?

My family and I need a vehicle so I may go to work. We have one, but it keeps breaking down and my boyfriend drives it to work
(when he can) we are behind on every bill we have, including our house payment (and by house I mean mobile home that's 1 bedroom too small for us) My boyfriend (he would be my fiancee if we didn't already have to sell my ring to keep our place to live) works full time and works very hard, but it's not enough. He needs my help, and in addition to not having anoter vehicle we also cannot afford a baby sitter. We don't even have the food to get through this week until he gets paid,and we won't have the money for it then. We applied for welfare and they will begin helping us with food next month, which doesn't really help us now. We are living paycheck to paycheck and barely getting by. I know this story seems pretty standard, and it is.. which is sad. However, I don't know what else to do. I am currently a full time student so I am looking to better our life and we will eventually get there, it is the wait that is hurting us. I am 19 years old with nothing besides my phone that I'm using for this site and my phone will be cut off in two weeks so then I will be at the Library hopefully. I am 4 months pregnant and I've been hiding it from my extremely religious family because I knew the circumstances that came with it if the found out. But eventually they found out and put me out. I have no job but I am still enrolled at tcc because of fafsa and the free bus pass they have started. I realize now that I am no longer a child and the govt can't force them to let me back in. I'm looking for so many ways to make money but its just so hard and I have broken down. I do not want to live this way I want the best for me and my child and will do what I have to do to survive. If you just have a penny it wouldn't matter because every little bit helps. I just need to get on my feet and eventually have somewhere to stay before I am full term. I am a 42-year-old man with wife and daughter, and I would like to start my own business. I currently live in a rural ohio community where full-time work can be very scarce. I do a lot of seasonal work such as farming, construction and odd jobs. I never turn down any jobs I simply can't afford to! Because work availability can be so unpredictable for me, and things can get pretty rough when no work can be found I decided to go into business selling things online through ebay. I have been doing a lot of research on items such as electronics and clothing among other things that can be bought at or below wholesale and then resold for a profit. What I am asking for is help with start up capitol for purchasing items that I can sell for profit. I am hoping that I can supplement my current income with money made online and who knows? Maybe I could eventually do this full time! I am an honest hard-working man who just wants the chance at a better life for me and my loved ones. After the death of my father when I was 12 I started eating for comfort. I was badly bullied at school and eventually dropped out. By the time I was 20 I was 400lbs, unemployed with no prospects.

I decided to go to uni to become a counselor so I could help others, and set my mind to losing weight. I'm 25 now, and have recently hit my goal weight of 140lbs. I did this all through hard work and exercise.

Sadly, my skin never recovered from being so overweight. I hoped that when I lost weight I'd have the confidence to meet someone but I am even more ashamed of my body than ever. The doctor said I wouldn't be able to get any surgery to get rid of the loose skin on the NHS (ironically he said if I'd have gone the gastric band route at a cost to the NHS then I would probably have got funding for this.)

If anyone would like to help me by donating towards my surgery I would be forever grateful. I just want to be able to live a normal life.

I am a 47 yr old divorced dad of 4, 6 yrs ago my back broke and damaged my Sciatic nerve.Doctors told me never to work again, eventually they said I will be in a wheelchair.Because of all the Dr. bills, I'm broke, cant even afford to dream anymore.It hurts not being able to help your children,a home, thier first car... This is hard....I've never been to a point in my life where I might have to ask strangers for help. In late november I lost my husband who I was with 7 years. I met him when I was 16. I am 23 now. Without warning everything in my life changed and I HAD to deal, HAD to face it alone. I thought, "I can do this, for my son I will do this" and for a while I was managing on my own. Eventually working became so hard, I only took a few days off in the beginning thinking that I could be strong enough, knowing that I needed that money to pay for the house, the car, the rest of the bills that were about to pile up on my. & then I lost my job. & I've been trying to get unemployment but that won't cover my bills anyway & help me take care of my 4 yr old. I don't know what to ask for? Help. Of any kind. A prayer.
