I require money for College Software and Computer.

Posted by wayfall on 2012-05-21 18:58:41

My name is Daniel Kirke

I am a College student with a plee for help among many others. I am doing a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Games Development.
But the modeling and game engine software is insanely expensive. I also require a powerful computer for the creation of these games and the use of the powerful modelling software which i need.
My family can not afford this, so i have to work in College on my coursework. I am not able to work at home as the computer we have is not powerful enough. My Family find it exceeding difficult, especially me as it is showing on my grades because of my lack of work that i can hand in. I can not keep up.

I would be greatful for any donates towards this fund.

Thank you for your concern.

Does this work?

I have no money (well dur!!) and it's nobody's fault except good old moi. I've never saved money, always lived to my means, and made do with what we have. But now that rainy day I should have been saving for is now here, and I could really do with some extra cash! Neither me or my family have been diagnosed with a terminal illness, we won't die if nobody donates, my children won't starve and I'll probably carry on making do. But having that little bit extra would just help so very much. I know are thousands of people worse off then I am, who are much more deserving of financial help. But if there is anyone in the world who can spare any amount of cash it would be immensely appreciated and would just make my day/month/year!! As that saying goes, "if you don't ask, you don't get", so we'll see what happens!!

Musician / Songwriter Needs Your Help- Will Give Something Back!

Posted by bingobrown on 2012-04-22 17:58:39

Hello,

I am a UK-based songwriter and musician and am struggling badly to support a family with partner and 2 kids. I have become overwhelmed with debt, bills to pay etc. I am basically drowning. Although I have a part-time job, it doesn't pay much (the job is all I could get) it's still proving very difficult to make ends meet and the trend is dispiritingly downhill. I'd like to propose a genuine offer to hopefully encourage some donations:- I have made several solo albums of my songs, which are available on iTunes. My proposal is that for anyone who donates some money to me via Paypal, I will reply to your email address with a link which will enable you to download an album of ten songs in return, for whatever you can afford to donate. I would really appreciate any help and will be glad to give something in return. It's basically all I have to give! Thank you so much

Need An iMac To Start My Career

Posted by amieb05 on 2012-03-15 15:58:34

This is highly embarassing for me to "cyber beg." Begging seems like such an awful word, but here I am asking for donations of anything! I don't care if it's 0.25 cents or $1. Anything helps.

I'm a struggling graphic designer in need of a new desktop Machintosh. I'm aiming to raise $1300 to buy a new iMac computer so that I can start designing to complete my portfolio and start applying for work. My last computer failed on me during finals in school. Thanks to my school's computer lab, I was able to finish my work and graduate. That was back in NYC. I couldn't afford living there on my own and had to come to a smaller town to live with parents. I worked minimum wage retail to gain some money, but the physical stress forced me to stop working due to muscle weakness problem I have. A medical affliction caused by a tumor that has been affecting my energy and skeletal/muscle strength for about 7 years. It was hard getting through school with my condition. It was twice as hard having to work on my feet for hours in a retail environment.

Double my misfortune, I live in a place where jobs are hard to come by. A small town which has a lot of developing to do and jobs are far between. I need a car to travel to the nearest grocery store and can't depend on parents to transport me everywhere. This is why a job is so imperative. I'd like to feel fulfilled knowing I'm doing something for my future and earning money to buy my needs. I wish I had the equipment to start looking for work.

I want an iMac more than anything in the world. If I had my iMac, I could update my portfolio, do some online freelance work and help my parents with some bills. I could start applying for jobs from home and not have to rely on my neighbor's iPad to browse the internet. Whenever my family goes to the mall in the weekends, I pass by our local Apple store and I see people walking out of the store with large boxes containing their brand new iMac's, Macbook Pro's or expensive iPad's...and I get angry.

Yes, I know it sounds terrible and I know not everyone buying a computer is a rich business mogul or an overpampered kid whose parents can buy them whatever they want, and they never have to worry about whether they could afford it or not. But it hurts me to know I'm in such a position, that although I am an adult who should be paying her parent's bills, I can't even help myself because I'm unemployed. No thanks to my stupid weak body that can't take a lot of physical strain, no thanks to ending up in a town where I can't get anywhere without having to walk at least two miles, no thanks to not having my computer...

My name is not Amelia. That is just a screen name because I am too embarassed to reveal my real name. I'd be so grateful to anyone that can help me reach my $1300 goal. I know Mac's are expensive, but they are the industry standard in what I do. I would like a desktop because they are durable and longer lasting. They can also take a lot processing power for the heavy graphic work I do. If you can find it in your time to spare any change .25 cents, $1, $5, I'll be grateful 'till eternity.

Anyone who donates, be kind to leave an email so that I can send you something in return for your favor.

Thank you and God bless,
ameliab2005@gmail.com

Struggling Student

I'm a sophomore in college in North Carolina. I have 3.7 GPA but still do not get nearly enough financial aid to cover my costs for school. I work part time as a waitress, but the money I earn is used for groceries and bills. Both of my parents have drug issues and I have lived with my grandparents since I was about 7 but they barely can afford to take care of themselves, let alone myself and my brother. I am a hard working person. I worked very hard to get into college. I hope this isn't my last year. I would like to make something out of myself. All donations are greatly appreciated. If you would like , I will send anyone that donates a picture of myself and my diploma when I graduate. Thank you so so much.

Free My Jeep Payment

Posted by FreeMyJeep on 2012-02-27 12:58:35

Hello everyone I am very new to internet begging as they call it. A little background about me. I am a Paramedic working in a rural area in Michigan. I have been working in EMS for 6 years now. I love doing what I do everyday, saving people and helping them in thier time of need is very rewarding personally. Unfortunatly Being a Paramedic is not very rewarding finacially. I consistantly work 72 to 84 hours a week to try and make ends meet. These hours have been cut due to budgets being cut down to 48 a week. The overtime is just not there anymore. Without this overtime I am having a hard time making my car payment. I currently pay $300 a month in a car payment for my Jeep. I love my Jeep, anyone who has experince a rural MI winter knows that 4 wheel drive is a must have. However with rising gas prices and the high monthly payment I am having trouble paying it. I am asking for any help that you can donate to me to help alleviate my costs. I really do appreciate any and all. Thank you to anyone who donates! I truely am greatful!

Middle-aged artist needs help paying rent....

Posted by MiddleagedHazy on 2012-02-18 00:58:02

I thought of calling up some old boyfriends to say: "Things are looking pretty grim. We were young and lovely once. Now I'm haggard and broke and I can't pay the rent," but they'd think it was a crank call and hang up.

Like so many people here, I search for and apply to jobs non-stop (can you date job ads? I so, then I have some sort of beautiful-if-dysfunctional, long-term relationship with them), but, at the moment have bupkiss (Yiddish for "zilch.")

I was up for some jobs I didn't get, so have not been able to pay February's rent (which was due on the first). I'm not sure how I'll pay March, either.

If anyone would front me $1,500 (for at least February's rent), I'd give you a piece of my framed artwork which, who knows, might even go up in value one day? Let's hope. Massive thanks to all who've read this and to anyone who donates.

Please help me clear debt that is drowning me

Posted by George180262 on 2012-02-06 11:58:11

I’ve never asked for any kind of help before, and certainly not from people that I have never met! But my situation has become so desperate that I really do need help.
I have, for the last 15 years, struggled to make ends meet, following periods of ill-health, bad luck and catastrophic decision making. My circumstances are now very desperate indeed, and have even considered suicide.
In 1997 I suffered from a period of depression, that became so severe that I was forced to give up my job, and borrowed money to cover my mortgage and keep my house. Unfortunately the repayments on this ever increasing debt snowballed, and I found myself unable to meet my mortgage and household bills. I had ploughed my life savings into the home, and lost it all.
In 2006 I was approached by a friend, who was concerned for my financial circumstances, and suggested that we buy an old property, renovate it and sell it for a profit. I was desperate to make some money, and trusted my friend. I would refer you to full details of this in my Beg, as the project ended in complete failure having been ripped off by an unscrupulous builder. Work that should have taken 3 months took in excess of 9, and I ended up carrying out all the work myself. I regularly worked at the house from the early hours until well past midnight. The long hours left me exhausted, and in October 2008 I had a breakdown. I simply couldn’t carry on, and collapsed at work. My employer at the time was an unforgiving and vindictive man, and he said that I would be suspended if my work didn’t improve. I was afraid that I would lose my job, and under considerable psychological pressure from my employer I was forced to resign.
Following the failed business venture, which had plunged me into further debt, my breakdown and subsequent loss of my job, I simply couldn’t cope and pushed me into a long period of depression that became so severe that I planned to take my life. At the time I was so ill that I was unable to hold down a job, and this simply added to my woes - whilst out of work and undergoing intensive counselling I borrowed further. By the end of 2009 I was £15,000 ($23,250) in debt. I desperately want to rebuild my life now, but it is difficult to do so when I am saddled with a debt that is crippling me. Between 2009 and December 2010 my debt increased - there is no answer to it, and I will never ever me able to clear the £18,000 ($27,900) that I now owe. It is a debt that cripples me and prevents me from having a normal, happy life. I am 50 in February 2012, but have no future. I am tired of being worried, stressed, unable to sleep, and being depressed. Please, please help me start my life all over again. Please read my full story, and contact me if you have any questions. Thank you.

Debt Increasing, Trying to Sort out my life.

Posted by tommylee on 2012-01-25 10:58:25

I have recently graduated from university, living on next to nothing and commuting. I have drawn up vast debts to be able to finish my degree. During recent months of not being able to find work, I have increased my debt and unable to afford my rent, falling increasingly behind. I only have a part time job to try and make ends meet, unsuccessfully. I have signed up for the army but will not start until the end of this year. £1000 will sort out my whole life get me on the right track. I am ashamed to do this, and hold a deep regret in asking, I would like to thank anyone who donates.

Money for Alienware PC (70$ profit for YOU)

Posted by GameMan39 on 2012-01-10 13:58:13

Hi people.
Let me tell what happened:
I love Minecraft and Team Fortress 2 VERY VERY much. Without them i have no reason to get up every morning. I had a PC wich ran both games perfectly. But then a friend "accidentaly" droped a glass of beer all over it. It never worked again.
After a while i got a new laptop, but it isn't designed for gaming. Result: Minecraft has an average of 2 FPS in minimal graphics, aswell as TF2. Since that day I'm kinda depressed and hopping to get a way better computer, but it could take years... I precisely want an Alienware PC wich everyone knows it's a gammer's dream. It's very expensive, but I just made a plan to easily get one. While searching on google "How to get money" i came across with a tutorial called RankToRiches. It teachs us how to make about 300$ in a WEEK, but i first need just 30$ to get started. After that, i can finish the plan and from the 300$ i get repeat the process by myself. I would be REALLY glad to anyone who donates the money i need and would be delighted to give you 100$ from the 300$ i'll make.

Single Mother Losing Everything

Posted by KattMarie23 on 2012-01-02 20:58:06

My Name is Kathryn. I am 22 years old. I am a single mother of twins. They are 2 and half years old and they are my world. But recently, I have disappointed them and let them down.
At the end of November, I lost both my job and apartment in the very same week. My kids and I were staying with a friend until we no longer could and now they are living with they’re grandparents while I stay with a friend. I don’t get to see them often because they are over 30 minutes away and I have no car. I have been trying to survive for the past month on the last bit of my savings, and that includes supporting my kids from a distance, but now it’s become impossible and I need a miracle. I have no job, no apartment and no money left in my savings. Finding a job has been dreadfully difficult, finding a cheap apartment is difficult with no money, and my bills (phone, storage, food, etc.) are now stacked sky high.
I have pondered ways of trying to make money quick and in a large abundance but it has been impossible. Not to mention, I wasn’t able to have Christmas with my kids because I only had 57 cents left in my savings. This is the lowest time of my life and the hardest because all I want is to have my babies back with me in my own place again. I am only allowed to stay with my friend for another 2 weeks which means I have only 2 weeks to at least come up with enough money for an apartment to have my babies back with me. I am beyond desperate and I need someone/people to hear my plea. My goal is high yes but I will be more than GREATFUL to whoever donates, and so will my babies!

Would like to buy a used vending machine!

Posted by SpazzyJessie on 2011-12-17 23:58:40

I work hard. I have two jobs, working about 45-60 hours a week. I go to college part-time, and I am a single mother of a 4 year old little boy. I don't want sympathy, I just want anyone who donates money to know that I am not just some lazy a$$ bum begging for money so I don't have to work. The point is, I work really hard, and there just still is never enough. I would like to buy a vending machine and start trying to make just enough to get a little bit ahead. It would be really nice to not have to constantly be worried sick about money and bills. Used vending machines run about $1,000-$2,000 and start up products would probably cost another $100 or $200. Any amount that you can donate would be a blessing. Thanks either way. Hoping everyone a wonderful holiday season.

I feel very ashamed of myself having to resort to this, but I am desperate to get back on my feet and take care of my son the way he deserves.
I had to leave my job due to a pesky pulmonary nodule causing breathing problems and causing me to pass out at work. I started working in a MLM type of company as an independent contractor, but first our car broke down, then we fixed it; but then I lost car insurance and registration due to expiration (no money to pay for it). I have had to borrow and repay money for rent three months in a row and my car is starting to go AGAIN...it is a 1999 Cadillac Deville with 134,000 miles, so I guess I can't complain. In the past 4 weeks, I went from a healthy 137lbs to 119lbs of skin and bones; I refuse to eat unless my son has healthy food to eat, but I am starting to feel tired and confused due to malnutrition. I don't need hundreds of thousands of dollars; I just want to get ahead. I am fortunate that my son, his father and I are able to move with friends next month, but I still have $1290 to pay on December 5th for rent so as not to lose security deposit. I need the money to get caught up on general bills, totaling approximately $3300 as well as groceries for December $400-500. I am also in need of my bipolar medication that I have not been able to aquire in 6 months when my financial situation started to decline due to poor health, car troubles, loss of tuiton money and general misfortune. I can pay out of pocket for school; I lost financial aid because I had to withdrawal for health and family reasons-2 semesters in a row of withdrawals or poor grades cause the financial aid dept to drop you. I am not a bad student and I was even inducted into Phi Theta Kappa in October 2008 for academic excellence. To sum it up; I just want to be on my feet again. I hate that my son sees mommy and daddy cry every night, because we don't know from one day to the next...will the electric get shut off next? How will we get food? Thankfully our rent will be severely reduced starting January 1st, but I just want..NEED to get ahead for once. I have sold everything I own...including my $2500 engagement ring, which I sold for a whole $145 for groceries. I do have three designer bags I haven't sold yet; I was planning to sell for Christmas money for my son, but anyone who donates and is interested, can have them. I will be eternally grateful for anyone to be kind enough to donate! If I could just receive a total of at least $5000 for bills, rent and groceries, I will be the happiest woman alive. I am not too concerned with my medication, because it is $140 per month that CAN wait, if need be. My son's well-being and future means more to me than anything. I am sorry if this is a jumbled mess; I am extremely worn out and I cannot seem to muster the thoughts to put with the emotions I am feeling right now. Thank you for any generosity and I hope that without the premium Beglist account, my story is able to find anyone willing to help a family in need.

please help

Need money for Student Expenses

Posted by aliceloyd on 2011-11-16 23:58:50

Hello, I'm currently a sophomore at the University of Michigan. I was laid off my job here and I still have many expenses such as rent, books next semester, and my tuition bills to consider. I could really use some help until I find a replacement job.

Due to my family's financial situation, I did receive quite a bit of help from FAFSA, but it failed to cover around $6,000 of my costs this year. In addition to this, rent on campus is outrageous. I am forced to pay $800 a month to live in a rinky-dink apartment that smells like dying cats and usually floods from the sewage tank every other month. I just need a little boost for a month until I can get up on my feet again.

To anyone who donates, thank you so much. I promise it is much appreciated and will go to a good cause; and education and the costs that come with it.

I Need Help Paying My Last tuition installment.

Posted by Joyss on 2011-11-16 18:58:11

Hello,
This is the first time I have ever begged for money so I don't even know how to beg for it! Here we go, I am a college student, I tried fafsa they gave nothing supposedly my mother earned enough she is a mother of 4 and currently unemployed, doctor said she can't work anymore but the social security keeps rejecting her application. A single mother who is very ill had one surgery back in March and a heart catheterization because of a blocked artery this past November 4th. She has another surgery coming up
first week of December due to a paralyzed vocal cord. Obviously, there is no money at all. I enrolled in a payment plan at my school. I was working during the summer but ended up laid off from work like many. My earnings went to helping my mother with my brothers’ expenses. I managed to pay my first two payments at school but today was the deadline for the second to last payment. The previous one was only 2 weeks ago (I don’t know how the school expects for you to wind up with a chunk of money in two weeks). I ended up paying back in October 26 $311.75 for the tuition payment. Also, 412.50 for my rent and utilities on the side about 100. I was freaking out after that since I ended up with $5. I got on craigslist listed my belongings but only managed to sell one pair of diamond earrings. The pawnshop wouldn't even want to sell my other diamond white gold earrings!

In the end, I went this morning at 9am (est) and paid $60. I have a hold now on my account for not paying the full amount, which means I won't be able to register for classes on spring if I don't come up with $563.50 plus a late fee by December 9. Please help!!!!!!! My main concern is my college payment. I really need it and I tried loans but I don’t qualify and I am constantly applying for jobs still nothing there yet.

I will highly appreciate any donations and I will keep those who helped me updated on this situation and will provide proof of payment to each and
everyone who donates.

Thank You for your time,

The amount needed is $563.50.

I have nothing.. no hope.. this is my only option

Well, first let me thank everybody who donates. Here is my story. I'm a 38 year old man with a 9 year old son. I live in a very small town with no jobs. Seems God has forgotten me, and life is beyond unfair. My turn for the worse came 10 years ago, when I lost my firstborn son in the delivery room. He lived 5 minutes, and was buried the next day. I called into work, for a few days to grieve, and they told me to take as much time as I need. Within 3 days, the boss calls and tells me I'm fired for missing 3 days of work. I thought life couldn't get any worse than that. I was wrong.

Right about 3 years ago, I had just got out of college and found a job. My life was good, and I had a nice vehicle. I was driving home about 1 a.m. on a 70 mile per hour interstate. I saw no lights, I saw nothing but open road. Then instantly, I hit something hard and had a airbag in my face. Long story short, a couple was arguing on the side of the road. They had no hazard lights on their car, and the car was dark maroon, very hard to see. The male was holding a gun to the female, and when he saw my vehicle coming, he pushed her into the interstate. I hit her, and she died instantly. He is charged with murder, but he took two lives that night.

My vehicle was totaled, because her body damaged my V6 engine beyond repair, and the value compared to the cost equaled out even with insurance. So I didn't get a new vehicle, the insurance company simply paid off my truck. The police held me while investigating for 2 days. So the local newspaper wrote up the article as if I was a 'killer who runs people over'. The investigation showed I did nothing wrong, and witnesses on the scene with the couple admitted that the girls boyfriend pushed her.

I went into work that Monday morning, and my boss tells me that they have to fire me because my accident gave the company a 'bad name'. It's been 3 years, and the economy and job market is worse than ever. I can't find a job, and don't have a vehicle to drive to look for a job.

I need any help with donations, so I can move to a bigger city, one with a transit/ bus/ train system that I can get my own self around the city and look for work. Needless to say Christmas is coming soon and I have no money to buy my son anything. I have nothing. I hardly have any hope left. It's probably needless to say, that I also have gum disease and need oral surgery. I have nothing, I live with family, and getting more depressed by the day. I hear people complaining about paying bills, well, I wish I had a job and bills to pay. Anyway, that's my story. Thanks in advance to anyone who donates anything. Any amount will help.

Starting an Affordable Child Care Facility

Posted by AffordableChildCare on 2011-11-10 09:58:43

My wife and I are looking to start a Child care and learning center in our community, We are looking to build a facility using a Green building method called Earthbags we are needing some help getting started. We have a little over an acre of land we are going to start construction on soon that will include lots and lots of hands on learning and out door adventure as well as teach children and families to take care of animals, Cows,Chickens, kittens, puppies, horses, etc. also we would like to offer cooking and general maintenance classes for everyday people.

Part of our funding will be from donations from the community to keep fee's low, we are looking to have a small thrift store on site that people can donate clothes and other items to be sold and 100% of the profit will go back into the facility to keep prices low. and a small grocery store stocked by a team Extreme coupon moms. My wife and I have about $5000.00 saved up plus the land and we need at least another $15,000-$20,000 to build a 5000 sqf building to house the child care facility.

Part of our plan is to get the community involved in the build of our facility and in return help those who are interested in building a home for them once we get the learning center completed.

For those of you not familiar with Earthbag building do some google searches on the subject and you will be amazed at how easy and affordable a nice energy efficient home can be. Anyone who donates will be honored with their name on a dedication plaque inside the facility once it is complete.

Our goal is to keep fee's down below $50.00 per child regardless of age and in some cases free and to offer these children HANDS ON ADVENTURE, and learning.

I am so embarassed to even ask for help. I'm a single parent with 3 kids and had to go to the state for food support. I recently lost my PCA job due to cutbacks that started with the newly hired on up. The food support program, here in Minnesota, can take up to 30 days to be approved and in some cases, up to 90 days. I have 1 final paycheck coming thru on the 13th of Oct and because of that, I won't get the food support until the 12th of Oct. With no more income, gas to find a job, and as of next week-no lights or phone, I'm just hurt every time I look at my kids and know I can't provide for them. This really sucks right now. I can't stay afloat if my life depended on it right now. Thankfully I have writing skills and plan to enter free screenplay contests on the hope that I will win. I don't ask for money or charity very often. As a matter of fact, I'm the one who usually donates money to the less fortunate. Now, I have become one. Anything will help, even a nickel. Thank you for reading this long message and God Bless you!
