DESPERATE and SCARED. I cant do this on my own anymore and i am OUT OF TIME AND OPTIONS... PLEASE
Posted by rchmchl on 2012-05-09 12:58:33
I will make an honest attempt at keeping it quick and to the point, since you know how I can get to rambling on forever about nothing. I am going to start with the immediate and EXTREMELY URGENT situation at hand with prior situations that have created a situation that I cannot handle alone.
3 or so weeks agoâ¦.
I was pulled over for my front license plate and registration being expired (had only recent got the vehicle back) I was personally searched 3 times... my car was loaded to capacity, and I said I would rather them not search it, due to it contents and the time and energy spent loading it. He said he would call k-9. I had no problem with this. The dogs were 2 hrs away and apparently this cop was set on this, so he tells me, âim going to search your carâ so the car was searched extensively and illegally by 3 officers while I was told I had to sit in the officers back seat, locked, of course.... as expected, there was nothing found anywhere in my car by 3 police over the course of a few hours.... Keep in mind, i was searched three times before being placed in his car.... wearing a bathing suit..
They let me go, and told me I could load my car back up.... then, for some reason....the initial officer removed the lower portion of his back seat???. Found something (controlled substance, less than a gram, schedule 1) that i have yet to be informed as to what it wasâ¦. Screamed to put my hands behind my back, confusing, arresting and humiliating me.
Have spent money that I could not spare to get out of jail, get my car back and wasted close to a week of my life.
One level 3 tampering with evidence⦠(Claiming that I put the controlled substance in the back seat)
$10,000 and 2-10
The other, possession of a controlled substance, less that a gram level 1â¦.. is a state felony and brings similar time and money
There is a camera in the back of this officerâs car as well as one on the small building at which the incident happenedâ¦
Its all on video, and the lawyers i have talked to have assured me that this is an easy one, âwont be a problemâ and itâs a âno brainerâ.
But given the circumstances leading up to and surrounding these ridiculous legal charges I cannot obtain the services of these lawyers since I am unable to afford what they are asking. Was told if I could bond myself out, then I couldnât have a public defender, and even if that isnât true, I wouldnât want one simply due to the fact that I am not prepared to settle or accept a plea bargain for something that is going to ruin me.
Court is TOMORROW, the 10TH
Like I said⦠this is the most embarrassing and shameful thing I have had to face.
Please help my family and i. This is injust, I am scared, donât know what to do and I cannot take it.
They are asking for 8k, and 1/2 down...
Thursday, may 10... TOMORROW, i will go from a normal, once succesful person who fell on hard times to an animal in a prison cell.
Please please please. I will do whatever it takes to pay you back. Interest, labor, ANYTHING.. i will just need a bit of time to get through this situation and i will focus on repaying
Please email asap.
Thanks.

In Urgent Medical-Related Debt, Need Work!
Posted by SoftSpoken on 2012-05-06 17:58:03
My name is Matt and I live in the west suburbs of Chicago. I am currently unemployed and finding it difficult to find even the most basic, menial job in this economy. While I have no felony convictions or anything that would bar employment, I am forced to rely on public transportation to get around at this time.
I am a recovering addict and I have been on methadone treatment for almost 5 years. I am on a low dose and I am having difficulty paying for my medication. I would like to be able to go to the clinic once a week instead of 5 times a week. This is hurting my ability to find work because I spend 3-4 hours on the bus going to the clinic.
I have a proven success rate in my sobriety and I just want to chip away at this awful bill hanging over my head. If I cannot pay for my medication I don't know what I will do. I can be reached at mmroch78@gmail.com. I can supply resumes as well to serious inquiries.
I have worked in call centers and related fields for the last 10 years, and I am warm, energetic customer service professional. I'd make an excellent ambassador for your company or small business, whichever it may be...
Both my father and I have been having very tough times, I am bi-polar but haven't had issues of any kind in quite a while. I just don't know what to do, my own parents are having money problems, and I don't have anywhere else to turn. I ask in the sincerest manner possible for any help you can provide: Pace bus cards (the monthly ones for 60$ are lifesavers), maybe 200-300$ towards my medication. I do have some things of value, mainly electronics that I can sell. Please contact me ASAP.
Thank you in this embarrassing time of need.
Kindest Regards,
Matt (5/6/12)

If Only I Saw It Coming!!
Posted by Ashamaaus on 2012-03-29 22:58:53
I am a single mother who's been truly blessed with 4, beautiful, healthy children; 3 biological & a foster son that joined our family when he was 12â¦..he is now 23. My kids are the reason I continue to battle through what has been the most challenging, darkest phase of my 50 years on this Earth.
In the summer of 2011, life, as my family knew it, was forever changed. My son got off the school bus & proceeded to enter a crime scene upon opening the front door of the house we call home. It was immediately clear that we were victims of a daytime home invasion and robbery. A trail of splinters led straight to my bedroom door, which had been demolished in the process of gaining entrance & access to my personal belongings. Robbers took my box of trash bags & proceeded to fill them with anything that could be sold or traded. I came home to find that they had stolen everything of value that I had worked for in my 50 years of existence & everything of value that my kids cherished as well.
It didn't happen often, but on the occasion that I had a few extra dollars to spend on myself, I found pleasure in buying nice jewelry. Through the years, I had managed to accumulate a nice collection. Also, as a child, my father & I shared an interest in coin collecting. I had managed to hold on to several interesting coins my dad & I found. Weekly, he also, gave me & my brothers our allowance of a fifty cent piece each. I had somehow managed to hold on to many of these as well. I stored my coin collection in the bottom portion of my large armoire. This area is what my family referred to as "the safe." Anything of value, particularly sentimental, was given to me to be protected in the safe. A couple good examples are my, then, 10 year old son's game ball for hitting the Championship game winning grand slam home run & my daughter's horse riding medals, show jewelry & accessories, as well as a silver handled knife & sheathâ¦â¦.the only personal possession my foster son owned from his childhood. I carry a tremendous amount of guilt for not doing a better job of safe guarding my family's precious & dear possessions.
In addition to the lingering guilt, the robbery also resulted in life altering psychological effects to me & my family. I continue to wonder if & when I will ever fully recover & be the secure, self confident person I was before the robbery. Immediately following the break-in, I was consumed by finding out who was responsible & ways of obtaining this informationâ¦..I could think of nothing else. After several weeks of frantic guessing & running wild goose chases, I started to realize that regaining possession of my property was less likely as each day went by. I could feel myself falling into a dark, lonely place with deep despairâ¦..& unfortunately, I was content to be there. For the next several months, I could not work, did not eat or sleep & rarely came out of my bedroom. There was a film in my head that ran & reran the events leading up to & immediately following the robberyâ¦..filled with the "I should've"s, "I could've"s and "what ifs." I am plagued with distrust & no longer find interest in much of anything. I was robbed of far more than just pieces of propertyâ¦..they stole my trust in mankind, my desire to thrive, my faith in the world & my sanity.
I have worked as a medical school curriculum manager for 21 years. As a result of my mental decline, I was unable to work for over three months which, consequentially, made it difficult to pay all of the bills. I managed to rob Peter to pay Paul for several months & kept up with everything except for my house payment. It is now in arrears nearly $5,000.00 & I am out of resources. For the first time in my life, I am facing foreclosure. It is embarrassing & humiliating & I don't know how to tell my kids that they are likely to have no place to call home in the very near future. I feel like such a failure! Even though I've been an exemplary employee for many years, as a consequence of the self doubting & tremendous stress, I am now faced with the strong potential of losing my job due to my inability to focus & my lack of desire to face each day, As if this wasn't enough for one person to handle, I am also witnessing the daily decline of my father & my hero due to end stage Parkinson's & Alzheimer's.
I'm not sure how this begging website works but if there is someone out there that is willing to make me a loan & work out a payment arrangement, I promise not to let you down.....you will be repaid! I am working hard to battle the persisting PTSD symptoms that continue to plague me. I just worry that facing homelessness may be more than I can handle. Lord, I hand it over to You coz I come to You a broken, wounded angel. I thank you for any consideration and appreciate all prayers. May God bless you many times & in many ways for your generosity & kindness!

My story in short
Posted by bedwell on 2012-03-28 16:58:07
I can't work....fatigue, short-term memory loss are the main reasons...I'm also very weak and in constant pain from involuntarily clenching my hand. I'm about to start a high school paper to see if I can learn....if I can then there's hope, but my stroke was a serious one.
We bought (unwisely) a house in the country, miles away from any a gym (which would assist me) and a hospital. Don't ask me why as I'm stumped myself....and are now trapped. We are trying to fix our house up to a sellable standard....so we can move to a town but every time we save a little something happens...a tyre needs replacing, our son gets sick....it feels utterly hopeless at times.
We need some money to finish the house and put it on the market, any amount will help,....we don't want to profit from it....and would be happy to just get our deposit back.I can't believe I'm reduced to begging on the internet but here I am. Please help us. I cannot pay anyone back but if things ever improve I will pay it forward, and will answer all serious emails. edwellbj@gmail.com

Wolves at the door

Well, this is embarrassing, but for the sake of my children I am doing it anyway.
I have a problem with bailiffs. My husband left me and also left me with all his unpaid debts as well as three children to support. I lost my job a year ago and have not been able to find another yet, although I have been trying. I am on benefits, but they do not cover the debts or the mortgage payments I need to make. I am trying to sell the house, and the mortgage company are being fairly reasonable, but even so, if I do not sell in time, I will also lose my house. If I can sell, I can pay my debts and move into rented with some money left over. But that's a long shot in the current market.
However, the most urgent problem is the bailiffs. They are demanding immediate payment of £2,020 (approx $3,300 USD) or they will take my possessions to auction to cover the debt. It's a joke, my paltry possessions will not cover the debt, but they will take them anyway. The longer the debt goes unpaid, the more "interest" they are adding to the bill and they refuse to take instalments, saying my husband broke the original agreement with them and now it's too late for that. Unfortunately, they are legally allowed to do this, (since we had an earlier agreement with them and they have what is called a levy on the house contents) as well as intimidate, threaten and even break into my house to collect my stuff. It's a frightening situation. I am afraid to answer the door in my own home and I have had to tell the kids not to either, because they are not above forcing their way in past them. I have tried the police, but they say it's all legal and they cannot help me, even if these men break in (in fact, they will help THEM to do so, because I owe the money) Itâs unbelievable, but it's true. I have even asked the help of a solicitor, but he says the same thing, unless the law is changed, there is nothing he can do. No one appears to be trying to find my husband, and I do not have the resources to look.
I hate having to ask, but I am terrified of these men. I can't eat or sleep and I am worried about the effect this is having on the kids.
I hope there is someone (or several people maybe) who can help me out of this mess I have been left with.
Thank you for your time.
Hope.

Help needing to move closer to my 5 yr Son!
Posted by jbailey3160 on 2012-01-30 01:58:19
I had to move back with my parents after having been divorced from my wife of 12 years. ItâÂÂs really been hard on me because I gave up our car and house to my ex-wife and son who will be five Dec 31th. I figured it would be easier for me to start over because it was just me. My ex had full custody and wanted to make sure they both had a roof over their head and a car to meet her career and child care needs. The saddest and hardest part for me was that I could not afford to live on my own and keep my truck and the house for my ex to live in. I ended doing the right thing and surrendered my truck and moved back home with my parents.
I now been living in Gothenburg, Ne for over 2 years with my parents and IâÂÂm really having a hard time keeping a good job without getting laid off or your hours cut due to not enough demand for what we were making or services we provided. I live in a town of 3,500 so the jobs are slim and few by far between. I owe my parents a lot for letting me stay with them but IâÂÂm a grown man now and need to get out on my own.
ItâÂÂs really been discouraging because IâÂÂve been trying to get things together and money saved up so that I can be able to move back to South Carolina to be closer to my son. I have not seen him in over a year. I feel like the worst father in the world! There is no other place I rather be then closer to him or be able to find a job that can pay me a decent wage that would allow me to afford to fly out and see him as much as possible.
The bottom line is that since there are no jobs here I would like to relocate back to South Carolina and get back into my work field as Cable TV/ Collections/ Disconnections. Again thanks for reading my post even though how shameful I feel about it.
Thanks,
Jerry bailey

Devastating Accident almost done us in anything would help
Posted by Livingonfaith on 2012-01-24 04:58:45
Today he suffers unrelenting pain as a result of permanent whiplash, 8 herniated discs, and unacknowledged(despite films clearly showing injuries) unaddressed broken tailbone, ribs and pelvis. Nerve damage from the spinal injury has resulted in numbness in his extremities, frequent weakening of his legs and embarrassing incontinence among numerous other concerns - had these been addressed in a timely manner (much like they would have been if not WC injury) his suffering could have been decreased significantly thereby improving his quality of life. The most serious injury he suffered was the hip break (acetabuler break) the worse break possible - it was broken in four places. As alluded to previously, an injury this severe should have been stabilized by surgery - allowing it to heal properly and not leave him suffering in chronic pain. WC puts such demands on providers to cut corners in order to save money that, in my husbands case, his doctor decided to do absolutely nothing but send him home instructing him to stay in a wheelchair 100 % of the time for several months. This doctor did not follow up with an exam or x-rays to make sure everything had healed properly. When my husband tried to explain to him the degree of pain he was still in the Dr said hmmm that shouldnât be and then said âI canât do anything else for youâ¦â. This Dr. was so engrossed with saving WC some money that he disregarded his patients plea for help- how dispassionate and cold. The way this physician treated my husband goes against almost every part of the hippocratic oath which he swore to uphold upon graduation.
After being in pain for years, with no help from WC when it came to pinpointing its primary source, we paid out of pocket for a film that revealed his pelvis had been broken in the accident. This was never discovered previously by the orthopedist, again, due to cutting corners to save WC money they didn't take the necessary films to do a thorough job. We have a hearing with WC before a judge in March to request approval of a doctor who can address his broken tailbone - regardless of the fact that he can hardly sit without being in excruciating pain WC has denied him access to a doctor to treat it.
Immediately after the accident WC paid for home care for my husband and I was his caretaker when they were not here. Once they stopped providing this in home care I had to take over caring for him in addition to taking care of our then one year old daughter. I soon realized that I could not work and take care of both of them so I had to leave my job to stay home. As a result of my loss of income we have used up every penny of savings and 401 K, that we worked so hard to earn. We had to purchase anything medically necessary for Randall that WC was denying or losing track of. In addition to all this bad news, he has had to go out on disability (10/10) due to the deterioration of his condition and as a result our income has been cut substantially. This leaves us struggling to survive with no savings and significant decrease in income. I am the primary caregiver of both my husband and 5 year old daughter and all I able to contribute financially is what I can find the time to sell on eBay and needless to say we are coming up short.
All of our credit cards have been turned over to collections and our house note is in default and I am terrified. My heart breaks for my only child my daughter who is just 5 years old - I want her to remember more than this devastating situation about her dad and what undeserved hard times we are facing. You can ask anyone who knows my husband and they will all say the same that he is one of the kindest, caring, and conscientious people they know. I know that he doesnât deserve the heartache he is having to endure. He has worked hard his entire life, since the age of 15, up until he could no longer because of his injuries; and I know that prior to this accident he had saved and saved and was looking so forward to retiring and having fun times as a family. He hasnât lost sight of those dreams but the money he had saved to fund them is all gone. Despite everything somehow he still maintains a positive outlook on life which makes him a much stronger person than I.
We all have faith that God will see us through this one way or the other but some days it is just so hard to maintain a positive outlook. We would be truly grateful for any help - do only as your heart leads you to do!

Wig for Alopecia Sufferer
Posted by Rosa on 2012-01-24 04:58:35
I am raising funds for a human hair natural wig specifically made for Alopecia sufferers. Its a specialty product and very expensive ($700-$900 start price). I am going for the graduated chin length bob style as the longer styles are so expensive.
Every dollar will go towards this, and every dollar counts, please dont feel your contribution wont matter. As someone who budgets my wage down to the last $25 dollars each week, every dollar counts.
I suffer from Alopecia which is unexplained hair loss. I have had this condition for 5 years and it has gradually gotten worse. I have cut my hair very short to minimise fallout, and been to countless doctors and tried every drug and product on the market â all without success. In fact I am paying off a $3000 credit card bill which I spent seeing every specialist I could.
I find going bald at my age humiliating and embarrassing. I work fulltime so its important that I look my best, but thats very hard when you have lost over 45% hair mass. Its inevitable that I will be completely bald except for the back zone which I will probably shave to wear the wig.
Please help me if you can. I sincerely appreciated it.

Trying my best, but...
Posted by xbrowneyes on 2012-01-07 00:58:56
As I said I'm a university student. I suffer from depression and diabetes. Sometimes it's difficult to get of bed, let alone go to class, but somehow I do it. Although I am getting full assistance with my tuition, getting to class, getting around, etc. can be difficult. I am looking for part time employment but that has been insanely difficult. I am determined not to drop out of school again because what I'm doing means a lot to me, but I feel like I'm between a rock and a hard place. I'm sure I'll be able to work out something to make a decent living - find a job with flexible hours or use one of my skills to become self employed. It's just that I need some help getting back on my feet...it feels like I'm looking down a dark tunnel and I never thought I would be Googling the phrase 'how to beg for money online,' but I did, and here I am.
Thank you for reading this. I just need the peace of mind that comes with being able to get to school, do a few groceries and be able to eat.

end of the tunnel. I never could have envisioned being in the current
situation that I find myself in. Let me explain...My wife and I have been
married for 20 years and are raising 2 kids, a boy and a girl, both
teenagers. We always thought we were doing a good job at parenting...you
know, instilling laughter and family, morals and virtue, dignity and self
worth, etc. We just reached our 50's and were looking forward to possibly
traveling and spending some time together once the kids left the nest.
However, all that came to a screeching halt last year when our daughter
informed us that she was with child.(She was only 15 at the time!) KABOOOOM!
Talk about devastation. To add insult to injury, the young man and his
family went so far as to deny acknowledgement of the baby for the first six
months of his life, and to this date, (he's 10 months old) have not
contributed a dime to the babies welfare. To compound the injury, I was laid
off from work three months after his birth.
Needless to say, it has taken a tremendous toll on me and my wife. We have
exhausted our savings on rent, car payments, car insurance, utility bills,
medical bills, diapers, formula etc. We can barely buy food. There are days
I don't eat, just so the rest of the family can. I don't sleep much, between
looking for work and taking care of my grandson, (he is a blessing in
disguise. He gives me the strength I need to keep going. I put him to sleep
humming Amazing Grace) I find that I am experiencing intestinal pain as well
as severe migraines at times. I think I'll chalk it up to depression and
stress.
I've served my country proudly, and was honorably discharged...a few medals,
some ribbons, presidential letters of appreciation and so forth, but when I
asked for any type of assistance from the government I get denied because I
made a few dollars more than the threshold.
It gets better...the house we were renting was sold and we were given 2
weeks to move, we robbed from Peter to pay Paul to get into our current
residence. Now we find that we may have to move again by the beginning of
the new year, which at this time is impossible to do on our own. Needless to
say, Santa won't be making any house calls this year. (Although I will do
whatever it takes to make sure my grandson has a 1st Christmas.)
All of our bills are past due, due for disconnection or have been
disconnected. There is just no way we can do it by ourselves anymore. This
is by far the hardest and most embarrassing thing I've had to do in my life
and I'm not proud of it...however, as the song says "I ain't too proud to
beg". We need desperately for a miracle to keep from being homeless. Please
help us.
They say when life gives you lemons, you make lemonade. Unfortunately, I ran
out of sugar. Please help us. God Bless!
