Yes, I used to be a stripper. I have made some poor decisions in my life, but would like to put the past behind me and live a more philanthropic and spiritual life.

So here it is: I cannot receive my federal aid because of the 150% limit. Basically, I was unsure of what I wanted my major to be, and I took a lot of classes. Now I have a financial aid hold on my account, and I cannot register for the summer semester.

I only need 2 MORE CLASSES to graduate.
If I can pay my tuition for this semester, $1690.49, I can register for summer classes.

I need to be done with school so I can make a career for myself. Going back to stripping is not an option; the emotional, physical, and mental stress is too much.

I promise to you I will make a difference. A bachelor's degree is in the plan, and I enjoy helping others.

Positive "Pet Parenting" is the main goal of the Dog Scouts of America. Troops have and are still forming all across the US and there has been a significant decrease in the amount of dogs being given up to the pound as unwanted or untrainable. With the success of DSA Troops in the US, DSA Troop 188 has selected a pet parent/Dog Scout team to go to the UK. DSA Troop 188 needs $5,000 USD in order to sent the ambassadorial team over. This covers the settlement costs for both the human and the Dog Scout and transport fees.

I work hard to be a self-sufficient single mother. When I lost my job through no fault of my own, I contacted my Mortgage Company and asked them to work with me. They said they would give me a forebearance agreement but after submitting all the requested documents they didn't follow through. In August 2011 they did the robo-signing of my loan that resulted in my house being put into foreclosure. Fortunately at that time they didn't give me a sale date. I was told that since I was getting unemployment I was eligible for a unemployment bridge loan modification program. Again I submitted all the requested documents but my mortgage company once again dragged the process out from Aug. 2011 up until my unemployment benefits ran out on April 7, 2012, I received a notice on April 14, 2012. I received a notice saying that my house is set to be sold on May 29, 2012. I'm in a desperate situation. Both my parents are deceased, my son is an straight A student that will have to go move to another state and stay with his father if I lose our home. The timing for the sale is very bad because I have two job interviews coming up April 30th. I need $20,000 to pay the bank's attorney fees and a years worth of arrearages. If 1,000 kind people could find it in their hearts to each donate $20 my son and I can remain together and continue to enjoy our life in our Old Kentucky Home which was built in 1892.

I am a 48 yr old female who lost her job of 4 yrs in January.I filed for unemployment but Still have not heard anything.I am getting all of my teeth pulled thru a charity clinic that only charges $20 a tooth (but the dentist is kind and pulls 3 at a time for me).
I am just asking for $700 to get a nice set of dentures bcause I absolutly have a great job when I have my teeth.

I lost my job last year and I've fallen into so much debt. My mortgage is $1200 a month and I'm already about 3 months behind. My husband passed away in 2006 and they've been sending me a social security check for $800 but it's not enough to pay my mortgage and all my bills. Thank you for taking the time to read my story. After reading through several stories, I have confirmed to myself that we are not as bad off as others in this world. In fact, it has made me even more grateful for the blessings that we do have. However, we are still in need. I have been praying for guidance on how to help lift the financial burdens that the current economy has left so many in dire straits. I was shocked when I "Stumbled" upon this site. He has given me a door to open, so I must open it. My wife and I are currently raising our 3 yeard old granddaughter, whose parents are not in the picture at all. This was not in the "plan" for Gramma and me when our children were grown and gone, but due to circumstances beyond our control, the plan has changed. We enjoy having this sweet little girl around and there is no shortage of love and caring for her, just the almighty dollar. My $10/hr, 42 hour week was cut to just 27 hours. We have no medical benefits at this time. We are falling behind in our mortgage payments plus we live in one of the highest taxed villages in NYS and taxes are due. We have seen similar times before when our chidren were young, but so were we and the light at the end of the tunnel was much brighter than it is today. The Lord has helped in the past and I can see no reason why He won't help again. Any help that you can give us will be greatly appreciated.

As of today I am currently £23,002.27 in debt. It is a lot of money which I am paying off bit by bit, but when you know your time on this Earth could be limited by cancer, paying this off means much more than it would normally.

In 2005 I was diagnosed with a Malignant Melanoma on my head, it was a large tumour which grew further than it should have thanks to a blunder by my doctor. By the time I had it removed, it was a stage four lesion and my chances were slim.

But with surgery and radiotherapy I managed to get through and for one year I was pretty much all clear! but this was short lived when, after a routine scan, I was given the grave news that it had become metastatic and spread to my liver and my lungs.

That was three years ago and by the grace of God I have survived with little change, but ever since this terrible ordeal I have sunk further in to debt. As you might imagine, the propensity to spend money in times of hardship is something I could not avoid.

I don't know how much time I have left and as it is I am struggling to pay debts and get through on a day-to-day basis.
I would like to live a little before my health deteriorates, go on holiday, have a bit of fun and I am worried for my wife too as I can't take out life insurance with my condition, and I want to make sure she is secure after I am gone.

Any donation is good, if I could pay off all of my debts so that we would have a bit of money to use to enjoy what could be my last years, even better. One thing I would be certain is that my gratitude would not be suitably expressed in words, as it would be genuinely immense.

Hi my name is Anne, I live in a small house, nothing special, but I am in deep trouble over my taxes, I have always paid someone to do my income tax as I have never fully underdstood them. But he said I had to pay, so I made the money over to him, pleased that the work was done. But instead of paying my taxes he stole my money,and now I am in trouble because nothing was paid in full for the last two years. All my money is gone and I have been told there is very little I can do, even when they arrest him .because they think the money will be gone. I have two children studying and a tax bill of €6000,00 which is about $ 7800.00 , I do not have this, and I cannot find the money, they have said I can pay in monthly instalments but the amount they want every month is crippling me, it means I am having to leave other bills unpaid, I just cannot meet my other commitments, because the taxman goes first, As my husband left us some years ago and his alimoney is sporadic I work fulltime, but I cannot earn more than I do. We are not perfect, I would love not to pay taxes, but I have my whole life, and as a family enjoy the benefits they bring. Please help me to try and lower this debt, so I can sleep at night, instead of waking up in a cold sweat. I have always believed that if you work hard and do your best God helps them that help themselves, so please people, I do work hard but I can only earn so much per month. hello i work in spain on land that has hundreds of overgrown lemon trees,i am currently cutting about 2 a day removing the lemons and putting them in crates also making fire wood and burning the rest of the branches after having cleaned them,i look after about 70 animals dogs, cats, chickens, geese, ducks,,pidgeons and two lambs.and my job is to guard this land.water it and do whatever my boss wants.including opening and shutting the gate for him ,including heavy digging and loading lorries of lemons ,there is a warehouse a flat and a 2 houses.to clean i live in a broken caravan which belongs to my boss,ive been here 3 and a half years he dosent pay me at all,he just wants more and more free labour.in exchange for a place to live he dosent even give me food the first year he paid me 200 euros and 30 cents for a years work.he says he dosent pay people like me...last year he threatened to hit me over the head with a bottle when i asked him for 2o euros the last lime he gave me money was 20 euros two octobers ago he ownes a supermarket and when he brings bread for the animals he takes all the good stuff for himself and leaves me with hard bread he has so much money it dosent even fit in his wallet.. i am his slave and treated like a fool i am bieng exploited, i am very unhappy to see his utter greed everyday,i have just had an operation in december to remove a tumor in my uterus of 16cm by 8cm x 11cm ,i am still delicate i am not entitled to any government money until september and i have a house in england and a mortgage which of course i cannot pay and im not sure if it is currently rented out there is no money left after the mortgage and my direct debits go out,ive been looking on the internet for ways to make money because i am worried about my house and i found this site. even though i carnt afford to use the www i am inteligent and i enjoy cutting the trees but i cannot stay at home making no money day after day...the people around me give me clothes i used to go to the nuns for food and ive eaten out of the bins several times men offer me 10 euros for sex quite often but i do not accept,i am becoming depressed because my boss has some sort of illness for making money and it upsets me to see such a miser everyday,he never even apreciates my work,im just expected to stay in and sort out any problem that may occur.he says if i get a job he will throw me out because im not looking after the place if im out, i have no where else to live, it is actually a nice place.the autorities sugest i go on the street.every place i have looked after in spain i have been thrown out when all the work is done and the place is tidy im 43 years old and need help to surive because im tired i work from 8 am till it gets dark 7 days a week, please help me if you can because i have no answer any more thanks nicky

It took me awhile to swallow my pride and post something like this.

Unfortunately, myself and my partner in have found ourselves a little short on paying the project expenses, which has halted production, temporarily.. I'm not asking for much. If you can spare $10, $15 or $20 that would be fantastic. Honestly, I'd rather have five people spare $20 than one person send us $100, so smaller numbers are better.

Every little bit brings us much closer to our goal and help us meet our self-imposed deadlines without upsetting the contributors who have already volunteered their original work.

I have been writing most of my life and anyone who has ever written fiction will tell you, there are more writers than markets. Adding a new market to the world would be doing a service to both aspiring authors and to people who enjoy short fictions. Also, We never plan to charge subscription fees (most online publications of this sort don't).

My name is jeffrey I am 27, served in the u.s. army infantry and completed one tour to Afghanistan. I have a four year old son and rarely get the chance to see him and have always paid my 800 a month child support. Never been late on bills nor have I ever accumulated any type of debt. I have always been there for friends and family when they hit financial tough spots. I still contribute as much as I can to help my mother out while my father is in prison.
