Hello, My names Kaylee and I am in need of a little help if possible. My parents divorced this year and it ended with me, my mum and my brother moving to a 2 bedroom repossessed property that is in dire need of repair. My mum works, but her wages only cover our necessities and there’s no room to save for the house to be repaired. Me and my brother help where we can but we are on little wages ourselves. We currently have no ceiling or flooring in the lounge and kitchen and every wall in the house needs repairing and painting. We also need a sofa and other bits of furniture as we currently have plastic garden chairs. I have a friend who is a builder and is willing to do all the repairs for us, it's just the part of raising the money for materials that’s an issue.
I would be most grateful for any donation that could help towards my cause and I know it’s not life threatening and in some people’s eyes not a lot of money but for us it could make a huge difference to our lives. My mum suffers with Bipolar and this can have a huge impact on our everyday life, with the house in such disarray this can cause my mums behavior to be very erratic and disorganised, I just feel with a home she does not need to worry about that it will help us all to lead a better quality of life :)

A few years ago my wife and I divorced. I got stuck with her car payment, student loans, legal fees, and credit card bills. She was awarded our house, but because it was purchased under a VA loan, it remained in my name. She hasn't made a single payment on it in over two and a half years and it is now in foreclosure. My credit is shot. I am a union electrician and due to a bad economy I have been out of work for two out of the last three years. Things got so bad for me that I went over two years without seeing my children. A few months ago I was finally able to borrow enough money from friends to get an attorney and get visitation of my kids again. With all my ex wife's bills that I am responsible for, plus child support and my own cost of living, I am unable to stay afloat. I am drowning in debt and the stress is taking a toll on my body, as I have been gaining a great amount of weight. I know the economy is bad for many people, and I am ashamed and embarassed that it has come to this for me, but I am turning to the many good samaritans that I know are out there and asking you for your help. I am a good person and when times were good for me I always helped the less fortunate when and where I could. Now I, unfortunately, am the less fortunate and I need your help. Please show me that there are still generous and caring people out there and help me and my children out any way you can. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hello, I am so uncomfortable doing this. I am a 42 year old woman with two wonderful toddler boys ages 3 and 2. My troubles started in 2010 during my pregnancy with my second child. I became very sick and the doctors were unable to find the cause. During the search for a cause I was diagnosed with Lymphoma, but the cause was finally identified when I gave birth two months prematurely. I will not go into graphic detail, but I came out of the hospital 7 weeks later,with shortbowel syndrome and other serious problems. My son thankfully was fine and is thriving. I worked for a government agency for 16 years, and suddenly found myself surviving on disability. I must add that my husband was not much of a help. We are currently seeking to get divorced after 5 years of marriage. Through my illnesess he has been verbally, emotionally and on occasion physically abusive. I prolonged the divorce due to my health conditions and he is a good father to our children. My, what I thought was an upstanding, husband lost his job in 2009 and has not worked since but some small jobs. Even though he has worked, he has barely contributed to supporting the family. I have managed to keep the family afloat by paying the critical bills. What I haven't been able to pay is:

*our monthly condo maintanence fee of $258.00 for the past 3 months.
*I have a $160.00 car insurance payment due on 6-10-12, this will keep my paid until 10-10-12.
*The divorce attorney is asking for a $2500.00 retainer.
*June health insurance of $555.00.
*The numerous unpaid medical expenses.

I make it happen with the rest of the things my boys and I need. In July of 2012 I will recieve Medicare, since I will then have been on disability for 2 years. I think that will make things somewhat easier on me. As a note, lymphoma is not being treated right now. Thank goodness the nodules have remained stable, though if there is any change I will probably have to start some sort of treatment.

Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated. Since almost dying in 2010, I have a renewed faith in God (though I have always been a believer). I know that God walks beside me and my children and the He watches over us. Prayers to all that are on this site, whether asking for help or giving it.

I recently got divorced and my ex-wife took our car that was paid for to leave me with the car that I found out she hadn't made a payment in over a year on it. I thought we were a few months behind and when I ask for the bank payment slips with the bank phone number on it so I could call and arrange a weekly payment schedule to get caught up she didn't know where it was. She had actually thrown it away so I wouldn't find it. Its a small bank the wasn't even in our town so I couldn't drive up there to talk to them. I asked for the bank name so I could google it but she supposedly didn't know. Well about 2 months ago I was at work and the car got towed! I'm stuck without a car and can't work because I have no ride. She had planned to divorce me and then leave me stuck with a car that wasn't being paid for so it would be towed and leave me without means of transportation so I could work. She always paid the car payments and screwed me over so bad. It sucks. I always use to work 2 jobs and made the most money in our household. She had us move back to her home town in a house that her brother and his girlfriend lived with us so that when we got divorced I would be forced to move out. I'm staying with a friend but I pay rent and it's so hard to pay rent and save for a car when I can't make it to work most of the time cause he or his girlfriend are working and their jobs are far away. I would be so happy if someone could help me get back on my feet by getting enough money for a down payment for a car or even enough to buy a really old cheap car that can at least help me to get to and from work ok! Any amount of donations would be so very appreciated. I have linked my PayPal account to this plea for help! I beat cancer 2 years ago so I know if I could beat cancer I can overcome this obstickle with just a little help from some kind hearted generous people! I pray that someone will help me. I'm not looking for $20,000 for a brand new car I just need to raise $500-$1500 so I can use it for a down payment on a decent used car or just buy a running cheap car. I would need a few extra couple hundred dollars for my first insurance payment also. Once I get that I can go back to work full time and pay my payments on my own and also my rent. I my prayers are answer I will be truly blessed and once that happens I will start helping others in need on this site also. If someone helps me it would be only right once I'm back on my feet to help others who could use a helping hand. We all have ups and downs and struggles but sometimes we truly do need just a little help from someone else to get back up!

Please help me raise money for vasectomy reversal. I had a vasectomy 6 years ago after my wife begged me to get one. 2 months later she kicked me out of the house and divorced me. I now have a beautiful new wife (married happily 2 years now) who's entire life centers around becoming a mommy. I desperatly want to fulfill her dreams and give her a baby. But I need your help! I need a vasectomy reversal to make it possible and I'm struggeling to come up with that much cash with bad credit. We have saved $2500 but the doctor will not schedule my surgery untill he is paid another $1800. The only time I will be able to take off from work for this surgery is this july. I am being upfront and honest, I need some serious financial help today! I am the custodial parent of 3 children, a daughter that's 17, and 2 boys, 14 and 9. I have been divorced for 3yrs. now, tending to the everyday needs, for my children and their school activities. My ex-wife had turned diabetic, from giving birth to the children and had fallen into a severe case of post-pardon depression, due to the diabetic condition that had worsened as the children were born, which turned her to alcohol. As most of us know, alcohol and diabetes do not mix, at first I was unaware, of how severe this can be, but as time progressed, we could see the roller-coaster personality shine through. After hearing from others about the way some things were being handled by her, such as pinning them down on the ground, to brush their teeth, or ripping a brush through my daughters hair in the morning before school, I needed to do something about it. This was hard to see at first, since I was at work everyday on a 45-50hr. work week. One particular event, that has been a soar spot with my daughter, was a few days before Christmas, when she was helping decorate the tree and had started to put the tinsel on before the ornaments. Her mom, was into about her 2nd drink, which had brought her sugar-level up, started screaming at her about putting the ornaments on first, and just about ripped her arms off, tearing the tinsel out of her hands!!! Last year, was the first year, after spending many hours with her, that she was brave enough to help decorate the tree.

My oldest son, now 14, has had some very bad experiences, that had put so much stress on him that he started pulling his hair out, until he was completely bald on top of his head !!! The stress was caused by being constantly screamed at for things, that he was even doing. The last thing that really broke the camels back was, when he was trying to restrain his mother during a delirious diabetic overload of sugar, which had skyrocketed, to over 600. She began kicking him, until she kicked him right down the steps and he had to come back up and body slam her down on the floor, we all saw the UGLIER side of diabetes that night !!!!! The E.R. was called in and they strapped her down on a stretcher, deemed her delusional, then rushed her off to the hospital. Their mother decided after that happened, that it would be a good idea to leave the family and doesn't have much contact with her children. I've spent a lot of time with them, working through some of the traumatic episodes, that they encountered and have lost a lot of time for employment. Now that I have been unemployed for quite sometime and being a man in this position, getting assistance or help is almost impossible. I get the feeling that men with children are discriminated, there are no programs in place by the government for men with children. I am now up against all odds, the roof on our house needs to be shingled, every time it rains we see piles of gravel on the ground and my vehicle is on it's last leg. The utilities are always in shut off status and I'm now falling into foreclosure, due to being behind on the house payments for heavens sake, let alone the kids being sick from time to time, because of the old and deteriorating carpet in our house, so I'm being told by the doctors.

PLEASE HELP ME SOMEBODY, I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO OR WHERE TO GET THE

I am a 32 yr. old man, and since 2006, i have had a difficult time getting back up on my feet. i lost my kids, my home, my car, everything. since that time, i recently lost my mother in September and got divorced since my parents were the ones watching my kids. i had to move into a 10 X20 storage building, i then needed better than no water, etc. i decided to start working on getting my kids back, and can't do it unless i have a place for them to go. therefore i am asking for someone's assistance today. if someone can please help me today, contact me asap.

I have never asked for help before. I have worked all my life and am still working a full time job and looking for a second job. I got divorced last year and pretty much walked away from the home we owned together ( it was worth it) I now live in a small apt that is my sanctuary. I have to commute around 50 miles each way to work and buying gas and groceries in the same week is not possible. My story isn't any different than anyone elses. I don't have a sad sob story, I am just a regular person who is asking for a hand up not a hand out.Any spare money I have left after paying bills (not much and most times nothing) is going towards a plane ticket or gas money from Boston to Ft Jackson so I can watch my son graduate from boot camp in August)
I woud be willing to repay when I can and am more than willing to pay it forward. PLEASE no scams. Life is hard enough without them

Hello all, I'm a divorced single Mom of two small children. I've fallen behind on rent due to urgent car repairs ( I need my car to get back and forth to work). My incomw according to DSS is too much to receive financial support or food stamps and my ex-husband is in hiding to avoid paying child support. I have always led a good and honest life. I was married for 17 years. When my Grandmother became ill, I felt it was my duty to take care of her. So, I quit my job to take care of her full time and we moved into her home, while my husband continued to work and support our 4 children and I.
A year ago she passed away and my husband after finding out there was nothing in her will and the house was under because of a reverse mortgage, he divorced me and abandoned our children.
I have been working part time at a large retailer, doing my best to keep us a float. But now the bank is selling the house we have been living in. I can't find any full time work and I have 4 children in school. I don't have enough money to make a deposit on a new apartment, and have only been surviving so far because of the graces of my church fellowship and friends.
I am just looking for some help to get us back on our feet. To allow me to make a deposit and get us moved and maybe put some newer clothes on my children.
For my part, I promise to keep working and looking for full time work. If I find a full time job and make enough to survive, I promise to become a donor here for another needy family.

I am in need of financial assistance. My daughter has been accepted to college. I am a single parent. I divorced my ex-husband when she was four years old. Although her father lives in the same city as us, he does not consistently help me financially. I have worked really hard over the years despite being a single parent. Unfortunately, last year I was laid off from my job due to downsizing. I really want my daughter to attend college. She has worked hard in high school. She is ranked in the top ten percent of the students. She is 6 out of 300. I have tried getting scholarships because financial aid is based on my income from last year when I was working. I am 44 years old, originally from California, divorced in 2005, remarried in 2006, and in over my head. I worked in the mortgage industry for many years and got out when the market crashed. I had many credit problems because of my divorce and as a result could not get licensed with the new procedures to become a loan officer again. Well, some of these creditors, have been trying to attach my checking accounts and garnish my wages for the past 3 years and so, I've had to stay off the grid employment wise.
This has been ok, just very stressful, until now. Everything is coming to a head now and I can't hide from this any longer. With my wife, my 3 yr old son, and baby on the way, I don't even have health insurance anymore. I don't know what else to do. I need some help and like yesterday. My rent has not been paid since the 4/1 and phones will be shut off any day now.
Please help us!!! I love my family and I will never be able to forgive myself if we get evicted or I get thrown in jail. We won't even have money to eat in a few days!! I start a new job on Monday and I pray that I can get help before they garnish my wages.

Im a recently Divorced mother of three small boys. In DESPERATE need of help paying my rent. Im three months behind and now about to be evicted. My landlord has been patient but at this point he has grown tired. I fell victim to a lay off 6 months ago. I have cleaned toliets,mowed grass,shoveled snow all types of odd jobs just trying to keep food on the table. I currently owe $3,900. If anyone out there could find it in their heart to lend a hand a would be extremely grateful. Im trying to be strong for the kids but I feel like Im about to have a nervous break down. On this past Friday I was offered a job and I feel really blessed but it will take me three weeks to see a check and at this stage of desperation we will be evicted. I spent my career taking care of sick and injured people working in intensive care..but i gave too much and permanently injured my back, and after having three levels of my spine fused, was told i could never return to the bedside..(and still need two levels of my neck fused) that was 15 months ago..i tried to get work comp & social security but was denied. I dont qualify for govt help because i withdrew my 401k to stay afloat. Im still looking for work but noone will hire "damaged goods"..i have drained all of my resources. I have 3 children, and had to send one to live with his dad because i couldnt manage when my 3year old's father left me after surgery. Unfortunately, i was desparate for medical care & married so i would have medical insurance. The man i married is abusive and treats me badly because i cant contribute financially. I need to get divorced and pay my bills until i can get social security (i appealed it) or a job that will pay for childcare & bills. There is no help available for injured medical workers, even though we spend our lives giving to the sick & injured & their families. PLEASE, if you can help me with a donation, please help me. Ive unselfishly given my life & donated when i was fruitful..now im the one who desparetely needs help..by the way, i AM a God fearing Christian, & believe that He put me in this position for a reason, . I wish I could give my kids something. I am a 47 yr old divorced dad of 4, 6 yrs ago my back broke and damaged my Sciatic nerve.Doctors told me never to work again, eventually they said I will be in a wheelchair.Because of all the Dr. bills, I'm broke, cant even afford to dream anymore.It hurts not being able to help your children,a home, thier first car... I couldnt even give my daughter lunch money for school...That Hurts. So,my 763.00 a month disability doesnt allow me to give my kids anything, I have nothing, so I will beg for help, and I will pray.
