Recently my house has flooded due to a back up in the sewage line in my neighborhood. My entire carpeting, vinyl, and a foot from all my walls. This has amounted to a bill of $2250. I am a teacher at the elementary level so this bill is more than I make in a month. Also this is not the only bill I have to fund. If interested I do have pictures, they have refused to do any of the rebuild until I am able to pay them.

Good morning, my name is Missy Jensen. I have 3 little girls in elementary school and a gorgeous husband and I thought my life, though simple, was perfect. We've never lived beyond our means and have tried to do the best by our family. We've given to lots of charities (mainly World Vision and Red Cross) and never thought we'd have to ask ANYONE for even a penny.
I don't know if "Medical Bills" is the right category but medical is why we can't pay our other bills and are in trouble with the bank over our home payments.
Since #3 was born I have had a bowel resection following them finding colo-rectal cancer - and I thought that was the end of it. I now have a prolapsed uterus (sorry.. this area of my body is a disaster) which I need to have operated on. I have to pay for that operation but also I'm scheduled for a routine staging colonoscopy at the same time. This is TOO MANY BILLS! I am praying that this will be the end of it and I can return to full-time work in the next 3 or 4 months but I'm scared since my whole body feels quite battered.
There are so many stories of people's difficulties that I'm a little embarrassed to even ask. If you can spare a small amount, our family would really appreciate it.

I am a young mother of the best little boy around. It's been a stressful time since the day I found out I was pregnant 6 years ago. It seems like everytime there is a little light, another emergency comes up and I'm right back at square 1. I have enrolled back in school for the fall semester. I will be going to become an elementary special education teacher. I want to show my son there can be a bright future for the two of us. The donations I am asking for would be used to purchase a car to get me to and from school, and for cildcare while I am furthering my education. Bless your soul for even reading this. I am a 24 year old man who lives in the USA in New England. When I was 21 my mother died, my father is a 100% disabled Vietnam veteran combat wounded. First off I want to point out that reading most of these posts you can tell they are scams, they don't even type proper english. But this is no sob story of me loosing my house I am just looking for a good-hearted person possibly trying to help someone out. I am a 19yr old sophomore at college in Boone, NC. I am going to school to get a degree in elementary education and have to work 25-50 hours a week (on top of 18 hours in college, which if you ever went you know is not an easy task on its own) in order to pay bills. My parents have been split up since I was about a year old and neither have extra money to spare. Between tuition, car insurance, car payment, rent, food and cell phone bills I am stressed out and my grades seem to be slipping. I would just like a little less stress in this busy life of mine. The course costs $415 and I hope that by saving and through donations I'll be able to get on the course in the next month (hopefully not an unrealistic aim). The course will then allow me to get a job teaching English, earning a better pay than my current job and giving me experience teaching which I believe will ultimately help me with my goal of getting into college. I dropped out of school when I was 16 due to bullying and have spent the last five years working minimum wage and dreaming of getting a career. I've always wanted to be a elementary school teacher and I believe that having this certificate and teaching experience will give my college application the edge I need to get accepted. Hi, I'm a single mother of 5 beautiful strong smart kids, 2 are in high school and 3 are in elementary school. I have a full time and no child support help at all. I'm not on welfare because according to them I don't qualify. I'm the only income comming into the household. Which I have gotten an eviction notice for a week ago. For the past 2 weeks we have been without our gas it has been cut off. Our apartment is real real cold we haven't been eating cooked meals since we have no has or heat or hot water. My poor kids have been showering at freinds houses or ill just wash their hair on the sink with cold water. I try no to spend on what is no neccessary like cable my kids would love to have it but they watch basic tv when we are able to get a good signal. My kids deserve a lot better. I can't cook warm meals or keep my kids warm this winter. It's a horrible feeling to see your kids have to endure such living arrangements. I was able to give them an ok Christmas but an everyday comfortable stable life is so so so hard to be able to provide. My kids have learned how to make the best of our situation. They read or play games with eachother to keep eachother busy. We sometimes just watch dvd movies together it keeps us warm and we get to watch tv. Please help me I'm so desparate my babies deserve a better life. I need to be able to give that to them. I work so so hard I feel helpless and often like a failure as a mother. I know someday we will be ok I hope and pray that I am put in a position to be able to return the blessing to someone in need. My mother owes our school lots of money amount of $525.00 ... I converted it to dollars. I am studying in a semi private school where we pay 5,000 pesos every year. What I earn in my work, is what I used for my allowance in school and for any books needed, notebooks and school supplies and food at school I eat. Every exam I always do a promissory note to pay all of my debts before graduation, if not, I won't be able to graduate. Our principal understands me and always signed the promissory note for me to get or allowed to take the 1st to the 4th grading test. Now, my graduation is near, it's in april 28. I was hoping that if any of family didn't help me, some people here online will touched and will send help. I found this cyberbeg online as I was in desperate looking for help anywhere. I typed every word at yahoo search, words such as, help for needy, begging for help and etc.. and I ended up here. I didn't have the 15$ to sign up here, but I really made a way to have a 15$ opened at Paypal to pay here. My classmate Amor Helped me how to open paypal and she sent the $15 to my paypal.

Please Help me to pay my school Tuitions fees for the last 4 years I owe them. I want to graduate and go to college, that way I can help my mom to buy medicines. I know somebody is going the same thing as I am going right now. I believe that when you help others, someday when you need help too, you will be helped. This story is about my 13 year old son, Alejandro Jr. I will not be writing about anything that is sad or depressing, but about something that is wonderful and cause to celebrate. I am writing to share that my son has been accepted into the Fork Union Military Academy, located outside of Richmond, Virginia.

Me and my family are excited about this huge opportunity for my son. The road to get there was not easy however, but God answered our prayers. Alejandro Jr. has always been a very active child with an even more active imagination. As a baby, me and my wife would hear him play all night and could never sit still. During his elementary school days, his teachers would always remark how intelligent he was, but could just never sit still or not be a distraction to his class. What could I say, that is the way he was born.

But he went through elementary school on the honor roll each and every year he was there all the way through 6th grade. He was ready to go into middle school. When he entered into the 7th grade, things changed. There was a lot of bad influence and it started to affect my son because he has always been so innocent. His grades suffered, but he still scored in the top 97% of students in the end of the year state testing.

8th grade fared no better. He wasn’t the same anymore. He didn’t go to a good middle school. Lots of gangs and rumor has it drug dealing was going on there as well. His teachers didn’t care about him because he wasn’t doing the work, but he would still score 100 % on his quizzes and tests. His school wasn’t any help either. My son wasn’t being challenged, he knew the material, but he was not going to thrive in that environment, it seems he was getting harassed by his teachers and staff.

We wanted to remove him from that school as we had been fed up with the school district for a while now. We looked to see if there was an environment where he would thrive. After much research, we heard about the Fork Union Military Academy, which is an all boys military school. We took a look and my son loved it. This fits right in with his goal of joining the United States Marine Corps after high school.

We have been blessed that financial aid has covered roughly half of the tuition, but we are still in need of the other half, which is $10,000, which is due in 5 months. I am asking for any generous donation(s) that one may feel the need to contribute too. If you find it in your heart to do so, me and my family could not thank you enough and if you decide not to do so, thank you for your patience in reading about my son’s story. We have been blessed that financial aid has covered roughly half of the tuition, but we are still in need of the other half, which is $10,000, which is due in 5 months. I am asking for any generous donation(s) that one may feel the need to contribute too. I have 5 kids, my last pregnancy was twin boys. My kids are in elementary school and middle school. As a single mom, I cannot afford the basics of life, food, heat and shelter. I try my best working for 8 dollars a hour part time while they are at school. My oil is just about out. I put in an application at social services and they said they would call for the interview but they have not. God help us, if you need help from the government and social services you will get the run around until they hope you give up. Thanks so much for letting me vent this out. I am a recent graduate. I received my Bachelors in elementary ed, and because of the times and new regulations in the education world it is impossible to find a job. My loans are going to go into repayment soon, and with just a part time job I do not think I will be able to pay all of my bills and my loans as well. If you are able to help me I am extremely grateful for anything you can give; if not thank you for your time.

My home is turning two months behind as of the Dec.1.and they tell me payment needs to be made on one of the monthes before dec.10. I work a full time job and hold insurance for my children. I provide them with food but things are so bad I sold about everything I have to pay for my vehicle,and kids lunches,and exterminator. I can not sell the vehicle because I do not live on a bus line and the kids are in cardio club,and basketball.(Which the car payment is behind one month.) I have nothing for my children for christmas and keep on praying for a miricale but no answers yet. I recently went through a bed bug problem in my daughters room, that I think it came from school. I pay for childcare while I'm at my fulltime job and cant afford to get a part time job because daycare prices are so high and a pt job only pays so little. My heat is shut off and I am heating a house that is only 10 yrs old with a cerosian heater because I don't have the 278. to pay the old bill. This stinks. Please help me figure something out. I have an elementary school, middle school and a high schooler that is to young to get a job still.I feel like throwing my hands in the air and saying just take my kids to a warm home and put me in jail. I feel like I have let my children down. I am a devoted mother and super hard worker. ( Receiving Clerk) I have never been so low in my 38 years of life. Please help and pray if you believe in prayer. Thank you.FYI, I have asked the school for help and they say and so does states assistance I make to much money. but, they want the kids to have no transportation and no car insurance which in kentucky is manditory. and they tell me to move.Also tell me to drop health insurance on them for awhile.(Who would do that) My home payment is 855. a month cheapest none roach infested apt is 750 a month. Yes hundred dollar differnce but I have 10 years invested in the home. I know things will get easier if I could just get caught up. Anything will be apprecaited.

Hello :) I am an elementary school teacher asking for help paying off student loans and credit card debt. After trying to support myself on a teaching salary for the past four years, I have only managed to accumulate more debt and have nothing saved. I have devoted my whole life to education and I love what I do, but my current situation is unsustainable. I am a great teacher and it saddens me to think of leaving the field based on financial reasons alone. The burden of my student loans is just causing me to fall further behind in debt and I feel I will never get ahead.
