Hello, the fact that I am writing this is making me realise that this has been the worst day of my life.

For the past two years I have been in love. A whirlwind romance which gave me a release from my miserable abusive upbringing. I moved in with this beautiful, kind, intelligent girl who I had fallen for. My parents did not approve and they saw her loosen their iron grip on me, she gave me the confidence that I never had to stand up to them.

I had to decide between my parents who had habitually beaten me, put me down, turned me into a shell of a person. or the only person that ever has and probably ever will love me. I chose her, and I haven't seen or heard from my parents since, part of my believes it was a perfect excuse for them to rid me of the son who had only ever disappointed them.

I was in dreamland, I was invited into her home and from day one it felt more like home than the cold loveless one I was brought up in. Everything was great for a few months and then she left a highly flirtatious conversation up on facebook with a man in which she was bragging at how many other men she had slept with in the past year. My life turned on its head. I gave her another chance after weeks of pain, tears and excuses. She convinced me everything was going to change. Three months on to that day I hear through a friend that she with another man in a nightclub the other day.

I am lost, I am trapped. I have no money. My parents do not care about me and the one person that I have ever loved has betrayed me multiple times.

I am now very disappointed, lost all my confidence and have been very down, exhausted, have so much pain on my body and I am unable to do anything. This is due to depression. The economy sucks, don't we all agree?

Well it's hurt me badly as of recent months. However, I have finally some decent income coming next week. Utility companies do not want to listen to me when I tell them oh I have money coming next week, please, don't shut off my service. Since I am a small business owner I cannot get a payday loan or any type of assistance, I have tried. I have asked friends, neighbors and family to borrow the $ but even begging them has not got me a thin dime.

I need only five hundred dollars, yes, that's a rounded number for simplicity sake; I would love to get a gallon of milk, eggs and some protein in my refrigerator since I tired of looking at my pathetically empty refrigerator and freezer.

I can repay these funds within a week and am completely willing to pay a substancial amount of interest / fees for your trouble and willingness to help me. I do have some collateral , we could discuss. I need the $ before 5pm today, which is cutting it close, I know. Also I would prefer if someone could just Paypal the funds to me (since my gas tank is empty and the rather small time window).

My Name is Kathryn. I am 22 years old. I am a single mother of twins. They are 2 and half years old and they are my world. But recently, I have disappointed them and let them down.
At the end of November, I lost both my job and apartment in the very same week. My kids and I were staying with a friend until we no longer could and now they are living with they’re grandparents while I stay with a friend. I don’t get to see them often because they are over 30 minutes away and I have no car. I have no job, no apartment and no money left in my savings. Finding a job has been dreadfully difficult, finding a cheap apartment is difficult with no money, and my bills (phone, storage, food, etc.) are now stacked sky high.
I have pondered ways of trying to make money quick and in a large abundance but it has been impossible. Not to mention, I wasn’t able to have Christmas with my kids because I only had 57 cents left in my savings. Firstly I would like to say this is my last resort but I am at my wits end.
I am married adore my wife and have 5 children. I have served in the army,
and when coming out 9 years ago got a general job with a reasonable salary.
I have recently been made redundant and am now 4 months behind with the

rent. My children are not needy children but are now all at school and doing

I do not want my 6 year old son and 8 year old daughter to be left out of the festivities this year and have no joyous memories to share with their friends after winter break. We understand the spirit of Christmas is not monetary, but our kids will still be disappointed when there is no tree, stockings, gifts, or treats this year.

I'm a 28 year old double bachelor's graduate struggling to find work due to "lack of experience." Both degrees (Finance w/minor in Economics, and Accounting) are finished with honors. I've been in Advanced Placement courses throughout High School and show strong academic prowess. I've had internships at reputable institutions such as Merrill Lynch. I learn quickly and I'm talented with Microsoft Excel.

I have completely got myself in a terrible situation with my credit card debt. I have since cut my cards up so i cant use them anymore even in an emergency, just so i can try and get rid of them. This debt is ruining my whole life and i am so miserable. Please rad my story.

My husband knows i have a credit card, but doesnt think i owe anything. He is completely against credit cards and he would be so disappointed and angry with me if he was to ever find out about this debt. We want to start a family and i keep putting it off until i can get this debt down, but he cant understand why i keep making up other excuses to wait.

I cant get this problem out of my head, it is constantly causing me to stress out and feel sick because of it.

He is not here to help people like us!He lied to me for months promising me help that I never received and because of that I am suffering.He had every opportunity to help me and chose to extend false hope and laugh at my desperation.Please do not make the same mistake I did.All I wanted was some decent clothes to go to job interviews,a phone to help me find work,and some bus money to get there.Rather than flatout tell me he wasn't going to help this man told me a check was on the way to my mailbox(a mailbox I no longer have!)and had a good long chuckle as every day I checked it and every day was disappointed.This man had his fun by offering false hope.

Hello and merry christmas. I'm curently in dire strats I need money. I'm sitting at the public library typing this because my house has burnt down and I have NO money, NO house, NOthing for my children. I lost my job due to circumstances beyond my control.I have been to all the charities around the place where I'm currently staing but I need money. My children are asking Mommy "is santa coming this year". I have told them the truth but they really don't understand. Dad is trying to make ends meat. He works everyday but we have to pay the people we are staying with some of that and also some of the lights. We currently have no family members around. My one and only Christmas Wish is for my children to not be disappointed this christmas. Make them belive that there is a santa. That is all. My name is Sam.
I have always worked hard every day of my life and at one point I was financially secure with money in the bank and a long and happy life ahead of me.
I have heart disease and had a 5 artery bypass eight years ago. I was fortunate to recover from that surgery and eagerly returned to work shortly afterward so that I may continue to provide for my one and only son.
I just suffered another heart attack on December 13th and the damage is irreparable. The cardiologists and surgeons were clear that the medications aren’t working and that another surgery is no longer an option.
I know that I don’t have much longer. My son does not know this. He depends on me both financially and emotionally. He is disabled and would be lost without me to care for him. He knows Dad doesn’t feel good but he wouldn’t understand any more than that.

I am now permanently disabled, have completely run out of all the money I saved and now I will even lose the house. I don’t even have the means to pay the utilities and needless to say, there were no presents under the tree for my son. He was not disappointed, he was just so happy that we were together. I taught him well.
It breaks my heart every time I look at him, to think of him being alone, especially without our home; at least he would be safe in the only place he knows. My family is unable to help us; everybody is struggling.
When I was able, I contributed to many charities over the years from St. Jude to the animal shelters. I never thought that I would be in such a desperate position.
The Social Security Administration has denied me benefits claiming that they do not feel I am disabled enough. Though I am trying to prove my case, time has just about run out.

Please, if there is anyone out there that might be able to help me, I would be so very grateful. I beg you.

Hello. I am in need of some help. I am a working mother of two, and have gotten behind on my mortgage. It seems that it just keeps getting worse and worse. The mortgage company was supposed to be helping me get back on track by cutting my payments in half for three months and then were supposed to modify the terms of my loan to possibly lower my monthly payments. However, after three months they said that I don't qualify for that arrangement and now want all of the money. I don't have it. I am disappointed and frustrated. At this point, I would just like to be squared away with the mortgage company and begin the new year off with my regular payments. I am at a loss. I love my home and don't want to lose it. I work hard...I actually have a pretty decent job. I don't know where to turn...hence, the reason I have found this site. I would sell anything in my home to make the money, but don't know what I have that would make any money. We live pretty modestly. If anyone could help, my family would very much appreciate it. To get caught up for the year it looks like I owe 2,359 plus late fees. Anything would help. I appreciate everyones time reading this. Thank you.
