Need Money To Prevent Eviction

Posted by HelpACS on 2012-05-20 23:58:53

I really need help, I couldn't sleep tonight. I actually googled , "I am about to get evicted and I need help paying rent" and this website came up so here I am. If this site really works and there is anyone out there willing or able to help I sincerely need you now! My rent including late fee is $725 and as of today I m 21 days late and only have $80. The reason for this is that I work part time and get paid every 2 weeks. While my pay is usually enough to cover this, I did fracture my toe and sprain my ankle 2 weeks ago causing me to miss a week from work. I'm also a freelance designer so I can work from home but I have not received any new projects so no money coming in there.
I am willing to trade services/work for whatever I can get, I design logos, websites and more, you can see my portfolio at raisincanearts.com that way I will be earning instead of begging.... really need help please someone, anyone this is not a scam, I need money any amount helps as long as it brings me closer to that $725 but that is my end goal. I don't have any friends or family that can help me so this is really my last resort. If you need any graphic design in exchange for donation my email is canr.raisincanearts@yahoo.com. Thank you

Need help with school

Posted by DanielJackson81 on 2012-04-28 22:58:50

Hi, my name is Daniel and I would like to start by saying thank you for taking the time to consider donating towards my education. I recently moved to Seattle for a change and I do love it here, but it is time to get back into school to finish my degree in networking and web-design. I am working a full time job and am all set to start school in June, but I still need a certain amount of help making the educational ends meet. By donating, you would not only be donating towards the acquisition of a physical item, but also towards my peace of mind and a gradual sense of accomplishment. I would like to be at a place in my life where I do not need to ask for help, but that is not the reality of my situation.

. The thing to remember is that I am just a regular guy, a very nice guy, who needs a helping hand to make something of himself. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

barber school

Posted by femalebarber2012 on 2012-04-27 17:58:32

to whom this may concern..i'm a female and i love cutting mens hair..barber school costs $5,000. that i can't afford. i cut hair like a master barber already. i'm meant for this. who ever reads this, you can give the money to the school yourself. this is not a scheme to get money. who ever decide to,i can show picture's of my work and even cut a head right in front of you. this is my passion. i feel bad that i finally know what i want to do with my life and i'm 31. what's eeven worse is i had 10,000 at one time, when i was 21. i was young and dumb. i so learned to never waist a dollar.lol.but so serious. cause now i'm here asking for 5grand and had 10grand at one time. i didn't know then what i wanted to do with my life. the older i got,the more it sanked in that time is ticking. i got interested in hair cutting when i cut my long hair off,and i had to keep up the look. i love the crisp clean look, with a sexy design. i have the patience and the eye for perfection..thank you...

**IMPORTANT** I know that a lot of people look at these and think that their donations won't do any good as the person posting will just get in trouble again eventually. This is NOT the case for me. Your donation of any size WILL help and I will MAKE it successful so you will never see me here again ;)
Please take a chance, knowing that what you give will have a real effect that will help me to help others!
THANK YOU!
They say these things should be short, but I will take a chance in giving you the whole picture. Thanks for reading!
In 2009, I was made homeless by Hurricane Ida in Virginia. That same year, I became disabled with COPD, sciatica and fibromyalgia. It has been a long, slow process of recovery, pain, poverty, and the accompanying humiliation. I have had to give up my car, my cottage, and my job.

However, thanks to the efforts of very dear friends and some self-made luck I finally have a stable living situation, and the strength to embark on a new career as a writer and self-publisher of Spiritual and New Age materials.
Writing is where I find my greatest joy, (followed closely by my painting) and my experiences have given me rewards of perspective that makes the challenges I still contend with somehow worth it. I'm looking to help others find the inner strength and hope that I found through my own crisis.
You can read some of my writing at my blog:
http://grace-in-search-of-grace.blogspot.com/

My computer, however, is almost 8 years old and between the "pages not responsive" and "Chrome has crashed", system crashes and stalls, etc it routinely takes me up to 3 hours to upload anything to the site. I have very limited energy, and this can take up an entire day.
The the age of the machine means that it is limited in terms of upgrades and networking.
I've learned and done all I can to keep it running this long, but now I need a new one if I am going to be able to do the kind of heavy-duty publishing and posting to make it in this field and become self-sufficient.
I am looking for $5,000+ to cover the following costs:
*computer
*printer/scanner/fax
*paper
*toner and ink
*website hosting for a year
*Domain Registration
*Non-profit status registration
*Dedicated phone line
*Art supplies for graphic design
*Photoshop software
*Print-on-demand membership for 1 year

Anything is greatly appreciated!

I will do my utmost to pay it forward to those who are also in need.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I'm a 20 year old female graphic design student trying to live my dream. NYC is so expensive and paying for school is soo hard. I have a 3.6 GPA but I don't want to have to quit school because I can't afford it. I try very hard but it seems it is becoming harder and harder. Lunch everyday is $10.00 the cheapest and forget about the costs of books and software. I try and ask my mother for help because she is the only one that I have but she isn't doing too good either. I live with my grandmother but she is on disability and can't afford to help. I do work study but that can be draining because my school is tough. The least classes I've taken was 7, I am in my 4th semester and I'm taking 8 classes. Please help me, anything is better than nothing. I really need money for school, I'd rather not eat for the day. Help in paying for interior design course

Posted by interiordesigner on 2012-01-26 02:58:43

Hi and thank you for reading my post. I don't have a terminal illness, don't offer my body for money, I just need help.

I am a single mum wanting to give her daughter a more comfortable life. I studied psychology for 2 years but then lost my job and couldn't finish my degree, so decided that I need to do something so I can open my own businesss one day. I was told that I have a good eye for decorating etc so have decided to do a course in interior design. The course starts later this year but unfortunately I don't have enough money to pay for it. Any amount would help and who knows, I might help you decorate your house/office one day. See it as an investment in a business.

I have promised myself that once I'm back on my fee I would then help someone else, the same way people helped me.

Thank you for reading my blog!!!

xx

Please help me fund my dream!

Posted by Modusoperandi on 2012-01-20 21:58:17

Hello

I recently started up my own opera company and I am looking to fund our inaugural production of Cosi fan tutte. I am seeking funding within the region of $6000 in total but all assistance is most appreciated.
The action has been updated to modern day Italy, we have our whole cast and venue up and ready to go. But the dream will vanish if we cannot get the money behind it.

You can find out more details about the project here:

http://www.pozible.com.au/index.php/archive/index/4727/description/0/0

We have a performance target date of March 18 2012 for the venture which is why we are looking for the money immediately. This is the best date to tie in with our venue, the beautiful Makers Market at Abbotsford.
Funds include costuming and props, set design, hiring chamber orchestra and instruments, publicity, payment of director and music director, buying rights to specific images and creating posters and programmes. The artists, including myself, are NOT making any money from the venture and are giving up their time for free.
I am a highly motivated self-starter with extensive experience in both the practical and administrative side of the arts. In return for your valuable help I am able to assist you to get your own business projects up off the ground in areas such as data entry, copywriting, editing, proofing and the creative process. Or if you are a creative organisation or individual needing a hand, whether it be through performance or administrative matters, I would be happy to help you free of charge.
Additionally, my wonderful troupe of singers can perform at your next corporate functioning or gathering - we will even travel as a special thank you!
This is an exciting new initiative that you and/or your business can get involved in from the ground level. I guarantee that this venture will make money - so if it is difficult for you to get involved as a donor, we can organise a repayment scheme.

I can't tell you how grateful I am. Thank you so much for your time.

Please help me achieve my dream!

Finance/Interest Charges burying me in debt

Posted by reypasco818 on 2012-01-09 02:58:54

Hi. Rey here, from Manila, Philippines. I am only asking for whatever amount your good heart could shell out. I am one of many people struggling with debt. I work for my father's company, and makes PhP 15000, or around $348 a month, which is not enough to support my new family (just got married and have a 2 month old baby). Can't get out and make money through other means since my parents discourages just the thought of it. They aren't exactly meisers/selfish, but being conservative means they don't have room to understand such a problem that I have. I currently owe RCBC (a local bank) roughly 2000 USD. And this isnt even because of my own expenses. Mostly expenses of the company charged to me. But it won't be easy to argue that with my family since, I have, from time to time, used the credit card for personal purchases. I am already paid, in a sense. But its the finance charges that accumulated over time. 3.5% per annum. I am trapped. Please help me. I will appreciate it very much and I will include you in my prayers. PS. I also know a bit of graphic design, perhaps you have a simple job/task you want designed? Anyway, that's all I can offer. Thank you in advance.

HELP ME FOLLOW MY PASSION

Posted by Bree on 2011-12-29 16:58:20

Two years ago I graduated from San Joaquin Delta College with my Graphic Design certificate & my AA. I was excited for a while & then found my true passion to design clothes & that is where I am headed. Today I am educating myself with resources online & in books and hopefully through school. I am asking for the biggest & smallestr donations you are able to make, whether it be cash, a sewing machine, books about fashion design or a simple piece of fabric. All will be appreciated. I thank you so much for even reading thus far.

Want to be an entrepeneur, need equipment and software

Posted by Spyke on 2011-12-15 20:58:16

I graduated in 2009 with a degree in Digital entertainment and game design. This degree covers web design, animation, game design, 3d animation and modelling. I also have a degree in music performance with some skill in music composition. I want to be a 3d animator. my goal is to start by making small psa ads, cheap online games and iphone/android apps, and short films. I have the talent and the training to do this in a way that puts out completely original music and visuals. This is the second step in my ultimate goal of working for a game company designing games and ads.

Unfortunately, graduation did not come with the tools to start out. I need professional versions of these products so that I have no trouble with marketing and selling my work:

Adobe Creative suite design premium or master collection
Autodesk 3ds max/maya
Finale music notation

I also need a desktop computer capable of running the full versions of these programs. A Macintosh would be ideal, with a touch screen monitor so that I can use my monitor like a drawing board, and a MIDI capable keyboard so that I can do composition.

I need all the help I can get. I have student loans that need paying off, and I know that I can really make some money if only I had the right tools.

Trying to relocate to San Francisco

Please help me get my freelance design career off the ground in the design capital of the West Coast. I have 4 years experience in DC, and I'm hoping to parlay that into a brighter future on the West Coast. I lost my job in October, but there are plenty of opportunities in San Francisco. Please help me be a part of it.

Thanks for reading.

Freelance designer trying to relocate to San Francisco

Posted by introversal on 2011-12-12 06:58:32

For career purposes, I've decided that I need to go to the West Coast. Please help me get there. I need $150 for a one-way plane ticket, and $3000 for three months of living expenses to get me off the ground while I'm job searching. I also have a fledgling freelance business that can help, but I am living on credit at the moment and don't want to reach my maximum.

I work in graphic and software design, and I've found that the opportunities in San Francisco are more challenging and more varied than the work available in DC, and this challenge is what I would thrive on. If you are in San Francisco and know of anyone who can provide work to a graphic/software designer like me, please get in touch with me at introversal@aol.com.

Thanks for helping make my dream a reality.

New equipment/office space for freelancer starting out

Posted by introversal on 2011-12-12 06:58:28

Hi,

I'm a freelance graphic/software designer who already has a paying client with a startup also interested in my services, but I'm having trouble performing at my best because I do not have the money for a dedicated work area. There is a coworking office near my apartment that offers space for $350/month, but to work at full capacity I'd really like to buy the equipment I need for a home office, which runs between $3 and $5k. (At a minimum having a larger monitor and a desk would let me do some of the basic design work I need to do: that's $500-1k.)

Please get in touch with me at introversal@aol.com if you are interested in helping me start my fledgling freelance business with any contribution. I would be happy to pay back once I have a steady revenue stream going.

Thanks!

Almost divorced and homeless mom need emergency assistance

After 6 years of marriage I now find myself alone and raising a kid while unemployed. I guess it would be a little easier for me if I was actually able to finish my last five classes so that I could actually have my Bachelor of Science Degree in Information Systems. Unfortunately I am not able to go back right now because I can’t afford it. I can’t even get a job working in the supermarket for some reason. I know that the economy is bad but what are we suppose to do? I have to take care of my kid with the little children support that I receive each month. $550 to be exact. I was getting unemployment... $43 a week but it ran out. My kid and I are renting a room from a guy which takes almost all of the child support. I have to pay an additional $50 per month so that my kid can get back and forth to school each day. We are sleeping on inflatable mattresses... Well, they use to inflate.. So now we are just sleeping on the floor. The house doesn’t have heat at all..so it’s cold in here all the time. I actually find it amazing because we are living in California.. I never thought it would get cold here. Again I don’t have any idea of what to do.. I went from living in my own home to living in someone else’s home sharing a bathroom with four strange people.. I went from working a full-time job making excellent money to waiting for my child support to be posted to my account so I can try to do some laundry so my kid could have clean clothes. I am still baffled as to how I ended up here? Of course my ex doesn’t help at all. Oh, by the way, he has his own apartment.. He also has the minivan.. My kid and I have to catch the bus or walk everywhere we need to go.. I can’t buy new clothes for him.. I can’t buy shoes for him either... I feel like such a failure.. It would be great if I could get a job, I would love that more than anything..
I am now in the process of trying to start my own online business.. Web Design with some computer programming, logo design, etc. Hopefully I can meet other unemployed women (or men) who are interesting in working together so that we can raise above our current situation. Of course this will be a challenge also due to lack of money and limited talent. Anyway, thank you for reading my story.. Of course this is the short version... I definitely didn’t want to bore you to death by writing something long and drawn out..
Any help would be appreciated.. I would also appreciate any advice that you may have. Again thank you..

Student Loans

Posted by l2a4 on 2011-11-19 19:58:18

I recently graduated with my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design. Unfortunately, my career choice does not provide enough to live on and pay back my loans.

I currently have 30k in student loans; I am hoping to augment what I can pay with donations. I believe that getting a college education is important—I wish, however, that fewer graduates would not be strapped with huge student loans.

Thank you for any help!

wanted: unlimited support for enzyme integrity food service

wanting to create a juice bar/gourmet food sevice. Promoting enzyme integrity foods prepared fresh exposing the alternative in dinning. the motto, sobriety thru dinning because cooked food is drug. wanting to promote alternative energy products like solar and wind through the same business, need food dryers, food processors, green life juicers, solar refridgerators, solar hot water heaters, building, glass display refridgerator, solar panels, tables and chairs and so much more. this is a new style of food service that most people would not be capable of understanding and with that insight is the understanding of what it might take to introduce this concept in dinning, therefore the start up fees on a adventure with this scope of design are to be unforseen in many aspects of the dreamscape of it all. thank you.
