I really need help, I couldn't sleep tonight. I actually googled , "I am about to get evicted and I need help paying rent" and this website came up so here I am. If this site really works and there is anyone out there willing or able to help I sincerely need you now! My rent including late fee is $725 and as of today I m 21 days late and only have $80. The reason for this is that I work part time and get paid every 2 weeks. Sometime ago, my grandparents, Anthony and Mercedes passed away within 2 years with my grandpa being first, but before that came about, my grandparents dying wish, was that after they passed, that the money they had saved up would be split between me, my uncles, aunts, father, mother and sister. So my uncles and aunts promised my grandparents they would do that, we all agreed.

Also, my grandma wanted a big funeral with everyone she knew to be there. But after she passed, my uncles just disappeared, and my aunt Gloria robbed my grandma out of her own funeral, she only invited 6 people out of 50, stole all the money that was supposed to be for the funeral and split between us all, which totaled up to a little over $100,000, and she took it all for herself and her husband, moved to Nevada, and pretended like my mom, dad, sister and me didn't even exist, worst then that, is that she never apologized, my uncle Dave did nothing, and either did any of my cousins.

They promised to fulfill my grandparents dying wish, and I believed them, my grandparents believe them, and in the end, they stole from their own parents, my grandparents. I begged my aunt for an answer on why she did what she did, and she never came clean, she never once admitted she was wrong, and worst then that, she ignored me, and my mom, dad and sister. It's just the four of us, and we're financially struggling worst then ever before, because we were betrayed. This has effected my sister the most, because her depression has been getting worst, and because of it, she has tried to kill herself a few times because of how things turned out, but she didn't, although I couldn't stop her from cutting herself.

I am currently the only healthy person in my family right now. My mom is disabled and has cerebral palsy, my father is ex-military who is also disabled, and just recently, he was hit by a car and can no longer work, and my sister has asthma. I'm 25 years old and currently unemployed, despite the fact I went to college, I can't find a job anywhere. My mom too, went to college, earned her degree, and she can't find a job either. I worked for a several years, but was let go because business was slow. Since then, I've been selling my stuff left and right just to get through and to help my family, but it's not enough.

I am surprised I am doing this but I am looking for some way to get ahead. My husband and I both work full time but we just can't seem to get past a wall that we've hit. Our debt started to accumulate as we were raising our children. My husband is actually stepfather to my two children and support payments from the bioligical father were far and few between. My children are young adults now and I will never see the $25K that is owed in back support. Ironically, we have about $20K in credit card debt. With credit cards maxed out, credit scores go down so trying other options such as consolidation loans have gone nowhere. We have tried earning extra money on Ebay but by the time they collect all their fees there's not much left for us. I have searched the internet for ways to earn extra income but find more scams than legitimate opportunities. Every month it seems to become more difficult. It's a juggling act just trying to keep up with everything.

I have always considered myself a generous person. I volunteer in the community and would love nothing more than to contribute more, especially financially. If we can get this debt under control, I would have the ability to "Pay it Forward".

I am a 26 year old female trying to make my way in the world. I am currently working as hard as I can to fund my starting my own small business. I have sold lots of my belongings but I am still quite a way from my target.

Things are really dire lately and I would love to be able to support myself where my own hard work = the business hopefully does well. My short term goal is to open a small jewellery stand. My 12year old son is so smart and he tries so hard. He took his sat's and got into a summer college class it cost 3500.00 he got a full scholarship and i can't afford his flight it is 600. I'm a struggling graphic designer in need of a new desktop Machintosh. I'm aiming to raise $1300 to buy a new iMac computer so that I can start designing to complete my portfolio and start applying for work. My last computer failed on me during finals in school. Thanks to my school's computer lab, I was able to finish my work and graduate. That was back in NYC. I couldn't afford living there on my own and had to come to a smaller town to live with parents. I worked minimum wage retail to gain some money, but the physical stress forced me to stop working due to muscle weakness problem I have. A medical affliction caused by a tumor that has been affecting my energy and skeletal/muscle strength for about 7 years. It was hard getting through school with my condition. It was twice as hard having to work on my feet for hours in a retail environment.

Double my misfortune, I live in a place where jobs are hard to come by. A small town which has a lot of developing to do and jobs are far between. I need a car to travel to the nearest grocery store and can't depend on parents to transport me everywhere. This is why a job is so imperative. I'd like to feel fulfilled knowing I'm doing something for my future and earning money to buy my needs. I wish I had the equipment to start looking for work.

I want an iMac more than anything in the world. If I had my iMac, I could update my portfolio, do some online freelance work and help my parents with some bills. I could start applying for jobs from home and not have to rely on my neighbor's iPad to browse the internet. Whenever my family goes to the mall in the weekends, I pass by our local Apple store and I see people walking out of the store with large boxes containing their brand new iMac's, Macbook Pro's or expensive iPad's...and I get angry.

Yes, I know it sounds terrible and I know not everyone buying a computer is a rich business mogul or an overpampered kid whose parents can buy them whatever they want, and they never have to worry about whether they could afford it or not. But it hurts me to know I'm in such a position, that although I am an adult who should be paying her parent's bills, I can't even help myself because I'm unemployed. Stated Goal: $2,000.00 (by March 21st, 2012) for tuition, books and some new pants to get my academic career going... Breakdown of $1,288.33 for tuition/fees, approximately $400.00 in textbooks/supplies for the quarter, and the remainder for some pants and necessary travel expenditures for the first month of school.

I know you have many options with where your hard-earned money goes - some may make you feel GREAT about shedding a few pounds in the wallet, and others will leave you feeling downright dirty. I know this, because I was once in your shoes; money in my wallet, left only to my vices as to where to spend it. I never felt right about just handing it over to someone who, in my opinion, would merely go drink it away, drug it away, etc. It's funny how life throws these things all back into your face sometimes, and as such I find myself in need and hoping that the right person(s) will have the faith to invest in me - that's right, I said INVEST.

I don't believe in a handout, but I DO believe that sometimes we fall a bit harder than we are prepared to do and as such are put into situations that we neither expected nor are comfortable with. I opened a business that was going rather well for its first 7 months of operation. Then, through an anonymous post from someone online that "appeared" to be from my company, me and my business partner got black-balled from the industry (VERY political/bureaucratic in that particular industry). When this went under, though, it took me and everything I own with it - my vehicle, my home and much of my personal belongings. Prior to that, I spent 11 years on active duty military status in order to protect and serve this country. Yes, I've earned the G.I. Bill and fully intend to use it for its designed purpose. TheMy defining issue, however, is that the Bill pays for school on a month-to-month basis, at the END of each month of training. For example, my school begins this April 2nd so I cannot claim my benefits until the end of April, which will cause my first G.I. bill payment to get sent out in early May. The school, however, requires payment up-front and as explained above, I currently do not have the capital to get started. Once I've started, the Bill will sustain me, therefore I merely ask for assistance in getting the first quarter of classes paid, including books. I have a great academic history, and this is truly where I excel. My purpose is to some day acquire a PhD in pharmaceutics and do research to find new and improved medications for the benefit of the masses.

As for the pants, I have two pairs remaining and both have holes in the legs and crotch. While these DO technically work for all intents and purposes, it gets a bit breezy on these cold days and nights, and is probably unsightly (at best) to any of my would-be professors who may not appreciate an instructor's-eye-view of these things. As such, I figure I might like to buy a couple of pairs prior to matriculation.

After 19+ years of marriage, I divorced just over 1 year ago. My ex-husband & I have 2 children; a high school senior & a college sophomore. I was emotionally drained, out of money & agreed to the terms. He is 16 years my senior & near retirement. A prenuptial agreement bars me from any of his retirement. He earned the money, and I am not bitter about the retirement aspect. I have stopped paying the credit card & loan payments as rent & car payment are more important. His girlfriend is a wealthy widow with 3 homes & a Lexus. I don't want to file bankruptcy, but I believe that's my only option. I do not have a college degree. I have a good job with good health benefits. I work for the state of WI, have not had a raise in 3+ years and do not see a raise in the near future. I have taken on a 2nd job. My boyfriend and I have just moved into our first place together.
